Patrick, in maintenance, responded to a late night call concerning the smoke alarms. He was prompt and professional, arriving in a timely manner without even a second thought for it being after hours. He solved the problem quite readily, and had everything back in order in no time at all. He was friendly and informative as well. A very worthwhile experience. I'm very grateful for Patrick and the entire maintenance crew.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to move here, for multiple reasons, The property is well-kept, quiet, and managed professionally, the staff is just great especially the maintenance man. He does an excellent job taking care of the property keeping it clean, always so friendly and upbeat you cab tell he clearly takes pride in his work. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and thoroughly, and you can tell a lot of effort goes into keeping everything in great shape. It makes a big difference in the quality of living here.

I was very close to moving out, but the changes that have been made recently — especially hiring Patrick the new maintenance man who is absolutely wonderful, have made a huge difference. The property is now well maintained, issues are addressed quickly, and the care put into the complex really shows. I’m happy to say I’m impressed with the turnaround and I'm glad I chose to stay. Thanks Patrick. Thanks to the rest of the staff here as well. The place has really took a turn for the better recently.

I've lived at Cortland on Blake for three weeks and the office team, maintenance team, and customer service have been exceptional. They respond quickly, are genuinely friendly and courteous, and are very mindful of security and upkeep of the property. Any community concerns are communicated to residents while promptly remedied. For example, one of the garage doors became out of service. Management informed tenants and the door was immediately repaired. There have been a few occasions that I called the management office and didn't get through. A team member actually responded shortly to my missed call each time to help with any concerns. I didn't expect the level of care that every department at Cortland on Blake provides for their residents. As far as my unit, it was in pretty clean condition upon move in. Even the exposed pipes and air ducts in the ceiling were surprisingly clean. The entire staff have been outstanding.

Updated review I've now been here over a year and I have transferred to a new unit. And FIVE stars to Bryan in the leasing office for making the transfer a breeze! He went out of his way to help with the whole process. I still love it here.The main issue I have is the residents who refuse to pick up after their dog in the park. other than that, I have had a great experience and plan to stay for a long time! ********************************************************************* I moved in here at the end of October, 2024. I've waited a couple months to write a review so I could see how this place really is. I LOVE IT HERE!! Very dog friendly.The leasing office staff is the best I've ever experienced. They went above and beyond helping me with getting moved in. Their bark park is huge and my Dog, Norman, loves it. However that is one reason I only give it 4 stars. When I first moved in there was only one employee who worked in the office. Brayan worked hard and nonstop and this place would have fallen to the ground if not for Brayan. I have had no significant issues. Anything that has needed attention Brayan and the maintenance team were on it. The dog park does need a little more continued maintenance and people need to be picking up after their dogs more. Overall a fine place to live.

I had an excellent tour of the rental property recently. Overall great experience from start to finish! I worked with Letavian and he was great. Extremely knowledgeable about the unit, the building, and the neighborhood, super kind and friendly, and very diligent in making sure all our questions were answered thoroughly. Brayan, customer relations in the front office, is fantastic. He goes above and beyond for the residents. This is the best apt I've lived in and mostly that's due to Brayan's hard work. Tbh. All places have their issues. B it the maintenance team is seriously trying their hardest to get things in order. My experience here hasn’t been perfect. But I can genuinely say that the staff works really hard to get things done and be a support. Shout out to Patrick. So friendly and very patient. Even with my 3 year old daughter who won’t leave him alone when he’s come to fix things for us. He is genuinely a kind person. Kenny is great too. Does a great job managing tho e maintenance staff. Brayan and LT. in the office are hard at work every second of the day. Like nonstop work they all have and still have the most genuine approach to people. These days that says a lot. If you’re a resident. Or future- come here and treat these people with respect. Simple as that. I promise you, they will return it 10x. Thanks guys. I appreciate the time and energy you put into work.

Not always perfect, but maintenance works quick to make sure that it is, I read through the reviews before moving here and was concerned, but my experience has been wonderful since moving even with the minor issues that I had. Amazing location.

