Update: Johnny from the maintenance team is also very awesome, the team is on site 24/7 and are available whenever you have a fix! Original: We moved here 2 months ago with my wife and we love the area. Barbara was the one that gave us the tour and helped us with the move in process and she was awesome! Jose in maintenance is always incredibly helpful and kind. My ac went out right before the weekend, and he made sure my apartment was setup with a portable AC while the problem was investigating. He even came in early on the weekend to fix it! He also just fixed a light issue and a washing machine issue. All together fantastic. :-)

I am pleasantly surprised because I submitted a maintenance request at 9 p.m. and had already resigned myself to sleeping without air conditioning, but a few minutes later Johnny from maintenance called me and fixed the air conditioning. Had a great time living here! Amenities were great and in the rare case of a maintence issue it was resolved very quickly. Months after moving out (relocated due to work) FedEx incorrectly delivered a package to courtland that was meant to go to my new address multiple states away. Lee and the entire leasing office staff were able to retrieve it from the package room and assist me with getting it to my new address. Just goes to show that they’re always there to help!

I toured Cortland yesterday and had such a great experience! Noah was our tour guide, and he was incredibly welcoming and helpful from start to finish. He took the time to answer all of our questions, made us feel comfortable, and gave us a really good sense of what living here would be like. The complex itself was beautiful and well-kept, but what really stood out was how personable and genuine Noah was throughout the tour. Definitely one of the best apartment tours I’ve been on!

This review is well overdue. I visited Cortland Nona a while back and I am a current resident. My top reasons for choosing Cortland Nona were location, amenities, and customer service. Location: Cortland Nona is within less than a mile you will have access to Walmart, Sams Club, Crumble, Starbucks, Canes, Miller’s Ale House, Lowes, Crunch Fitness, and a few food trucks. Trust me there is a lot more within walking distance (< 20min). Not to mention they have food truck events at Cortland Nona. There is also a walking trail in front and behind the property. The building itself felt secure and well-maintained, with great amenities like a fitness center, pool, and convenient parking. Amenities: These apartments have a lot of upgrades over other apartment complexes that we visited. The kitchen was a standout—sleek countertops, updated Samsung smart appliances, and plenty of cabinet space. My favorite is the master bathroom that comes with a large dual head shower. Our experience with Cortland Nona has been excellent from the very beginning. The leasing office, including Bárbara and Lee, provided a clear and detailed walkthrough from day one. The application process was quick and smooth, and the move-in process was also fast and easy. Upon arrival, we met John from the maintenance team, who has been outstanding. He and his team have resolved every service request promptly and with great professionalism. Overall, everything in the community looks well maintained and in perfect condition. Lovely complex! Staff is responsive and maintain the place well. Barbara helped us with the moving process and was available to clarify questions we had. Amenities are great - gym, pool, outdoor grills, and gated parking lot. Elevators are also available, making it easier for grocery trips and moving packages. Took off one star because the mail room is very disorganized. It uses the Luxor System, so you need a code to get into the mail room. However, it is challenging to find packages since they are all in ONE room and can be moved around. I hope they implement lockers to make it more organized and accessible for residents.

My experience with Cortland Nona has been nothing short of exceptional, thanks in large part to Barbara, our leasing associate. From the moment my wife, our friend, and I arrived for the tour, Barbara welcomed us with warmth and professionalism. Despite managing a busy day alone, she took the time to walk us through the apartment, answer all our questions, and show us the community amenities, including the dog park and shared spaces. Her charisma and thorough orientation made a great first impression. On move-in day, I arrived earlier than expected and needed to handle some work matters. Can’t say enough good things about this place; Staff was super helpful from showing me around, took time to show me all the perks of the place and took time to show off the apartment before and after move in. The apartment holds all noise and smells inside of the apartment so anything I cooked inside wasn’t going to the hallways and don’t hear my neighbors, enjoy the thick walls. Apartment is really modern and can connect your phone to a few systems in the apartment, don’t even need to open the fridge to see what’s inside which is dope. They have access to coffee, gym, and resort style living with the pool and pond. Only downside are the hours it’s open but I get it, too much maintenance to leave it open 24/7. And nature natures at night with the bugs, not the complex fault nature exist 😆 Staff was also helpful with gate issues I had, messed up my sticker gave me a replacement that same day. Always ready with a smile to solve your issues regardless if it is maintenance related, leasing related, general inquire or just to say hi. Really happy to have taken the decision of moving here.

