From the moment I moved in, Cortland Powers North felt like home. The apartments are beautiful, modern, and many are designed with walk in closets! I unfortunately had to break my lease early for military orders! But thankfully Amanda & team were extremely understanding and supportive! The community is well-kept, quiet, and in a great location on Powers corridor, close to everything I needed. Definitely recommend getting a floor plan with a view!!! I don't leave many reviews, but I was truly impressed!

I’ve lived here for about 2 years and I love it! The staff is amazing and if you bring an issue to their attention they will do everything in their power to fix it. Any issues don’t come from the staff nor community. Maintenance is also amazing because they have fought to get my shower fixed and it is finally happening! Pros: Mostly amazing neighbors Great maintenance team Amazing amenities Responsive staff Staff want to get to know you on a personal level and will go out of their way to know you. Everyone is super kind here and care! Pets are loved all around by people in the apartments and staff. But with every review there will be cons. Cons: Lack of security. We have people who will show up and jump the fences to get into our pool area and use it. When brought up to office staff to put in Cameras in high traffic areas or common areas to be able to track these individuals and trespass them they are met with resistance from corporate preventing them from having them due to “liability issues” We have had car

Was looking for an apartment that would accept my fur baby. Although I decided on a different property due to the distance for my job. I wanted to recognize the supportive and very educated staff. The tour was very thorough. Grace asked me what my fur baby name was which told me she must have fur baby's of her own. I definitely second guessed my choice of not living here. Kudos to this team!

I recently toured Cortland Powers North, and I was so impressed! The property is beautifully maintained, and the attention to detail really stands out. The amenities are top-notch, the grounds are clean and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere feels warm and inviting. The team, namely the office staff Grace and Marsha, were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire tour, which made the experience seamless and enjoyable. Just switched apartment complexes from the Taylor at Greenways and now I have 15 months in Phase 1 at CPN. Fantastic experience. Nidiann has been excellent to work with throughout the process including the application, and move in. It has been smoother than I have experienced previously at the Taylor. Approved within 24 hours. How can you beat that? Renting a huge one bed/ one bath and garage for $2k/month with an awesome view. Definitely make sure you go with Xfinity ($50/month of or over 1 Gb plan!) over the Quantum BS internet. Gym in phase 1 is much better than phase 2, and amenities are similar led me to pick it over the newer/ nicer phase 2. I feel like I have the gym all to myself, and it is a fully equipped gym! Package pickup is a breeze, the neighbors are quiet, and the leasing staff has been easy going. My stay has been top notch!

Ive lived here for two years and its a great complex! Like everywhere, there are pros and cons to living here. Pros are that its close to all the groceries, easily accessible and slightly walkable. There are also plenty of trails nearby as well for walks. Leasing and maintenance requests are easy and they’re responsive. We always felt taken care of. Cons are that there has been a clear decline in the quality and maintenance of phase 1 since phase 2 opened. Theres just more trash in stairwells, grass and surrounding area is patchy and dirty. They also told us when we signed the lease that phase 1 and phase 2 that we will have access to all phase 2 amenities. Last summer they rescinded this and said we needed armbands and that phase 2 residents had access to all our amenities while we couldnt have access to theirs. Unfortunate. Biggest problem is the safety of the community overall. Our car was broken into and several other cars were stolen/ robbed as well. Cortlands response has been super abysmal to just make

Paul is amazing any maintenance request I’ve had they have been there within the hour and started working on it! He’s been super friendly and helpful! I’m very pleased to call this place home. I just moved in and finding this complex fabulous! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and snow removal today was swift! The gym is surprising remarkable with heavy weights, an array of machines and a view overlooking the pool that can’t be beat. The halls are quiet, parking seems easy and plentiful. Lots of pet tenants which i think is great! Cortland Powers North is in the heart of everything I need or want. 5 out of 5 stars so far!! 🙌

Living here has been great. Albeit a bit pricey, the area can’t be beat. Safety, location, and proximity to lots of shopping areas and food is great. The welcome package is also pretty sweet with all the coupons and freebies they provide upon moving in.

Absolutely love living here! This is by far the best complex we have lived in. The neighborhood is relatively quiet, the clubhouse is exceptionally beautiful, and I never have issues with parking. You definitely get your bang for your buck when living here.

