The manager Patty has been so helpful through my move in process, there was an issue on the portal in which I had a lot of trouble signing my lease but she sat with me for about an hour and helped me. I was finally able to move in and so far I haw nothing but great things to say about the staff!

I have lived at Cherry Creek for 3 yrs already and plan on renewing, Patty has always been a pleasure to work with. She is great, any issues brought to her attention she gets them resolved right away, I know a little over a year we had frustrations because of the broken mailbox’s but I know that it was out of her control but she eventually handled it and it has not been an issue since she got them replaced. Love the maintenance team as well they are fast and reliable with any work orders I have placed.

I’ve been living here for close to three years. Janet was the one to help me with my move in. I have nothing but great things to say about her. I love the team. They work really hard to keep the property clean. Maintenance is always quick to respond when I put in a work order. I lost my dog over a year ago and the team came to my door to bring me flowers. I love living at Cortland on Cherry Creek. I have been here for 4yrs and Patty the manager has been amazing and always taken care of any serious matter for me and my wife. If anything is brought to her attention she immoderately calls maintenance. Her maintenance team is amazing and that shows from her leadership skills. They immediately take care of any service request we enter even if it’s at night they come right away. Last year I had an issue with my oven and we were hosting a Friendsgiving I called them and told the it was fine if they came the next morning but Fernando showed up in a matter of minutes. He fixed the issue. I am grateful for the team managing this property because I have never felt so taken care in any other community like at so here. 10/10 recommend!

Toured Corland on Cherry Creek and absolutely loved the property! The apartments are beautiful, the amenities are top notch, and the whole community feels welll cared for. Perfect location for a long term stay - close to shops, restaurants, and trails. The staff was welcoming and made the experience really easy. Excited to hopefully stay here soon!

Nice clean community. My apartment is beautiful but repairs done are substandard. Valet trash service is excellent but trash areas in community can become overflowed but taken care of. Parking can be an issue depending on when you come home for the evening. The staff is quick to respond to your needs. For the price it's a great value and is next to Cherry Creek bike and running trails if you like to run or bike or just take a walk.

Henny was hands down the most amazing property manager/ leasing agent I have met during my whole trip to Colorado. The property was beautiful the units were beautiful and she helped me and my partner. She walked us through the application process and even expedited it. She answered all my questions and even broke everything down in explanation to me. She has Made it a pleasure to spend my time at cortland and I cannot wait to get my new home at cortland with her.

We had a small leak in our sink today and Robert, the maintenance guy on call, was there had had everything fixed within the hour! I recently moved out for a family emergency out of state but I loved living at Cherry Creek, I wish more people shared their positive experience not just focus on the negative. I see how people blame the management team for packages getting stolen but it has nothing to do with them, when I lived there they actually brought packages for me that the courier left outside for anybody to grab, they saved it for me so nobody would steal it. The manager Patty was always very attentive with me and made sure to say hi and always said before she walked away “let us know if you need anything” and when I would have any issues she made sure the maintenance team would take care of it asap. I have lived at many communities and I have to say this is the one that felt like home.

The maintenance team is doing an excellent job! Robert responded quickly and fixed the sink clog just a few hours after my request—I really appreciate the fast service. In another case, the maintenance manager approved the replacement of a broken microwave and a malfunctioning dishwasher. The 20-year-old washing machine still occasionally gives free electric therapy. But Rome wasn’t rewired in a day :)

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with the leasing office team, they are amazing and friendly, I noticed some negative reviews and feel like they don’t accurately reflect how dedicated and hardworking the team is. Maintenance is always on the run to handle any repairs, people complaint that there is dog poop everywhere but that’s because owners don’t pick up after theirs pets I have been on my balcony seen how maintenances goes around picking up even debris from the bushes, but people think that they are here to be their maids. And it’s so unfortunate that we are so quick to leave a negative review but always leave for later a positive one until we forget. I kept telling the lady’s I would leave them a review and kept brushing it off, I am glad I finally decided to because they al deserve all the positive feedback so they feel encouraged to continue doing everything in their power to make this community feel like home!

I can start off by agreeing, Cortland is a very friendly place, I feel welcoming and comfortable when I speak to staff, I see multiple workers and they always do their job and what seems like correct as well because it’s a great place. It’s been maintained very well, the view outside is wonderful to look at and I have no problem with this place. Excellent work!