Cortland is a beautiful and pleasant place to live, offering a great quality of life. It has a wide variety of nearby shops and services, making daily life much more convenient. The local school is excellent, with a high rating. The condominium features great amenities, including a swimming pool and a gym. Additionally, the Cortland team is very attentive and always ready to assist.

“I can’t say enough great things about the maintenance team at Cortland Nona Apartments! Every time I’ve submitted a request, the response has been incredibly fast and efficient. The team is always professional, friendly, and detail-oriented. They go above and beyond to ensure that everything is fixed perfectly and even follow up to make sure I’m satisfied. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about the residents. Living here has been a wonderful experience, thanks in large part to the outstanding maintenance crew. Thank you Cortland Nona Management and staff for stopping and removing everyone from the illegal party that was taking place in the clubhouse. Ive been here for over a year and im thinking about renewing. I love that this community is calm and serene. The people in the office are awesome, specifically Priscila. She's very patient regardless of how busy she can get sometimes. The customer service is absolutely amazing! They make you feel like family.

When they say Cortland beyond apartment living they really mean it. From the management, leasing and maintenance they are all truly amazing. Ive been at several Cortland communities and they never disappoint. I love the pool overlooking lake and kayaks, very beautiful place.

Every time I put a work order I have excellent service from Jonathan , he always make sure my orders get done and calls to follow up to make sure that nothing else needs to get done . Every time he sees me around Cortland Nona he make sure my experience in Cortland Nona is perfect after any work order he’s already completed . Always very friendly and professional . My husband and I moved to the Lake Nona area the end of February 2024, we immediately knew that we wanted to live at Cortland Nona the instant we stepped into one of the apartments. I can’t say enough how nice everyone is and how attentive they are with any questions you have. I have to shout out the maintenance staff because they are above and beyond helpful with anything you have issues with. Thank you Cortland Nona for making us feel at home.

My AC stopped working around 2/3am the middle of the night. The thermostat was completely black and non responsive so we called the 24/7 assistance number and they had someone come right at 8am. It was literally 80 degrees in my house once they were able to turn my thermostat back on. Took about another 2 hours to figure out the issue and to come back and fully replace the broken part in my AC unit. Super responsive and respectful maintenance team that fixed my issue. This is the first time in 14 months of living here that anything like this has happened and they were on it. MUCH APPRECIATED! Finally my apartment is cool again

have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with Cortland at Nona Place Property Management . The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing, or servicing the plumbing and electricity .I strongly recommend this apartment when the started renting this apartment I was the second one that moved here and I m still in love with this place, the beauty of the sunrise that you get to see every morning is the best.. for me the best is that everything is across the street from shopping restaurant or anything.

El domingo pasado el ventilador de mi aire acondicionado se dañò. Afortunadamente Pedro estaba de guardia e inmediatamente lo contacté fue a mi departamento a arreglarlo. Como no tenía el repuesto, me llevò 2 aires acondicionados portátiles. Lo cual fue lo mejor que pudo hacer y de esta manera me garantizó pasar una feliz noche! Al siguiente día todo el equipo de mantenimiento fue a mi departamento a cambiar el ventilador del aire dañado. Me encanta el servicio que nos prestan! Amo vivir en esta comunidad!!

Moving to Lake Nona FL from NY was a major change for my family and I. We absolutely love it here. Cortland Nona gives you the perfect resort vibes and feels with all the cool amenities they offer! My husband and I’s favorite spots to hang out on weekends are the cabanas and the waterfront dock. Oh and the heated pool is a major plus! The staff is so friendly and nice and we love all the cool weekly/monthly events they put on for us residents. Everyday (when it’s nice out lol) feels like you’re on vacation in the islands somewhere. #ResortLiving Would 100% recommend!

