I’ve lived in my fair share of apartments in Colorado/Denver areas but this is one of my favorites. Upkeep of the grounds is spot on, incredibly friendly staff, and great neighbors. Would recommend Cortland on Blake to anyone looking for a fresh start.

I want to give a big thank you to Patrick at Cortland on Blake for his outstanding help with the maintenance issues inside my unit. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Patrick took the time to thoroughly assess the problem, explain what needed to be done, and made sure everything was fixed properly before leaving. What really stood out was his attention to detail and willingness to ensure the job was completed the right way. He worked efficiently and kept the area clean, which I truly appreciated. Beautiful, modern property. It has a lit atmosphere and feels safe and welcoming. You can tell the team puts effort into keeping everything running smoothly for us. We love walking to Coors Field for the Rockies game since it’s literally within a walking distance. The location is a huge plus with easy access dining, entertainment etc. I love going to the resident events the team put together too! They’re super friendly and quick to respond whenever something comes up. Definitely a place I would recommend to anyone looking for a downtown living experience! Shoutout to the maintenance team too!

I was very close to moving out, but the changes that have been made recently — especially hiring Patrick the new maintenance man who is absolutely wonderful, have made a huge difference. The property is now well maintained, issues are addressed quickly, and the care put into the complex really shows. I’m happy to say I’m impressed with the turnaround and I'm glad I chose to stay. Thanks Patrick. Thanks to the rest of the staff here as well. The place has really took a turn for the better recently.

Patrick, in maintenance, responded to a late night call concerning the smoke alarms. He was prompt and professional, arriving in a timely manner without even a second thought for it being after hours. He solved the problem quite readily, and had everything back in order in no time at all. He was friendly and informative as well. A very worthwhile experience. I'm very grateful for Patrick and the entire maintenance crew.

I've lived at Cortland on Blake for three weeks and the office team, maintenance team, and customer service have been exceptional. They respond quickly, are genuinely friendly and courteous, and are very mindful of security and upkeep of the property. Any community concerns are communicated to residents while promptly remedied. For example, one of the garage doors became out of service. Management informed tenants and the door was immediately repaired. There have been a few occasions that I called the management office and didn't get through. A team member actually responded shortly to my missed call each time to help with any concerns. I didn't expect the level of care that every department at Cortland on Blake provides for their residents. As far as my unit, it was in pretty clean condition upon move in. Even the exposed pipes and air ducts in the ceiling were surprisingly clean. The entire staff have been outstanding.

Updated review I've now been here over a year and I have transferred to a new unit. And FIVE stars to Bryan in the leasing office for making the transfer a breeze! He went out of his way to help with the whole process. I still love it here.The main issue I have is the residents who refuse to pick up after their dog in the park. other than that, I have had a great experience and plan to stay for a long time! ********************************************************************* I moved in here at the end of October, 2024. I've waited a couple months to write a review so I could see how this place really is. I LOVE IT HERE!! Very dog friendly.The leasing office staff is the best I've ever experienced. They went above and beyond helping me with getting moved in. Their bark park is huge and my Dog, Norman, loves it. However that is one reason I only give it 4 stars. Tbh. All places have their issues. B it the maintenance team is seriously trying their hardest to get things in order. My experience here hasn’t been perfect. But I can genuinely say that the staff works really hard to get things done and be a support. Shout out to Patrick. So friendly and very patient. Even with my 3 year old daughter who won’t leave him alone when he’s come to fix things for us. He is genuinely a kind person. Kenny is great too. Does a great job managing tho e maintenance staff. Brayan and LT. in the office are hard at work every second of the day. Like nonstop work they all have and still have the most genuine approach to people. These days that says a lot. If you’re a resident. Or future- come here and treat these people with respect. Simple as that. I promise you, they will return it 10x. Thanks guys. My daughter has lived at Cortland on Blake since February 2025. When she moved in and found many issues with her apartment the one person she could count on to get the issue resolved was Tina in maintenance. Tina always has a smile on her face, never complains about her work. and when she repairs something, it is always done right!! There have been a number of occasions where she has come to the building in the middle of the night to turn on a patio pump during a bad rain storm or clear a clogged toilet. Again, never complaining and always with a smile. I can’t imagine how this property would get along without her. She is truly a special gal!!! My daughter and I are grateful that she is here!

The building and common spaces are tidy and well-maintained and the amenities are great. Our unit is spacious and gets a lot of light. The bones are all really solid and it already feels like home.
