I’m grateful for the rebrand from Auburn Glenn to Cortland Old Fourth Ward. Since the change in management, the frequency of car break-ins has dropped drastically. The redesign of the apartments and exterior cosmetics updates really has brightened the community. Also, the new vehicle policy has reduced loitering and unauthorized cars parked on the property. Additionally, the staff has increased community and pro-socials events to get to the residents. The property manager and assistant property manager are very helpful as well. Finally, the new communications system is very useful. Residents get updates both via email and text messages concerning all things about changes, maintenance, and general information about the communities. The newnesss of community was needed. Thank you all very much.

He’s an excellent maintenance tech here and knows what he’s doing. The staff in the leasing office are amazing. The location is amazing. The staff interacts with the community. I tour the Cortland at 4th Ward apartments last week. Thomas assisted me with my endeavor to look for an apartment. Far and away these are the nicest apartments in my area. The layouts are awesome closet space is great and the new and shiny stainless steel appliances top notch. I got 2 month remaining on my current lease at another apartment complex. But I'm looking forward to calling Cortland at 4th Ward my new home very shortly

Love living at Cortland Old Fourth Ward ! They’re remodeling right now, so things are getting updated and looking great. My apartment was clean, spacious, and bright when I moved in. Perfect location for GSU and downtown. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Friendly staff, quick maintenance, and nice amenities like a clean pool, good gym, and plenty of parking. Excited to see the upgrades finished!

So far the experience has been great , I moved in about a month ago and I can’t say that I have any complaints.Maintenance has been on top of all of my service request. I don't have loud and rude neighbors. While there are some upgrades that are needed (which renovations have started) everything else has been a breeze honestly.

Had an opportunity to tour the property with Sheena while I was there to host a game night for the residents. I was blown away by the value that you get for the price! I had literally just moved to a new apartment in midtown a month or so before and I was kicking myself that I didn't check out Cortland first. The unit was huge, absolutely beautiful, and was MUCH better priced than what I am paying. When my lease is up, I know exactly where I'm going! *Oh, I also would like to mention that the rest of the staff was really cool and so were the residents! I really enjoyed hosting that event. It really felt like a community of folks with exceptionally good energy!

Cortland North Druid Hills Is a clean and convenient property outside the downtown Atlanta area. I love the oversized, spacious bedrooms. The Emory is my favorite floor plan. The manager Asheenia is AMAZING. She was busy but still made time to greet me and make me feel welcomed. I am definitely considering living here.

I enjoyed my experience living at Cortland Viridian! I have joined this complex 2 years ago , and this was the best experience living in apartment I had so far. The apparments are completely remodeled. The environment is very clean and peaceful . I like the monthly ‘wine down’ organized by the management . This activity allows residents to meet and networking. The on-site maintenance is doing a pretty good job ! I am proud and happy to leave in this apartment complex and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peacefull environment and good neighborhood to stay!

There have been a few hiccups along the way but between the ladies in the office and maintenance team, it has been amazing. Speaking of maintenance, out of all of the guys who have come through, Will is literally one of the best! He is so so so attentive and always smiling and willing to help whenever and however he can! He truly is the best part of this community! Whenever I have requests he is always quick to respond and always doing it with a smile on his face and just the best energy, I have never seen him frown or show any negative energy whenever I see him working around the property. He makes every maintenance request feel less awkward having a stranger in your place and more welcoming. I also wanted to add how welcoming and loving Jada and Courtney are in the leasing office. There is never a moment where I encounter them not smiling or laughing at something. They truly are the best part of this community!

I had a lengthy time getting everything ready for my move and she was able to stay on top of things and help me get through to renting my apartment. I am super excited to move in!!! I want to shoutout Jada and the staff from Cortland at North Druid Hills. From my application process to approval to move in everything has truly been seamless! I have been living in this community for almost 3 months now and I honestly have no complaints. I asked for a new toilet seat, the Maintenace team came in and took care of it the same day. Coming from a community where safety was an issue...literally so far, every concern I slightly had has been addressed. To know that this community truly cares and values their residents, I look forward to already renewing coming next fall!

