After looking at apartments all over Crystal City and Pentagon City, we walked into Courtland on South Eads without an appointment and were pleasantly surprised. CJ, Brittany, and Molly treated us like family from the moment we arrived. They took the time to show us the community, answer all of our questions, and help us find an apartment that truly fit our needs. We never felt rushed or pressured. The renovations, spacious floor plans, and unbeatable location make this an incredible value at this price point. We're so impressed that we're submitting our application today. Thank you, CJ, Brittany, and Molly, for making what can be a stressful apartment search such a positive experience. We can't wait for the opportunity to call Courtland on South Eads home!

CJ, Brittany, and Molly went beyond my expectations during our visit and tour of Cortland on S Eads. They were very accommodating and gracious with our many questions and gave us tours of several apartments so we were able to make an informed decision. We were so pleased with the apt renovations and square footage that we decided to sign a lease!

Just had a tour at Cortland at south eads , Brittany and CJ did an amazing job at making me and my girl feel comfortable and heard . We are moving from North Carolina and Leary about where to stay in Va . As soon as we came in we were met with incredible smiles and energy . They were so knowledgeable and informative of the layouts and the area . We felt like we were touring with our friends , it was such a great time . We have visited over 10 properties in Va and this is number 1 . They are doing renovations and was still able to give us top notch service . They both have just started but gave us a tour like pros at this building . Shoutout to Brittany for being an incredible leader and having a beautiful building !

My family and I have lived in this building for several years, and we have had a wonderful experience. We are currently under new management, and the company has done an outstanding job enhancing and beautifying the property, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for all residents. We are also fortunate to have Mrs. Brittany Cherry as our Community Manager. She is exceptional—friendly, professional, and always provides outstanding customer service. My family and I are happy to be part of this community. Everyone who works in the different departments is truly remarkable and consistently provides excellent service. We greatly appreciate all their hard work and dedication. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

These renovations are becoming annoying in this building , but I got to say Brittany the manager in the office has been hands on and on ground zero ! I don’t see how she’s handling all of us , the renovations , and the company . She’s new and kicking butt . She has a lot to work on but I’m truly confident she’s about to turn this place around for the better !

Just finished 5 years at The Paramount, and I am a huge fan! (I'm only moving out because I am leaving the area.) The apartments are large, the location is great, and the management team is incredibly professional and responsive. As for the maintenance team, I would give them 6 stars if I could! They were always very responsive and had a smile on their face every time. They work hard to keep the building in tip top shape. The building is quiet inside (I rarely heard my neighbors) and the residents are very nice. I would absolutely live here again!

I have lived here since 2002. Love the building, location, location, and location. Only 135 units so not so tremendously crowded as other newer buildings. You can’t beat the square feet compared to other newer buildings. It’s been very pleasant and I don’t want to move!!!!! Businesses, eateries, entertainment and hotels all within reach not to mention any and all types of stores, services and great restaurants. Crystal City/National Landing has built up and refreshed. Small building, great community. Urban and city life definitely.

Latese is a phenomenal Property Manager. Shout out to the greatest Maintenance Team Sterling and Sosa. This is an older building but they keep it running like new. The close proximity to metro, entertainment and restaurants is great, however, I continue to stay because of the amazing caring team we have here. Always friendly and very professional. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The exterior of the building looks old, but the room is spacious, clean, and I’m very satisfied. I’ve only been living here for six months, but I’m already thinking about extending my lease and staying longer. Thank you to all the staff for always being so helpful.
