New to Phoenix and wanted to find something that was low maintenance, comfy, and peaceful. Found that and more at Cortland Red Mountain. The staff have been amazing, and it's situated so that I have easy access to lots of things in the Valley, especially my job in Downtown PHX. They are also really communicative about community concerns, have a really well-kept gym, and have treats for community members on the regular. Great place to find yourself, especially for a first living experience in PHX.

Moving to a new state by myself appeared daunting, I was unfamiliar with Phoenix and needed to find a three bedroom apartment rather quickly. I applied for Cortland without even physically seeing the property. The website and pictures were informative and so I decided to make this place my new home. After an 11 hour drive from Idaho, I met Jovahnai in the leasing office. She was very friendly and professional with helping me acclimate to my apartment. I appreciate how much she appeared genuine and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.

I must share that I’ve been a frustrated tenant in the past with the lack of maintenance but after putting in a work order and having this guy, who I believe may be a new maintenance manager, if I recall correctly he said his name was Devon, he was amazing! He was extremely courteous, clean and worked in a timely and efficiently manner. I definitely will request him for future maintenance needs, True asset!

My 15 months here at Cortland at Red Mountain has been very pleasant. My apartment was clean and quiet. The staff here at this complex was always very nice and helpful. And this property has THE ABSOLUTE BEST MAINTENANCE MEN!!!!! Daniel, Jaime and Julio were not only good men but super helpful and quick with completing orders. They never turned a blind eye whenever I needed them for any emergencies. I decided to move out of town but would’ve definitely stayed. My only complaint would be that people don’t pick up after their dogs which makes it hard to walk your own dog. This property needs signs through the grounds to remind people to be courteous and pick up your dog poop! Other than that I’ve enjoyed my time here and would recommend living at this property.

I walked into the Cortland Red Mountain apartments leasing office about a week and half ago and I was welcome by a lease agent Caitlin. Ms. Caitlin was very welcoming and professional during our conversation at the office. I told her that I was looking for a 3 bedroom and asked if it's available? She then replied "Yes, and asked me how soon am I looking to move in"? After that, Ms. Caitlin And I went for a tour to the other side of the property. I must say that both properties look pretty beautiful! After we did the tour, then we came back to the office and explained to me about the application process. My wife and I did our application for our future new home and guess what? We got approved for 3 bedrooms and we're preparing to move-in in about a month and half from today. I really liked how Ms. Caitlin was communicating with us through our move-in process. From both emails and telephone calls. Thank you so very much Ms. Caitlin for all your help once again 🙏.

We reported some issues with our property, and the maintenance team fixed them very quickly. Orlando is incredibly professional, and we truly love our community. On another note, I really hope the dog poo problem can be addressed similarly. If the community management team could ensure that someone cleans up rather than leaving the mess on the street or grass, I would be much happier. It's really frustrating dealing with pet owners who do not clean up after their dogs. *I will update the post if the situation is solved.

I began renting back in October of 2022 and have loved it ever since. The apartment itself is really nice and up to date. The staff and maintenance are wonderful and I have not had any issues. This place was one of the best apartments I have lived . I was used to living in Mark Taylor apartments in the past but this property has exceeded my expectations. Especially Maria in the office. I been up and down looking for the perfect apartment. This was problaby the 6 apartments I looked at. All the other places didn't make me feel welcomed. But I came Cortland looking for help desperately. I was out of hope. But the environment from this location is different from everywhere. The costumer service was incredible. I couldn't believe how kind and patient Jesus was. He knew how much I need to be heard. Please give Jesus a raise for being a genuine person and authentic. That is very hard to come across. We recently had an issue with our AC in our apartment home and we submitted a work order. Danny was very helpful in explaining the issue our ac had and told us a vendor will be out soon since it was out of their hands to fix it. HWe now have a working AC thank you Danny!

Parking was easy, apartments were simple to navigate and the leasing agent Jesus was so welcoming and informative. I’ve been searching around for apartment complexes as i am relocating from Kingman Az to Phoenix, i stopped by at several different complexes and this one was by far my favorite. Not only is the complex absolutely beautiful, a specific staff member by the name of Jesus helped me immensely. He had a great positive vibe and explained everything thoroughly. Every other place i went to had felt really rushed but Jesus welcomed me and made me feel comfortable as it does pertain to huge commitment. This is exactly what i needed. Thank you Jesus!!

