DiDi is a Doll! In every sense of the Word. His personality is great! Out going and going out of his way to make sure you understand Everything. Plus he is very Knowledgeable. He shares this with us who are not, shall we say, up with today’s Technology. When I first met him and told him what I was interested in, he immediately took me to the Apt that I described and I fell in love with it immediately. I can’t wait to move in! He showed me the entire Complex. The Gym, Areas where we could entertain guests, the Laundry Room and all the Perks of living at Cortland on the Pike. Even helped me with my Application which I am so grateful for his help. He represents Cortland on Pike very well.

I live at a nearby property and a package was delivered to the wrong property. I guess it happens often because Lauren immediately knew what I was talking about and walked with me to collect my package from another building. This was great because my package is very important to my wife and she spent good money on her order and its great to have help because getting a refund these days is not easy.

My son came to see a studio. An older white lady helped. NOT applying because the smell in hallway was so bad. She said she was not expecting the terrible smell and apologized several times. She included a card to leave a review with the info packet so I would give 1 star for the basement but 3.5-4 stars for her seemingly caring

Hello, my name is Sydney and I just wanted to share my amazing experience with the temp Lauren who helped me find my packages. She was helpful every step of the way and literally walked with me from the front to the back building to find my stuff and I was able to retrieve my packages with ease with her by my side!!!! Overall, my onboarding experience has been positive. One concern I shared in the move in survey is that I've noticed residents in the community are not always respectful of the shared spaces. For example, there was vomit (either from a resident or a dog) left in the hallway across from my unit for several days. I mentioned it to Keith, and he immediately submitted a maintenance ticket to have it addressed. If you're considering moving here, I want to recognize the leasing office staff—especially Keith, Permisia, and Eryie. They have been incredibly helpful throughout my experience, and Permisia, in particular, consistently goes above and beyond. For example, on the day I was scheduled to move in, the unit I had been assigned had a leak. Permisia worked quickly to move me into another unit and even helped me get my Wi-Fi set up. The management makes up for any short coming a tenant might think. Maintenance is well organized and responds promptly. And I thing the biggest advantage is the size of your apartment , they just don’t make them this big anymore and u have seen around. To top it all, the top management skill in resolving any issue is 10*. I love this place.

I had a great experience with maintenance professional Dawit. I recently had a sub-par experience with contracted Pest Control service after having issues with pest over the last few days. My experience with Dawit on the other hand was like night and day. He was very kind, attentive, and professional, going went above and behind doing task that pest control refuse to do. Dawit has come to my apartment for maintenance issues numerous times and each time his professionalism is unwavering and gives me peace of mind that my request have been fulfilled sufficiently.

The leasing staff is excellent with special mention going to Keith. He is known in the community for his customer service; affable disposition; and reliability. The entire team in fact deserves kudos for always going above and beyond for residents--especially those who have lived here for many years. Toncho and Carlos, and their teams in Housekeeping and Maintenance, respectively, are also incredibly helpful. I have an elderly parent who lives at the property. Rarely does she have to contact maintenance but when she does, they respond IMMEDIATELY and leave her apartment spotless. It is very much appreciated.

I give the building rating a 3 but leasing agent, Yuri Pittman gets the 5 stars. He is always extremely helpful and takes the extra step to make sure your needs are met and concerns have been resolved. The building is in a good location and the neighborhood is safe but there are lots of rats running around, the building needs to be updated but they are actively trying to make improvements. The WiFi is constantly knocking out sometimes until the next day and you are paying $60 a month for it. The amenities need to be updated but again, they were recently taken over by another company so we are in hopes of further improvements. I am already seeing a change in the buildings team customer service.

Living in this apartment has been an excellent experience! The staff, especially Pernesia Petite, are warm, proactive, and incredibly responsive — any issues I raised with her were resolved quickly and efficiently. The facilities are well-maintained, and the shuttle bus adds great convenience. The location is also ideal: bus A40 or A42 takes you to Pentagon City, and bus F44 goes directly to the Pentagon. Parking is hassle-free as well. Truly love this place!

I have been in the Wellington central building since November of 2024 in a studio apartment. One thing that caused some concern since the beginning has been the chaos also know as the package room. Sometimes packages would be sent to the wrong buildings or the room would be so unorganized you wouldn't be able to find anything. Today I was notified of a package and when I went in, the entire place had been organized making it easy to find what I was looking for. I know this is one of the smaller things but it can really make a different when you normally spend 10 minutes trying to find something in such a small room. Yuri (one of the Wellington employees) had been working in there for about an hour trying to get everything sorted out. After this being something the residence have asked for previously it was really nice to see something actually being done about it.

I moved into the Wellington the weekend that the US shut down for COVID. Even during the most trying of times with max telework and maintaining safe distances, these guys have been great! Keith, a Leasing Ambassador is amazing!! Pretty much just a really good friend at this point. Love that guy! David and Carlos from maintenance have never been seen without a smile on their face and a kind word. They’re super responsive and I’ve never had to wait long for something to be repaired. I have had some trying neighbors, don’t get me wrong. I had a family above me that flooded and crashed my ceiling down at least four times in two years. I’ve lived on the first and fourth floors of my building and noticed more of a pest problem on the first floor but that’s a given - it’s half underground and people prop doors open sometimes. Pest control is quick to come out and treat and it’s been effective. No complaints. Tara is the Property Manager and the girl has her work cut out for her with four buildings but she does a gre
