The experience I have had at Cortland Reunion has been excellent. The facilities are always clean and in order. On the other hand, the treatment of the residents is cordial and respectful.

The Maintenance team at Cortland Reunion is phenomenal. I know people always say that, but truly we have had so many amazing experiences with the team. Alberth in particular is so prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He has fixed our microwave and air conditioning. Rarely do we have to wait more than a day for things to be fixed. I cannot thank him enough for his dedication to his work. The maintenance team is the best thing about this place!

Alberth gave us a incredibly detailed extended tour of our new apartment, helping us sign up all our apps for the Alexa and getting routine set and showing us all the cool features that the apartment had the orientation process in the office was absolutely seamless and incredible and they made sure we had all of the apps downloaded that we needed. The Customer Service was so warm and friendly and wonderful and they are just so on top of things! I love the people here because they’re so friendly and they want to make sure that they set you up for success in your new apartment. They answer all the questions you have and they don’t get impatient with you, which is super important to me when I move into an apartment because I have 1 million questions so it was very nice to not get judged for that and they are so calm and just make everything relaxing

This is specifically regarding a service experience and to acknowledge two members of the Cortland Reunion team. I’ve had a few challenges since the start of the year, but the two people who have stood out and have continued to exceed all expectations are the two people I met on my first day in Cortland; they are Kayla (front desk) and Albert (service request team). Anytime I call the front desk and Kayla picks up, I know she will not only have an answer but she is quick, proactive and takes the extra step to ensure you’re taken care of. I had an emergency with my air conditioning unit and she did not hesitate to call and prioritize it. Then there’s Albert. Albert took care of my unit before I moved in and continues to do so. My air conditioning failed so suddenly and he immediately stepped in, resolved the issue. Not only that, he explained to me what happened in detail, was extremely patient and then gave me fantastic feedback on how to prevent it going forward. Both have excellent customer service and hope

I've lived at Cortland for just over a month, and it has been a wonderful experience. The staff are very responsive, and I always feel like I am being listened to, and that my problems are being quickly addressed. My apartment is very nice, and has all the amenities I'd want. The internet is very fast (which is important for my job, as I work from home), and the community also has a number of social events that I have attended, including food trucks and an ice cream social. I moved in mid August 2023 site unseen the amazing staff went above and beyond to send me pictures of the apartment that I would be moving into. Of course, with every apartment or house that has been previously owned, has its small issues, but mine were resolved at a very timely manner. The area is very quiet and is very nice to enjoy the outside and the amenities that make you feel like you’re on vacation the staff alone in the leasing office always make my day and often go in there just to have a conversation and say hey to them. I do not have any kids, but this is a very safe area for a family to move into. I have been very fortunate and blessed to be in this beautiful property.

Cortland Reunion has such a chill vibe. I love the fall colors on the buildings, the pine trees, the QUIET, all the doggos at the two dog parks, and all the friendly neighbors. It’s like a great big family :)

We visited today for a tour and it was by far the best experience I have had touring an apartment. Kelley was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and providing us with a tour of the amenities as well as the room options. The quality of the rooms and lighting were very well designed and beautiful, and the complex had fantastic amenities. The rooms also include a thermostat and some light switches that can be controlled from a mobile app, which would be very convenient. The clubhouse had some great shared spaces that were kept extremely clean. Overall, the entire complex was very clean and a very beautiful space. I love the focus on dogs around the community, and am excited to live in such a wonderful community! Thank you, Kelley for the amazing tour! We will most definitely be back soon!!

Just moved in to Cortland Reunion at the start of the New Year, and everything has been wonderful. Our unit is modern, clean and updated, and we have not had any issues so far. Access to I-4 (and Disney World - via Western Way) is easy via Route 429. Kelley was very friendly and helpful throughout the leasing process, and gave us a comprehensive overview of the property/amenities on move-in day. She definitely made us feel at ease during the move, and followed up to see if she could answer any questions. While this is our first rental in the area, based on our research and our experience so far, I am confident we chose the right property.