We recently had an issue with our stovetop and John and the maintenance team came the very next day (we reported on a Sunday night), investigated everything and then replaced our entire unit. Jose found a loose wire with one of our sockets and quickly fixed the problem and now we have all of our sockets are working. And he also changed the bulbs on our second bedroom. The prompt service response at Nona is pretty amazing.

Cortland Nona is one of the best communities in the Lake Nona area with space galore, luxury apartment features, and much much more. I loved touring the Keel floor plan. An actual laundry, room with space and dual shower heads in the master bathroom.Leasing staff is very professional. What are you waiting for go check them out!

I had the opportunity to tour this community while on a business trip. My company is relocating me and out of all the communities in Lake Nona, this community had the friendliest and most welcoming staff. The property looked nice and clean. The layouts were spacious and roomy. Seeing residents enjoy the amenities while I toured confirmed that this is the place I needed to be. I am excited for my transition to Orlando, but overall to make this community home.

I've been living at the Cortland Nona community for 7 months now, and I've had a great experience. Maintenance is swift to solve any problems, there are plenty of green areas for walks with a stunning view of the lake. I absolutely loved going to the clubhouse pool during the summer, the water is always crystal clear. Something else I love about this community is that they have elevator access and they are always clean with a very nice smell. The community is completely gated and has great security, and all apartments are equipped with smart devices. I am in love with the Samsung Smart Fridge since it makes my life a thousand times easier. The best part is that this community is located in an amazing place. I have easy toll access which means I don't have to deal with morning traffic to get to work. And it's also surrounded by everything you need, Walmart, Sams Club, gas, takeout, you name it!

We will complete around a year here and have to appreciate the vibe this community has. The management plans lot of events for residents including Mother’s Day, Fathers Day, Ice cream social, movie night, Valentine’s Day and many many more. It’s a great location, well maintained amenities, excellent staff and a caring attitude. All the staff members including Solvey, the front office team and the maintenance folks (Jose and many others) are responsive and do support a lot. Surely a place to consider.

Good afternoon, I wanted to express thanks for the fast response to the issue surrounding the water heater this past weekend. Originally we put in a service call and it was resolved as a simple tripped circuit breaker. Once the downstairs neighbor called in with water damage the problem proved to be more than the circuit breaker. Ryan from the maintenance team responded and as is usually the case with your team he was very polite, respectful and genuinely concerned with our situation. He stayed on the case until we had a resolution. He was determined for us not to go too long without hot water. In order for the vendor to receive approval and come perform the work, get a replacement heater and other tasks, I'm sure that a lot more was involved and no doubt others that are part of Cortland Nona had to pitch in. I don't have all those names but hope you can pass this message of gratitude along. . Thanks again for a job well done!- by all of you

Los colaboradores tiene una atención excelente. This place is gorgeous, but the staff really makes it. Shout out to Carlos, Solvey, and Katrina for prioritizing the resident experience as soon as you walk in the door. This is one of the nicest properties I have worked. I am the security supervisor for the state and this is by far the BEST property. Very clean, staff is very friendly, and the property manager Katrina is the GREATEST!!!!

Carlos and Luis are AMAZZZZINGGG! Carlos helped me throughout the application process and my transition to the new area by myself and made me feel right at home. Luis gave me the full rundown on how the appliances work and was hilarious. Beautiful homes and location is too tier near all the essential shopping & resort living. The updated appliances really add a step up to the property overall.

Krystal was absolutely amazing. She took us on a group tour. Everything was beautiful. She explained everything to us in detail. I give her 5 stars however I did get very low vibrations from the assistant manager Solvey she did not make us feel welcome but Krystal saved the day and made my family and I feel very welcomed. Thanks to Krystal kindness I will definitely look forward to leasing these beautiful apartments.