Our interactions with the leasing team have been nothing short of professional, warm, friendly, and efficient. Will in maintenance is amazing; Maria, our cleaning attendant, is kind and sweet. We enjoy the calm; the quiet. Of the places we've rented, we enjoy these residents the most.

Moved in yesterday. The unit was sparkling clean with a small amount of aberrations. Put in a work order around 1PM and the maintenance team(William, Wayne) took care of it before 5PM. Jada and Courtney were helpful during move-in. Asheenia, the community manager, helped with the move-in paperwork.

Most apartments in Atlanta that charge higher rent prices constantly get bad reviews, but Cortland stood out with its near perfect reviews. Jada gave me an exceptional tour and she was very patient with my questions. One thing that stood out was that the leasing and maintenance team have been here for multiple years, so there is consistency (something I'm not used to from my current residence). Their application specialists, Ciara and Nicole were super helpful and in getting my application and lease processed. The complex is beautiful and friendly. Will be a fun place to call home. Looking forward to starting my lease in early February. Can't wait!

I moved into this community recently and have really enjoyed it so far! I was debating moving for a while but after my tour with Jada I was sold. She kept me notified about availabilities and I was moved in two months later. The space is perfect for me and I love the weekly food trucks and events. A great building and community!

We love living at Cortland North Druid Hills! The community is fairly quiet. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Especially quiet for those of us who have non-traditional work hours & sleep during the mornings/early afternoons everyday. The events are always so cute & nice. I look forward to the resident activities or acknowledgments like a free flower/bouquet bar for Mother's Day (build your own bouquet for your mom) or food truck Wednesdays. They also gave out Valentine's day cards last year from the team which was nice! These things make it enjoyable too! It's always also so clean. Like really a hotel feel. Q isn't at this property anymore but she was my favorite office representative when she was here. William Morrison is the real MVP. I’ve been living at Cortland for over a year now. The entire leasing staff has been accommodating, and have provided exceptional customer service the entire time. Jada has gracefully assisted me with all of my leasing needs, and never fell short to provide answers to any questions or concerns I had. Caitlyn has gone above and beyond to make sure that my experience living at Cortland has been comfortable and that of a luxury community experience. The maintenance team, Curtis and Will have also provided great customer service. One of my favorite things about this community is the effort and consideration they put into planning events for us. Every community has its pros and cons, but I can tell you that Cortland will go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable.

We’ve lived here for almost 2 years and haven’t had major issues. Cortland is pretty organized and smooth with their online portal. The community is quiet and secure. The location of the community is 10/10. The community activities are cute. I love the staff I’ve gotten to interact with but recently the leasing office staff is different. No communication about who our managers or new agents are. I haven’t seen many faces in the office. William and Q are super friendly and helpful. William is always on top of my maintenance orders and always makes conversation! Q was the best leasing agent when we first signed. I thought she was the manager at one point. She’s no longer an agent but still the best! Also, shoutout to the woman that cleans this community. She does a great job keeping up with the common areas in the community, the hallways, and the gym. I would recommend if you’re thinking of leasing here. I wish there were more fitness activities during reasonable times and the stairways were pressure washed reg

William did an excellent job repairing my kitchen sink, it kept leaking from the base all on the counter and the facet was blocked with low water pressure. William came in and fixed the issue and now I haven’t have any issues since! He was very knowledgeable and educated me as well on how to maintain the faucet.

I've been at Cortland North Druid for about a year. I can agree with other residents, there have certainly been hiccups this past year (a few car break-ins, messy residents who don't pick up after their pets, various parking violations that don't seem to be addressed). However, and I cannot stress this enough, the leasing office staff are very friendly and responsive, and I've never had to wait more than a day before the maintenance team comes by to help. Case in point, I thought one of the lights in my bedroom had gone out, put in a service ticket, and less than 2 hours later William came by to fix it. Turns out that the lights installed were just oddly shaped (how had I not noticed this before?!). Since I hadn't had the lights changed since moving in, he suspected they would go out soon and proactively switch them out with better bulbs. Having strangers in your home is not ideal, so I was really pleased William was the one to come by and help today. Thank you!

