Lauren was an amazing help!! She helped me open the door, pointed me in the right direction to the unit so they can pick up their Instacart order. Wish more people were like Lauren and she was early to work and that was a blessing… thank you so much Lauren

I live at a nearby property and a package was delivered to the wrong property. I guess it happens often because Lauren immediately knew what I was talking about and walked with me to collect my package from another building. This was great because my package is very important to my wife and she spent good money on her order and its great to have help because getting a refund these days is not easy.

Lauren and Ryan are amazing!!! I had been hoping to secure a reserved parking spot throughout my first couple of months living here and both Ryan and Lauren helped me with that process and worked with me through the process until one became available. I felt so supported throughout the whole thing

My son came to see a studio. An older white lady helped. NOT applying because the smell in hallway was so bad. She said she was not expecting the terrible smell and apologized several times. She included a card to leave a review with the info packet so I would give 1 star for the basement but 3.5-4 stars for her seemingly caring

Hello, my name is Sydney and I just wanted to share my amazing experience with the temp Lauren who helped me find my packages. She was helpful every step of the way and literally walked with me from the front to the back building to find my stuff and I was able to retrieve my packages with ease with her by my side!!!! She truly has a heart for people and would be an excellent employee at Cortland Pike.😊🌸💐Give her an applause and her flowersssss, she deserves it!!!!

Overall, my onboarding experience has been positive. One concern I shared in the move in survey is that I've noticed residents in the community are not always respectful of the shared spaces. For example, there was vomit (either from a resident or a dog) left in the hallway across from my unit for several days. I mentioned it to Keith, and he immediately submitted a maintenance ticket to have it addressed. If you're considering moving here, I want to recognize the leasing office staff—especially Keith, Permisia, and Eryie. They have been incredibly helpful throughout my experience, and Permisia, in particular, consistently goes above and beyond. For example, on the day I was scheduled to move in, the unit I had been assigned had a leak. Permisia worked quickly to move me into another unit and even helped me get my Wi-Fi set up. Ryan @Cortland on Pike was fantastic! He saw me without an appointment, took time to show me their nice apartments, and made the whole process easy. Professional, pleasant and genuinely helpful. I highly recommend this business for future tenants.
