I’ve lived at Cortland at Oak Lawn for six years, and it’s been an amazing experience! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team is truly incredible. Christian, in particular, deserves a huge shoutout—he’s super nice, always willing to go above and beyond, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any time I’ve needed something, he’s handled it quickly and efficiently. It’s rare to find that level of dedication! Highly recommend living here if you’re looking for a well-managed, community-oriented place.

I understand that there are always concerns when living in a big city, especially Dallas, but this community appears to do its very best in implementing preventative measures. I lived here for a year and had a great experience. The staff are all friendly and responsive. The property is clean, secure, and quiet, and everything in the units is high quality. The central location is also great, and despite being next to the highway and bars it is very quiet once you're inside. Planes landing at Love Field frequently fly over, but they stop at night so it never interfered with sleep. I never had trouble finding garage parking, and the Amazon lockers made deliveries so easy.

I just moved into my unit 3-weeks ago. Yes, a 5 star rating is tough to achieve in my opinion. There were a few cosmetic issues with the unit, that were fixed promptly by the great Christian (maintenance supervisor) and his team. Tyler, my leasing consultant once I arrived for my in-person tour was patient, kind and listened to my specific needs for my next apartment home. Thanks to Jose (Assistant Community Mgr) in leasing, for my initial property video tour, prior to arriving at the property. Also, thanks Rondy (Community Manager) for coordinating a better move-in experience. Im hoping to call Cortland Oaklawn home for more than just one lease term for sure. Cortland management company has been amazing, from arriving and touring the community to filling out applications and getting approved. The office staff (Rondy) the community manager has the best staff and team behind him. If I have any issues I know I can communicate with him and he’ll resolve them without hesitation! My girlfriend and I have lived at Cortland Oaklawn for about a year and a half now. We've really grown to love our space and enjoy staying in this neighborhood. The office team has been so accommodating to our needs as well. We've recently had to renew leases for shorter time frames, renew lease again but had to figure out for how long, and during the whole process Rondy was extremely helpful and patient. We couldn't have asked for a more understanding Community Manager. I also wanna shout out Eva, Tyler, and Jose in the office. Every time I go into the office for anything they're all super nice and incredibly helpful. I've bugged Tyler for stupid things more than once and he's always helping me out. When I moved to Dallas I toured about 6 apartments all within the same general area. Since they were all in the oaklawn/turtle creek area the location of any one didn’t stand out to me. However, after touring Cortland and reading reviews of the management at all the complexes I decided to sign with Cortland. I’ve been here a year and have just resigned. I think the office does a great job at getting back to you for any questions and helping you fix any apartment issues if they come up. Tyler and Jose are especially helpful & attentive. For example, my Amazon & UPS packages were not getting placed in the lockers and Tyler held them at the front office for me so they wouldn’t get locked in a locker I didn’t have access to. I also felt safe in this complex compared to others. Cortland doesn’t allow short term renters like Airbnb/subletters & there is a lock at every door making it difficult for just anyone to wander in. I would recommend Cortland Oaklawn because of its great staff, maintenance team, and location

I lived here for 12 months. Here is my experience: The maintenance team is just great. They are so nice and take care of issues very quick The house keeping and cleaning team also are awesome. They work hard and keep the common areas so clean Office staff are good specially Tyler. He is so nice and friendly and helpful. Location of the apt is also very convenient. If you pick an apartment that facing pool and parking garage you need thick curtains because parking structure lights are on 24/7 so at nights your place is not gonna be dark and you need thick curtains. Also pool is so noisy in the summer time sometimes. Move out was easy, I well kept the apartment and also did a good cleaning before departure so I did not get charged for any repair or cleaning.

Prior resident here - I accidentally shipped an important package to my old address at Cortland Oaklawn. I immediately called the leasing office and got connected to Tyler. Tyler went out of his way to look everywhere for my package (contacted USPS, looked through his system, searched through packages on the ground, walked the hallways, and probably even called Santa too he was so thorough) He did find it and stored it in the front office for me. I can't thank Tyler enough for his amazing customer service!! He saved me from tears. Cortland is lucky to have him!!

Rondy and Tyler were always welcoming in the front office and helped us with every question/problem we had. Cristian, the building supervisor, is really amazing and kind, and would always be there to help with apartment maintenance. The building is perfectly located, near to Uptown, Downtown, Live Field Airport and the Tollway. You have a Kroger, starbucks, and more at walking distance. Plus the pool area, gym, and common spaces are one of the best I have seen compared to other apartments I’ve lived in. 10 stars out of 10 honestly, a great option to live in Dallas.