My husband and I have been living here for the past two years and we have enjoyed living here! There have been a few hiccups along the way but between the ladies in the office and maintenance team, it has been amazing. Speaking of maintenance, out of all of the guys who have come through, Will is literally one of the best! He is so so so attentive and always smiling and willing to help whenever and however he can! He truly is the best part of this community! Whenever I have requests he is always quick to respond and always doing it with a smile on his face and just the best energy, I have never seen him frown or show any negative energy whenever I see him working around the property. He makes every maintenance request feel less awkward having a stranger in your place and more welcoming.

I had a great experience on my tour - my guide was so helpful!! I am hoping to end up at Courtland; I absolutely love the apartments!! One of my favorite amenities is the valet trash. It is such a nice and safe option for apartment living in Atlanta!

Cortland North Druid Hills is in a great location, as someone who wanted to be closer to the city without being in the center of Atlanta, this was the perfect option for me. The amenities are better than my last place, and rooms are modern and well designed. My tour and leasing experience was made a very pleasant experience compared to other tours and leasing staffs I have dealt with before. Caitlyn was very warm and receptive to any questions I had, and treated me like part of the community before ever moving in. My experience has been great, would recommend to anyone looking for a new place

I have had questions about my apartment, packages, payments, etc. and she made sure to answer my question then and there, but if she was not able to get an answer immediately, she would make sure to find it and follow up with me, which is wonderful. It’s been a long time since I found a beautiful well kept rental community and the staff members treat you like you matter. The maintenance Supervisor Adrean who told me to call him “Chop” had a contagious smile and a crazy sense of humor that will always be remembered.

Will is kind caring and goes above and beyond to make sure things get taken care of as fast as possible. He has helped us countless times with maintenance issues and we consider him one of the best parts of cortland! Maria is also amazing and keeps the place super clean despite it being fairly easy to track all sorts of dirt and dust in from outside. The hallways always get cleaned up nicely if there is a mess and she is so kind and courteous to everyone when she sees them.

One of the best things about libe at this property is the staff, amd cleanliness of the property. But one employee has made my stay extra special. While going through a rough time over the past few years, it's good to come out of your home, and run into someone you know will change your day. They have a guy named Will that works there. And he's more caring than most of the people in my life. It feels good to have people like that work where you live.

An amazing leasing team, apartment staff, and a great complex to move to! I’ve had an amazing experience here. Jada was the first leasing agent I met. She gave me a great tour of all the available apartments that fit my needs/wants and showed me all the great amenities. She talked me through all the details and financial specifications and was very genuine, kind, and diligent. I had a second tour with Q. She squeezed me in extremely short notice when they had a full day schedule of tours to show me around the apartment a second time. She was very accommodating and took her time to give me a chance to look around and ask any questions. On move in day Cinthya was amazing! She was here ready for me to arrive, knew me by name, and had read all my info so it very comforting and I felt very welcomed. All the way through the process the team and manager, Caitlyn, were all very helpful offering any convenience they could. They went above and beyond to find me the best deal and perfect fit. Something I really pay attention to when walking into a complex or any place is the cleaning condition of how its maintained. I acknowledge the complex for hiring the best housekeeper Maria Barnes, she is a wonderful hard working person and performs an excellent job in keeping the complex clean in every aspect. After touring a few places I stumbled on Cortland and I'm so happy I did. The staff is so warm and friendly and always willing to help out. When I tell you the team at Cortland North Druid Hills is the best, I mean it. I have lived at several apartment properties in the Atlanta area and this is BY FAR the best managed. Quayama, Maria, Jada, and Caitlin are remarkable. They are all very professional and address the community needs perfectly to ensure everyone feels cared for. Even the maintanence staff are amazing and very prompt when it comes to addressing any concerns. I came to Cortland NDH after a traumatizing experience with an apartment complex in Decatur. When I say Q was an angel sent from above to help support me during a really tough situation- I am not exaggerating in the LEAST. Q offered me more support than I could have asked for- including helping me in the application process, reassuring me this was not another complex trying to scam me, answering all my questions/concerns promptly, being super communicative (including when she would be out of the office), and truly listening to my wants/needs in my new home. She gave me an amazing tour of the available unit and even remembered my criteria from months prior when I first visited. She is consistently warm, welcoming, and caring. Every time I walk past the leasing office she makes a point to greet me and make me feel more at home. She is literally one of the best in the game and Cortland NDH is so lucky to have her as part of the team!

