Spacious apartment, large pool, clean hallways, excellent pest control, love this place. Facility maintenance is quick and efficient. Thumbs up.

I had the pleasure of working with Pernesia Petite while signing my lease. And she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make this experience convenient for me. Moving is always a stressful experience, and she had so much empathy for me. Living in this apartment has been an excellent experience! The staff, especially Pernesia Petite, are warm, proactive, and incredibly responsive — any issues I raised with her were resolved quickly and efficiently. The facilities are well-maintained, and the shuttle bus adds great convenience. The location is also ideal: bus A40 or A42 takes you to Pentagon City, and bus F44 goes directly to the Pentagon. Parking is hassle-free as well. Truly love this place!

I have been in the Wellington central building since November of 2024 in a studio apartment. One thing that caused some concern since the beginning has been the chaos also know as the package room. Sometimes packages would be sent to the wrong buildings or the room would be so unorganized you wouldn't be able to find anything. Today I was notified of a package and when I went in, the entire place had been organized making it easy to find what I was looking for. I know this is one of the smaller things but it can really make a different when you normally spend 10 minutes trying to find something in such a small room. Yuri (one of the Wellington employees) had been working in there for about an hour trying to get everything sorted out. After this being something the residence have asked for previously it was really nice to see something actually being done about it.

Yuri gave my wife and I an amazing tour! I was amazed that he said he only worked there for only 2 months, I would’ve imagined he’s been there longer. Super friendly even if he has bad taste to football teams lol. Hope this all works out for us for my wife and I can make a home at the Wellington soon