I lived in a unit on the 1st floor when it was called Avenue on Fairmount. I left and decided to come back and Rondy was the leasing manager at the time and he was awesome to work with to sign my new lease. Rondy is now the manager of the property and it makes sense because he’s been consistent from the day I moved back to the now Cortland Oaklawn. There’s been some changes for the better in the maintenance department but Christian is the best person to help you with anything because he has a knowledge about pretty much everything. Tyler is very helpful and knows everyone by name which is nice to see. Overall I would recommend anyone to move here because it’s also a fun group of people and it feels like family.

Julia and the rest of the leasing team made my move in effortless. Cristian and the rest of the maintenance team do a great job of maintaining the property and responding to service requests in a timely manner. All in all a great place to call home supported by a great group of people.

Every complex is different and the circumstances can change based on employee retention or turnover, even within the bigger companies like Cortland. I moved from one Cortland complex in the city to this one and the difference is night and day. It was a simple process to move in and the complex/unit is what I was expecting (not the newest out there, but taken care of). The office team is quick to respond and doesn't treat you like a disturbance to their day. Jessica has been particularly helpful. Maintenance has been quick and quiet fulfilling requests. It has only been about a month and a half living here so far, but its been a relief living at Cortland Oak Lawn after some frustrating prior situations. I would normally not bother to write a review, but I do appreciate the help I have received from Jessica, and thought it was only fair to acknowledge it.

If your looking for a new place to call your home I highly recommend this property, it has great team members that are always helpful and willing to make your living here go excellent. It is in a very great location with Kroger and target being minutes away also if you do own a fur baby the do have great amenities like a Dog bath area and little dog park. Big thanks to Cristian and his maintenance crew for helping out when needed even if it’s Just to install a tv or move anything around. Once again I recommend for you to come check it out Rondy or Tyler will be more then helpful for your tour and helping get the best apt for you.

Highly recommend cortland oak lawn for your next home. I lived there a little over 6 months, I would’ve lived there longer if I could. The area is very pet friendly and that was a huge plus for me and my fur baby also the pool is always maintained clean and ready for a hot summer swim. Like any other property it does have little maintenance issues but nothing Cristian or any of the maintenance crew can’t help fix. They are supper efficient with service request. Rondy and Tyler at the front are very helpful with any community questions as well as touring around the complex before moving in. And last but not least they appreciate their residents by hosting pool party’s and celebrations. Do not hesitate to come check it out. 10/10

At the time, I was helped by the Community Manager, Julia who toured me twice that day. I was so excited after my first tour, I even went back to show my mom and to introduce her to Julia! I was so impressed by the customer service from her, the office team, and the service team as well! They even mounted my TV for me! I am so thankful to have a place like this to call home and live at a community where the team knows you by name and truly cares about your living experience.

I have lived at a lot of different places but I have never lived at an apartment that makes me truly feel like it’s my home. From the service team to the office team they all genuinely care about you. The service team responds to my requests almost immediately and anytime I have any encounter with someone from the office they are always super friendly and greet me with a smile. The community is very clean, in fact, they just updated the pool and it looks amazing. Anytime I see a team member walking through the hallways they’re always working extremely hard on trying to make the community look amazing. I 10/10 recommend!

My experience with Cortland Oaklawn was incredible, I have never lived in an apartment where service requests were completed in less than an hour. The attention to the resident is personalized and very professional, its employees are very friendly, especially Nubia from maintenance, she always welcome you in the morning with a GOOD MORNING! and of course her smile cannot be missing. I thank everyone for their great service, and finally, in summer the pool is the perfect place, good atmosphere and fun.

Very nice staff who work to get problems resolved. The complex is quiet and very peaceful. The fact that people stay here a long time says a lot about the complex. Cristian is great not only as a person but also maintenance is fast when you need them. Both Cristian and Rondy were great these three years I was there. The whole staff was always kind and helpful.