I truly enjoy what I feel is boutique style living here. It’s calm, clean and serene environment. The girls in the office are always courteous, professional and helpful. Q is by far the consummate professional, she leads with a smile and an amazing can do attitude! Cortland living is good living 😊.

Had to come update my review; i love this community ! Cortland has outdone themselves . Living here has been so amazing , our package lockers are so helpful , the community is always clean and well kept (exception of occasional rude neighbor not cleaning up after their dog) and i absolutely love the maintenance team . Will especially always makes me feel like a priority , he gets my maintenance requests done very quickly and he’s very knowledgeable. I love what Cortland has done with this place . I will Be renewing my lease !

I moved here a little over a year ago and had a really rocky start to my time at the Guthrie. I didn’t get along with the lady in the office and found her to be rude and snarky. She left about a month or two ago and it’s been so difference since. I stopped by to meet with the new property manager and he seems really great and on top of things. I hope he can clean up the mess that was the neglect from previous staff.

So often these days apartment buildings are managed by individuals that do not understand how to manage with class and tact. OneEleven bucks that trend and I am happy to say that everyone here and how they manage is a class act. The concierge individuals are so welcoming and eager to assist, it is just like living at a luxury hotel. The management folks are quick to reply to emails and the social events that they arrange are perfect. I am very happy here and know that I made a good decision when I leased.

I have really enjoyed my time at cortland apartments so far. I love having quiet study areas, a swimming pool, grill, gym, and fire pit. The office personnel are very quick to respond anytime I need something done in my apartment. I also love that there's a little dog park for my dogs to socialize with the other dogs around. Overall, I've had a good experience.

This community is beautifully maintained and the staff couldn't be more helpfull. Its a very peaceful, quiet living environment but quite comfortable at the same time. The maintenance team are extremely accommodating and compedent .when I did have a slight issue with my air conditioning system it was quickly rectified and over appologized for. The ladies in the office always great you with a warm welcoming smile and eager to help in anyway. Again its a very comfortable place to live. It would be a huge asset to have a small playground for children in addition to the dog park and beautiful ammenities geared for adults. A small play area is also a gateway for neighbors to get to know eachother when congregating around watching the kids play, discussing schools and outside activities. Otherwise I'm very happy with my decision to chooses Barclay Element above the others to live at post relocating blindly from a different state. The staff's friendly demeanor and beautiful grounds was my overall deciding factor....

I have entered my second year living here at Elan City Center and I couldn't be happier! I adore so many things about living at ECC, to name just a few: -- the location, which is close to downtown Moore Square, the Museums, the local Publix grocery store, wonderful dining, beautiful parks and Oakwood Historical District among many more attractions! -- The first-rate appliances, amenities such as the gym (which has a water bottle refilling station), billiards, clubhouse facility where frequent events are hosted, complimentary printer access, pool and grill area, Luxor lockers for Amazon deliveries, a dog park and more that I know I've forgotten! -- Best of all is the staff - Ashley, Brianna, Jacob, Justin and Devin all go out of their way to ensure that living at ECC is seamless and worry free. At the heart of living here are the "hearts" of this wonderful staff. This is by far the best apartment living I have ever experienced and I plan to stay here as long as I can! :-)

After taking the tour with Gerrard, who was very professional and informative, my mind is set on making this my new home! The amount of amenities Paragon provides is amazing. The units are spacious with amazing views of Chicago’s beautiful skyline. Imagine just taking a few steps out of your apartment to find yourself right near Soldier Field. If you ever decide to move to the South Loop of Chicago, I would certainly recommend this place!

