This apartment has everything you need. I have stayed in few different apartments, but cortland at coyote ridge is the best place ever. The structure of the apartment is exactly like what I was looking for. Finally found a place where I can open my door and say HOME

highly recommend Coyote on Cortland Apartments! I’ve been living here for over a month now. I previously lived in my old apartment for six years, but after the management changed the apartment maintenance became terrible, and they started charging an unreasonable $150 amenity fee. That’s why I decided to move here. This place truly feels like home and I plan to stay until I’m ready to buy my own house. All the staff members are friendly and respond quickly to any inquiries—especially Jessica, she’s so amazing! Despite being an older apartment, the facilities are incredibly well-maintained, which I absolutely love.

Love almost everything about this community. Everything is clean and well-maintained, the staff are excellent and friendly, the units are beautiful and modern (could use a bit better soundproofing though), and Jessica is awesome. She singlehandedly manages the entire community, which can’t be easy, but she always has a smile on her face and I’ve never seen her show any signs of stress or frustration. Jessica deserves a promotion or raise for sure.

I do think Cortland on Coyote Ridge is one the best apartment living complexes in this area and also Dallas. I have been there for three years at that location and I find staff to be extremely friendly and approachable at all times. I am pretty well, satisfied.

The only issue that I have is regarding the maintenance staff. They’re extremely generous and helpful, but the last few times I submitted a work order the issue was marked as “resolved� when it wasn’t. I’ve had to place multiple work orders for the same issues now due to this.

It is a great place to live: affordable, close to most places, quiet, great maintenance, and an awesome experience overall. If you want reliant parking, you must pay for covered parking or you will never find a parking spot near your apartment. There are constantly visitors cars parked on resident parking, and since I have lived here, I have never seen a single one of them get towed. Edit: parking is still an issue, but it is not as bad as it used it be. Considering all the good things about this place parking is a minor concern.

They're were a number of issues are moving in that couldn't possibly been addressed before move-in. Also with parking there were concerns of the space requested only to be told its not available even though I requested when I first moved in and it was noted. I have an illness and wanted to secure this space since it's very close to my apartment, but was then told I couldn't reserve since it's a handicap spot, but there is a. car that parks there doesn't even have up to date tags. I then requested 312 and there was somebody parking there that hadn't reserved. To avoid any more mishaps I requested 309, however the same person parking on my space started parking in 310. I have a hard time believing reserved parking is just that and they're are tenants parking wherever , even though we're expected to pay.

However, the parking is the worse I have ever had to deal with at any apartment complex. If you want reliant parking, you must pay for covered parking or you will never find a parking spot. I toured this property last week with Victor and out of all options, this was overall the BEST experience! The community was clean, well maintained and the staff here was so warm and welcoming. I even got to meet a couple service technicians while out on the golf cart. I plan to lease here once they have more availability in August. Even though this is a 30 minute drive from my university, it is well worth the value when I know I will be well taken care of as a resident here.

I moved in feb of 2023 and honestly I have had a great experience living here. Victor is absolutely amazing!!! He is very helpful and friendly. So glad Kali came on as the new manager as well. They keep the property very clean. I can't speak for other buildings but I'm in building 8 and its always quite, which is a great thing. I did resign my lease recently.

I've really enjoyed this property since my wife moved here from Chicago, they definitely made our transition easy. Great property, very clean and updated. It's always quiet and peaceful, staff is good as well. However I have to give extra kuddos to Victor, he's always had an amazing attitude. Management team is nice and warm. They are willing to help. The community amenity is great and easily to access. Unit is cozy and in a good shape. Right beside a golf course is a good place for hiking. Next to highway easily to have transportation link but noise is inevitible on the highway end outspace.

I moved in Feb of last year! I love the building! It’s very quiet and they keep it very clean. My unit is def big and whenever there’s an issue maintenance is always on it! I love Victor and Nathan both awesome. They have an amazing maintenance teams as well everyone of those guys are very friendly and give excellent customer service. I plan on renewing my lease when it’s time🙂 I like the fact that they make jetty available to those who need the assistance. The gates are down a lot but hey not a huge deal

Best apartment complex I've ever lived in. I never had a complex where the amenities and staff are above and beyond. I honestly never felt excited to be in an apartment complex. Rialto changed my mind. Excellent apartment and truly luxury, nice pool and a great GYM, wonderful staff, and very well maintained. I loved it. After living here for 4 years, I still feel the same way about courtland and I would have to say that their maintenance staff are nothing short of excellent and courteous.

