Love the space of the apartments! Much better than some of the newer ones for sure. The newer ones have GREAT amenities, however, the space you live in has very thin walls and are quite small. This facility is sturdy and has great bones! The amenities like the fitness center leave something to be desired for sure. I can work with this because the space I will spend the most of my time is fantastic! Everyone at the concierge are pleasant and friendly. I can’t think of the young lady’s name that fills in sometime, she’s great and Ernesto and Sammy are the best. Additionally Leo on the maintenance team is great and very responsive. The elevators can be a pain sometimes, however it appears they are continually working on them.

I’ve had a fantastic experience living at Cortland on McKinney. The amenities are top-notch, and you simply cannot beat the Uptown location. A huge part of what makes living here so great is the incredible staff. I have to give a special shout-out to our door guy, Ernesto—he always goes above and beyond, greets everyone with a genuine smile, and truly makes this place feel like home. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live in Dallas!

I’ve been living here since 2024, and the experience has been so incredible that we are actually moving into a two-bedroom apartment within the same building! It truly feels like a warm community, largely thanks to the amazing concierge team. I want to give a special shoutout to Ernesto—he and the rest of the staff greet you by name, remember personal details, and genuinely care about your happiness here. Combine that level of service with spacious apartments and a fantastic location, and you really couldn't ask for a better place to live.

The staff at Cortland on McKinney go above and beyond not only for their residents but their guests as well! I wanted to give a special shout out to Ernesto. He always goes the extra mile when it comes to hospitality. He’s always on top of things and greets me with a smile and great attitude. Whenever I come to visit as a guest, he treats me like he would a resident. It’s definitely appreciated!

After living in several apartments throughout Uptown Dallas, Courtland on McKinney is by far my favorite. The building is beautifully updated while still maintaining a timeless feel, and the staff is genuinely some of the friendliest and most helpful we’ve encountered. We’ve had several situations where we were out of town and needed assistance from the front desk, and Ernesto has always been incredibly responsive and willing to help. He even helped coordinate having a media console delivered and brought into our apartment while we were in Europe, without us having to worry about a thing. That level of service is what truly sets Courtland on McKinney apart. We’ve had such a wonderful experience living here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a home in Uptown!
