After reading some reviews the Pros and Cons. I have been at this complex for 5+ years, I have experienced both sides as well. My cons are /were being waken up by late night neighbors that way after midnight outside yelling and loud talking (sometimes arguments) or there would be someone using the patio as a kennel leaving their dog(s) outside barking all night and at times half of the day. Mind you this is an older structual complex and in my opinion the building construction has had it days so the sound proof inside mostly can easily be detected can't control outside noise. Now the Pros for me is Customer Service. Thank you Gerald for the warm greetings each time I have come to office always having that what can I do or how can I help you attitude ready to go. He has always addressed my concerns with respect and timely manner and to me that goes a long ways. I have been living here for a few years now and Brandon on the maintenance team has been the best!! He is always extremely helpful and kind and patient!! He is very knowledgeable about the property and has always been extremely helpful!! The community is beautiful and I would definitely recommend!!

David has been amazing every time I’ve needed maintenance help. He’s always prompt, professional, and makes sure things are fixed quickly and correctly. What stands out most is that he consistently goes above and beyond and he doesn’t just do the basic repair, he takes the time to make sure everything is fully taken care of and that I’m satisfied before leaving. It’s clear he truly cares about the residents and takes pride in his work. I really appreciate his reliability and positive attitude.

My experience at Elme Cumberland has thus far been a good one. Staff has been easy to work with and maintenance has been courteous and sincere, and has completed work orders in a timely manner.