My daughter has lived at Cortland on Blake since February 2025. When she moved in and found many issues with her apartment the one person she could count on to get the issue resolved was Tina in maintenance. Tina always has a smile on her face, never complains about her work. and when she repairs something, it is always done right!! There have been a number of occasions where she has come to the building in the middle of the night to turn on a patio pump during a bad rain storm or clear a clogged toilet. Again, never complaining and always with a smile. I can’t imagine how this property would get along without her. She is truly a special gal!!! My daughter and I are grateful that she is here!

Special thanks to Jennett Le in the office who helped me through a major issue before my move in. She is fantastic! Unlike some places I have lived, they don't change after you move in and not take care of things once the lease is signed. 24 hour security is great as well! Their bark park is huge and my Dog, Norman, loves it. However that is one reason I only give it 4 stars. I would give 4 and a half if possible... So many people who live here don't pick up after their dogs. Sometimes to the point that it is unusable. I frequently have to go around with a bunch of bags to clear a spot where Norman can play. This is not the Management's fault. They will send out emails about it and it will improve some, but only for a few days

Just moved in and very happy with the process! Jennett took us from a virtual showing to moved-in in exactly 1 week. The building and common spaces are tidy and well-maintained and the amenities are great. Our unit is spacious and gets a lot of light. The bones are all really solid and it already feels like home.

Love the amenities and the little dog park(it’s pretty big)! Jennett helped get out beautiful apartment and was very thorough, helpful and nice. Highly recommend! Great location as well!

I've been living at Cortland for about 8 months now. Very satisfied with the level of care and attention the management team gives to their work. Skilar, along with the rest of their staff, do such an amazing job of staying on top of everything around the community. Giving a little background, it used to be owned by a different management company about a year ago. Since the new management company started, it seems like a lot of things have changed regarding resident satisfaction. Personally, I'm very happy with where I live. While there are still kinks being worked out from the old company, issues always get taken care of promptly. Would definitely recommend this as a place to live, especially given its great location and price.

Update 2024: the building is good and the amenities are great. Pool and gym are very good. Management is helpful and on top of service requests. Only problem is that appliances are outdated and trash room gets crowded

One thing I really live about the Cortland apartments is the dog park. It's easy to clean up after your dog and there's different things for them to play on. It seems most people here with dogs are very careful with the interactions they come across. The staff here is so awesome too. They do special treats for the dogs and mine can't wait to go see Skiler, in the office. If we don't go in and he sees her, he gets very angry. I love the interactions of the office staff with the dogs here!

I just moved from NYC to Denver and was recommended to Cortland on Blake by a friend who knew I would love their authentic loft style, and he was right. The great property was only made better by my experience with the leasing office. Each step from Jennett touring the property with me to the follow-up and seamless application and leasing process was great! They understood that I needed something quickly and were able to accommodate me. Also, being new to the area, Jennett had recommendations for all of the services I would need, from furniture to cleaning services. In a city with lots of options for apartment communities, I would highly recommend this one!

They checked in on me everyday and gave me updates while my housing agent struggled to get on board and work towards solutions rather than excuses like so many other leasing offices do. And I’ve visited and nearly applied to 26 apartments in Denver area and 9 actually applied to. I cannot speak for the property, how management handles maintenance or issues with their property as a tenant so I will not comment or rate the property as a whole in that regards. However, I can speak on the leasing office and out of the 26 apartments, Joseph and his team rank #1, 💯. Thanks for trying guys, next time. (Reply to Cortland Response) The only reason why I was not able to get into the apartment complex was due to myself and factors on my end. Joseph and the team went above and beyond to accommodate.

I’ve just renewed my lease for another 15 months because I enjoy living at Ballpark Lofts so much! Amazing location to downtown and RINO and easy interstate access. The front office folks are fantastic, especially Joseph and Kaylee. They always remember me when I come down for packages or with questions. They’ve also been making improvements to the community over the last year, specifically having redone the entire central pool/courtyard area.