I have lived here since the property was built, there have been 3 changes in management since I moved in and without a doubt the new management is the best I have experienced in my time here. It was a little rocky at the beginning but after going through the previous management changes this was by far the smoothest. The manager Ashley is very hands on and attentive to resident thoughts on improvements and concerns. The gates weren't working one night when I got home around 7:30 pm, after the office had closed. I saw her office light on so I knocked on the front door to tell her and she immediately came out to see if she could fix it. Someone had hit the gates knocking them off track. I was surprised when she picked up the gate on her own, put it back on track opened the box thing that runs the gate and got the gate up and running again. I couldn't believe it, she didn't even think to call maintenance, she just did it herself. I was so impressed, I decided to renew my lease and plan to as long as she and her t

The team here is incredible — they’ll go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. Sam, Tarnisha and Q have always been kind, friendly and willing to assist with any requests. The units are beautiful — well designed, modern and spacious. I host a lot of people and everyone is impressed by how amazing my place is :) The maintenance team is so professional and always on-time. A major shout-out to Curtis and Will (maintenance team) at CNDH. They're always very personable, knowledgable, professional and they have always responded to my maintenance requests in a matter of hours- literally. I put in a request and they come out the same day. These two are the best maintenance techs I've met out of all the apartments I've lived in in metro Atlanta... and that's quite a few. They are a big reason why I've re-signed my lease time and time again (currently going on my 5th year at this complex). If they don't hear it enough, I'll be the one to proudly proclaim they are extremely valuable members of the Cortland North Druid Hills team and I'm very grateful to have them in my community. I booked a tour and right after Q contact me via text. EXCELLENT ATTITUDE and helpful but I didn’t get to meet with Q. I showed up to my appointment early I didn’t realize but Tarnisha didn’t complain she still allowed me to see the apartment and the amenities. The whole entire tour she was very informative, knowledgeable, and attentive. We had a conversation after the viewing and she still continued to be AWESOME. Since I’ve moved into this property I’ve had nothing but welcoming and warm felt interactions. From management to the leasing agents up to the maintenance staff and I have not yet been disappointed. Cortland N Druid turned out to be perfect for me. From the location to the amenities to the super friendly leasing staff I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I love living at Cortland 🙂 I relocated back to Atlanta in July. I was still living in DC when I started the process and we were still coming out of COVID. I was really sold on it because the units are beautiful but also because Q was so helpful! She sent me video links for all the floor plans I was interested in and also was helpful when I wanted to do a quick walk thru when I was in town one weekend. She answered all of my questions quickly and professionally. when I was on the fence about waiting to see if the price may change, she advised me not to because they’d only be going up lol (and they did). It’s pricy but the area is great, the interiors are great, parking is never really a problem and you’ll be definitely love working with Q :)

Quyama and her team are amazingly helpful and responsive. They have been the easiest property managers I’ve worked with. The apartments are in a great location and the team always has great activities going on for the residents! Would definitely recommend Cortland to others.

The entire team here is welcoming. I am so glad to have gone on a tour last week with Q who really boosted my excitement when considering Cortland North Druid Hills as my new home! Such an amazing staff at an amazing property!

Great place to live. The staff is very friendly especially Q. I never feel like I am troubling her whenever I call and get her on the phone. I've been here going on two years and really considering staying a third year because I enjoy the property and the location.

CNDH is an amazing place to live. I have been living here for over 2 years and I can not see myself living anywhere else. CNDH is close in proximity to downtown Atlanta, Atlantic Station, Buckhead, and Lenox and Perimeter mall. The amenities on the property are beautiful and always kept clean. Q, Samantha, Tarnisha, and Maria are GREAT! They are always attentive and are proactive when it comes to making CNDH a safe place to live!!!

Great convenient location, Everything is super clean around here. Leasing staff was phenomenal with all the inquiries I had with my transition, as well as my pets. I pass the maintenance staff all the time and they are always nice. Great place to call home. I love the peace here.
