I had the opportunity to move in Cortland on Ponce this week and have been overwhelmed at the kindness I have experienced. Donna has been incredibly kind and patient, always willing to be supportive and help. Alex from the maintenance staff is so incredibly kind and goes out of his way to be helpful. Also, in the very short time that I have been there, other residents have been helpful as well. I am looking forward to becoming part of this community.

Love the cortland team! Our recent activites for residents, crafting, painting, really bringing people together. Supporting local businesses, we have fun, and go home with something we've made- perfect! The team is always friendly, welcoming, knows our names- feels like a home. Far from faceless corporate apartments.

Moved in about a month ago and could not be more happy with our experience so far. We had a lot of anomalies at move in from our air conditioning being broken day 1 to parking card not working and most recently our garbage disposal stopped working. First off, they worked tirelessly for 2 days to get our ac unit back up and running while providing us a portable ac unit while we waited for it to be fixed. Card was fixed in no time and disposal was fixed literally within an hour of the ticket being submitted. Peyton, our leasing agent was great with move in and maintenance staff is very friendly and always seem happy to help!

First, this is not a paid review this is very genuine and 100% honest. When I first came on the tour of Cortland on Ponce, there was a wonderfully professional and gorgeous leasing manager named “Peyton” who greeted me. She informed me of the entire application process and even when the office , on that Saturday, consisted of only herself, she was obliged to make sure everyone who came for tours, inquiries as well as current residents were taken care of. Throughout the tour, she gave me 100% honesty of quotes, the application process and answered all of my million questions regarding becoming a prospective tenant. On Move in day, she made sure I was taken care of, that the moving process and reservation for the space for my moving truck was seamless and assured me that if I needed anything to ask she or Tracy or any other team members . After a lot of live changes I found myself in a new state at a new job and got so lucky to find a great place to live. My apt is stylish and the amenities are wonderful. The staff is always ready to help or suggest things in the area not to miss. Being new, I especially enjoy the events the staff put on for residents. Puppy parties, Halloween parties, cookouts and more have made it easy to meet my neighbors and meet new friends. Being next to the main strip of fabulous shops and restaurants in Decatur makes going out a simple walk away. Oh, and for life stuff, my doctor is in the building in the same parking lot, CVS and the vet are just across the street, and my dentist and bank are one block away. If you've driven in Atlanta traffic you know what a big deal this is.

We love living at Cortland on Ponce for a variety of reasons! 1. The leasing staff and management are very friendly, helpful, and make sure our questions are answered. 2. The maintenance team is great - when we had issues with our dishwasher/garbage disposal they helped us in a timely manner and were very diligent with their work. 3. Cortland on Ponce continues to improve the community through interior painting, cleaning, and exterior gardening. 4. There are often resident events for food and drinks. They even had one for all of the dogs living at the apartment complex which I loved. 5. Being walking distance to Decatur Square, about 10 minutes from Emory's campus, and 15 mins to Krog. I would defintiely reccommend living here to a friend.

I recently toured this property with Tracy, and she made it so comfortable. She was so knowledgeable and answered all of my questions including concerns I had from past apartments I’ve lived in. I love the amenities and how they have so many events planned to bring the community together. I can’t wait to move in next month!

This is by far the best Cortland property there is! The location is great and the people are even better! Tracy gave me a tour, and her communication and knowledge is superb! I’m in love with the place and the community. Can’t wait to move in soon!

Best customer service. Reggie and tracy the best A+++ are great people and are very professional. I’ve worked with them for years as a delivery driver and this place gets an A++ for all around kindness and attentiveness towards to residents. The entire court land crew is great and make me delivering here a memorable experience.
