I moved in here at the end of October, 2024. I've waited a couple months to write a review so I could see how this place really is. I LOVE IT HERE!! Very dog friendly.The leasing office staff is the best I've ever experienced. They went above and beyond helping me with getting moved in. Special thanks to Jennett Le in the office who helped me through a major issue before my move in. She is fantastic! Unlike some places I have lived, they don't change after you move in and not take care of things once the lease is signed. 24 hour security is great as well! Their bark park is huge and my Dog, Norman, loves it. However that is one reason I only give it 4 stars. I would give 4 and a half if possible... So many people who live here don't pick up after their dogs. Sometimes to the point that it is unusable. I frequently have to go around with a bunch of bags to clear a spot where Norman can play. This is not the Management's fault. They will send out emails about it and it will improve some, but only for a few days

Just moved in and very happy with the process! Jennett took us from a virtual showing to moved-in in exactly 1 week. The building and common spaces are tidy and well-maintained and the amenities are great. Our unit is spacious and gets a lot of light. The bones are all really solid and it already feels like home.

Since the new management company started, it seems like a lot of things have changed regarding resident satisfaction. Personally, I'm very happy with where I live. While there are still kinks being worked out from the old company, issues always get taken care of promptly. Would definitely recommend this as a place to live, especially given its great location and price.

Update 2024: the building is good and the amenities are great. Pool and gym are very good. Management is helpful and on top of service requests. Only problem is that appliances are outdated and trash room gets crowded

One thing I really live about the Cortland apartments is the dog park. It's easy to clean up after your dog and there's different things for them to play on. It seems most people here with dogs are very careful with the interactions they come across. The staff here is so awesome too. They do special treats for the dogs and mine can't wait to go see Skiler, in the office. If we don't go in and he sees her, he gets very angry. I love the interactions of the office staff with the dogs here!

I just moved from NYC to Denver and was recommended to Cortland on Blake by a friend who knew I would love their authentic loft style, and he was right. The great property was only made better by my experience with the leasing office. Each step from Jennett touring the property with me to the follow-up and seamless application and leasing process was great! They understood that I needed something quickly and were able to accommodate me. Also, being new to the area, Jennett had recommendations for all of the services I would need, from furniture to cleaning services. In a city with lots of options for apartment communities, I would highly recommend this one!

They checked in on me everyday and gave me updates while my housing agent struggled to get on board and work towards solutions rather than excuses like so many other leasing offices do. And I’ve visited and nearly applied to 26 apartments in Denver area and 9 actually applied to. I cannot speak for the property, how management handles maintenance or issues with their property as a tenant so I will not comment or rate the property as a whole in that regards. However, I can speak on the leasing office and out of the 26 apartments, Joseph and his team rank #1, 💯. Thanks for trying guys, next time. I’ve just renewed my lease for another 15 months because I enjoy living at Ballpark Lofts so much! Amazing location to downtown and RINO and easy interstate access. The front office folks are fantastic, especially Joseph and Kaylee. They always remember me when I come down for packages or with questions. They’ve also been making improvements to the community over the last year, specifically having redone the entire central pool/courtyard area.

From the vibrant lobby to the beautiful amenities like the gym and resort style pool, leasing agent Jennett made me feel at home from the moment I walked in. I am a brand new resident at Cortland on Blake and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. I chose an apartment with Joseph, but then later found a different one in the building that better suited my needs. Joseph was more than willing to make that change for me to ensure I love where I live. The facilities are clean, my apartment is beautiful, and Joseph has been super prompt in responding to all my emails. On top of that, I was greeted with this cute sign upon my move-in. Been at Cortland on Blake since January ‘23. I’ve had a few small problems at my apartment since living here. Small as in garbage disposal and shower faucet and both were resolved in a very timely manner. But I did have 1 major problem in the middle of the summer. My A/C went out and a portable A/C was immediately brought to my apartment the same day. A new A/C was installed 2 days later which is a pretty time consuming job. I would like to recognize Danny the maintenance lead for taking care of the setbacks I’ve experienced.

