So far I am very pleased with my experience at Cortland One Twenty One. I've been here now almost 60 days and what Ive noticed is they take care to keep the property clean. Any maintenance concerns i've had, which hasn't been many, were resolved quickly. Also, Kimberly who is apart of the office staff has been a pleasure to work with. In my opinion she has gone out of her way to make sure my transition into this complex has been smooth. I highly recommend it!

I love being at this apartment! It truly has be fantastic. I have been here about 2 months now and I have had the best experience. Celso who helped me move in has been nothing but amazing! He remembers me every time I walk I . And when I first moved in he made sure I had everything I needed. Mainetenance is very responsive and even when I put a message in the portal. They get back to me very quickly. If you are look for a good spot, definitely come to Cortland One Twenty!

I’ve lived here for one year in a 2 bed 1 bath (Lonestar floorplan) in building 8. The biggest win for me at this complex is the maintenance crew, as soon as I put in a request they’re over to the apartment within a few hours and it’s typically fixed the same day. Jose, Alex and the others have all been very kind and polite. Also, we have not had bug issues, pest control comes by and sprays outside the building each week. The pool is typically uncrowded too which is nice. I would recommend living on an upper floor, we have lots of privacy and can see the trees out our many windows. The kitchen area is also very large in the apartment which is convenient for cooking. We are only leaving because we are moving states otherwise I would be happy to be here for years to come.

I have been living here for a little over a month now, it has been a wonderful home! I have been having a fantastic time. The community is chill yet lively, I don't feel as though I have been living in a ghost town which is great! There is also structure with community guidelines which I believe is crucial to a balanced apartment living experience. As far as my unit is concerned I have had no issues, any time I have had questions I have had the ability to walk to the office and inquire without question. You can tell that someone put thought into community operations instead of just having a "set it and forget it" mentality. The approval process was very streamlined in my experience. There were issues that arose with their software, but their team did an amazing job working around that issue. No process is 100% flawless, but I could absolutely tell that they wanted to make the experience a great one! That is why I'm happy to drop 5 stars for these guys! Just moved in this last month and so far have had a great experience in our new apartment. There were some complications with our transfer process, and Celso at One Twenty One did a great job at helping us get them corrected and ensured that our apartment was very clean before move in. After days of apartment shopping in and around The Colony, we selected Cortland 121 based on the great location, the reasonable price and spacious floor plan. Other apartments checked several of those boxes, and so maybe our deciding factor came down to the friendliness of the staff that assisted us. Big shout out to Noah because his professionalism and follow up on our move-in made this a very easy transition for us. It’s beginning to feel like Home.

ive been living at this complex for almost a year now, it’s an awesome community. A gentleman that works for the complex named Duece is an awesome guy always looks out for the residents and I happen to be in New York sometime back and he called my phone and told me he sees a couple of people coming in and out of my apartment. I told him it was my wife and daughter and father-in-law tending to my dogs while I’m in New York. I appreciated the call makes me feel comfortable if I’m gone that good people like duece have eyes out on my behalf, He’s great!!!!!

I moved here in 2022 and the office staff made it so easy through the lease/move-in process! They were so accommodating to my needs and made me feel right at home. I love that I can stop by the office to see Leah and Lauren and they are always so welcoming! Gerald works on the property always has a smile on his face. I wanted to make sure that management knows what an asset Gerald is to Cortland One Twenty One. I have lived here almost nine years and for the 1st time in a long time things are starting to get better again. I placed a work order in July of last year that was closed (even though the work was never done), it was for a pet waste station that was broken and pieces laying on the ground… that issue stayed that way until Gerald started. He was the one that saw the issue and fixed it even though he didn’t know I had been trying to get it taken care of for months. Gerald is a very hard worker, he is professional and friendly, if there is an issue he is quick to respond and happy to help. Please keep him at this property, the pet waste and trash issue has improved drastically since he started. It is great to have someone on property that takes pride in the work they do and values the residents. Thank you Gerald for all that you do!!!

Cortland 121 has a nice environment it is always clean and I love the Fitness room, it has sanitizing stations and also the staff are very kind, the swimming pools are very clean and nice, the front desk and also the maintenance are very kind, and also the dog playground is a nice area for pets two play and run off a lot of energy, and also there is places to eat in walking distance, places you can wash your car, grocery stores, and also a school, and also QT 7-Eleven all of this is in walking distance I love it.