I’ve lived at Cortland for a little over a year now, and I truly love it. Yes, the rent is a little pricey, but the complex is gorgeous and the rest of Lake Nona is just as much. What stands out about Cortland is the walkway down by the lake and the beautiful pool. It’s such a great place to go for a walk or read a book. Management is always friendly and resolves issues immediately. I think it’s a great place to live

My experience with Cortland Nona has been nothing short of fantastic! Carlos has been amazing during and after the leasing process. He always stayed in touch and went the extra mile. Ivan the maintenance guy gave me a very thorough tour of my new apartment showing me how everything worked and giving me tips on how to make my leasing experience a great one. My first night there I realized the hot water wasn't working and it was after hours, I called and maintenance called me back 2 minutes later and was at my apartment 20 minutes later and got it working. The noise level seems to be pretty great for an apartment. I hear a few footsteps which is to be expected in an apartment, but it's surprisingly quiet. The amenities and the apartments themselves are gorgeous!

The location of this place is perfect. You are seconds from the 417 and all the shops you need are right across the street. When I walked into the leasing office instantly it felt like home. Excellent experience since the first day to see the apartment and the moving day. We didn’t had an appointment to tour the apartment and Carlos accommodate us on his schedule. The apartment and amenities are wonderful. It feels more like a resort. Carlos was very helpful, professional and understanding. I am giving a 4 for now because I work a lot so haven’t had much time to spend in my new place. The amenities are great, I am a simple man and don’t require much but I am impressed. Rebeca is absolutely AWESOME!!!! She was patient with me throughout the whole process and even though I arrived about 30 mins to the office closing to sign my lease she still gave me a tour of the grounds and I did not feel rushed. The package storage does seem a bit overwhelming but I was able to find the few I had delivered, took a while but I found them. If I find any of the other issues others are experiencing once I’ve been there for a while I will post. Thanks.

Great complex! I love it here. Solvey was so helpful with the process of moving in. The amenities are great and the apartments are very luxurious. The area is nice and is being built up with all sorts of stores. I love the business center because I’m able to bring clients in an office and have necessary meetings without any inconvenience. It’s a little far from some things about 30 mins to downtown with the highway but I like being a way from all the noise. All in all 10/10.

I moved here a little over a year ago and had a really rocky start to my time at the Guthrie. I didn’t get along with the lady in the office and found her to be rude and snarky. She left about a month or two ago and it’s been so difference since. I stopped by to meet with the new property manager and he seems really great and on top of things. I hope he can clean up the mess that was the neglect from previous staff.

So often these days apartment buildings are managed by individuals that do not understand how to manage with class and tact. OneEleven bucks that trend and I am happy to say that everyone here and how they manage is a class act. The concierge individuals are so welcoming and eager to assist, it is just like living at a luxury hotel. The management folks are quick to reply to emails and the social events that they arrange are perfect. I am very happy here and know that I made a good decision when I leased.

I have really enjoyed my time at cortland apartments so far. I love having quiet study areas, a swimming pool, grill, gym, and fire pit. The office personnel are very quick to respond anytime I need something done in my apartment. I also love that there's a little dog park for my dogs to socialize with the other dogs around. Overall, I've had a good experience.

This community is beautifully maintained and the staff couldn't be more helpfull. Its a very peaceful, quiet living environment but quite comfortable at the same time. The maintenance team are extremely accommodating and compedent .when I did have a slight issue with my air conditioning system it was quickly rectified and over appologized for. The ladies in the office always great you with a warm welcoming smile and eager to help in anyway. Again its a very comfortable place to live. It would be a huge asset to have a small playground for children in addition to the dog park and beautiful ammenities geared for adults. A small play area is also a gateway for neighbors to get to know eachother when congregating around watching the kids play, discussing schools and outside activities. Otherwise I'm very happy with my decision to chooses Barclay Element above the others to live at post relocating blindly from a different state. The staff's friendly demeanor and beautiful grounds was my overall deciding factor....