I cannot say enough great things about this apartment complex—it truly deserves all the praise for being the best place I’ve ever lived, not only in Colorado Springs but anywhere! From the moment we arrived to tour the property, it was clear that this was a step above the rest. Let’s start with the amenities, because they are nothing short of incredible. The gym is hands down the best I’ve ever seen in an apartment community. It’s fully equipped with top-of-the-line machines, free weights, and plenty of space for functional fitness workouts. Whether you’re into weightlifting, cardio, or yoga, the gym here has everything you could possibly need. The pool area is equally impressive. Living here is very exciting. They have a lot special events and neighbors are very friendly. It's a very puppy friendly environment. Staff is spectacular, including maintenance came in fix my restroom toilet. Never met most wonderful human beings. There a member of the staff Natalie highly recommend speaking too. The view is amazing. 1 Year here i am never leaving.

First off I would like to say we do enjoy it here. The problem is the amenities at phase 1 are overrun with non residents having pool parties. Loud, obnoxious, smoking weed in the wide open, leaving gate propped open so more can come right in. They have a security service that is essentially billing them and not performing any service. 6/21 was a perfect example. We were at the pool and it was completely overrun with another pool party. I called the security service. There “guard” called me back and said “I checked everyone out and they were all residents”. I said how do you verify they are residents. His response. “They all had key fobs”. 1. Key fobs are all over this entire world. 2. We walked home and his truck was parked in the front by the pool. He never got out of it!! Unbelievable. Cortland has failed to hold up to there end of the lease agreement. They cannot enforce anything. Without a drastic rent reduction we will be gone. Sad but true. I definitely took the service team for granted, they are so quick and clean with their work and their communication is top tier. Especially Paul, He always works his butt off! The apartments from the outside view, they look enjoyable, like you can really feel is gonna be a good experience and not just that, for sure you’ll know the inside would definitely be fancy. The people sound happy within the apartments, the pool area and the clubhouse. The sounds, they are normal, kids laughing and screaming, you know the typical fun, dogs are really nice when it comes with the sounds, and normal footsteps sounds and stuff that falls to the floor but nothing to be angry of. Some people are nice and some aren’t but that’s just life. The balcony is really nice to be in, nice coloring and spectacular views. This has been the best by far apartment I have ever lived. Management is really active, they are usually there, if they aren’t, they’re probably touring but their are responsive and take immediate actions to any situation that comes. Service employees are really nice as well and they take their jobs seriously, they always fix the faults. No disappointments .

I moved here sight unseen from Wisconsin and they did an amazing job at showing my multiple apartments on a virtual tour and I really got to trust them! I have never been to the springs before either. We showed up and the apartment was amazing! So much bigger than we expected and a mountain view. We are so excited to be here. The location is also perfect because it’s right off a main road but you never hear the road. So it’s easy to access downtown or northern springs it’s right on the middle here!

I’ve lived in the new phase 2 units since March 24. The building was still in the process of being completed at the time so there were some inconveniences since some amenities were not available, but the management team remediated those issues swiftly. Pros: - Management and maintenance are quick to respond to any issues and resolve them. I’m the type of person who submits a request for many things and have never encountered a problem. They are super helpful. - Quality: the apartment was built fast but I have yet encountered any quality issues. Everything has worked as intended and makes it a comfortable place to live. - Dog Park/Pet Wash: Absolutely love there is a bark park here, my pup and i have made many friends through that. Also, having a husky, it’s fantastic there’s a place to wash and groom my pup. - Friday Donuts: my pup and I go to the office every Friday to enjoy a donut together. I moved in a few months ago and it has been such a great experience so far! The apartments are very well designed and the views from the property are unmatched! The service team is also super great. The few times I had minor issues, they were prompt with coming out to fix it and Paul was always very professional and personable while in my home! The amenities are also some of the nicest I have seen in the Springs and the office staff is always super welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly. A big shout out to Josh in the leasing office! He was there for me every step of the way from my first tour to move-in day and beyond and was always checking in to make sure I was happy with my new home and to make sure I didn’t have any concerns! I couldn’t recommend this community more!!

I needed some maintenance work done on my washing machine dryer, and my drains the gentleman Mr. Ian came over in a timely manner and handled all of my request, even though some of those request was not the initial problem he was very courteous. He was respectful of my space and he handled everything with great care. Gave me some tips to help with the washing machine and dryer I just wanted to give a big round of applause for the maintenance staff and Mr. Ian specifically.