What an amazing experience I had. I am not familiar with the Dallas area and my company has chosen to relocate me to Dallas or Austin. While searching in the Dallas area I was able to find Cortland Oak Lawn. The minute I walked through the doors everyone was super nice, very knowledgeable, and the community was kept very clean. You could tell the whole team genuinely cared! Unfortunately my job has decided to move me to the Austin area but if I ever do come back to Dallas I know the first place that I will be looking to move into. I also know that based on this experience I will be looking at Cortland communities in the Austin area! Thank you Oak Lawn team!

This has been a great place to live for the past 2 years! The apartments are modern, spacious and well designed. the are is also very quiet at night and during they day. The staff that works the front office is always available and really helpful. The service staff is also incredibly fast and efficient, anytime there is something that needs to be repaired or replaced they are on it! Would definitely recommend living here.

I love this community! The floor plans are spacious and reasonably priced considering you’re in Oak Lawn. The community is extremely clean and safe, no issues with break ins or other anything like that. Not to mention the front office and maintenance team are extremely helpful and so nice. I truly love this community and I am happy to be a resident!

I cannot stress enough how great my experience at Cortland Oak Lawn has been. I have been here since before Cortland took over and it has been nothing but positive improvements ever since. The best thing about this complex is that the attention to detail never changes. I was not promised one thing with new management and given another. This team has far exceeded its promises at every turn. No matter who I deal with, from the leasing office to the maintenance team, I am always given the best service. The clubhouse and business center areas are always well-kept. Even my visitors commend how nice everything is when they visit. I love being able to take a trip right downstairs to grab an early morning, sometimes late night, treat at the coffee center. If you are looking for a great place to call home, I know that all you need to do is book a viewing and you will be sold too!

If I could give 10 stars I would! I’m new to the community and Julia, Rodney & Tyler are awesome! They have made my moving process a breeze and very stress free. They are very attentive and will help you get through anything big or small. Everyone in the office is very personable which makes the living experience that much better. I’ve personally had horrible management experiences in the past and I can say it feels good to be seen and heard. To know that you live in a safe community and to know that people actually care about you as a person as well as having those same people in your corner who genially wants to see you succeed is everything! I used to live at Oaklawn, and if I hadn't bought a house I'd definitely still be living there. It's so hard to find a management company that genuinely cares for its residents, but Cortland does an amazing job. The community is maintained well, and the surrounding area is quiet, which is great.

The community is very well kept, the team is super friendly, and the management does a good job at coming out of their offices to introduce themselves. I have moved around a lot, so I have dealt with my share of apartment complexes, some great and other's not too hot, but let me tell you that the team at Cortland Oaklawn is the Gold Standard, hands down! Every time I have placed a maintenance work order, had a question about my billing statement, or needed anything at all, the team at Cortland Oaklawn has made sure anything and everything is handled in a timely, friendly, and professional manner. I cannot say enough good things about this place, which is why I will be calling this place home for another lease term. I specifically would like to shout out Cristian Pablico, head of maintenance. I swear I have never seen this guy have a bay day. He is always smiling, in good spirits, and speaks every time I see him. Since my first visit here my experience has been the best I’ve had. Jessica was my agent and has been cheerfully helpful in so many ways, handling all of my initial questions and assisting when I requested an apartment change to another unit about a month in to a floor plan that opened up after I had already moved in. The other staff including Julia and Rondy have always been super helpful and always in a great mood. They still call me by my name whenever I see them in the halls. If that’s important to you then you will love it here. If other things like super clean apartments and hallways, a great gym facility, beautiful pool area, food trucks, an occasional free breakfast, a random rotation of free candy/popcorn machine/etc. and quiet and respectful neighbors also interest you then you will be in very good shape here!

From the gym with a tanning bed to the convenience of having personal package lockers, this building has everything you need without overdoing it! Parking garage is the highlight (outside of the homes), love that it’s free, well controlled, and stays very bright late at night.

Been living here for about a year now and with my lease ending next month, I just wanted to say that this is the best experience I’ve had with any community I’ve lived in the last 10 years I’ve lived in DFW. Community is always kept clean,leasing staff and management is very helpful and friendly,and when I have any concerns that I needed address towards my unit. Management is on top of it and makes me feel like a priority which is something I never experienced from any other complex I’ve lived at. Usually getting maintenance to check out a problem for me would sometimes take weeks for them to do anything from past experiences from other apartments I’ve stayed at in DFW but this place usually addresses my maintenance request the same day! If not the morning after. Overall I already plan to renew my lease here next month and I’m looking forward to it! Thank you to all the staff that take pride in the work they do here. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a reasonable priced apartment in the city

I've been at Cortland Oaklawn for almost 7 months now and it's been nothing but fantastic. When my roommate and I were searching for a new apartment earlier this year, Jessica was our leasing consultant and she was so friendly and helpful through every step of the rental process, especially compared to other apartments we had toured were the consultants didn't give off nice impressions. The area is a short drive to uptown and downtown, and just a short walk to the strip on Cedar Springs. Another positive is that Cortland does a great job with communication, as well as keeping the property clean and safe for residents. Nothing but praise for this complex!

