My living experience here has been nothing short of wonderful. The staff is kind and attentive, the amenities are great, and the area is so peaceful. Out of all of the staff members I’ve interacted with, Crystal has been my favorite. She’s easy going, always helpful, and incredibly friendly. Due to a family matter, I had to temporarily leave Cortland Northlake. When I returned, Crystal made the transition seamless. Long story short, I love it here! A great place to live all and all.

My experience with Cortland has been wonderful! My roommates and I were moving there after working and living together at our place of employment and Crystal welcomed us in. Things with Cortland are usually timely and customer focused! Crystal connected that we worked at the same place as a few other residents because the woman simply remembers EVERYTHING! It is wonderful. Our tour was lovely, the location is ideal, and price is great for the layout. Throughout my stay with Cortland there have been a couple hiccups-minor difficulties when trying to figure out our lease and move in. Their onsite maintenance team is usually on top of things but I had one instance where they weren’t timely. Overall, GREAT place! They have the occasional community event such as a food truck! I love that there is a pool and such a wonderful team taking care of me and all residents. If you are thinking about living here I would recommend it!

Where do I even begin? My family moved to Cortland Northlake in July 2024 after a horrible maintenance experience at a complex in Worthington. We loved the location of Cortland Northlake and the layout of the apartments for the price was (and is) the best around. From the moment my husband and I toured the community we were impressed by the community and staff. Crystal has been so welcoming and amazing to us. She remembered us by name (including our toddler and dog) from day 1. The little touches like dog treats, birthday cards on our birthday and her warm personality have helped make us feel right at home. The maintenance staff, Jerred in particular, is top notch. You can tell he really cares about the work he is doing. As the daughter of a handyman, it is refreshing to see someone take so much pride in what they do. I have lived here for almost 3 years, and I can’t say enough good things about the maintenance team! Anytime I have ever need anything, Jerad has taken care of it. He does a wonderful job. Cortland and the community is lucky to have him. I had a problem with my freezer, and he set me up with a new one the next day when more stock arrived. He even helped me dig out my car during the winter storm, so I could get to work the next day. I know any issues I have will be resolved, and I am so grateful for that.

Our family loves living at Cortland Northlake in Sunbury. The unit is very spacious with an attached garage. The location is convenient for shopping and lots of food options close to us. Crystal was our first contact and she has been awesome even after almost a year here. She provides great customer support and is always following up with us. If I could give more stars I would.

We moved into Cortland in March. It has been a great experience. I was not looking forward to apartment living but it is so great here! Crystal is so personable and sweet! She has been kind and very helpful! The grounds are kept nice and the pool is always clean! Thank you Cortland for a great place to live and not feel like I’m living in an apartment!! I moved in recently and already love it here! Touring, applying, and move-in orientation were super easy and the team was available for assistance through the entire process. Crystal in the office is phenomenal! The area gives a neighborhood/ small community vibe, which I love. Good maintenance response, trash pick-up and access to a compactor, and communication regarding packages are just a few things off the top of my head that I like. Also, they are out early plowing. Additionally, communication in general is top-tier. Memos about holiday hours, tips for cold weather, notifications when weather delays services, etc.
