Can’t say enough good things about the staff here. The entire leasing process was quick and easy and heather and Jose are super friendly and helpful. The property itself is really clean and well taken care of. You can tell these folks genuinely care.

Christian is one of the maintenance workers in the building. He is always very helpful, polite and hard worker. I’m glad he works for this apartment complex because he always does a great job.

Cristian in maintinence recently came to help fix my A/C when it would not turn on and it was intolerably hot inside. He came after hours to work on my maintinence request which I really appreciate. Quickly fixed my issue. Overall I have really liked living here. Rondy was wonderful to work with helping me secure a unit at the best price available. I would highly recommend this location.

Affordable living, friendly staff, quick maintenance, and easy access to downtown and uptown. Also love the gym, Amazon lockers, and cappuccino machine amenities.

I moved out from Cortland Oak Lawn months ago but just now thought to leave a review. Lived at this community for three years before moving out, from when it was still under the former management to when Cortland took over the property. Honestly, it was such a great place to live and I wouldn’t have left if not for 2020 being the year it was therefore giving me the option to go back to Austin while we all worked from home. The apartment units are nice. The amenities are great too. The hallways are generally nice and clean. Plenty of parking available. Never felt like the area was unsafe and had great neighbors for the most part. Basically, I never had major issues for most of the time I lived there and the one time there was an issue, maintenance and property management/leasing office were willing to work with me and very responsive. Speaking of the leasing office, I kind of miss these folks now that I’ve left and had to deal with new leasing folks who are not nearly as communicative and willing to help you w

I wan to take time today to write a good review about Rondy, the manager at Cortland Oak Lawn. I had a virtual tour with Rondy last week and he was extremely professional and always respond to questions quickly. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable with the community and your choice.