I’ve lived here for about 6 months now and I can say it’s one of the best apartments I’ve ever lived in. The amenities are amazing but what really gets me is the staff’s willingness to go above and beyond. I always know my concerns will be heard here. I moved in recently and I have to say, I’m impressed. With thorough explanations and great communication, the office staff is impeccable. But not just the office staff, the maintenance team as well. On the first day of our lease, the team accompanied us to our apartment and introduced themselves personally and then explained the processes for maintenance requests, etc. We even shared a lot of laughs. It hasn’t been long but this place already feels like home.

Jarrell did an amazing job coming to save the day for me! Late last night my smoke detector started going off and I couldnt get it to stop. The cat was distress, I was distressed and didnt sleep through the night. I called the emergency maintenance line and luckily Jarrell got the call and was there within a blink of an eye. I ended up canceling my service requests because of how fast he got there, changed the batteries and apologized for how long it took for this to be corrected. Even tho it wasnt his fault, I should have called the on call line to start with. Thanks to him I was able to get ready and make it to work on time and not be late which I already do notified mg boss just in case. Jarrell was friendly, and funny, and quick on responding even when such a small issue was a big issue for me. Great service! Jarrell is definitely my go to person now lol :) Thank you

Cortland Reunion Cortland Reunion gets a 5/5 for me. Reason being for this is many and to name a few the apartments are very nice. They have wonderful backdrops, Alexa in every house and very clean. Another good thing is the staff are very human. They will do everything they can to make your living experience as enjoyable as possible helping out any way they can. Especially Austin in the leasing office! I highly recommend living here as I have for almost two years.

I have lived here for almost a year now and have loved my experience. The staff is very friendly and positive. When I had an unfortunate issue pop up, they were very attentive to it (Xia especially :) and followed through to the end, proving to me that they care greatly about their residents and providing a positive experience. The facilities are new, clean, and great. It is in a quiet area, which could be hard to find in the greater Orlando metro area. I love the layout and modern features of my apartment. Cortland Reunion has been an amazing place to live for me.

The 13 bedroom home we stayed in was phenomenal, complete with luxury amenties and decor. The community is beautiful with access to the club house and was very safe to jog.

I wish I could give this review 10 stars! This is such a wonderful place to live! The staff are so professional and you can tell they really care. But I want to give a special shout out to Xia in the front office. From day 1, she was committed to helping us with whatever we needed. She made us feel so welcomed and apart of the community. Her resourcefulness, patience, kindness, and compassion is unlike anyone I have ever met. She is very professional but also personable and friendly. I cannot thank her enough for how helpful and kind she has been to us. In October 2021, my 12 year old brother killed himself and it devastated my sister and I. We had to fly up to Pennsylvania for the funeral and when we came back, Xia and the other staff members left a heartfelt condolence letter on our doorstep and it really showed us how much they all cared. This is hands down the best place I have ever lived and if you are considering moving to the community, I would highly recommend it. Thank you to all the staff that make

My roommate and I were looking for a place to live for a few weeks and we came upon Cortland Reunion. We set up a tour and from the beginning the staff was nothing but amazing. Austin was the one that did our tour and the way he not only answered our questions, but at the same time, relieved some of our stress and concerns was nothing but amazing. The whole process from applying for the apartment to signing our lease was the most simple and easiest process we've ever experienced. We loved the way that not only Austin kept us informed about our application, but the way that the manager, Brittany, also kept us informed about our progress. I’ve been living at the cortland reunion for 6 months now. The staff is absolutely amazing, Xia is my favorite! Her attitude is always so positive, she’s so sweet and caring. She’s always so helpful and kind. She honestly feels like family. I love how welcoming, clean, and beautiful the cortland reunion is. The 2 pools are wonderful, and the 24 hour gym is such a plus. It always feels like a brand new gym when you walk in. The staff does an outstanding job with keeping this community clean, safe, and fun. They have food trucks and many other events. I love the fact they are pet friendly, they have a dog park, doggie spa, and the trails to walk our fur babies are great. I highly recommend the cortland reunion! I sold my house and I was searching for an apartment for over two weeks. I visited several places and the service received in all places was mediocre. When I found Cortland I was expected the same experience but I must say I was surprised by the atmosphere of the office and the attention received but AM Xia. Without having an appointment Xia took the time to show me around, we spend approximately 1.5h learning about Cortland. She was pleasant, professional and answered all my questions. Apartments here are pretty nice and still smells new. The amenities are also very good. I like the club house, the gym and pool area. The property is in a convenience location. Close to 429, 192 and I4. The neighbors are quite and the community is gated. I had the opportunity to connect with Britney the office manager and she was also very helpful and got back to me when going through the approval process. I am glad I chose this community. I definitely recommend Cortland Reunion!

