Cortland Preston North is an amazing community with great amenities and spacious living. The other benefits like proximity to shopping/dining and Prospes ISD make this location a no-brainer. Cortland Preston North is a wonderful place to live. Haley, Cordero & Tyler in the front office are always helpful and friendly. The maintenance guys Ashley, Greg & George are awesome and always take care of any problem we may have. Cortland is really close to shopping and restaurants. There are also two very good hospitals close by. UT Southwestern just off the Dallas North tollway Frisco and Baylor Scott & White off highway 380 in McKinney. The game room and work out room are tops. We have been with Cortland since 2015 and highly recommend them as a place to call home.

We have been with Cortland for a while and have enjoyed the Cortland Preston North community. The apartments are well kept, the management team and maintenance teams are very professional, friendly and helpful. The grounds are well kept, and the facilities are really nice. My wife and I recommend living here, it is quite and close to shopping.

The complex is always well maintained along with the grounds. We enjoy the saltwater swimming pool along with the workout room.

I moved in Corland Preston North for 4 months now and it has been an amazing experience. Cordero, my incredible leasing consultant went above and beyond to assist me on my new home. He was very knowledgeable about the community and the amenities. I recommend this community due to their professional staff and the many features they provided, like ELEVATORS IN EVERY BUILDINGS! Their landscaping, the structures of the buildings, and hallways are always clean. They have a 24-hour gym, a clubhouse, printer, computer, pool table, and TVs. I am extremely happy with my experience and the decision I made. Stop by to visit Cortland today!

I actually have really enjoyed living in these apartments. It’s one of the only apartments in prosper/frisco that you don’t need to use Coserv electric and can choose your own company. It’s also a very safe and clean complex I feel safe here and it’s quiet and relaxed as majority of the people here are professionals. I did have a mold issue happen from a leaking AC in the summer but they remedied the issue so fast by taking out the sheet rock, giving me a air filter to filter oh the mold in the air, and cleaning all of my vents. They also gave me a $50 dollar gift card for the issue. Yes, 50 dollars isn’t much but the gesture was kind from the leasing office and I appreciated it. Haley is great property manager and always listen to any concerns I might have. I do have some issues at time with some of the leasing consultants as they are dismissive but Tyler is one of the best here and always happy to help. Beautiful and well maintained apartments. You’re closer to Prosper and McKinney than Frisco center city. So you’ll have to go far to use town amenities like the Frisco public library. Other than that a good location and good apartments.

Beautiful complex! I love the walking trails, landscaping and the pool is huge. The team does a great job with the upkeep. Although it is an apartment complex, it feels like a mini secluded neighborhood.

I've enjoyed my first year living here at Cortland Preston North! I'm looking forward to renewing or transferring a lease to a different Cortland to be closer to work. Any time there was a concern about anything, the Cortland team was always there to help and guide me. Additionally, all the maintance requests I submitted were efficiently taken care of right away. Not to mention, the amenities are also great at any Cortland complex. I'm looking forward to renting from Cortland until I settle down to purchase a house.

I’m a longtime resident and have found the staff in the office and maintenance to be very cooperative and helpful. The landscaping has been well maintained. I have not needed much repair work, but when I have it has been taken care of very efficiently.

I have lived at Cortland Preston North for two months and I'm truly impressed with the community. Super family friendly, nice neighbors and a top notch management team! Both Tyler Whitener and Karen Linares have been so nice and diligent throughout my application process and upon move-in. The service team is excellent as well...they take care of any requests right away. I love my apartment and how spacious and updated it is. Plus you can't beat the location! So close to everything and in Prosper ISD. Amenities are great and well kept...gym is open 24/7! I strongly recommend this community!

One of the best apartments I ever lived both from Amenities/Maintenance and Customer Service perspective!! Good location, very neat, clean and well maintained. If we put in any request for maintenance, it is taken care on the same day on almost all cases. I had to sign a short-term lease as our new home is under construction, due to this, I had to reshuffle the move out dates and lease agreement dates quite often . Office staff Karen, Ashley and Manager Tyler are amazing! they always go an extra mile to help the residents. Tyler was so flexible in giving us options to extend our lease and adjusted all our move out dates and also adjusted us into a new apartment without hassle. I highly recommend these apartments, specially considering the maintenance of the place, flexibility and amazing staff!