The community always looks well kept and if there is any issue, it gets solve in a timely matter. They care about the community and the residents. Leah and Lauren are the best!

I wanted to give a huge shout out to Cortland One Twenty One service manager, Jerome, and his service assistant, Josh! They provided amazing customer service in my apartment today. They replaced my air filter and the kitchen faucet! They were kind, courteous, detailed, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work before leaving! 10/10!

I love the way this property is so clean & any time I need maintenance they come in a timely manner. Never have to create multiple service requests as I had to do with my previous complex. Very quiet and pleasant place to live.

I usually don't leave reviews, but I had such an amazing experience at Cortland One Twenty One I had to! Leah, one of the workers in the office, was very helpful with my questions about possibly leasing a unit with Cortland and I feel like after leaving all of my questions had been answered. Cortland is definitely at the top of my list now!

Feeling safe is at the top of my priority list. The Bristol certainly meets that requirement.. The management team is friendly and accessible. I do feel like this is my home. Its quiet, private or communal. What ever you choose to make it. Groundskeepers are assuring that the property is in top shape. Maintenance is timely and professional if they are needed. And a special thanks to all that plan the resident activities. Very happy to renew my lease. .

I’ve lived at Cortland One Twenty One for the past 5 months and I couldn’t be happier. Management has been quick to resolve issues that have been brought to their attention. Residents are kind and respectful of one another-at least in my building. It’s a quiet and well-kept community. I wish the gym had more equipment options but overall it’s decent. I love living here.

Always experience great customer service from the team and facilities. Service requwat are taken care of promptly! Dennis helped us get our apartment in 2020, and we have decided to stay with another lease! Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because they raised our rent a little too much re-upping our lease. But I do not believe the team controls most of that. Great place to live and good amenities. GREAT LOCATION

Great community and awesome staff here at Cortland One Twenty One! The front office is always very helpful especially Dennis! When I need something fixed or looked at maintenance is always on top of it especially Philip. Philip takes pride in his work and never half does the job! Sam also is a good maintenance worker. My neighbors are friendly and were very welcoming when my family and I 1st moved here. I would highly recommend this Cortland property to anyone!

My time at this property has been amazing. I've been with the property for about 4 years now, the staff as always been accommodating and that is always a plus in my book because Life Happens to us all. Every time life has handed me something unfortunate, they were there to ease the burden. I would highly recommend living here.

First time leasing ever and I've been a resident since 5/01/20. Sierra is my fav, she answered all my questions prior to move-in and I am so sad I have to move because I can't afford a 2 bedroom (currently in a one), I did turn in my 60-day written notice and they went above and beyond to try and keep me as a resident. I appreciate that. I have NOTHING bad to say about One Twenty One. Never had any pest issues, any maintenance requests were handled same day or next day at the latest. LOVE LOVE LOVEEEED it here. I would recommend these apartments to anyone. I must say they've made looking for another place to call home very hard, just because I have to upgrade to a bigger apartment, I don't expect to downgrade in hospitality or quality.

They go above and beyond. We had an issue but as soon as we brought it to their attention they were super proactive and took care of it right away. We also witnessed a lease violation and that was taken care of immediately. . Their management is top notch I highly recommend them. I can’t express enough how amazing and proactive there management is.

I have lived here little over 3 years. I basically picked this apt complex due to 1. Location but 2. The friendly staff when I first walked into the office. There have been changes over the years and the current staff are awesome! Ditto on the great reviews of Julissa and Sierra- both very personal, professional and respond to concerns immediately. I’ve had some basic apt issues, but all corrected quickly and efficiently. I wish there was more cupboards in kitchen and don’t like only ONE kitchen drawer. Also the design of hall closet awkward (not much fits in there). I feel safe living here. Love seeing all the improvements (painting bldg, landscape, pool, adding the Hub for our packages).

Beautiful property and great staff! I’ve lived here 6 months and have no problems! Pools are great! The landscaping and ground are clean. My dog loves the dog park. In a safe area close to many stores and restaurants

I don't usually leave reviews, but this place stands out over every single place I've ever lived in that they fix things FAST. my AC had a problem and they got it running again within 24 hrs of me putting in the request.
