The maintenance team could be a little more professional, but I understand there’s a lot going on. I’ve had a hole cut in my wall behind my washer and dryer for about two weeks now and my washer and dryer has been pulled out pretty much blocking my closet, unsure of when that will be fixed. I am tempted to do the drywall patch myself, but I plan on asking. Usually if somebody works inside your apartment they at least clean up their mess, drywall dust was all over my closet and tracked into the bathroom, but like I said, they must have a lot going on. Trying to be patient. Just hope things get handled professionally in the future. I ran a home repair business for nine years. So it’s hard for me to let it slide.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Cortland Peterson and their entire property staff for consistently going above and beyond. From start to finish, the staff has been professional, responsive, and genuinely attentive when it comes to resolving maintenance issues. Special recognition goes to Mrs. Tina, the Head of Maintenance, who truly sets the standard. Her leadership, work ethic, and attention to detail don’t go unnoticed. You can tell she takes pride in her work and in making sure residents are taken care of. Every issue I’ve had was addressed promptly and thoroughly, with clear communication throughout the process. The supporting property staff also deserves praise for being hardworking, respectful, and efficient. It’s refreshing to see a team that actually follows through and makes resident concerns a priority. Overall, Cortland Peterson has an outstanding team, and it makes a big difference in the quality of living here. Highly recommend.

I’ve living at Cortland overall a year now and love Cortland really that also my sister lives at Cortland apartments in Dallas Tx Once I heard about a new apartment complex, I just knew it was gonna be a beautiful property and no doubt it is. I love living here and one of my best lease office personnel is Nidian, so patient and understanding. But this is yet to set us back a little, a building with no access code whatsoever for even delivery that you can understand why it cld be a deal breaker. I still believe in the vision, just this one particular issue is truly a bother to me but I would not live anywhere else cz everything else is 100%

I’ve really enjoyed living at Courtland Peterson, and a big part of that is thanks to Tina, the service manager. She does an outstanding job keeping the property clean, comfortable, and welcoming. You can always tell she takes pride in her work — the common areas are spotless and the atmosphere feels cared for.
