Management team is awesome. I have been here for 3 months and haven’t had any issues go unresolved thus far. I had a boot on my car due to a mistake I made during vehicle registration - Kaneil handled it for me within the same hour. I had a leak one day due to a construction error on another floor - Kaneil and Keith got it taken care of the same hour and maintenance cleaned my apartment for me, then installed a brand new light so that I ended more satisfied than before. They also frequently assist with questions or concerns even if they are headed home or headed to lunch. Lastly, any damage I’ve seen around the building has been repaired within the same week. Highly recommend 👍🏽

I have lived at the property for 2 years and the only reason I’m giving a 5 star rating is because I can see the vision . The first wave of management staff (for the exception of the assistant manager) had me wanting to leave without hesitation. However , the change that has been made has been brilliant … Kaneal Candice Keith Mr. Wiley These individuals should be studied for modeling excellence. Listen ! I came for the location, but I stayed for the vision (along with the location) with the added benefit of the an efficient, respectful staff, that’s customer service oriented, empathetic, intelligent & just kind . Now with that being said …understand Wakanda (forget Rome) wasn’t built in a day . The elevators aside (cause the elevator situation being down for over a year is crazy for ADA patrons ..but the new crew is def on top of things) ) renovations are being completed. There will be noise . There will be inconveniences, because there will be progress! If I’m not priced out the next lease terms I’ll def b

I am loving living at Courtland old fourth ward, my move in experience was the best so warm and welcoming i instantly felt like i was home! On top of that, they are doing new renovations on all the courtyards, swimming pool, club house, hallway floors, gym. Im so excited for the finish of everything, everyone in the office is so welcoming, Candice and lead leasing agent Kaneil, Brianna, and Destinee, even the maintenance guys all have the best customer service, I never have to wait for anything, they are always on top of my needs and concerns, so happy to call courtland my home!

I had a tour with Kaneal and he was the absolute best, very professional, personable and he was super well informed about everything pertaining to the property. The property itself is going under a large renovation, but it seems that they have really good plans for it. The renovated units are beautiful and look exactly like the pictures. This property is very close to the beltline but very close to Edgewood as well. It’s definitely on my list as I continue my search for a new place.

I've lived here at Auburn Glenn for a number of years and the neighborhood as well as the Auburn Glenn apartments keep improving! The management particularly Mr, Thomas Ferguson has been beyond helpful and has listened to all my suggestion as well as giving me advise previously unexplored. He has been more than kind in helping me renew my lease and ask that I call him with any other questions The layout of my one bedroom is very generous with the biggest bathroom and walk-in closet I've ever had before in other places and I love living near grocery stores and pubs that are convenient

This apartment is exemplary. They are renovating the entire building (The new units are awesome). The building staff is friendly plus they keep you up to date with any changes in the building, they answer any questions and they check in with you in passing. Candice Johnson is so helpful and has provided such a positive experience. There are multiple courtyards here, so it feels like its own community. My favorite thing is how spacious the building is and the many routes I can take to move around the building. The location is superb also. You get the benefit of the beltline on one side, and on the other - you have the city. I work in the city so it's extremely convenient for my commute and I enjoy the restaurants, and businesses nearby for activities. 10/10

Mr Wiley the groundsman is so nice and he does a great job! The office staff is a delight, the only thing I'm sad about is I live on the 6th floor and the elevator has been down for awhile I have to leave the building to wash my clothes but overall this a great place to live I see good changes since we got new management

I am loving my new apartment! Courtland old fourth ward has so many exciting renovations in the works. All new courtyards, new swimming pool, new club house, swimming pool. It looks amazing. The manager Candice and lead leasing agent Kaneil has the best customer service. My apartment is newly renovated with all new appliances. I am very impressed with the services.

I’m grateful for the rebrand from Auburn Glenn to Cortland Old Fourth Ward. Since the change in management, the frequency of car break-ins has dropped drastically. The redesign of the apartments and exterior cosmetics updates really has brightened the community. Also, the new vehicle policy has reduced loitering and unauthorized cars parked on the property. Additionally, the staff has increased community and pro-socials events to get to the residents. The property manager and assistant property manager are very helpful as well. Finally, the new communications system is very useful. Residents get updates both via email and text messages concerning all things about changes, maintenance, and general information about the communities. The newnesss of community was needed. Thank you all very much.

Overall my mom and I experience here has been good. The maintenance guy Colby has done amazing here even though we have minor issues. The staff in the leasing office has also been great and very informative on what’s going on in our community. Yes I would recommend this property to anybody.

I’ve been living here for the past 3 year’s and I must say I’ve enjoyed living here. Any time I have a maintenance issue Colby jumps on it and it’s really the normal issue nothing major. He’s an excellent maintenance tech here and knows what he’s doing. The staff in the leasing office are amazing. The location is amazing. The staff interacts with the community. We’ve had movie night, they have fitness night every week. I mean you’ll love it here and not to mention the new upgrades. I would recommend this community to anybody.

I tour the Cortland at 4th Ward apartments last week. Thomas assisted me with my endeavor to look for an apartment. Far and away these are the nicest apartments in my area. The layouts are awesome closet space is great and the new and shiny stainless steel appliances top notch. I got 2 month remaining on my current lease at another apartment complex. But I'm looking forward to calling Cortland at 4th Ward my new home very shortly

Love living at Auburn Glenn! They’re remodeling right now, so things are getting updated and looking great. My apartment was clean, spacious, and bright when I moved in. Perfect location for GSU and downtown. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Friendly staff, quick maintenance, and nice amenities like a clean pool, good gym, and plenty of parking. Excited to see the upgrades finished!

So far the experience has been great , I moved in about a month ago and I can’t say that I have any complaints.Maintenance has been on top of all of my service request. I don't have loud and rude neighbors. While there are some upgrades that are needed (which renovations have started) everything else has been a breeze honestly.

You get the best bang for the buck here! Atlanta apartments are not affordable, so when I found Auburn Glenn - how grateful I am to live in Auburn Glenn.... But here's the best part ... the management team. They are kind, helpful, genuinely awesome. I can't say that too many people look forward to paying rent, but when rent day comes, I can't wait to stop by for a visit with my check in hand. Sure, I could do it with auto debit, but then I'd miss my visits. Thanks Auburn Glenn!

1st off Im truly over excited to turn the key to my new apartment.u don’t know my struggle.I will say honestly that The staff Ms Cam, Ms, Chansity and the other lady that sit to your left coming into the building were and are great and what they do. they didn’t ask me to leave however it was my choice. I really appreciate them all and miss Kim really knows how to do her job. She does it with compassion.
