We've been living here for a while, and I can honestly say this community feels like home. The peaceful environment, friendly neighbors and well-kept grounds create a welcoming atmosphere that’s hard to beat. The management team does an outstanding job—always attentive, responsive, and genuinely caring about residents’ needs. From my first visit touring the apartments I knew this was the place for me. The leasing office staff was get helping me pick the unit that suited my wants/needs and responded to all our my questions in a quick & efficient manner. I've recently renewed my lease, and am so happy I did. The maintenance staff are friendly and quick to correct maintenance requests. They also perform routine preventative maintenance/inspections to make sure the unit is in good condition. The grounds and common areas are kept clean & tidy. The area is safe and family friendly. I feel very grateful to call Cortland Northlake home.

If you're looking for a calm place to feel removed from the "hustle and bustle" of the city, but still an easy drive to hop on the freeway, it's the perfect place for you!

I recently moved back to this apartment complex in September after previously living here for over a year. I have had such a good experience, which is why I moved back. The front office is very helpful with any questions and friendly. I can’t say enough good things about the maintenance crew. My work orders are usually completed same day. I have even had to use the emergency 24/7 maintenance line when my fire alarm was randomly going off, and they were at my apartment within 15 minutes. I feel safe walking my dog during the nighttime, and my neighbors have all been friendly.

Me and my family moved into a 3 BR town house in July 2024. From day 1 the property manager Crystal and the entire maintenance crew has been on the ball. They have been prompt in responding to and completing any work orders we have submitted. This is night and day compared to our last apartment at Worthington Meadows. Cortland Northlake has a nice family type community & awesome amenities! Highly recommend you check this place out if you will be moving anytime soon.

My experience living at Northlake preserve was nothing short of excellent. From the living experience and the apartment layout to the maintenance and service response, I can’t say enough how easy and positive the experience was. Lastly and most importantly, the friendly and inviting community within Northlake Preserve (for my kids and I) made it a place I would highly recommend for any single person or family to check out! I'm a current resident at Cortland Northlake and happily renewed my lease here. I've held off on writing a review until my 1 year mark with the apartment. This place is AMAZING; location is amazing, staff is super helpful, friendly and is always looking to do community events such as doing food trucks; and other events. Another big mark for Cortland is how fast they repair/address maintenance requests. Usually within a day they will fix any issues we have. Big kudos to Crystal, Lauren, and Jarred, they are insanely fast and amazing to work with! If you value the quietness of the suburbs while also having quick access to the cities you will absolutely love this spot. I've recommended numerous of my friends to move here and encourage you to look here as well. Thank you Cortland!

I was looking for a place to move for myself and my child. I entered the leasing office and was approached right away by Lauren. She was super friendly and was the best of help giving me the options available. The community was very clean with huge rooms, closets with some with garages attached to the units. It would have made a fantastic place for myself if things in my life had not changed. I highly recommend contacting Cortland Northlake leasing office if you want a great place located really close to Tanger Outlet shopping center and just 10 minutes north of Polaris on 71.

We have rented for 1.5 years here so far and this is truly the best location with multi generational, clean, dog friendly, resort living. We live in a 3 bedroom townhouse and we really enjoy entertaining- there’s plenty of room for that.

Our experience at Cortland Northlake has been great! We have enjoyed the numerous amenities available to us. It is especially great that the community has valet trash, the clubhouse, pool, and dog park for furry friends. The management has been amazing and quick in their communications and welcome EVERYONE into the community. I have not lived somewhere like this where the management is professional, kind, and always here to help. The maintenance also has routine checks to ensure that our apartments are safe and up to Cortland standards. We really appreciate the opportunity to live in such a clean and safe community.

I just got stationed in Blacklick but am from the Cleveland area and have family and friends still living there. I looked at several apartments in between the locations hoping for close proximity to 71 and something nice. Northlake is newer/modern, safe, and has a 24 hour gym. The pool is huge but I moved in too late to really enjoy it. The office and maintenance team are all very friendly and responsive. There are plenty of food choices, and the outlet malls. I highly recommend you check it out if you are looking.