The team is very knowledgeable and personable. I previously toured with my roommate and was set to apply for that home the same day! I knew from the day I toured Cortland Oak Lawn would be the place I would call home. and I was absolutely right. The staff is incredible, the community is beautiful, and the view from my apartment is absolutely perfect. I never have issues with parking for myself or guests and have actually started working out because of their amazing gym. I love this complex. I had a few minor occurrences happen when I first moved in that Christian took care of immediately. I think that I was one of Jessica's first clients, and she is amazing...I have texted her on a few occasions, and she immediately responds. Complex is 2 minutes from grocery stores, 2 minutes from gas stations, 2 minutes from great restaurants/night life. The rent is fairly expensive but is well worth it. It's a very busy area, yet the complex is quiet and feels very safe. I will be renewing my lease next year when it comes up...have lived all over Dallas in the past 20 years, but this is my favorite place, and my friends/family who visit me all agree.

I moved in here in 2021 and to be honest, I couldn’t be happier, especially coming from 2 neighboring complexes where one was like living in the dumps with dog s**t in the hallways and the other’s property staff that would verbally attack and threaten their residents, on camera mind you, and their management would do nothing about it. The property is clean and I’ve never had anything but good experiences with the property staff. My AC was having issues during the summer and instead of working to try and fix it, they replaced the whole unit with a brand new one, and put together a gift basket for the inconvenience. Any issues inside my unit and maintenance is usually always here same day to resolve them. My lease was recently up for renewal and the property manager Julia personally worked with me to get a renewal rate that was a few hundred less than the standard renewal rate given. This is the first review I have posted about an apartment community. I work for an airline, I have lived in many places and several communities in different states. Cortland Oaklawn has been the best. Special thanks to Rondy, Julia and the rest of the staff, they always said hi when they saw me at the gym or in the halls Since I travel often, always in an airplane it’s hard for me to get things done and email is my main source of communication. The office always returned my emails quickly. Any work orders I created for my apt or community (missing weights in gym, etc) were always addressed very quickly. I always felt like they cared and they definitely made it easier since I was gone frequently. No community is immune to problems - people who don’t clean up after pets, small leaks after a major flood, but cortland always addressed the issues quickly. I loved having the dry cleaning lockers and Amazon package machine for when I was away. The community is located in a great area near oaklawn and walking distanc

You took a visit and stroll down to Cortland Oak Lawn the complex is a site for sore eyes very lovely. The property was also clean and well-maintained. I like a clean and organized place to reside. This is for all those people stressing and scouting for a new apartment! My time living at cortland on oaklawn has been a total of 4 years! That alone should speak for itself however it is all because of the amazing maintenance staff and the phenomenal leasing manager they have, Rodney! I personally do not like to write reviews unless something or someone really makes an impact on my views and Rodney most certainly did by ALWAYS being helpful, polite, cordial, kind and patient. While living here I've met new friends at our pool, or during mixers/meet and greet along with trying new foods with food trucks that are hosted by our leasing manager Rodney! I think thats what I will miss the most, not having to worry about much when I come home to my apartment. we are only moving out because we finally purchased our dream condo but otherwise we would have absolutely without a doubt extended our lease because I know that theres nothing the maintenance team or Rodney could not take care of regarding my home from past

I have been here almost a month and I absolutely love my apartment. The staff truly cares about their residents. I did have a few conditional issues occurring in my unit when I moved in, but the maintenance team fixed/replaced every issue quickly. Again, I’m so happy here.

When my husband and I first moved to Dallas, we thought this apartment would be very temporary. Cortland made life so easy that it was hard to justify leaving! We loved our apartment, the amenities and especially the staff. They took great care of us, and we will miss this place we called home for so long! Rondy was especially helpful! He made moving out such a breeze. We honestly couldn’t be happier about our time spent Cortland Oak Lawn!