I found Cortland on Zillow, and Zachary Young happened to be the one who helped me when I came to see the property. He has exceptional customer service skills and genuine care for people. He truly has made my experience in finding my new home easy, fun and made me feel so comfortable and well taken care of. Every step of the way he has been a man of his word and made sure that I got into the unit I needed and wanted! I was truly never worried for a minute! He was consistent with follow ups and communication with a bright smile on his face, amazing laugh that cheered me up every time I spoke with him! Best apartment I have had in the Springs. The room was so clean it felt like I was the first person to live in it. The appliances are all modern and the layout really maximizes the space perfectly. The view from the third-floor balcony is amazing. Everyone in the main office is all smiles and very professional. I had to put in a few work orders, but maintenance came the same day and fixed everything with no complaints. 11/10 would recommend.

Just Moved in and love the location and the Staff are wonderful. We moved from 7 hours away from here and in a different time zone as well. I was a little worried that I might receive good communication due to me not being able to come in and do paperwork and tours etc. But I was most definitely wrong. Mrs. Marsha Khammasith was our leasing office specialist and she was there every step of the way and accommodated as much as necessary. I had to call on multiple occasions just due to me having questions or just in general and she was MORE that helpful and patient. She made our move successful and fairly easy. We toured this apartment along with some others and had our rental home not worked out this was one of two final choices for our family to live at. Josh did an incredible job giving us a tour and made time for us as walk-ins. While getting our information several residents came in to take care of things and just by the way they interacted with Josh I could tell this was a tight-knit, wonderful community. It was one of the reasons this was one of our final choices, even though we were looking for a 3 bedroom (which aren’t ready yet but we could switch units once they were). The units were beautiful, modern and at a great price point and the amenities looked amazing. I would recommend these to anyone looking for an apartment.

Marsha and Josh are AMAZING! The apartment home we were supposed to move into was a nightmare (another community) & needed to find a new home the same day. Cortland was the first community we looked at, and we knew this would be the right decision for us. They both took the time to show us the community & a few apartments that we had an eye on. They were so friendly, welcoming, professional & patient with my husband and I. The community offers amazing amenities, upgraded finishes in the apartments & overall we are so glad we made this decision. The office offers lots of treats to the residents, such as donuts and other treats from other businesses! Also, obsessed with our Pikes Peak view!

We absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE living here. I can’t say enough about the ENTIRE team here. Natalie, Marsha, Zack, Josh, Paul, and Gramm! Everyone here goes above and BEYOND. I want to write a review on each of them, but I would be here all day. I have a great relationship with all of them and can’t rave enough about them. Cortland Powers was one of my favorite apartments. I lived there for a little over two years and only moved because I bought a house. The floor plan was spacious, and I had an amazing view of the mountains. I had a few maintenance issues, but Paul or Graham always came the same day to address them. The office staff was always friendly and answered the 100+ questions I had. There are some issues with pet waste, but the positive far outweighs the bad. Highly recommend this community.

We moved into one of the new buildings on the property and so far we love it! The apartment has a modern look with nice appliances. My only concern is that the walls/ceilings are super thin which is an adjustment. Overall the property is well-maintained with a beautiful view of Pikes Peak.The office Team/Maintenance Team is great and very tentative to our needs.

The staff and maintenance is so responsive to my needs. I have lived here almost two years and thoroughly enjoy it. The floor plans are gray and the gym is huge with all the equipment needed. There is no need for a gym membership, plus there is yoga once a week. Great perks with donuts each Friday for those of us that work from home.

Natalie, was truly exceptional. I met her at a home search that was focused on the {neighborhood}, I was impressed with their level of knowledge and the amount of data that they had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with them since I was set on renting in the {neighborhood} and I’m so thankful I did. Natalie and Josh, were ALWAYS available for home tours. I’ve been living here for almost 3 months and I love it so far. The apartments are very clean upon move in, appliances are all updated. I never hardly hear my neighbors. The facilities are kept in pristine condition, but my favorite thing about living here is the office staff. The manager Natalie was so incredibly helpful in getting us moved in. She really went above and beyond for us, she even got us a little home warming present! I moved in mid month, so it was difficult when I first got here to make ends meet and get back on track. But Natalie helped in every way she could by allowing me to make a payment arrangement for that first month I was here. I am so grateful to you, Natalie. Everyone in the office is so easy to communicate with, and they really play a big role in making living here so nice.

This has certainly been my favorite apartment by far. Zack, Paul and Grahm were always happy to answer any of our questions and get us ready for the move-in. The service team keeps the grounds and pool in pristine shape and always looking great! All of my neighbors are very quiet and polite, and a few of them even offered to help us move in our furniture. I definitely recommend giving Cortland Powers North a visit!

