I lived at Cortland at Olde Raleigh for quite a few years and had a great experience. The office staff (Taylor especially!) and the maintenance staff are amazing. The apartments are very nice and a great value. The amenities, including the gym, are very well maintained and offer a lot. I met a lot of friends through the dog park and apartment hosted events. Highly recommend!

I just signed here. Abril was such a great leasing agent! She answered all my questions clearly and gave me any extra information too. She answered my messages on her day off before I realized the office was closed that day. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during the application process. Customer service here is top tier. Location is beautiful and so refreshing, especially compared to other apartments I toured. I opened the balcony and wasn't overwhelmed with the sound of cars driving. The year -round pool and other amenities are great too. The apartments themselves are clean and maintained. The building architecture was so cute with arches but also cottage vibes. When I was touring, I saw a nice community too. Sweet families, people walking their dogs, overall a quiet and friendly community where I can make my home. I am excited to move in and I would definitely recommend adding Cortland Olde Raleigh to your list of properties to tour! Check it out and maybe you'll fall in love too!

Favorite apartment complex to date, and trust -- I've been through a whole lot of them in Raleigh NC. Taylor and Abril are some of the nicest girls I've ever met, going to the office if I ever had any issues or maintenance problems was always a breeze with these two. The maintenance team was quick, knowledgable, and happy to help with any issues I had, though they were usually small since the apartments feel genuinely well built. I was in an updated home so I might be biased talking about how beautiful my 3rd floor apartment with floor to ceiling windows was. Regardless, its the team at Cortland that kept me coming back. Its a very safe community and pet friendly too. Huge s/o to Taylor for making daily living at this apartment complex so comfortable and for helping me lease this apartment and easily move out. She’s awesome!! If I ever do apartment style living again, I’m definitely coming right back to this one!

Customer service can make or break ya! We stopped by Cortland olde raleigh and met with a young lady in the office named Taylor. Unfortunately when we got there her next appointment was arriving. Instead of just turning us away and requesting to schedule an appointment, she took those few minutes to give us all of the information about her community, pricing and even offer to schedule a appointment for us. Maintenance man in the office even took the time to say hello and introduce himself. Very nice place with nice staff.

I’ve been here for over 2 years & my experience improved over time. Much of that has to do with new staff & management. We had a rough start & I’m grateful the new team seems to be much more organized and friendly. The positives- quiet for the most part, beautiful area to walk around, walking distance to the greenway, great area in general. Quick drives to Target, Harris Teeter, cafes, restaurants, library. Maintenance team here is excellent! They’re so friendly & quick to respond. Never had major issues in our apartment. Love the marble countertops, plenty of closet space in bedrooms, and space on the balcony. One downside but you can make it work is not tons of kitchen storage. The cabinets & drawers are very small. Thankfully we already owned IKEA furniture that helped out with storage. We also do have valet trash & that means some neighbors think that means they can leave out additional bags of trash on top of their bin. Living at Cortland Olde Raleigh has been a wonderful experience, and the recent renovations have made it even better. The newly upgraded amenities, like the pool and gym, are always clean and well-maintained and I love that my apartment now features modern finishes and appliances. The new management team has also made a huge impact, showing incredible dedication and friendliness, and always eager to help. That on top of the central location to shopping and entertainment makes it convenient and enjoyable to live here. Highly recommend this place!

We came to visit this property to look at a 2br 2 ba on 5/20/2024 and we had the pleasure of meeting a young gentleman named Avery.OMG I love him he was so funny.He showed us 3 apartments and the last 1 we like but good god those steps😂. He made our tour so fun unlike other places the ppl are boring and don’t really talk… This complex is definitely in my top 3 choices!!!…... I've been living at Courtland Olde Raleigh for two years, and it has been an incredible experience from day one. The property is well-maintained, clean, and feels like home. The amenities provided, such as gym, pool, etc. make life here convenient and enjoyable. also want to commend the property manager Bridget Poindexter for her exceptional service. She always goes above and beyond to address any concerns promptly and ensure that residents are comfortable. So far so good. I’ve moved here from Texas due to relocation for work. Before my tour I experienced a hiccup but Sasha was very understanding and easy to work with. During my tour Sasha did a wonderful walk though, explained all the details of the apartment, and answered any question I had. However, she did leave out the light switch doesn’t work but that’s our secret lol. Since I moved it has been easy & pleasant. Maintenance request are attended to in a timely manner, they completed mine within the same day. When I was moving in the property was undergoing new management. So far the new management has been great. We’ve had three events this past week and hope that they’ll have more to bring the community together. Overall, Sasha sold me on this place and the way management conduct themselves is keeping me here, oh and my lease lol. I would recommend!