Cortland Northlake is a great place to live. We have been residents for one year and I can honestly say the experience has been excellent. The community is conveniently located in a quiet area of town, within walking distance of a few restaurants, and is right around the corner from the highway to help with your commute. We love that the floor plans are spacious and modern. You will feel safe in this community day or night. Additionally, the community offers a number of amenities such as the clubhouse, community garden, waste pickup right at the door to your unit (no more hiking to the dumpster unless you are discarding unusually large items), well-appointed workout facility, fabulous game room, and a beautiful pool for beating that summer heat. All our maintenance related concerns have been addressed quickly every time. Best of all, the office staff is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend you make Cortland Northlake your next home.

I have absolutely loved living here since I moved to the Columbus area! My apartment is beautiful, but honestly what sets this place apart is the team who works here! Crystal has been an absolute savior since we moved in. We had issues with our moving company but Crystal made sure we got our keys and everything worked out! I have never had someone care so much about making sure I was happy to call this place my home!

I've lived at Northlake for just under two years now. Overall, the community is very nice. Though it is a bit off the beaten path, easy access to 71 and having Delaware and Sunbury nearby gives you plenty of options. The gym and clubhouse are impressive. I will say that the apartments seem a tad overpriced to me given the area and not-quite-luxury finishes (i.e. faux countertops instead of granite).

Beautiful place to live! I moved in a few months ago and I love it here, the management and staff are warm and friendly. I like the close proximity to I-71 and Polaris mall.

Crystal and her staff have been very helpful in getting me into a very nice apartment by the lake! Her and her staff are always ready to help! They made it a very easy decision to renew and extend my lease here at Northlake Summit. Great experience!

Beautiful community! Gorgeous interior! Looked for a place when we moved here and found this gem of a community. Staff is always super helpful and extraordinarily friendly. Maintenance is great! You won’t be disappointed with this place!

Had an issue with A/C not cooling apartment. Submitted a maintenance request online and within 24 hours repairs were made and A/C is cooling again. Repairs were done while I was at work and received notice when the repairs were completed. Appreciate the quick response and professional service that was provided.

We have lived here for about three months now. Everyone and everything has been amazing from the office staff to the maintenance personnel. Neighbors are great and it’s a fun welcoming community. I have no hesitation recommending this community to anyone looking or interested.

I moved here 3 months ago and have had a wonderful experience the entire time. The staff has been responsive, accommodating and friendly. The community is quiet and peaceful. The pool/gym/community area is kept spotless and well maintained. Maintenance requests have been answered extremely quickly and easily solved. The maintenance staff has been top notch, being both friendly, effective, and trustworthy. The community portal makes payment/requests a breeze. The rent is affordable and the units are very well sound-insulated and updated with nice appliances. There are a lot of food options close by, along with 71 to be able to get to Polaris quickly. All in all, I would definitely recommend giving this place a look if you are searching in the area. Nick, Crystal and Boston are an absolute pleasure to work with & I could not recommend them enough.

Great little community! Everyone I have dealt with at Northlake has been pleasant and welcoming. It is in a great location, close to 71 and Polaris but still feels like there is space around you. Wonderful place to live!

I have been at North Lake Summit for almost two years. I love it here. I love my apartment. The staff are so very nice. Crystal always makes sure that everything is taken care of for you. She takes care of her residents. You don’t find that everywhere. When she isn’t there Nick is. They really make a difference. The maintenance guy Ivan is amazing. I am so glad I am here. Can’t wait for the rest of the facility to be renovated. Apartment 7247.

I met Ivan shortly after he started working here when he changed my light bulbs in my kitchen. He was very thorough and respectful. I see him almost daily when I'm walking my dog and he is always busy and hustling doing something. He always stops and says hi and asks if I need anything. He is probably the hardest working young man I have encountered for a long time. I had a long term career in owning my own business and being in management. Employees like Ivan are very rare.

We only lived there for 5 months waiting on house to be built. Ivan who works there the 1st day while still unpacking sad HI, told us anything we need let him know. HE always assisted our family took care of anything we needed, always was friendly, helpful, said hi every time to our kids made us feel welcome from day one. People like Ivan makes that place a great place to live.

The staffing at Northlake summit is amazing. Everyone is super kind and willing to help with any problems / questions you have. Especially Ivan his work doesn’t go unnoticed between keeping the grounds super clean to always trying his best to fix what is needed and he just goes above and beyond to make sure you get the best service possible.

Northlake has been our favorite rental community in the 7 years we’ve lived in apartments. The management, Jordan and Caylee, are always so friendly and helpful with any need we might have! Zach and Ivan from maintenance are also very hard-working and their professionalism deserves recognized as well! 10/10 would recommend Northlake Summit!