I’ve been living here a little over a year and a half. I contemplated about doing this review, but it’s just out of hand and annoying at this point. If you want to be constantly inconvenienced by construction late to any engagements, you may have due to construction workers blocking the road with 18 wheelers and won’t move, Then move here. The best thing about living here is that maintenance is punctual and efficient they get the job done as soon as you place a trouble ticket, I’ve never had a maintenance request that was not completed within 24 hours. Also, the complex and amenities are kept clean and presentable, and the office staff is very helpful. But the construction omg it’s so annoying!

I’ve lived at CPN for a year and recently moved due to work. Work orders were always completed in a timely manner. I didn’t have any issues with noise from neighbors. I didn’t get involved with any of the events because I prefer to keep to myself. But whenever I did run into neighbors, everyone always seemed friendly. The gym was really nice. I loved that the apartment complex is dog friendly. The dog park was remodeled right before I moved & it’s even better than before. Some residents don’t pick up after their dogs. That’s the minor complaint that I do have. Overall a great experience & I’d come back if I had the opportunity.

I love this complex for many reasons. It's so clean and it has many amenities. The pool feels like a resort. and so many nice people to meet. There is a great area to celebrate special occasions. Really love living here. My husband and I have now lived in two units at this complex - just because we wanted to upgrade our Pikes Peak view when the unit above us became vacant. Maintenance fixes things the same day you put in a request. If we ever have issues (which we don't), we just email Katherine in the office and she takes good care of us.

It’s a wonderful place to live. The neighbors in my building are very friendly. In Colorado Springs I HIGHLY recommend checking the reviews because this place is definitely 4-5 stars worthy. We’ve only been in our unit for a few months and I never have issues finding parking. The walls and floors are a bit thin so be wary of making a lot of excessive noise during quiet hours. We came into this complex feeling traumatized from our rental experience with Bellaire Ranch. If you are curious, seriously- go look up the reviews! The walk through was painless and the unit presented to us looked identical to our unit and it didn’t feel like they really had to work hard to sell us on this place. I will tell you, this is a NO SMOKING complex. We quit just to move in and it’s been a nice change, honestly. The staff is always pretty friendly and do great about calling you back if you have questions and you’re not able to reach them right away. I've been a resident here at Cortland for 3 years and I have to say it's been amazing. The staff is tremendous! From the time you move in they remember your name and treat you like family. They plan great community events, like this year they hosted Friendsgiving a week before Thanksgiving, or their end of summer party. The very few times I have submitted maintenance requests, the response has generally been the same day, but no longer than 36 hours after the request. The maintenance group has even given me advice on how to properly hang things on my walls. If I have any concerns, the staff is always quick to address them. It is a very pet friendly apartment complex, even having monthly pet of the month competitions. They have a great set of amenities that include a dog washing station, dog park with a small agility course, swimming pool/hot tub, pool table and grills all around the community. I look forward to renewing with them again when my lease is up.

My husband and my stay there at Cortland Powers North was a positive one for sure! They are beautiful luxury apartments with great amenities. Melanie, Alex and Katherine were all excellent office staff. Very efficient, professional, helpful, kind, etc. Enjoyed the beautiful pool, clubhouse, the cool coffee machine that made all kinds of different drinks, the different tea selections. Every week the office had free donuts for residents. Our apartment was beautiful and had a great floor plan with lots of walk in closet space, kitchen had a lot of great cabinet space, and our bathroom had plenty of cabinet space as well. Never had any issues with anything while we were there. Maintenence always did a fantastic job and we never had to wait long for them to get things done! So if you enjoy resort style living with great employees, along with all the bells and whistles, you need not to look no further. Thank you all for a wonderful living experience here!