From the vibrant lobby to the beautiful amenities like the gym and resort style pool, leasing agent Jennett made me feel at home from the moment I walked in. Incredible service experience, and unique and interesting apartments unlike anything I've seen before (and I've been renting 1 bedroom apartments for over 10 years). I am a brand new resident at Cortland on Blake and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. I chose an apartment with Joseph, but then later found a different one in the building that better suited my needs. Joseph was more than willing to make that change for me to ensure I love where I live. The facilities are clean, my apartment is beautiful, and Joseph has been super prompt in responding to all my emails. On top of that, I was greeted with this cute sign upon my move-in. Been at Cortland on Blake since January ‘23. I’ve had a few small problems at my apartment since living here. Small as in garbage disposal and shower faucet and both were resolved in a very timely manner. But I did have 1 major problem in the middle of the summer. My A/C went out and a portable A/C was immediately brought to my apartment the same day. A new A/C was installed 2 days later which is a pretty time consuming job. I would like to recognize Danny the maintenance lead for taking care of the setbacks I’ve experienced.

I moved into Cortland a little over a month ago. So far, I couldn’t be happier with my choice in apartment community. The building is within walking distance to stores, bars, restaurants, grocery shopping, etc. and close enough to main highways that commuting is a piece of cake. The units are well maintained yet the maintenance staff is extremely quick and responsive if you have any needs. I worked with Jennett from leasing to find a unit perfect for my needs, and she’s done an incredible job making sure my first few weeks here have been amazing.

Honestly, given how high rent and the subsequent costs of living are this place has a lot of bang for your buck. It feels very safe and the staff are always very helpful. It’s right in the middle of a lot of great restaurants, coffee houses, bars, and workout facilities.

I have lived here over 6 months now and we love it. Everything from the location, amenities, staff and security is above what I initially expected. The staff especially Joseph stays on top of any changes, special events, and will answer any questions you may have regarding living there. I live with my son who is still in high school, that I fell 100% safe with him being there while I am at work, the staff accommodates him just as well as myself on anything going on within our building such as cinco de mayo celebrations, pumpkin painting, and any fall event they have, I feel so blessed to know that he is respected and treated equal if he attends. I will definitely be renewing my lease next year. It is just all around a friendly, enjoyable place to live.

Just renewed my lease for another 12 months, for several reasons; The first being the staff and community level communication that occurs. Joseph and team are ace. The second being the value for the location. Reasonable rates, and in the heart of downtown/RiNo area…..hello walking to ball games, concerts, and Michelin rated restaurants! The property has invested in the grounds with a new pool (great for spring/summer). There is also a solid maintenance team that is attentive & quick to address work orders. The apartment had great amenities. It was in a wonderful location and close to Coors Field, quaint stores, bars (if that's your thing), and local restaurants like Cherry Cricket...yum!! The pool area was simply beautiful with a very nice jacuzzi, fire pit, and grilling areas. My tour guide, Joseph, didn't make me feel like a dollar figure or number, he made me feel like an old friend or family member coming to visit or like this was home.

They gave me details about what their prices are for a 2 bedroom 2 bath. I decided to pick one of there apartments. Ballpark lofts is amazing, location is perfect for a person who loves downtown activity. Anything you need is within walking distance. The upgrades that are happening is exiting and can't wait to try out the New and Improved pool this summer. The Staff is amazing, and they are so Helpful it makes living here extra special. My Son recently moved to the Ballpark Lofts and I helped him move in. I was quite impressed with how seamless the whole move in process was. The staff were incredibly helpful as well. As an out of state parent, it gave me great peace of mind knowing he was moving somewhere so nice! The grounds, parking garage and hall were kept impeccably clean. The location can’t be beat either, it’s right across from the ballpark and has great walkability to all the downtown eateries and shops. Literally a perfect location and great value.

