Great place to live. We have lived with Cortland since 2015 and have always had really good service from all the maintenance and office folks. Ground's are always kept looking great. Preston Cortland North is only one mile from shopping and restaurants. Also it's only about 2 miles from a brand new Baylor Scott and White Hospital. Highly recommend living here. They have regular type apartment buildings and one's that are like townhomes. There's a saltwater pool, game and computer room and a wonderful workout room. There's a dog park for your dog.

I had called asking about pricing about town homes, and everything the complex may have to offer, I had nothing but a pleasant experience over the phone speaking with Shelby, she was so kind, running me through everything they have to offer and breaking down pricing for me and when I may come in to do a tour. She as well happened to do such a lovely job in showing me the unit we had been interested in, she was very bubbly and kind, showing me around all the amenities and the unit I had my eye on. Everything was beautiful. I’d highly recommend having her to help you through your experience at Cortland Preston North.

I have stayed with Cortland for 3 years in 2 communities - Cortland WindsongRanch and Cortland Preston North. On both occasions, the stay was good and had a positive experience. The prompt maintenance requests and the general upkeep of the community is taken care of very well. Good thing about Cortland is that they are at multiple places so incase if you want to move to a new community within Cortland, it would be easy transition- atleast that is how I felt in my case. I had to move out and break my lease but that also had been handled well. I would definitely recommend this place if someone is looking to stay in Frisco. Would come back here incase I move to Frisco again.

There are new lights that were added to the pre-existing lighting in the hallways, and they give a warmer feel to the property; and there was a mirror installed for cars to more easily navigate around a corner. I feel that whoever made these changes pays attention to detail and has good taste and I wanted to express my appreciation here!

Cortland Preston North has an outstanding maintenance staff that is extremely responsive and capable. Matters requiring attention are addressed and fixed within a day if not sooner. Overall, management takes excellent care of the facilities, the residents and any issues. The appearance is clean, welcoming and newer. The rental prices and fees are currently reasonable for the area, which is growing at a fast rate. There is abundant retail nearby (but not too close) and a new major hospital under construction also nearby.
