Christmas came early thanks to Cortland. I have lived here 5 years, and the past several months under Cortland ownership have been some of the best. The property manager and office staff are EXTREMELY attentive. Every time I turn around there’s a new upgrade or improvement being announced. Thank you Sarah, Malik, Isa and Jeremy for making me proud to call Cortland Peachtree Battle my home.

I have lived here for 2+ years - the Cortland management has done a great job over the last few weeks, since taking over the property. They have already made big changes (fixing the East elevator being #1) to improve the property ... and are committed to continuous improvement as well (gym being re-modeled, exterior painting, upgrading access systems). The new management has been very responsive (shout out to Sarah Cash, especially) and pleasant to work with. I would recommend Cortland Peachtree Battle as a good place to live again, under the new management.

Since Cortland has taken over, the quality and atmosphere has started taking a turn for the better! It is very evident as soon as Cortland took over, that tenant satisfaction is number one. Immediate changes took place that residents have been wanting for forever. Renovations, trash valet, better access entry, and no more frequent elevator breaks!! Sarah, the property manager and Malik are super sweet and personable and open to any and all feedback. If you’re thinking about moving to Atlanta, please consider these residences!!! Super glad to call Cortland Peachtree Battle home!

Cortland has done a taken over the property and you can already see the wonderful changes. The staff is very pleasant. Sarah is a great property manager! She’s very helpful, kind, and hardworking. Maintenance comes in a timely manor. His work was efficient and clean.

The maintenance team has been incredible. Jeremy gets our maintenance requests taken care of as soon as, hours after we’ve placed them! And he took care of everything from lose faucets to bringing us a new washing machine.
