From front office staff that know you by name, to a maintenance team that that goes above and beyond to maintain facilities and keep you comfortable. They uphold community expectations, take your concerns seriously, and are easy to communicate with. You couldn’t ask for more from an apartment complex!

So far I am very pleased with my experience at Cortland One Twenty One. I've been here now almost 60 days and what Ive noticed is they take care to keep the property clean. Any maintenance concerns i've had, which hasn't been many, were resolved quickly. Also, Kimberly who is apart of the office staff has been a pleasure to work with. In my opinion she has gone out of her way to make sure my transition into this complex has been smooth. I highly recommend it!

I love being at this apartment! It truly has be fantastic. I have been here about 2 months now and I have had the best experience. Celso who helped me move in has been nothing but amazing! He remembers me every time I walk I . And when I first moved in he made sure I had everything I needed. Mainetenance is very responsive and even when I put a message in the portal. They get back to me very quickly. If you are look for a good spot, definitely come to Cortland One Twenty!

My stay at this condominium has been wonderful. The experience and service from the moment I checked in to the moment I moved in were excellent. Everyone is committed to making everything as easy and quick as possible for you. It has definitely been a good choice for the comfort of my son and me.🫶🏻🤩

I’ve lived here for one year in a 2 bed 1 bath (Lonestar floorplan) in building 8. The biggest win for me at this complex is the maintenance crew, as soon as I put in a request they’re over to the apartment within a few hours and it’s typically fixed the same day. Jose, Alex and the others have all been very kind and polite. Also, we have not had bug issues, pest control comes by and sprays outside the building each week. The pool is typically uncrowded too which is nice. I would recommend living on an upper floor, we have lots of privacy and can see the trees out our many windows. The kitchen area is also very large in the apartment which is convenient for cooking. We are only leaving because we are moving states otherwise I would be happy to be here for years to come.

I have been living here for a little over a month now, it has been a wonderful home! I have been having a fantastic time. The community is chill yet lively, I don't feel as though I have been living in a ghost town which is great! There is also structure with community guidelines which I believe is crucial to a balanced apartment living experience. As far as my unit is concerned I have had no issues, any time I have had questions I have had the ability to walk to the office and inquire without question. You can tell that someone put thought into community operations instead of just having a "set it and forget it" mentality. The approval process was very streamlined in my experience. There were issues that arose with their software, but their team did an amazing job working around that issue. No process is 100% flawless, but I could absolutely tell that they wanted to make the experience a great one! That is why I'm happy to drop 5 stars for these guys! Just moved in this last month and so far have had a great experience in our new apartment. There were some complications with our transfer process, and Celso at One Twenty One did a great job at helping us get them corrected and ensured that our apartment was very clean before move in. The maintenance staff have been quick and efficient in response to all our service requests.