We had a great experience and would have stayed if work hadn’t taken us elsewhere. The office people are great and helpful, the apartments are very nice and most of the amenities are top notch. Most of the maintenance workers were awesome and timely. We dealt with one very rude person, but everyone else was very kind. They seem to struggle with maintaining little facilities things. The pedestrian gates that were supposed to be locked at all times so that only those with key fobs could get in never actually locked/worked. The car gate entrances were always broken. The system to allow a guest in is a hassel and doesn’t always work. But these were minor and more just annoying (especially as it’s not necessarily cheap to live here) since they didn’t really impede day to day living. Overall, a great place to live

As a resident of cortland Reunion I love living here! The location is close to everything you could possibly think of. The overall location of property makes it feel relaxed and peaceful. Best staff, I live here and the best that ever happened to this property is Brittany and Alex running the show also The supervisor Juan keeps the property in shape and clean, especially when this pandemic is going on I Feel safe and comfort here. If I ever have to recommend this place it will be here, Thank you guys for you service!!👍👍👍

I moved from Michigan. And, my fiancé and I were really nervous about such a big move. After moving in to Cortland we knew we made the right move. Not just because the initial experience, but after we had a few technical issues with apartment they were fixed the same day by Brittany, Ray and the maintenance team :) Couldn’t ask for better service. Keep it up guys

Cortland Reunion has been a pleasure to live at for the past few months. I want to send a special shout-out to the maintenance team members, Juan and Antonio. They are very helpful with assisting us with any issues we run into, whether it has to do with our Alexa system or a minor cosmetic issue. They are quick and diligent on fixing the problem, and I very much appreciate it.

Cortland Reunion is one of the nicest apartments I’ve live in, around the Greater Orlando Area. It really is a great community to be a part of. Alex Fisher is the best community/resident manager my wife and I have worked with in a long time, she is willing to help you with any situation as long as there is an open line of communication. Apartments are apartments, you are going to hear your neighbors but not during times it matters. The amenities are beautiful and well kept by staff. They are very pet friendly and offer food trucks on property on prep-planned days! Thank you Alex!

I was driving by and came across Reunion what a beautiful property. I was amazed with the staff member's how organized they are and went above and beyond. I met Brittany and Juan and the fact I didn't have a appointment they took the time in showing me the property. I fell in love with the amenities especially the pool. This property a must see! We absolutely love living here at Cortland Reunion so far! The staff here are so kind and amazing. Always willing to work with you on whatever you may need. We love how upgraded the apartments are. The community is so nice and quiet and love how its a short drive to anything you need but away from the busy streets!

Yesterday I requested for a new filter for my air conditioner on the new cortland app and today I received a phone call from Ray letting me know he’s available to change it . He was friendly and provided quick service. I mentioned that there was a gap under my door and he fixed that too in a few minutes. Great service!

It's very nice to be able to call someone when I have a problem, inside or outside the home. Richard, Ray, Carlos and Juan are all very kind and helpful in every situation. Alex, Joyce, Christian and Brittany have all been very pleasant and courteous. What more could you ask to come home to? I had a particularly difficult day recently. I have lived here since they first opened and when I moved in it was ran by a different management I was skeptical on how the change would be but it was great and the team that is there are beyond wonderful they treat you like family and most importantly the maintence debt who is ran by Juan are the best team I have encountered in all the time I have lived in Florida and communities I have lived nothing compares to the wonderful, quick,friendly and respectful service they provide. it exceeds expectations and they keep the community beautiful and running smoothly and I give them 10 stars us for all they do...

We've lived here for about 7 months now and I have to say we're loving it. Two dog parks for our dog to play in and the gym and pools are great. The best part for us has been Alex in the office. Her follow through with everything has been amazing, from service order requests to general questions, we have never been left hanging or feeling like were not important. Thank you Alex!