Checked it out talked to some people in the leasing office and got a few questions answered as I as I walked the property. I was extremely happy and also got to talk to you one of the maintenance man Joaquin Martinez who was picking up some trash, keeping the lovely property well maintenance and clean.

I've lived at Ballpark Lofts for about 4 months now and I'm loving it! I ran into quite a few maintenance issues the first month or two, but the maintenance and leasing office team were very helpful and friendly- didn't hesitate to fully replace appliances that were having issues:) Jennett from the leasing office was extremely helpful during the tour, helped me get all set up with the lease, and answered all my questions quickly! The space is great, pool/courtyard will be great once construction is done, and all around I'm very happy here!!!

Ballpark Lofts is the perfect starter apartment home in downtown Denver. It is so close to Coors Field, View House, Whiskey Row and my favorite - snarfs sandwiches. Great place to live in the LoDo neighborhood.

These folks take care of their tenants. I can appreciate how difficult things can be at times. The building has a lot to offer for the price. Location, amenities, etc. I left, and ended up coming back to sign another lease. That should tell you enough.

I moved into ballpark lofts a few weeks ago, and my move-in was absolutely fantastic. The staff is really friendly and helpful, and maintenance request get taken care of very quickly. I was blown away by the community, it was absolutely gorgeous! I can’t believe I get to call this my home. The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful as well. it is so spacious for a studio. This is luxury living at its finest. Honestly, five stars isn’t even doing it justice. Very happy.

My son and I spent an entire Saturday apartment hunting. After scheduling a tour to Ballpark Lofts, upon arrival we immediately received a warm welcome from Joseph, the Business manager. He expressed that I’d be receiving assistance from his leasing agent Jennett Le. Jennett, was very attentive, knowledgeable and shared two floor plans that suited by budget and lifestyle. She was very kind to follow up via phone/email too. Though I found another place of residence, I felt as if Jannett and I had connected, and could see myself actually living there. I genuinely appreciate such exceptional service, to have come across an extremely beautiful, and well kept community as well.

4 stars - for cost, management, maintenance, and amenities. Moved here after college and it is in budget, while for the most part, always clean, quiet, and is in a great location - walking distance from bars. Management handles any of what very few issues that have risen, quickly and and with urgency. The front desk staff is nothing but pleasant. Maintenance - has always had a very quick turnaround time and is very attentive (shoutout Tony). Lastly, the amenities are nice, being improved, and always available.

As with every apartment, there will be pros and cons. Since Cortland has taken over, I have had an overall better experience. Our AC went out a couple of days ago, and I told the office I had this issue. The lady I worked with was very understanding and sent maitance right away to get it fixed. The gentleman who fixed the AC was excellent and very professional. There are more benefits for me than all the "wrong" things you can find here.

We sold out house and are now empty nesters with 2 dogs. If you like waking up and having water views and awesome sunsets this is the place. Besides the indoor gym, common area, rooftop deck and outdoor pool and BBQ, the staff and support we get from the team here is great. The bldg Mgr. Joseph goes out of his way to solve any issues and make sure you are happy. Usually people act like it is an inconvenience if you come to them with a problem but Joseph knows my name and follows up that the problem has been solved. He and his team make the place even better.

Ballpark Lofts is the only place I have lived in Denver the last 4 years and I don't plan on leaving anytime soon. The front office staff are always kind and smiling. They remember your name and unit number which is meaningful. The pool in the summer is always busy and fun if you're younger and don't mind the music. Maintenance typically responds to any requests fairly quickly. The on site gym was just renovated with new equipment. From what I have found, it is the most affordable one bedroom in the downtown/RINO area. Quick interstate access from here and anything downtown or in RINO is walkable or quicker on a scooter so you don't have to pay for parking. I definitely recommend checking it out!

I have lived here for the past three years and Cortland is the best management company so far. They are actually fixing things around the building but the best thing here is Lindsey in the front office. She's super knowledgable, friendly and efficient!