I love this place! I've lived here for nearly 5 years now and just renewed my lease. My building is very quiet and the layout of my apartment means I only share a kitchen/dining room wall and a master bathroom wall with my neighbors which also helps with noise. I also lived alone for a large chunk of my time here and I always felt incredibly safe. The community is smaller than other apartment complexes I have lived in which means it's easier to truly feel like you're part of a community and the front office staff is able to be more hands on and attentive to its residents. Everyone, including the very prompt maintenance staff, who work here are so incredibly nice and helpful. The two people I have worked with in the front office the most are Hannah and Nathan and they are always so friendly when I come in and are quick to address concerns/problems and answer questions. I moved in Oct 2022, and it’s honestly a great community and the staff has been very nice. The apartment is nice as well. Unfortunately, it’s very hard to enjoy living here being that damn near every night I either can’t fall asleep or I am awaken, scared as hell, due to upstairs neighbors stomping and loud bangs. It usually starts around from 8pm and lasts until midnight and often until 3am. I have let the office know multiple times and even asked to switch units, but they never followed up with me. Even after emailing videos of the very loud stomping that definitely doesn’t sound like typical walking. Being someone who suffers from depression and anxiety, not being able to sleep is really making things worse. I’ll deal with it as best as I can until my lease ends but will not be resigning. I would recommend the community but only if you live on the top floor and can respect that people live below you. Came here to visit. It's a very nice apartment complex. Inside is much nicer and more modern than the outside but overall, a very nice place. Parking for visitors used to be open but now you have to register otherwise you will seriously get towed. I can't comment on the management because I don't know. They have a nice gym, bigger than many apartment complex gyms, and they have a very nice pool too. I think it's a good thing for residents.

My husband and I found them in the midst of an apartment crisis (the complex we were about to move into were not exhibiting good signs), putting us in a position where we weren't looking forward to moving there and so, wanting to look for a new place within a couple of weeks. Hannah & Drew have been nothing short of amazing. We've had such terrible experiences with previous complexes we've worked with before but the staff of Coyote Ridge have made us feel so welcome and have answered every question of ours without batting an eyelash. Incredibly responsive and don't make us feel like we're any trouble when we have yet another question/ concern. As if we're actually tenants and that our experience matters. The maintenance team and front desk are prompt and friendly and even during the snow storm they were proactive when the apartment was flooded. What I’ve appreciated the most is when you call and the representative doesn’t know the answer, they are sure to follow up with someone else to ensure the right information.

I have had a WONDERFUL experience so far with Cortland on Coyote Ridge. The staff had been super amazing and responsive. My family just moved here from TN and they have been nothing but accommodating and helpful. The property is beautiful and quiet! We love it!

Out of all the Cortland properties in the DFW metroplex I've visited, Coyote Ridge is the best! The office staff are always nice and happy to help with whatever concerns you have. The maintenance team is top notch, with prompt and professional service! Id recommend this place to literally anyone.

My wife and I loved staying at the Cortland Coyote Ridge! Meredith was very accommodating from the beginning of the lease to the end. We loved the quite surrounding next to the golf course and the amenities. We loved the staff and the property! Would definitely recommend this place!

Moving here was a godsend for me. I was previously at a location with so many units that it was difficult to find peace. Here, the atmosphere, people, and staff provide a great comfort level. There are only 260 units, so it's more like a neighborhood than a "complex." The office staff is professional and kind, and the maintenance team is fast and uses an online tracking tool. In the office, Ansley and Meredith listen and handle issues quickly. They even ask if everything is okay when passing through the office—the same with Hannah at the front desk, who treats me like we've been friends for years. I probably sound like an employee, but I wanted to finally write a review after 2-years because I've not had another apartment experience like this. The grounds always look great, the gym is incredible, and after closing my door, it's hard to tell that I have neighbors. My husband and I have not lived in an apartment in years, and frankly, we were a bit hesitant about what the experience would be like, but Cortland on Coyote Ridge has been a fantastic experience! The grounds are meticulously maintained, the pool, exercise building and clubhouse are beautiful and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful at all times! Lots of fun activities here each week also. We could not ask for a better place to live during this interim period while our house is being built. We're thankful for the care the staff puts into providing a beautiful home to their residents.

My Wife and I toured more then 10 apartments in the area but Cortland on Coyote Ridge won us over! Hannah took good care of us by finding the right building and apartment for us. She made the sign up process easy and responded to questions about the property promptly. My daughter is very shy and usually doesn't talk to strangers, but Hannah won her over too. Overall, best experience at the Cortland on Coyote Ridge.

We love the community and the staff are amazing! Borderline, impressive/perfect! Overall, the apartment unit is beautiful and so is the community! We love the residents we have met thus far especially their pets. The people here are so friendly and nice! The only thing that truly has made our stay almost dreadful is the fact that our neighbors have a surround sound and subwoofer (we assume), because we often hear loud bass - and it has become almost impossible to simply relax during the day, work effectively/concentrate since we work from home and getting sleep at night isn't easy either due to the loud music, especially with the rattling vibrating bass. If we did not have this issue, the stay here would be perfect. But because we have little children/a baby on the way and they also require rest - we may consider moving due to the noise. It's almost unbearable- since we can hear the bass and music throughout the entire floor plan, not just in one room where maybe we could all even camp out together as a famil

All star office staff (Meredith, Ansley, Hannah). They are truly a joy. Very patient, very professional. Go above and beyond to meet resident needs. Maintenance staff (Nelson, Ronald, Josh, John). They rock. No nonsense crew. They do it all from taking out the trash in a consistent, timely and effective manner to fixing any a/c or other in-apt issues that may arise.

