Overall, my onboarding experience has been positive. One concern I shared in the move in survey is that I've noticed residents in the community are not always respectful of the shared spaces. For example, there was vomit (either from a resident or a dog) left in the hallway across from my unit for several days. I mentioned it to Keith, and he immediately submitted a maintenance ticket to have it addressed. If you're considering moving here, I want to recognize the leasing office staff—especially Keith, Permisia, and Eryie. They have been incredibly helpful throughout my experience, and Permisia, in particular, consistently goes above and beyond. For example, on the day I was scheduled to move in, the unit I had been assigned had a leak. Permisia worked quickly to move me into another unit and even helped me get my Wi-Fi set up. Ryan @Cortland on Pike was fantastic! He saw me without an appointment, took time to show me their nice apartments, and made the whole process easy. Professional, pleasant and genuinely helpful. I highly recommend this business for future tenants.

The management makes up for any short coming a tenant might think. Maintenance is well organized and responds promptly. And I thing the biggest advantage is the size of your apartment , they just don’t make them this big anymore and u have seen around. To top it all, the top management skill in resolving any issue is 10*. I love this place.

Heather in the leasing office is AMAZING! So helpful, so friendly, and one of the best people to get things done! She made my roommate and I’s experience so easy. Her plate stays loaded, and she still found the time to deal with our issues in a timely manner with no work on our part.

I had a problem related to double charging of rent and related fees for return payment. Ms Heather Plater listened to me patiently and resolved the issue.