We took a 2 bed apt lease for 15months and it’s worth the stay longer here. This Community is very neat and maintained very well. Any service request raised will be solved on the same day. The Cortland portal is a user friendly app where all your concerns can be resolved. The management here are very polite and helpful.

I lived in a townhome style apartment with a garage. This was the quietest apartment I have lived in. My neighbors were quiet and considerate. If they ever did make noise, it wasn't loud enough to disturb me as someone who worked from home. Overall a very comfortable experience. I would have signed another lease if I wasn't travelling soon!

Wheeew, Ok I'm going to do my best not to cry. My first experience with Cortland properties were in Westchase,FL. I never imagined that I would be afforded the opportunity to live in another Cortland property in Frisco, Tx. I never stayed in a community that gives you the option to leave in 30 days if you are not satisfied. I've been living at Cortland Preston North for over a year now and I'm well treated and greeted. I have peace where I live and anything I need is a phone call or office visit away. The staff are excellent and maintenance crew are one a kind. I've personally grown fond of Lauren Donica who exemplifies excellent and personal customer service. I also appreciate Emily and both of the Ashley's lol. Having such a great leasing office and maintenance team makes all the difference in choosing where one decides to live. I am so happy with my move here to Cortland. And what made me choose Cortland was the friendly, welcoming, and warming greetings and interactions I had with Lauren and the other team members. I loved living here. The property is very pretty. The apartment I lived in was really big and I was very happy with it. Maintenance comes very quickly and the leasing team was always pleasant with me and I felt valued. The amenities are great. Pool and grills very clean and NEVER CROWDED. The residents were pretty tame. I appreciate Cortland Preston North giving us such a great home and it was bittersweet moving out. Would recommend.

This Apartment is an amazing, very clean and quite. They always make sure everything is ok with you and make you feel comfortable. They are very considerable when you have a little issue of late payment, as soon you inform them in time they will work things out with you. I will always recommend my friends to live there, and everything is very close to you. Walmart, mall, good restaurants, toyota etc, name it. My friends go for the Apartment and you will really enjoy it, talk about parking, it was great, invite your friends They will have space to park their cars without any issue. After dealing with horrible management and maintenance at my previous complex, I came across Cortland and was smitten by the professional, friendly, courteous, caring, and respectful staff. My move was so smooth and pleasant there was nothing for me to check off on my inventory move-in sheet because the apartment was excellent. Up-to-date amenities, cabinetry, security, etc. Most important is friendly and caring staff and friendly neighbors which makes a world of a difference where you live. Good management and good neighbors make a great community with unity.

I’ve been living at this Cortland property for over 2 years. It is undoubtedly the cleanest well managed community I’ve lived in since I moved from home to apartment living in 2006. Everyone in management, leasing, maintenance and grounds keeping are fantastic and a pleasure to work with. Before COVID19 they offered residents themed activities for us to get to know each other better as well as special occasions for the kids. They have been diligent in keeping their residents and staff safe throughout this pandemic and have done an excellent job. If you’re looking for a new home be sure to come by Cortland Preston North. Five stars is not enough to describe the exceptionally amazing experience I have experienced. Ashley is the leasing agent who has made life easier for me and been extremely professional, courteous, and kind. I was afraid of moving into an apartment while my new house is being built because I thought it would be loud and management would advertise, but not care. That is so not true here! You are treated like family and everyone on the staff including maintenance cares a lot about the property and the tenants. I had a problem the day of move in and was about to cry because I thought no one would take care of this on a weekend. I was so wrong. I called the maintenance number and Carlos arrived quickly. When he knew that he could not resolve the properly, I contacted Ashley and she got George to assist. I really enjoy staying here and that is rare for me. I have lived in apartments most of my adult life and seek luxury apartments wherever I move; this is by far one of the best. Management responds immediately to my requests and they always seem willing to help. One morning they greeted us at the gate with snacks for breakfast which I felt was a good act of kindness.