I love my apartment! It is very cute and trendy. All of the amenities are awesome. Cancel your gym membership because you wont need it. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Communication is superb. The property is very well kept. The freeway is close and so are shopping areas. I love it here and on top of it all I always feel safe. Cortland on Coyote Ridge is home.

Even if the upstairs neighbors stomping to play with their dogs, its really quiet here. You do get road noise but it normally is fine. You have big beautiful porches and spacious interiors, with modern updates to the kitchens and bathrooms. You have access to a very modern gym and beautiful pool once summer hits. The community team is very active socially and the maintenance very responsive - they even went out of their way to help people during the snow storm!

I've lived here for over a year now and couldn't be more pleased with both the leasing office staff and the maintenance staff. Meredith is extremely helpful and patient and will make things happen (#lifesaver)! Ainsley is super attentive and is always willing to help/assist with anything you need. Hannah is also awesome and goes out of her way to consistently provide excellent customer service. Furthermore, the maintenance crew is top-notch and will handle any issues that arise in a matter of just a couple hours at the very longest. Nelson, Ronald and the rest of the team (forgetting their names, but they are excellent) have an awesome combination of great customer service and sharp maintenance acumen that make dealing with any minor issues around the apartment quite seamless. Not to mention, it's always great to see the guys around the complex! Very nice, kind people. I’ve been here for a few months now and I have nothing but praises for the community and staff especially Meredith, Hannah, Ansley, and the maintenance staff as well. They listened and I loved that the maintenance staff actually fixes the issue instead of putting a bandaid on it. I had an issue with the upstairs neighbor a week into moving in but the neighbor was kind and reasonable so we resolved the issue easily. The office staff were also very accommodating as well. They kept me well informed and give updates when I have an issue. The community is overall very clean and quite. The gym is A+. Right now, there’s construction on the parcel pending lockers but I’ve not heard loud noises nor experienced any inconveniences.

Cortland on Coyote Ridge has been an amazing apartment community! My lease is coming to an end, and I am leaving, but it it of no fault of the community or staff! Meredith and Ansley truly know how to run a property! I am a property manager myself, and I must say, I have always felt welcomed and I have never felt like a burden. The grounds are always kept up and during the summer, the pool is the spot to be! I will truly miss living at Cortland on Coyote Ridge! Thank you for everything ladies!

My mom leased here today, and I was very impressed with the office staff and the property. After touring over 10 communities this by far was the best choice to fit all of her needs. Meredith was excellent at providing all the information needed, also making sure she stayed in contact from the initial tour until the time she lease. I am so excited for my mother’s living experience here, and I am confident that the office will make it even better!

I chose to live at COURTLAND because of work but I still live here because of the community's atmosphere and the way the staff cares for their residents. I have not been disappointed The maintenance crew is absolutely awesome! Nelson is amazing. We have just moved to Cortland on Coyote from Sydney, Australia. We could not have asked for a more accommodating, professional and customer service orientated team. No request has been too much, no challenge has been to much to overcome. Moving countries, with no family and limited connections in Dallas to assist us, has been overcome by the next level service of the Cortland Team! We could not have asked for a better start to our new lives in Dallas!

I have to admit when I seen this place, I was very impressed. These apartments are beautiful and (Kevin) and (Meredith) are both awesome people. The energy and vibe I received once I stepped on the property was like no other. If you are thinking about moving you have to come to Cortland Apartments. Make sure you speak with Meredith or Kevin either one of them will provide excellent service and make you feel like family. Trust me, after you visit this place and exchange dialogue with Kevin or Meredith; you won’t want to live anywhere else but here!!

My wife and I have been residents since a few months ago here in Cortland. We really love the apartments - it’s very nice, clean and quite. Gym and pool are fancy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance team here really does a very good job. Always on time and handles any issues. I have always recommended my friends. I have lived here almost 9 months and so far it has been a great experience. The units are beautiful with great amenities and the staff genuinely care and want to help. I appreciate the attention to detail in the units including updated kitchen, matching granite in bathroom and kitchen, built in desk, walk-in closets, and more. Overall I would highly recommend.

I have lived at Cortland for a few months now and have been very impressed with their attention to detail and making sure their residents are taken care of. Kevin, the complex manger was also my leading agent, and could not have been nicer and easy to deal with. The maintenance staff is also amazing. I had a problem with my air conditioning, and the guys showed up within an hour. I had trouble later in the day and Kevin had them back in my apt within 10min where they quickly identify the problem, fixed it, and told me if anything happened they would come back that evening/night!!! When I told them “if I do have a problem I’ll be fine until tomorrow” they insisted I call them so they could come over to make sure I didn’t get too hot!!! After having a ridiculously horrible experience at the apartment complex I was at, I was nervous that all the promises made during my leasing process were just fluff to get me to sign a lease. Now that I have settled in I see everything they said was in fact true.
