I have been staying in Cortland Nona for 3 years now and everybody from the office including maintenance team have been nice and great since day one. But today is exceptional. I was having a challenge bringing my packages from the mailroom to my unit because the boxes are wide and very heavy. I went to the leasing office to ask Kath and Devonte if I can borrow a bigger dolly to use. Devonte whole heartedly stood up and offered his assistance without second thinking, he transported and carried the heavy boxes all the way to my unit. This is definitely above and beyond kind of service and I am very much thankful and grateful to him. We have been living here about a month and a half. We chose this place after looking at almost 20 different apartments in Orlando. We initially were impressed by Barbara, who stayed late to show us around one day when we showed up without an appointment. She was so kind and welcoming. Had a great time living here! Amenities were great and in the rare case of a maintence issue it was resolved very quickly. Months after moving out (relocated due to work) FedEx incorrectly delivered a package to courtland that was meant to go to my new address multiple states away. Lee and the entire leasing office staff were able to retrieve it from the package room and assist me with getting it to my new address. Just goes to show that they’re always there to help!

This review is well overdue. I visited Cortland Nona a while back and I am a current resident. My top reasons for choosing Cortland Nona were location, amenities, and customer service. Location: Cortland Nona is within less than a mile you will have access to Walmart, Sams Club, Crumble, Starbucks, Canes, Miller’s Ale House, Lowes, Crunch Fitness, and a few food trucks. Trust me there is a lot more within walking distance (< 20min). Not to mention they have food truck events at Cortland Nona. There is also a walking trail in front and behind the property. The building itself felt secure and well-maintained, with great amenities like a fitness center, pool, and convenient parking. Amenities: These apartments have a lot of upgrades over other apartment complexes that we visited. The kitchen was a standout—sleek countertops, updated Samsung smart appliances, and plenty of cabinet space. My favorite is the master bathroom that comes with a large dual head shower. From the moment my wife, our friend, and I arrived for the tour, Barbara welcomed us with warmth and professionalism. Johnathon, our maintenance man is absolutely amazing. He’s always on time he’s always there. He knows how to explain things to us. Because you know we just don’t understand what me I don’t understand air conditioners, but I do understand smart homes. So being in a smart apartment I love it.! But what I love even more is when our maintenance man are always on time. But Johnathon is amazing! He is always so attentive and kind. Ty to Johnathon for always coming through with the help I need!!!!!

The fire alarms went off while cooking in our apartment. Jose quickly made it to our apartment and was able to turn off the alarms. He also changed out lights that were out while here.

Personal increíble. Quiero destacar especialmente al señor José, quien fue más allá de su deber para ayudarme. Perdí un audífono en la escaladora, y él no solo se tomó el tiempo de buscarlo, sino que lo rescató con mucha paciencia y amabilidad. Es raro encontrar personas tan atentas y serviciales, y su gesto demuestra el nivel de dedicación y calidad humana del personal en este lugar. Además, las instalaciones siempre están limpias, lo que hace que vivir aquí sea un placer. (Gracias a todos menos a la empresa de seguridad y de vigilancia son unos groseros les recomiendo que contraten un personal fijo para eso y que sean amables como los de la mañana🙃) ¡Gracias, José, y gracias a todo el equipo de Cortland Nona por su excelente trabajo!

Cortland is a beautiful and pleasant place to live, offering a great quality of life. It has a wide variety of nearby shops and services, making daily life much more convenient. The local school is excellent, with a high rating. The condominium features great amenities, including a swimming pool and a gym. Additionally, the Cortland team is very attentive and always ready to assist.

“I can’t say enough great things about the maintenance team at Cortland Nona Apartments! Every time I’ve submitted a request, the response has been incredibly fast and efficient. The team is always professional, friendly, and detail-oriented. They go above and beyond to ensure that everything is fixed perfectly and even follow up to make sure I’m satisfied. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about the residents. Living here has been a wonderful experience, thanks in large part to the outstanding maintenance crew. Ive been here for over a year and im thinking about renewing. I love that this community is calm and serene. The people in the office are awesome, specifically Priscila. She's very patient regardless of how busy she can get sometimes. The customer service is absolutely amazing! They make you feel like family.

I am giving a 4 for now because I work a lot so haven’t had much time to spend in my new place. The amenities are great, I am a simple man and don’t require much but I am impressed. Rebeca is absolutely AWESOME!!!! She was patient with me throughout the whole process and even though I arrived about 30 mins to the office closing to sign my lease she still gave me a tour of the grounds and I did not feel rushed. The package storage does seem a bit overwhelming but I was able to find the few I had delivered, took a while but I found them. If I find any of the other issues others are experiencing once I’ve been there for a while I will post. Thanks.

When they say Cortland beyond apartment living they really mean it. From the management, leasing and maintenance they are all truly amazing. Ive been at several Cortland communities and they never disappoint. I love the pool overlooking lake and kayaks, very beautiful place.

Every time I put a work order I have excellent service from Jonathan , he always make sure my orders get done and calls to follow up to make sure that nothing else needs to get done . Every time he sees me around Cortland Nona he make sure my experience in Cortland Nona is perfect after any work order he’s already completed . Always very friendly and professional . My husband and I moved to the Lake Nona area the end of February 2024, we immediately knew that we wanted to live at Cortland Nona the instant we stepped into one of the apartments. I can’t say enough how nice everyone is and how attentive they are with any questions you have. I have to shout out the maintenance staff because they are above and beyond helpful with anything you have issues with. Thank you Cortland Nona for making us feel at home.