I’ve lived here for about 2 years, never had any issues with maintenance, once you submit a request they respond within 24-48hrs. I also live on the third floor, so never had issues with any leaks. I will say, walls and front doors are thin so you can hear your neighbor coming in and out their door, but that’s usually normal in apartments. Overall, never had any complaints living in my apartment.

Great Staff, Great Location, Nice Renovated Apartments - LONG timeline for renovations. What ultimately sold me was the space in my unit - 9 ft ceilings - large walk in closest and a relatively quiet community. The staff is AMAZING - Adam, Ashlei, Alex, and Aziya ALWAYS super helpful and friendly - any issue I had got addressed immediately and handled timely. The unit itself had some uncontrollable issues like a couple of nonfunctional light switches.

I been living here at Cortland Olde Raleigh for 4 1/2 years and never had any problems with anyone. It's very quiet and haven't experience any major problems. The only issue I have is the trash situation, some have to walk so far to take their trash out. Overall, Cortland Olde Raleigh is a nice community to live

If you enjoy being serenaded by beeping construction equipment outside of your window at midnight, this place is for you! Update: culprit was a fire alarm that the renovations crew threw into a dumpster. The office was kind enough to have one of the on-call maintenance guys find the alarm and stop the noise. I appreciate management doing what they can to resolve the issue.

I have been with Domicilio since last year and just renewed my lease again. This is a great place specially for someone studying at Santa Clara or even otherwise. The community is close knit with all the facilities like good swimming pool, gym and a lovely view of the SCU stadium at the back. The staff is very friendly and the maintenance work is always very quick and efficient. It’s a short walk to safeway and many restaurants/costco/grocery stores are hardly 7-10 mins drive. I would definitely recommend a stay here :)

Went on a tour of the property and was pleasantly pleased the upgrades will be a plus. Ashlei took her time and was able to answer all of my questions. Definitely at the top of my list in my search. Thanks to all staff that was very nice and pleasant.

Ms. Laura was absolutely amazing!!!! She has the warmest love and was very hospitable! The tour was fun because of her and I definitely plan to move in and be apart of the family. Everyone made me feel at home and the apartment she showed me was beautiful!!!! Can’t wait to move in! Thank you guys for such an amazing experience!!!!!

Lindsey, the Property Manager is seriously the best! She cares about the residents and their needs, and she helped me find my perfect home and navigated me through anything I needed assistance with! I’ve only been here for about a month now, but I’m happy with my decision to move to Cortland Olde Raleigh.

Nice location and great neighbors. It's convenient to shopping and freeways. The apartments are bright and sunny with lots of cabinet and closet space. Staff are very personable. Even the maintenance staff - who respond quickly to requests - will ask how you are and go out of their way to be friendly.

So glad Cortland acquired this property! The company is investing a lot to upgrade the units and the grounds. And the staff is very friendly and helpful. The location has always been great, and these older buildings have thick walls that really muffle noise from adjacent units. It’s a good place to live! Looking forward to all the upcoming improvements.

I just moved to Raleigh, and I absolutely love it. Cortland staff has been nothing but kind and thorough and made the process of moving in very smooth. I love my apartment and the large windows it has. I highly recommend this complex!

This is my husband and I's first apartment together and we could not be happier with our experience. The leasing process was a breeze, and we were even upgraded to a nicer unit when the original unit was found to be in need of repairs due to the previous tenant. We have laminate floors, vaulted ceilings, great appliances, a beautiful white kitchen, and the cutest little breakfast nook. The new management's leasing staff is kind, transparent, and readily available to answer all of our many questions. Maintenance requests are handled faster than I've ever had before, and the guys are awesome. The pool and gym are great to have, and besides a busy side street it is a quiet and safe community. Always enough parking, and we love the all the trees on the property. Close to NCSU, bowling, rock climbing, restaurants, hospitals, Harris Teeter, parks, lakes, etc. We love it here!