My husband John and I have lived here since April 2022. We love living here. The entire staff are so wonderful. Their concern for your comfort and wellbeing is genuine. The maintenance crew are always available and totally professional. We really enjoy our apartment. It has a perfect layout and all the amenities we need . I love Cortland Powers North. It has treated my husband and I very well especially with the safety and comfort we feel in the area and how easy it is for him to get on Fort Carson. I love that it is around everything but sometimes it’s hard if you were to live right next to powers and hear cars all the time or fireworks but it’s bearable and I think the doors block out that noise really well. It’s a great area for many things and has a lot of great amenities and everyone is very kind. I have never had to worry about walking outside alone or walking our dog and that’s important to me

Out of all the apartments we toured, this place had the best views and amenities. The 24/7 gym is the biggest perk. Management has always been kind and easy to talk to. I stayed at Cortland powers North for a year and loved my entire stay. If I didn’t have to relocate I would have stayed! Some pros: Location, location, location. 5 min drive to everything you ever need: Costco, target, grocery stores, tj maxx and countless others. In addition, you get a very beautiful view of the mountains. Living space. Large balcony, plenty of kitchen and bathroom storage. Maintenance. I didn’t have to use them often, but when I did, they were quick to respond and addressed the issues. In addition, valet trash is 7 days a week and there’s also easy access to the dumpster if needed (never smelly and mostly out of site). Amenities. This is by far the largest apartment gym I’ve had the privilege of using. Everything you need with, again, a perfect view of the mountains. Staff. Nothing but praises for Emily who helped me get started with my lease, to Alex who helped me end my lease. Nothing but positive things to say about the team and the community here. The application and lease process was extremely easy and smooth. From day one as a resident, the staff have been very helpful and do their best to create a friendly environment for the residents. We have been able to attend a couple of the resident events here and love that they do that for us. We have not had too many maintenance concerns since the buildings are still fairly new, but when we do have something, they have been in same day to take care of it. Highly recommend!

I absolutely LOVE living at this complex! I love how close it is to Target, Sprouts, Costco, and pretty much every store I need to go to regularly. The amenities are amazing (24 hour gym what? Not even 24 hour fitness is open that long!!), plus our friends are always complimenting how stylish our unit is whenever they drop by. The office staff is also really awesome, especially Alex! He's always so sweet, knowledgable, and attentive to all my needs. If you're looking for a luxury apartment in the perfect part of town, look no further!

I cannot recommend this place enough! All the staff are extremely friendly and generally care about the residents. They routinely hosts free events for residents for example; margarita pool party, catered Chick-Fil-A breakfast, Twisted Paint event, etc. The gym is large for an apartment facility with great Mountain View’s and FREE classes. I’ve placed 2 work orders, 1 was completed while I was at work and the other was responded to instantly outside of normal business hours. Residents are young professionals and older which is nice if you’re a light sleeper like me and want to avoid a party complex. If you want to live on Powers then you won’t find a better place than here, I promise.

Leasing staff is super nice. Just a bit too modern for my tastes. But taking my personal preference out, they are very nice.

I just moved to Fort Collins. I will miss this place! The staff were friendly and responsive. The apartments were spacious, and I loved the common areas and coffee machine. Any issues I had with the apartment (which were few) were done in a timely manor. The location is close by groceries and other useful stores. If you're not going to use the common areas (gym, pool, coffee ect) there are less expensive alternatives in the springs, but certainly worth the price if you do use them.

My husband and i have been living here for 5 months and this is the best place to live. Management is amazing. Its a super quiet place, and everyone in the community is really friendly! I love how pet friendly they are! Perfect place for a dog.

I've resided at Cortland Powers North for a year and I've LOVED it. The apartment is very spacious (I have a 2b/2b) with lots of storage, big closets, huge bathrooms, and a gorgeous kitchen with island. I'm on the top floor and it's incredibly quiet and peaceful. The complex is very clean, very safe, and beautiful. Maintenance is very timely and the maintenance staff are very nice. The front office is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and they respond quickly. The grounds are kept manicured and attractive. Overall it's been a wonderful experience!

I love living at Cortland Powers North! It is literally the best, most professional and involved community I've lived in. Our apartment is beautiful, and the outside environment is well-maintained. If I could rate more than five stars, I would!

I moved to Colorado from out of state last year with very short notice. With flights being cancelled due to bad weather I wasn’t even able to look at places in person, so I had to rely on reviews. I found this apartment online which had great reviews and when I talked to them they were incredibly helpful. Emily in particular helped me step by step along the way and got me exactly what I was looking for in terms of being on the top floor and having a good view of the mountains. All throughout my lease it was definitely one of the best apartments I’ve stayed at. The leasing and maintenance crew are all amazing.

My husband and i just moved here a few days ago, and it has been a wonderful experience. The apartment is absolutely stunning. Jill and Emily have been absolutely wonderful and is so so helpful. They made our move in experience really special. I can go on and on, but I usually don’t leave ratings after being somewhere for so little, however I have just had a wonderful experience thus far
