I been living here at Cortland Olde Raleigh for 4 1/2 years and never had any problems with anyone. It's very quiet and haven't experience any major problems. The only issue I have is the trash situation, some have to walk so far to take their trash out. Overall, Cortland Olde Raleigh is a nice community to live

I’ve been thinking about relocating to the south and was in the area visiting family when I came across this property. I stopped in this past Saturday for a tour, but they were busy. The leasing consultant was very kind to quickly free up space to give me a tour. So lovely

If you enjoy being serenaded by beeping construction equipment outside of your window at midnight, this place is for you! Update: culprit was a fire alarm that the renovations crew threw into a dumpster. The office was kind enough to have one of the on-call maintenance guys find the alarm and stop the noise. I appreciate management doing what they can to resolve the issue.

This property is beautiful! I visited about a week ago and I was torn between this complex and another one but once I came back and toured again with your assistant manager she had me sold! Very informative, friendly and welcoming! She helped me with my decision process and thanks to her hopefully I will be leasing with you all soon!

This apartment complex is definitely a 10/10. I was toured by Aziyah and she was the BEST!! The apartments are very clean, appliances are updated, and it’s located in a quiet environment. I’m very excited about moving in!

I moved into one of the newly renovated apartments in early October and my experience has been great so far. Management is always friendly and helpful. Nikkia is the best! Maintenance is also usually available and can fix issues quickly.

I moved here in August and after 3 months, it has been an excellent experience! They are going through renovations right now and the upgraded apartments are really nice. The neighborhood is super quiet as well!

As a new resident, this has been the all time best experience moving into the Raleigh area. The staff was very helpful and professional during my transition. I have been with Domicilio since last year and just renewed my lease again. This is a great place specially for someone studying at Santa Clara or even otherwise. The community is close knit with all the facilities like good swimming pool, gym and a lovely view of the SCU stadium at the back. The staff is very friendly and the maintenance work is always very quick and efficient. It’s a short walk to safeway and many restaurants/costco/grocery stores are hardly 7-10 mins drive. I would definitely recommend a stay here :)

Truly, the staff at 422 is unmatched and I could not have picked a better place to live. I’ve been in Austin my entire life and this is the first complex where i feel valued as a resident and the first time I have ever renewed a lease. I could not recommend 422 enough.

We moved to Charleston in 2019 and Proximity was our first and will remain our only apartment for as long as we are living in the area. We have been highly satisfied with the living space and all that Proximity has to offer. (Our cats love it here, too.)

Will be relocating from New York to Raleigh and I must admit, that the option to have a fenced in yard in an apartment is a fantastic amenity coming from the city. Not to mention I’ve been kept updated throughout, even though I haven’t arrived yet.

I toured this community last week and the experience by far surpassed my expectations. The staff was inviting, friendly and actually answered all of my questions (of which there were many). I’m so happy that I visited and can’t wait to begin the application process this fall! Thanks Olde Raleigh, for making this experience far less overwhelming than I thought it would be!

Nice location and great neighbors. It's convenient to shopping and freeways. The apartments are bright and sunny with lots of cabinet and closet space. Staff are very personable. Even the maintenance staff - who respond quickly to requests - will ask how you are and go out of their way to be friendly.

So glad Cortland acquired this property! The company is investing a lot to upgrade the units and the grounds. And the staff is very friendly and helpful. The location has always been great, and these older buildings have thick walls that really muffle noise from adjacent units. It’s a good place to live! Looking forward to all the upcoming improvements.

This is my husband and I's first apartment together and we could not be happier with our experience. The leasing process was a breeze, and we were even upgraded to a nicer unit when the original unit was found to be in need of repairs due to the previous tenant. We have laminate floors, vaulted ceilings, great appliances, a beautiful white kitchen, and the cutest little breakfast nook. The new management's leasing staff is kind, transparent, and readily available to answer all of our many questions. Maintenance requests are handled faster than I've ever had before, and the guys are awesome. The pool and gym are great to have, and besides a busy side street it is a quiet and safe community. Always enough parking, and we love the all the trees on the property. Close to NCSU, bowling, rock climbing, restaurants, hospitals, Harris Teeter, parks, lakes, etc. We love it here!