Kaylee was very courteous and knowledgeable and had an answer to any question I threw at her. During the walk through she was telling my husband and I about all the different amenities and where they were located. There happened to be an event happening that day and she happily invited us to join them. Thank you Kaylee, for being as awesome as you were and making our search for a place that much easier.

Great location. Hallways and outside are cleaned often and they do a great job of salting/clearing snow. Kaylee and Lindsey in the office are great! Can walk to so many restaurants and bars, but expect typical downtown issues. (Traffic/noise/scooters, etc) moved here from Nashville and just love it so far

I have been working with Riley to lease my new apartment. She has been extremely accommodating and has made the process very smooth. Riley has been attentive to my needs. I really appreciate that she took the time to advise me of available units that were a better fit for me! Riley has been super helpful, thorough and kind. I would highly recommend working with this apartment complex and their leasing team.

I loved the location of these apartments, walking distance to anything you need! The staff is super friendly. Riley was extremely helpful and answered every question asked! Highly recommend

I’ve lived in The ballpark lofts 2 years, during the transition from the previous management. Kaylee Baca and the staff have gone above and beyond to make my living experience far beyond my expectations. They always have a positive attitude and smiles on their face. Kudos to the crew!

Great location amongst the downtown area. Scooters galore for transportation and for fun. A lot of upgrades in the works including a dog park upgrade. 🤘🏻

Ballpark is definitely an experience.. it's a really fun place to live if you're young and (usually single) and enjoy the night life! My only quarrels is the crime in the area, but that comes with city living. Courtland has garages as secure as they can be and security at night, though my motorcycle was still almost stolen and damaged.. again, not their fault. I want to shout out Lindsey for being a phenomenal leasing agent! I try not to be annoying and bother the office staff, yet she never forgot who I was; even almost a year later and multiple hair changes, haha. She is always so eager to help and has such a positive attitude. I also want to thank the manager, Stephanie! She has been super understanding and easy to work with. I also notice a huge improvement on the cleanliness of the property when they took over. It is all much appreciated. Thank you, ladies!!

The ladies who work at the leasing office are awesome, have helped me out with multiple discrepancies in a speedy and efficient manner. Always rocking amazing smiles, they have made my stay at this apartment complex comfortable. Additionally, the room I selected is mostly perfect, there are signs of a rushed renovation with some paint being splattered on the countertop/cabinetry and things like door knobs. However I am just going around, correcting those minor issues myself. The appliances are dated, but I’ve been informed the new stainless steel ones are on back order. So hopefully I’ll be able to have a decent dish washer soon, as my current one is giving some issues. Other than that, the whole building seems well maintained, clean, and the residents are all pretty respectful people from what I’ve seen. Again, I’d like to see a little more in the terms of good hardware like new faucets and towel racks/toilet paper holders/shower curtain rods etc. as the ones in my studio are some of the cheapest, considerin

Lindsey at the front desk is very helpful and kind to me. Every interaction is pleasant. Cortland is doing a good job here to make sure the residents are happy. I’m on year 3 of being here. It’s my favorite spot in downtown. Thanks for always helping Lindsey!

The location is a 10/10… right next to Coors field. The office girls are wonderful. Stephanie and Kaylee made me feel so at home. They also have wonderful resident events like Wine Wednesday.. which gives a great opportunity to meet new people. I definitely recommend checking it out.

I came in to tour Ballpark last week and I was greeted by both Stephanie and Kaylee. They were so kind and professional! They showed me around and went out of their way to give me options on pricing and availability. I highly highly recommend checking them out! The hallways were so clean and fresh. Great location and stylish, unique floor plans. As someone who was with the community with previous management and through the management change, I firsthand experienced tremendous change in a positive direction. New management truly cares about its residents and does everything they can to make the community better!

I came in to tour the community and this place is awesome. All the staff seems wonderful and Kaylee did a great job of showing me all the amenities and answering any of my questions! Walking distance from Coors field and TONS to do around the complex. Will definitely be recommending!