We toured these apartments with Maranda Cheeks and are so happy with Cortland. The buildings and facilities were clean and very well maintained. I've researched many apartments and Cortland offers a LOT of great amenities and apartment sizes for the price of rent. Especially with a washer and dryer in unit and a year round heated pool. Their website answers most questions you may have and their social media is cute :) Maranda is super kind and helpful when giving tours and when we needed help filling out the application. The application and tour process was also very autistic friendly. We can't wait to move it!

Cortland on Cherry Creek is such a great place to live . Aside from all the wonderful amenities , the staff really goes out of their way to serve the community that lives there . Robert from maintenence (with the help of Jr) recently assisted me in getting my locks changed in an emergency. he went out of his way to get it done in a quick manner and gave me the reassurance of safety . I live at this location and I must say it's one of the best places I found to live since relocating in 2018. However this review is for the maintenance staff, specifically for Robert. This man knows his stuff I don't believe there's anything he can't do, I found that out when we first moved in . My oven started cutting off the Thursday before Thanksgiving and then again Wednesday the day before. He came and fixed it the day before Thanksgiving he saved me from so much grief and stress. Now the maintenance staff I have dealt with outside of him are good but he is great 👍🏾 He even called to check in to see if the stove was OK. Thank you so much Robert. We love the pool & dog park. The Cherry Creek trail right behind us is an amazing bonus! We have lived here almost three years and improvements have been made with security parking etc. The management team has been great, especially Maranda! She is attentive with residents needs and always follows up. It’s been nice to know we are being taken care of whether it’s a maintenance issue or a problem from a resident . I have never been left with an unresolved issue. The office also makes it a point to do fun holiday things for families and our little community! Whether it be pumpkin carving or National doughnut day they give back. Thanks Maranda for your hard work in the community, you make a difference!

This is the best apartment I've ever lived in. I was here for 2 years and it was PERFECT! The leasing staff were always really kind and professional, and maintenance was very timely and really reasonable servicing work orders and maintaining the property well. 24 hour gym was amazing, along with all the other amenities and resident perks. Yes, parking was at times a challenge, but would be at any complex. Yes it's in Denver and there's way too much roadwork and traffic, but if I didn't have to move for work, I would still be there today. 10/10 hands down

Living here has really been a pleasure! We have been here for more than a month and everything has been wonderful. Mainly we want to say thank you and recommend this place For Janeth!. She was so kind and helped us a lot after having a very bad experience in another apartment complex! She is attentive and helpful and the truth is that she treated us out of 10. She is educated and above all knows everything about the subject and the needs of each one! the other members were the same but this takes the note. If you want a place where they treat you as a person and a comfortable place with a good price and excellent service, we highly recommend it!

From the first time that we visited the Cortland property we were greeted with nothing but professionalism. Lea was the original point of contact, and she was patient and detail oriented in the way that you want a leasing agent to be. She made the transition to apartment living seamless. Update: Management saw this original 1 star review and called me directly to discuss. They then laid out their plan that was already in progress to address the issue and why it had not been addressed sooner. And I feel so great that I live in a place where the management on site really cares this much. After speaking with them about this, I am confident they will address the issue soon. And so I’m changing my review to 5 stars. Because I genuinely do love living here, and they promptly addressed the only dealbreaker for me. __________________ I write this because I’m very disappointed in what this place has become. I’ve lived here for almost 3 years and when I first moved here it was under Covington management, unsure if it is the same management company as Cortland, but things have definitely changed for the worse. My sister and I have lived here 3 years. We are so blessed to have met Junior from maintenance, he always goes above and beyond for us when it comes to fixing/repairing a maintenance request. Love this property. I lived here when it was the Covington ages ago and the new to me, not so new property management company that took over since appears to be just as amazing. SheNee was great on the phone. Maranda was fantastic on the tour. Best of all, transparent pricing. If my work situation wasn't up in the air at the moment, I would have signed on the spot. Definitely a top contender if I don't need to move out of state in the next couple of months.

The Maintenance Team at The Cortland is exceptional. Robert and Fernando respond quickly to calls and if necessary, day or night, holiday or weekend, work until the issue is resolved. We are seniors and most appreciative for their service. On Saturday night our heat went out and they worked for hours until it was functioning agsin.