I moved into Cortland a little over a month ago. So far, I couldn’t be happier with my choice in apartment community. The building is within walking distance to stores, bars, restaurants, grocery shopping, etc. and close enough to main highways that commuting is a piece of cake. The units are well maintained yet the maintenance staff is extremely quick and responsive if you have any needs. I worked with Jennett from leasing to find a unit perfect for my needs, and she’s done an incredible job making sure my first few weeks here have been amazing.

I have lived here over 6 months now and we love it. Everything from the location, amenities, staff and security is above what I initially expected. The staff especially Joseph stays on top of any changes, special events, and will answer any questions you may have regarding living there. I live with my son who is still in high school, that I fell 100% safe with him being there while I am at work, the staff accommodates him just as well as myself on anything going on within our building such as cinco de mayo celebrations, pumpkin painting, and any fall event they have, I feel so blessed to know that he is respected and treated equal if he attends. I will definitely be renewing my lease next year. It is just all around a friendly, enjoyable place to live.

I enjoy living at Cortland on Blake. The amenities here were what I was looking for, especially the massive dog park for my puppy. The staff here is also available, members like Jennett Le have assisted me on multiple occasions and everything time has given 5-star treatment. I hope to renew my lease at the end of my current lease.

Cortland on Blake St, I have been living here for over a decade and Its just getting better and better. The NEW pool is best downtown, GYM has all the new amenities and if love downtown living with everything you need within walking distance, then this is the place. Just renewed my lease for another 12 months, for several reasons; The first being the staff and community level communication that occurs. Joseph and team are ace. The second being the value for the location. Reasonable rates, and in the heart of downtown/RiNo area…..hello walking to ball games, concerts, and Michelin rated restaurants! The property has invested in the grounds with a new pool (great for spring/summer). There is also a solid maintenance team that is attentive & quick to address work orders. And regular housekeeping that keeps all the common areas clean.

I lived here for just over a year and it was a great apartment to both my roommate and I. Were there things that went wrong and had to be fixed? Absolutely, just like any apartment. The part that made the experience more positive was always the staff. Joseph and the rest of the team prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of their community, and this continues to get better as they make significant updates to the building. Their communication is frequent and their doors are always open should you need them.

Amazing service and great apartments! Jennet was a great help with the leasing process. The new owners are doing their best to renovate the building and a lot of the amenities are amazing because of that. Gym is great! Pool is beautiful! And lobby is sleek, modern and CLEAN

This has been a great place to live and has only gotten better since Cortland took over. The pool area is lively and a great place to meet people. In my time here, the staff has been extremely friendly; I’ve especially enjoyed working with Joseph. I would definitely recommend Cortland on Blake for anyone coming into Denver.

Was extremely impressed with the unit when we moved in. Pictures did not do it justice. The leasing team has been extremely helpful (especially jennett and Joseph). Pool is huge , gym is nice , and common areas are kept clean and smell good. Everything is super easy here. Other residents are friendly and have introduced themselves and made us feel welcomed.

The apartment had great amenities. It was in a wonderful location and close to Coors Field, quaint stores, bars (if that's your thing), and local restaurants like Cherry Cricket...yum!! The pool area was simply beautiful with a very nice jacuzzi, fire pit, and grilling areas. My tour guide, Joseph, didn't make me feel like a dollar figure or number, he made me feel like an old friend or family member coming to visit or like this was home.

It’s a four because it’s SO loud and a very young community (which is unfavorable for most young professional adults, like myself that need sleep). However, the leasing office staff is INCREDIBLE here. Joseph is honestly the best leasing agent I’ve ever worked with and is so quick/efficient with anything we’ve needed assistance with. I need to share some good light on this complex. The office made sure I was comfortable/doing well. They offered me refreshments/hospitality in the office. They gave me details about what their prices are for a 2 bedroom 2 bath. I decided to pick one of there apartments. Any maintenance issues I had they made sure to have it fixed in a good timely manner. The customer service I experience with the staff of ballpark was no doubt A 10 🌟 REVIEW! I need to tell my family about their apartments and space.

I enjoyed my experience with the office staff. They really went over and beyond to help me rent one of there units. Their maintenance workers are really respectful. They came and fixed my issues in my unit. One of the maintenance workers named Joaquin told me step by step what the problems are. He done all of his necessary things to fix my problem in my unit. My Son recently moved to the Ballpark Lofts and I helped him move in. I was quite impressed with how seamless the whole move in process was. The staff were incredibly helpful as well. As an out of state parent, it gave me great peace of mind knowing he was moving somewhere so nice! The grounds, parking garage and hall were kept impeccably clean. The location can’t be beat either, it’s right across from the ballpark and has great walkability to all the downtown eateries and shops. Literally a perfect location and great value.