I really love living here, and grateful I could find a place so close to my job The apartments are so well maintained, and it has been so quiet and peaceful ever since I moved in. The pool area is really nice, and so are the Amazon lockers. I have never used the tide locker laundry service, but I think it is a nice convenience. I feel safe with my car locked in the garage . My trash is always picked up outside my front door. I like the online community, where your neighbors can post pics of things they’re selling and random things about the apartment complex.

I've been living here for just over 6 months and cannot say how amazing the team is, as well as the property itself. Before I even moved here, Rondy was extremely quick and thorough with his responses to my many questions. Completing the tour and putting in an application were also seamless experiences. Needless to say, even once I was moved in, the team was always just as friendly and attentive. The property itself is wonderful too - great location and great pool/patio area! The apartments are clean and have a great modern design to them!

I lived here for over 2 years and it’s been a great community. Thicker walls and better insulation than any other complex I’ve lived in. Nice yards, secure package lockers and a safe neighborhood to walk your dog in! Management and maintenance are really the highlight here. They have always been so quick to help with any problem and they take a lot of pride in the community. I regret moving out!

I truly love everything about this community. All of our leasing office staff are AMAZING! Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful, even after the move-in process. Christian, the head of maintenance , and the maintenance team overall are always going above and beyond to make sure you're well taken care of. Response time upon request is very prompt. I still picked a different apartment complex, due to the price. But I would consider living here in a few years. The pool was impressive.

I have lived here for two years. I can not say a bad thing about the apartment complex. The staff are so friendly and professional and if you need help with anything at all in your apartment from mounting a TV to changing a lightbulb the staff will do it for you immediately. Great experience!

I have lived in the fourth floor in this apartment building since March of 2021. My lease is going to end in mid of Nov and I have already renewed my lease. This is a very well maintained building. The leasing managers are very friendly and helpful. They always quickly respond to my requests and questions. I have had many service requests from replacing light bulbs to repainting water damaged walls. The service team always get the job done well and in time. Also the cleaning staffs are working very hard to keep the building clean, include the dog park.

We moved from Austin to Dallas in July. We actually picked this place for location reasons, good reviews and nice pictures. We never even toured the place although the apartment staff tried to get us to come in, life was busy and crazy (moving a business and life). With any move there will be some points of frustration, but that just comes with living in a large apartment community in a popular area. What we love is how walkable the area is you can drink at local bars, eat dinner, get gas, grocery shop and get to Starbucks :) And you won’t even have to leave this area of Oaklawn. I have also found that Jose is the man to know, he has helped us with everything that goes on in an apartment complex. I have appreciated him the most and would recommend getting to know him! If you have a dog it is very accommodating to walking around the neighborhood lots of green spots for your pup. 🐶 All in all, I'm quite happy with this complex and it's staff and I highly recommend.

I’ve lived at my current apartment community for 3 years now including almost 2 year before Cortland took over management of the community. Their management of the property has been exceptional. They kept the existing staff and supplemented with new personnel that have been very helpful and attentive to my needs as a long standing resident. They proceeded to make some necessary upgrades around the property including updates to the fitness center, adding Amazon Locker system for packages, and updating all of the pool furniture. They also took over managing the valet trash internally rather than using a third party vendor and implemented parking stickers for resident vehicles. They were also quick to react to major issues during and after the severe freeze weather during the first couple months of 2021. I highly recommend living in communities that they manage.

Although I have a home about an hour outside of Dallas, I have lived in an apartment here at Cortland Oak Lawn for working convenience. I work at night, and security was of utmost importance to me, and I have always felt extremely safe coming in after midnight. I have lived in apartments in the Dallas area in years past, and I can truthfully say that my experience here at Cortland Oak Lawn is far superior to any other apartment complex I have ever lived in; the amenities are always clean and well maintained, and the staff is just the best - They have made me feel safe, and go out of their way to help me when I need it. Great community! Been living here for 2 years and plan on staying a while more. Maintenance is always on top of things and Jose, Heater and Rondi from the leasing office are always so helpful with residents needs and finding the best options for us. One of my favorite things is that the sidewalks and common areas are always clean, that is really nice when walking the dog around which I do daily, other buildings around don’t care much for their streets the same way.