Love it so far! This place is getting better and better every year. Management is really trying their best to make it a nice, comfortable, and safe place for tenants to call home. It's extremely dog friendly here and the staff is always doing something for the community whether it's a pumpkin carving event, or free breakfast burritos. It's also a very central location as you're close to everything from the asian markets, highways, the Cherry Creek mall, hiking areas, etc. As for our unit, it's probably one of the best places we've lived at so far. Good water pressure, big open space, a cozy fireplace, and a deck to relax on. There are a lot of buildings here and the fact that they manage to clean and maintain all 16 buildings (I think) is impressive. If you decide to move here, reach out to Lea to give you the lay of the land because she's the bee's knees. I would say the only real downside is the gym. It's very small, has un-useable equipment, and the bathroom never has any soap. Maybe they will fix and upda

I have lived here for the past 3+ years and while there have certainly been plenty of changes and ups and downs (as one would expect anywhere), it has certainly been a pretty good overall experience. The leasing office has always been helpful when I have any questions and/or complaints and will always respond promptly to my calls and/or emails - I am usually in the office with questions or stopping by to grab some coffee or to print and everyone is always extremely kind to me (shoutout to Maranda, who is always so helpful and a joy to chat with!!). As it relates to maintenance, all the guys are so great and very on top of it (shoutout to Carl - he always makes it a point to say hi to myself and my dog whenever I see him around the property cleaning/picking up trash). I also had a bathroom issue, and after coming by twice and the issue persisted, they called a plumber who came that very same day and got it all working again! One of the best places I’ve lived. Central air, valet trash, cat friendly- awesome! Best of all - Maranda Cheeks. Update: This was a frustrating matter, but Lena's patience and kindness was comforting throughout it all. I'm glad to say I got my refund, and my credit union (Big shout out to Credit Union of Colorado) took the $25 fee off when they heard about the situation. I lived here for 11 months and loved it, but the process of getting my deposit refund was frustrating. It's been well over 60 days and I'm just today getting my check. I am stuck as of now paying a $25 charge for their own check that was bad. I am giving this place two stars (updated to four after resolution, our apartment was pretty awesome) for the sake my newly renovated apartment was very nice and so were the original property managers I dealt with. The current managers have been pleasant too, but I don't understand why this happened.

I have been living here for about five months and my dishwasher was not working. I notified maintenance and one of them came by and said he couldn’t see that there was any problem with it. He claimed maybe I was not running it right then left and said it was fixed. I used it once more and it kept shutting down and overflowing. I reported it once again and the guy that came to check the dishwasher the second time, Ryan was very professional and in just a few minutes figured out the problem. Turns out the filter was clogged and it was just that simple. Something that the first guy couldn’t even find. Ryan really was knowledgeable and polite, very willing to do all he could to find the problem and fix it without just dodging it and giving me any excuse. He’s excellent and I believe every person in the maintenance team should learn from the way he addresses and fixes and finds solutions.

My first experience with Cortland as the new management company for my building was so positive. I got myself into a pickle trying to get a very heavy package into my car by myself, and two maintenance staff came quickly and were extremely kind about helping me get the package into my car. They were extremely reassuring about their commitment to providing a positive experience for the building community. I’m so grateful for the maintenance staff’s help and I look forward to working with them in the future!

My sister, boyfriend, and I moved in here 8/5 and it has been a great experience with professional workers and a beautiful apartment with amazing amenities. We hope to stay here for a good while

I just wanted to express my gratitude for the employees of this establishment. The employees tended to all the needs and wants for my Big Move. Jalaya wants so sincere and beyond wonderful. I cant express how much i appreciate all of her help. She is a blessing and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend that anyone who is looking to move that you look and lease immediately. HATS OFF TO YOU JALAYA!!!

I love this whole apartment complex & all of the amenities. The office staff is awesome and super helpful, maintenance works around the clock always fixing whatever needs to be done and salting all sidewalks during the winter months! I seriously have nothing but good things to say about Cortland on Cherry Creek :)

The Community Manager, Brittney, is amazing! She truly cares about the residents, and wants to help as much as she can. She’s always been available to help me, and her staff helps too. I’ve lived in other communities where the Manager doesn’t seem to care, but Brittney is truly one of the good ones! Thanks Cortland on Cherry Creek team!