I went recently to see if this is the place I wanted to move into. Jesus specifically was great and made me feel very welcomed. He explained everything very nicely. He explained all the pricing clearly and everything the complex has to offer. He made it clear for me that this is where I want to live. I’ve been to many complexes to review their amenities and none of them seemed to care about their job on the other hand Jesus was great and super inviting. This complex is beautiful and super clean.

I love living here! I've lived in apartments my whole life and this complex is the absolute best! The grounds are always clean, maintenance is amazing and fixes things quickly! The staff is amazing and so friendly! They have resident events every month and its great to bring neighbors together and gorms a community within the community. My kids kive the events!! But the Property Manager Ariel is the best out of all of them. She is so friendly and down to earth and very understanding! If you if you have problems she tackles them immediately! She always has an open door policy and always greets you with a smile! I plan to renew my lease as I feel safe and welcomed here!

When he responds to my requests, the turn around time is normally within a day or two which is faster than any other complex I have resided at in the past. I'm new to the area and loving it so far. Have been ordering a lot of things online & the package pick up system has been the best. Way better than my previous property. I would recommend Red Mountain.

I have been here for 6 months and I can say I’m glad to be here. Lots of amenities and the front office team has been amazing and nice. They’re always smiling and willing to help when I have a question. I also have had a few minor issues that I put a work order in for, but have had the maintenance team rush to my requests within an hour to fix. Jaime, Daniel, and Julio have all been great and nice to talk with. Very professional and knowledgeable guys who have always fixed my issues timely and go beyond to help with anything else. Amazing customer service and all deserve raises!

Cortland Red Mountain Apartment is a great place to live. It offers brand new and renovated units and appliances. The staff are very professional and friendly. Shout out to Cherisa and Jasmine for making my move-in seem effortless, and for selecting a unit that overlooks the pool. I'm having a great time here and I'd highly recommend it to future tenants.

A highly recommended place to enjoy. Great quality winery to taste and choose from. Professional staff. Indoor and out door spacious seating. A menu that meets your tastes and beyond.

Court land @ Red Mountain was a great place to live! I have lived there for 3 yrs+ now and just recently moved out. Courtland took over the location from a previous company. During the middle of my 3 years living there. All I can say is their costumer service was impeccable. They always responded to my needs in a professional manner. The community is clean and friendly. The maintenance crew really does a great job maintaining the area. Just yesterday, the maintenance guy shoveled rocks back into the rock bed. They focus on the little details around the complex. Thank you for an awesome experience!

I'm so in love with this place already. My roommate and I toured the 2bed 2bath unit with Jasmine on Saturday, and were so impressed with every aspect of the staff, community and unit that we applied the moment we got home. The turnaround time for our application was so quick, and every time we reached out to the office for help they picked up the phone or reached back out to us ASAP. Never had an experience like this before, and where the 2b2b unit is concerned, it's by far the best price vs quality that we've found after a lot of searching. We're getting our keys today - thank you so much Jasmine and Team!!! I'll definitely update this review later on.

Love this place ... I've been here for three years and the office staff is great also the maintenance team does a great job, my friends and family live the cleanliness and we'll kept playground .. amazing job guys...

I have lived at Cortland Red Mountain for almost a year and a half now and I am really happy with the choice I made to move here. The management team is always helpful and works really hard to solve any issues I’ve had in the past. The maintenance team is also amazing. The times that I’ve needed things fixed or checked in my apartment, they have responded quickly. Art has responded to most of my requests and works precisely to complete my request as quickly as possible. He always makes sure it is done correctly the first. I have not had any major issues while living here and would recommend to anyone looking for really nice, updated apartments.

I just recently moved into Cortland Red Mountain. My move-in was seamless, even with pandemic restrictions and social distancing. The community was exactly as promised from their website. Jasmine is amazing! She made sure that everything went smoothly, that the apartment was as expected, and that I was well taken care of. She really cared that I was happy with my unit and is always so helpful with answering questions.