Just a top notch apartment community. One turn from the Dallas North Tollway and minutes from down town. The location really can’t be beat and the staff is very responsive. The gym has a brand new look to it and has everything you could need. Lastly the night life is about two blocks away so within walking distance, but also far enough away that noise isn’t an issue. 10/10.

The staff is incredible, the community is beautiful, and the view from my apartment is absolutely perfect. This team is awesome! By far the best place I have lived. Each member of the staff rocks, from the office staff to the service team. Very rarely do I have any issues in my home and when I do, they are completed super fast. Any time I have a question, no matter how small, I am always treated like family. The amenities are always well taken care of. My visitors even have wonderful things to say about my home. 20 out of 5 would recommend anyone to call Oak Lawn home.

I have loved living here. I have many friends that currently live here or have lived here and all highly recommended this property. Any issues I’ve had in my apartment were quickly resolved. It’s pet friendly, close to all the best spots in Dallas and the team is nice, friendly and professional.

I love how clean the community is, even on the outside! 24/7 amenities are always a plus and possibly one of the best gyms I've seen during my apartment hunting. I love how the gym have a Smith machine and a cable machine!

Friendly and helpful staff that are efficient with any requests. It is in a great location, about a ten minute radius from everything. The dog park is so convenient. The community is always well kept.

Can’t say enough good things about the staff here. The entire leasing process was quick and easy and heather and Jose are super friendly and helpful. The property itself is really clean and well taken care of. You can tell these folks genuinely care.

Cristian in maintinence recently came to help fix my A/C when it would not turn on and it was intolerably hot inside. He came after hours to work on my maintinence request which I really appreciate. Quickly fixed my issue. Overall I have really liked living here. Rondy was wonderful to work with helping me secure a unit at the best price available. I would highly recommend this location.

I moved out from Cortland Oak Lawn months ago but just now thought to leave a review. Lived at this community for three years before moving out, from when it was still under the former management to when Cortland took over the property. Honestly, it was such a great place to live and I wouldn’t have left if not for 2020 being the year it was therefore giving me the option to go back to Austin while we all worked from home. The apartment units are nice. The amenities are great too. The hallways are generally nice and clean. Plenty of parking available. Never felt like the area was unsafe and had great neighbors for the most part. Basically, I never had major issues for most of the time I lived there and the one time there was an issue, maintenance and property management/leasing office were willing to work with me and very responsive. Speaking of the leasing office, I kind of miss these folks now that I’ve left and had to deal with new leasing folks who are not nearly as communicative and willing to help you w

Would highly recommend living here at Cortland. Awesome staff and fast great service. Rondy was very engaging with me when I first inquired about the property very genuine and helpful. Edward helped replace my water filter and some lights that were about to go out. He fixed the issue no questions asked. The Apt complex is close to everything yet tucked away, where it's nice and quiet. Glad I moved here.

Love this place! I highly recommend living at Cortland Oaklawn. I have been here for several months and haven’t had a single problem. The staff is super helpful and are always welcoming, especially Rondy! He made the move-in process painless. This place is super dog friendly and community based. I feel safe here, even when getting home late.

I am yet to move into this apartment complex, but I cannot stop talking about the top notch customer service experience I have received so far. Anthony Silversmith and Rondy Arocena were very professional, they followed up with me promptly and at a point I was wondering what the catch was because they were exceptionally professional and courteous. It has been a long time I experienced such service and I will be back to update my review when I move in.

So first and foremost the whole staff is amazing. My boyfriend and I have been tenants for about 4 years now. We had a chance to move when our lease was up at 2 years, but we just couldn't leave because...... 1. We love our front office staff (super helpful) 2. Our maintenance/handyman are phenomenal and EXTREMELY sweet! 3. Our apartment has a really nice view! 4. The community is awesome 5. The location is super convenient. So, to summarize we moved into a bigger apartment and extended our lease to another 3 years, numbers talk!

I have lived at Cortland Oak Lawn for 4 years and have loved my time here. What really stands out is the terrific level of service provided by the staff and maintenance team. All of them truly have a friendly and helpful attitude; in all my time living here, I can't say I ever had a frustrating or negative interaction with anyone. The maintenance team are also super quick to respond to service requests (always by the next day) and also super nice. Great amenities as well (pool/gym), although their use is understandably a little restricted these days due to Covid. For anyone moving to Dallas like I did back in 2016, Cortland Oak Lawn is a great place to call your new home!!
