I'm a current resident at Cortland Northlake and happily renewed my lease here. I've held off on writing a review until my 1 year mark with the apartment. This place is AMAZING; location is amazing, staff is super helpful, friendly and is always looking to do community events such as doing food trucks; and other events. Another big mark for Cortland is how fast they repair/address maintenance requests. Usually within a day they will fix any issues we have. Big kudos to Crystal, Lauren, and Jarred, they are insanely fast and amazing to work with! If you value the quietness of the suburbs while also having quick access to the cities you will absolutely love this spot. I've recommended numerous of my friends to move here and encourage you to look here as well. Thank you Cortland!

I was looking for a place to move for myself and my child. I entered the leasing office and was approached right away by Lauren. She was super friendly and was the best of help giving me the options available. The community was very clean with huge rooms, closets with some with garages attached to the units. It would have made a fantastic place for myself if things in my life had not changed. I highly recommend contacting Cortland Northlake leasing office if you want a great place located really close to Tanger Outlet shopping center and just 10 minutes north of Polaris on 71.

We have rented for 1.5 years here so far and this is truly the best location with multi generational, clean, dog friendly, resort living. We live in a 3 bedroom townhouse and we really enjoy entertaining- there’s plenty of room for that.

Our experience at Cortland Northlake has been great! We have enjoyed the numerous amenities available to us. It is especially great that the community has valet trash, the clubhouse, pool, and dog park for furry friends. The management has been amazing and quick in their communications and welcome EVERYONE into the community. I have not lived somewhere like this where the management is professional, kind, and always here to help. The maintenance also has routine checks to ensure that our apartments are safe and up to Cortland standards. We really appreciate the opportunity to live in such a clean and safe community.

I just got stationed in Blacklick but am from the Cleveland area and have family and friends still living there. I looked at several apartments in between the locations hoping for close proximity to 71 and something nice. Northlake is newer/modern, safe, and has a 24 hour gym. The pool is huge but I moved in too late to really enjoy it. The office and maintenance team are all very friendly and responsive. There are plenty of food choices, and the outlet malls. I highly recommend you check it out if you are looking.

Cortland Northlake is a great place to live. We have been residents for one year and I can honestly say the experience has been excellent. The community is conveniently located in a quiet area of town, within walking distance of a few restaurants, and is right around the corner from the highway to help with your commute. We love that the floor plans are spacious and modern. You will feel safe in this community day or night. Additionally, the community offers a number of amenities such as the clubhouse, community garden, waste pickup right at the door to your unit (no more hiking to the dumpster unless you are discarding unusually large items), well-appointed workout facility, fabulous game room, and a beautiful pool for beating that summer heat. All our maintenance related concerns have been addressed quickly every time. Best of all, the office staff is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend you make Cortland Northlake your next home.

I have absolutely loved living here since I moved to the Columbus area! My apartment is beautiful, but honestly what sets this place apart is the team who works here! Crystal has been an absolute savior since we moved in. We had issues with our moving company but Crystal made sure we got our keys and everything worked out! I've lived at Northlake for just under two years now. Overall, the community is very nice. Though it is a bit off the beaten path, easy access to 71 and having Delaware and Sunbury nearby gives you plenty of options. The gym and clubhouse are impressive. I will say that the apartments seem a tad overpriced to me given the area and not-quite-luxury finishes (i.e. faux countertops instead of granite).

Had an issue with A/C not cooling apartment. Submitted a maintenance request online and within 24 hours repairs were made and A/C is cooling again. Repairs were done while I was at work and received notice when the repairs were completed. Appreciate the quick response and professional service that was provided.

I moved here 3 months ago and have had a wonderful experience the entire time. The staff has been responsive, accommodating and friendly. The community is quiet and peaceful. The pool/gym/community area is kept spotless and well maintained. Maintenance requests have been answered extremely quickly and easily solved. The maintenance staff has been top notch, being both friendly, effective, and trustworthy. The community portal makes payment/requests a breeze. The rent is affordable and the units are very well sound-insulated and updated with nice appliances. There are a lot of food options close by, along with 71 to be able to get to Polaris quickly. All in all, I would definitely recommend giving this place a look if you are searching in the area. Nick, Crystal and Boston are an absolute pleasure to work with & I could not recommend them enough.

I have been at North Lake Summit for almost two years. I love it here. I love my apartment. The staff are so very nice. Crystal always makes sure that everything is taken care of for you. I met Ivan shortly after he started working here when he changed my light bulbs in my kitchen. He was very thorough and respectful. I see him almost daily when I'm walking my dog and he is always busy and hustling doing something. He always stops and says hi and asks if I need anything. He is probably the hardest working young man I have encountered for a long time. I had a long term career in owning my own business and being in management. Employees like Ivan are very rare.
