Cortland Peterson is such an amazing place to live! My fiancé and I just moved here about a month ago, and it has been such an incredible experience so far. We love the leasing office staff and how involved they are with the community. Janell especially has been so welcoming and helpful in helping us settle in and make this place feel like home, though all of them have truly been amazing! If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would!!

Beautiful location, Janell showed us around the entire complex and explained what to expect living at Cortland Peterson. The gym is incredible, so many balconies that are shared spaces, the lounge upstairs has a beautiful view of the Rockies and pool table and so many couches and tables. The pool too is so incredible with a nice fire outside after the sun goes down. 10/10 would recommend living here it’s such a perfect place

Cortland Peterson has been such an amazing place to live in. My boyfriend and I just recently moved in and we have been loving our new place. Even when we were looking at these apartments everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Especially Katherine Pando was very knowledgeable about the complex and gave us all the information we needed to know about the apartments. With the apartments everything is included that you could think of. All the kitchen appliances, big living room, big bedroom, big bathroom, and a washer and dryer. As well as, in the apartment there is plenty of cabinet space and closet space. Then with my personal favorite is our patio. We have a nice big patio that out looks everything from where we are living at. Then with the complex as well it comes with some other amenities. Like the gym, sky lounge, and the pool with a hot tub. Then gym has everything you need as well to get a good workout in. Touring the apartment was very easy thanks to Janell and the application process was simple and straightforward. The staff has been phenomenal and very responsive whenever there’s a problem (which is very rarely). They are very friendly and always willing to help. The apartment itself is very nice and has great amenities available to tenants. A couple downsides: if you don’t live in the main building, it’s stairs only; there’s a main road right behind my unit which can get loud at times. Other than that the place is great

I’ve had a wonderful experience living here and truly can’t say enough good things about Cortland Peterson. The leasing staff has been incredibly helpful from day one and always responds quickly to any questions or concerns I have. They are professional, friendly, and genuinely care about their residents. I really appreciate how clean and well-maintained the entire complex is. The grounds and common areas are always kept in great condition, which really adds to the overall atmosphere of the community. I especially want to give a special shoutout to Nidiann, Janell, and Tina. Nidiann and Janell are always so helpful, responsive, and kind in the leasing office, and Tina does an incredible job handling maintenance needs. Overall, it has been a joy being a resident here, and I would absolutely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I want to give a huge shoutout to Cortland Peterson and their entire property staff for consistently going above and beyond. From start to finish, the staff has been professional, responsive, and genuinely attentive when it comes to resolving maintenance issues. Special recognition goes to Mrs. Tina, the Head of Maintenance, who truly sets the standard. Her leadership, work ethic, and attention to detail don’t go unnoticed. You can tell she takes pride in her work and in making sure residents are taken care of. Every issue I’ve had was addressed promptly and thoroughly, with clear communication throughout the process. The supporting property staff also deserves praise for being hardworking, respectful, and efficient. It’s refreshing to see a team that actually follows through and makes resident concerns a priority. Overall, Cortland Peterson has an outstanding team, and it makes a big difference in the quality of living here. Highly recommend.

I’ve living at Cortland overall a year now and love Cortland really that also my sister lives at Cortland apartments in Dallas Tx Once I heard about a new apartment complex, I just knew it was gonna be a beautiful property and no doubt it is. I love living here and one of my best lease office personnel is Nidian, so patient and understanding. But this is yet to set us back a little, a building with no access code whatsoever for even delivery that you can understand why it cld be a deal breaker. I still believe in the vision, just this one particular issue is truly a bother to me but I would not live anywhere else cz everything else is 100%

I’ve really enjoyed living at Courtland Peterson, and a big part of that is thanks to Tina, the service manager. She does an outstanding job keeping the property clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I'm familiar with the other Cortland properties in the Springs and decided to check this one out. The floor plans were great and had beautiful views of Pikes Peak. The staff were also super helpful and friendly, especially Janell who gave me my tour.

This is a beautiful property in an amazing location within close proximity to so many shops and trails. I stopped by to get some additional information and Janell in the leasing office was super friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I had so many questions and she answered them all very thoroughly and was really helpful. The photos of the upcoming amenities look top notch and it seems like it’s really starting to come together nicely. Definitely would recommend this community to others.

This is my first time ever getting my own place and it was the most simple process ever. Cortland is a very well known company so they know what they’re doing when it comes to customer service and building an apartment complex. Since it was my first time I had so many questions and it was so easy to stop by the leasing office, send a simple text, or phone call and would get answered right away. What was great was the customer service. Very informative and super welcoming. It’s nice when you’re shopping for big purchases and feel like you’re being taken care of and also not mislead and with lots of transparency. Cortland apartments sell themselves. I immediately knew this was going to be my first home. I didn’t even look at other apartments. From start to finish it was efficient, simple, straight forward, and stress free. It’s VERY CLEAN. There’s a no smoking policy which is great so you don’t have to worry about the toxic smelly fumes spreading through the building and I see people taking care of the property

Everyone in the office is so helpful and friendly! I moved from the eastern part of the US and was very nervous uprooting my life. They all made the process so easy and answered the millions of questions I had about the complex and the surrounding area since this is such a new environment for me.