I've lived at Ballpark Lofts for about 4 months now and I'm loving it! I ran into quite a few maintenance issues the first month or two, but the maintenance and leasing office team were very helpful and friendly- didn't hesitate to fully replace appliances that were having issues:) Jennett from the leasing office was extremely helpful during the tour, helped me get all set up with the lease, and answered all my questions quickly! The space is great, pool/courtyard will be great once construction is done, and all around I'm very happy here!!!

I moved into ballpark lofts a few weeks ago, and my move-in was absolutely fantastic. The staff is really friendly and helpful, and maintenance request get taken care of very quickly. I was blown away by the community, it was absolutely gorgeous! I can’t believe I get to call this my home. The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful as well. it is so spacious for a studio. This is luxury living at its finest. Honestly, five stars isn’t even doing it justice. Very happy.

During the summer the pool is always a great place to be. More so if you’re looking to have fun, not so much for a quiet place to relax on the weekends. Access to the interstate is 5 minutes away which is great for commutes. Lastly the front office staff are always a pleasure to work with. They remember your name and unit number so you feel appreciated. I’ve worked with Joseph plenty over the last few months and he’s always completed my requests right away and stayed on top of stuff for me. Never a worry when working or speaking with him!

My son and I spent an entire Saturday apartment hunting. After scheduling a tour to Ballpark Lofts, upon arrival we immediately received a warm welcome from Joseph, the Business manager. He expressed that I’d be receiving assistance from his leasing agent Jennett Le. Jennett, was very attentive, knowledgeable and shared two floor plans that suited by budget and lifestyle. She was very kind to follow up via phone/email too. Though I found another place of residence, I felt as if Jannett and I had connected, and could see myself actually living there. I genuinely appreciate such exceptional service, to have come across an extremely beautiful, and well kept community as well.

Ballpark has been a great place to live and has only gotten better since Cortland took over. The pool area is lively and a great place to meet people. Sometimes maintenance requests take a little longer than one would like, but for the most part this is a great building to live in!

4 stars - for cost, management, maintenance, and amenities. Moved here after college and it is in budget, while for the most part, always clean, quiet, and is in a great location - walking distance from bars. Management handles any of what very few issues that have risen, quickly and and with urgency. The front desk staff is nothing but pleasant. Maintenance - has always had a very quick turnaround time and is very attentive (shoutout Tony). Lastly, the amenities are nice, being improved, and always available.

Such an incredible staff here, you can tell they really care about their residents and any other guests that walk in the door. If you’re looking for your next apartment it should be here- location is perfect, the square footage in the apartments alone will blow you away.

I love living here!!! I've been at Ballpark for almost two years and I have no plans to leave. Everyone in the leasing office is amazing, the apartments are huge and beautiful, the location is perfect, and the common areas are gorgeous. Would definitely recommend!

I really love the community and the good energy! Yes, things need to be fixed, but since Cortland bought out the apt…things have been starting to get updated!!! Kaylee has been great with communication and I am excited about the new improvements!

The new management/office staff has been fantastic. Joseph especially is incredibly helpful and truly cares about the residents. We have had our share of issues with management and maintenance before (broken washer, plumbing issues, safety concerns) but in recent weeks there seems to have been a huge improvement in these areas! As with every apartment, there will be pros and cons. Since Cortland has taken over, I have had an overall better experience. Our AC went out a couple of days ago, and I told the office I had this issue. The lady I worked with was very understanding and sent maitance right away to get it fixed. The gentleman who fixed the AC was excellent and very professional. There are more benefits for me than all the "wrong" things you can find here.

