I have been living here for a little over a year now, and I absolutely love it. It's such a family friendly complex with so many beautiful areas to walk. Their maintenance service is super fast, easy and efficient. And I can NOT brag enough about their parcel pending mail system, so convenient. They plan a lot of community events to ensure we know they care, I definitely appreciate that. Horacio (one of the managers I believe) has been a tremendous help with questions or concerns I have, and was even more great when I needed to upgrade to a bigger place. I love this place, and don't plan to leave anytime soon :)

I've loved living here for the little over a year I've been here so far. The maintenance is always extremely timely and friendly. The office staff is very personable and efficient, and most important.. responsive and available. The grounds are always well kept. They have an amazing community outreach with apartment held events, which is really neat-complimentary gym classes, poolside events in the summer.. I could go on and on. Not sure if it's a "Cortland property" thing, or just this complex, but I don't plan to move anytime soon!

This is a quiet best kept secret location! It is peaceful and safe and it feels like a mini neighborhood at times. I enjoy the fact that the management company actually cares about the residents. There is plenty of parking no extreme rules regarding parking assignments. The pool area is resort style, I have enjoyed my experience!!!

This has been the best apartment experience I have ever had. My wife and I moved in at the beginning of 2019, and we have truly loved living here since day 1. The staff is friendly and they are very helpful. The Maintenence team is second to none. They have a 48 hour guarantee on their service requests, and they have never taken longer than maybe a day to fix something. It's truly remarkable. Honestly no complaints. Just writing a review because I love this place and honestly want others to know this place is legit.

Ive got nothing but good things to say about Cortland Preston North. I love living here, its been 2yrs and counting. The management team is so friendly and professional. They make you feel like family and definitely accommodate you any way possible. Its a very safe place and in an up and coming area with lots of new shops and restaurants. Its very pleasant. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a home. And a place the office become your friends. And you enjoy all the amenities it has to offer. Its an enjoyable place to come home to.

My family and I got locked out our apartment on a Sunday night! A SUNDAY NIGHT!!! And David the on call maintenance man came and unlocked our apartment for us in less then a hour. I was speechless I could not believe he came out, we where getting ready to leave and get a hotel for the night and he calls saying not to worry that he’s on his way! I could not be happier with the cortland staff everyone is awsome from maintenance to grounds keeping to the office staff everyone is awesome. Thank you cortland north and thank you David for coming out that Sunday night!!

Wanted to take a minute and say how great the maintenance staff is. They have upped their service levels to 5 stars! Every single maintenance request is completed in 24 hours at the most and a follow up email is provided! Also wanted to give a shout out to Curtis! He always takes care of you! Christy and Horacio are great property managers! Their door is always open! That’s says a lot in today’s world! -Cheers!

The Community is very clean and people are awesome. Apartments are practically new and well maintained. The only thing I would add is a place for children to play and some basketball courts. Other than that, everything is very good.