I love this apartment! Brando is very kind, caring, professional & such a helpful person that has really taken great care of me and has made the move in process for me as smooth as possible. All the residents I’ve encountered have been really nice people also. The place smells amazing and the staff does a great job with keeping everything clean. We sold out house and are now empty nesters with 2 dogs. If you like waking up and having water views and awesome sunsets this is the place. Besides the indoor gym, common area, rooftop deck and outdoor pool and BBQ, the staff and support we get from the team here is great. The bldg Mgr. Joseph goes out of his way to solve any issues and make sure you are happy. Usually people act like it is an inconvenience if you come to them with a problem but Joseph knows my name and follows up that the problem has been solved. He and his team make the place even better.

I really enjoy living here. Everything about the apartment feels new, clean, and very comfortable. The neighbors and property staff are all very nice. The maintenance team is quick to respond to requests. Over the years, I've lived at a few other apartment homes, and this is the best by far. Also, shopping, restaurants, and highway are close by. I'm always happy to recommend Volare to others.

We have really enjoyed living here! Management was very helpful during the move-in process, handling shifting logistics with grace. The amenities and gym are well-maintained and convenient. The apartments themselves are open and airy and thoughtfully designed - in-unit laundry is so nice to have for this city, and there's even a special stove for a wok! Location couldn't be better (on top of Fulton station, good food on every block). Hello Alfred handles tidying/grocery shopping/dry cleaning - ideal for a busy professional. Hoping to stay for a few years!

I love the location of Left Bank building and the proximity to river walk. The CTA is also a block away, which makes it super convenient to move around the city! My favorite part about the building is the super helpful and friendly staff. They truly make you feel at home and welcomed :)

The Ballpark Lofts are the best apartments in the downtown area! Super close to all the fun night clubs, restaurants and bars on Blake, Market, and Larimer. The industrial cement walls really set the vibe off and are superb for sound installation. MGMT is extremely accommodating and kind!

Ballpark Lofts is the only place I have lived in Denver the last 4 years and I don't plan on leaving anytime soon. The front office staff are always kind and smiling. They remember your name and unit number which is meaningful. The pool in the summer is always busy and fun if you're younger and don't mind the music. Maintenance typically responds to any requests fairly quickly. The on site gym was just renovated with new equipment. From what I have found, it is the most affordable one bedroom in the downtown/RINO area. Quick interstate access from here and anything downtown or in RINO is walkable or quicker on a scooter so you don't have to pay for parking. I definitely recommend checking it out!

During the walk through she was telling my husband and I about all the different amenities and where they were located. Great location. Hallways and outside are cleaned often and they do a great job of salting/clearing snow. Kaylee and Lindsey in the office are great! Can walk to so many restaurants and bars, but expect typical downtown issues. (Traffic/noise/scooters, etc) moved here from Nashville and just love it so far

Ballpark is definitely an experience.. it's a really fun place to live if you're young and (usually single) and enjoy the night life! My only quarrels is the crime in the area, but that comes with city living. Courtland has garages as secure as they can be and security at night, though my motorcycle was still almost stolen and damaged.. again, not their fault. I want to shout out Lindsey for being a phenomenal leasing agent! I try not to be annoying and bother the office staff, yet she never forgot who I was; even almost a year later and multiple hair changes, haha. She is always so eager to help and has such a positive attitude. I also want to thank the manager, Stephanie! She has been super understanding and easy to work with. I also notice a huge improvement on the cleanliness of the property when they took over. It is all much appreciated. Thank you, ladies!!

The ladies who work at the leasing office are awesome, have helped me out with multiple discrepancies in a speedy and efficient manner. Always rocking amazing smiles, they have made my stay at this apartment complex comfortable. Additionally, the room I selected is mostly perfect, there are signs of a rushed renovation with some paint being splattered on the countertop/cabinetry and things like door knobs. However I am just going around, correcting those minor issues myself. The appliances are dated, but I’ve been informed the new stainless steel ones are on back order. So hopefully I’ll be able to have a decent dish washer soon, as my current one is giving some issues. Other than that, the whole building seems well maintained, clean, and the residents are all pretty respectful people from what I’ve seen. Again, I’d like to see a little more in the terms of good hardware like new faucets and towel racks/toilet paper holders/shower curtain rods etc. as the ones in my studio are some of the cheapest, considerin

The location is a 10/10… right next to Coors field. The office girls are wonderful. Stephanie and Kaylee made me feel so at home. They also have wonderful resident events like Wine Wednesday.. which gives a great opportunity to meet new people. I definitely recommend checking it out.