We have been living at Linkhorn Bay for close to 7 years. The remodeled apartments are beautifully done with wonderful property amenities. Our neighbors are always a joy too. I have entered my second year living here at Elan City Center and I couldn't be happier! I adore so many things about living at ECC, to name just a few: -- the location, which is close to downtown Moore Square, the Museums, the local Publix grocery store, wonderful dining, beautiful parks and Oakwood Historical District among many more attractions! -- The first-rate appliances, amenities such as the gym (which has a water bottle refilling station), billiards, clubhouse facility where frequent events are hosted, complimentary printer access, pool and grill area, Luxor lockers for Amazon deliveries, a dog park and more that I know I've forgotten! -- Best of all is the staff - Ashley, Brianna, Jacob, Justin and Devin all go out of their way to ensure that living at ECC is seamless and worry free. At the heart of living here are the "hearts" of this wonderful staff. This is by far the best apartment living I have ever experienced and I plan to stay here as long as I can! :-)

From start to finish, and end to end, the staff at the leasing office provided answers to my every inquiry and was able to anticipate what I would need ahead of time. At first, I was not sure if the property would be right for me. After the wonderful tour, I was sold on the location, with its picturesque views. The area offers many local shops and eateries that cater to almost anyone. I cannot recommend this endearing community enough.

After taking the tour with Gerrard, who was very professional and informative, my mind is set on making this my new home! The amount of amenities Paragon provides is amazing. The units are spacious with amazing views of Chicago’s beautiful skyline. Imagine just taking a few steps out of your apartment to find yourself right near Soldier Field. If you ever decide to move to the South Loop of Chicago, I would certainly recommend this place!

In the 3 years I have lived here, my apartment has been comfortable and maintained in perfect condition. Repairs are made quickly. My electric bill stays lower than I anticipated. The kitchen is just the right size for me. I'm happy.

I have lived here since the property was built, there have been 3 changes in management since I moved in and without a doubt the new management is the best I have experienced in my time here. It was a little rocky at the beginning but after going through the previous management changes this was by far the smoothest. The manager Ashley is very hands on and attentive to resident thoughts on improvements and concerns. The gates weren't working one night when I got home around 7:30 pm, after the office had closed. I saw her office light on so I knocked on the front door to tell her and she immediately came out to see if she could fix it. Someone had hit the gates knocking them off track. I was surprised when she picked up the gate on her own, put it back on track opened the box thing that runs the gate and got the gate up and running again. I couldn't believe it, she didn't even think to call maintenance, she just did it herself. I was so impressed, I decided to renew my lease and plan to as long as she and her t

My boyfriend and I have lived here for a year now and recently renewed for a second year. The apartments are beautiful with modern finishes and stunning views, amenities are great and the community is friendly & respectful. The maintenance team is always quick to respond to any issues, and when they enter your unit, are always respectful and courteous. I would say the front (Marlene, Gerard & Kenya especially) team are second to none - they always go out of their way to give residents the opportunity absolute best experience and truly make living at Paragon special. We have been living at Union Wharf for about two months now. We love the location, with so many things within walking distance. Our apartment is spacious and has lovely views of both the pool and the bay. The amenities are really excellent, though we wish the pool was open later at night so we could make more use of it when we come home from work, and longer in the season - the weather is still going to be quite warm in September! The management has been great about communicating when something isn't working or when a schedule changes, which we really appreciate because it was lacking in our last apartment. Overall, we are happy here - thanks for a great experience!

With oversized windows allowing for so much natural light, open floor plans, more square footage than most other communities in the area, and plenty of opportunities to meet and mingle with other members of our community, we are grateful to call this home! I consider it great luck that I discovered and was able to secure an apartment in the predecessor to North Forest Apartments when I moved to Wake Forest,, and that my good fortune has continued under the current management. My experience with North Forest has been that it is efficient, friendly and maintains a first class operation. Life is quiet and easy here. Maintenance of the grounds and individual apartments is first class, and when some need occurs the response is rapid and well done. Add to that an amazing location, tucked away amid many trees yet within easy walking distance of a major shopping center, and you have a package hard to beat.

The Bend at Broad has always provided excellent customer service, an efficient and easy move in process, and caring and efficient maintenance. I am always comfortable walking into the office or sending an email with any questions or concerns I have. However, there are tons of unnecessary and excessive fees. We just renewed our lease and our rent went up, the $30 "valet trash fee" for a service that is unneeded and inefficient is still mandatory, an additional $8 trash fee has been added, and there are several "convenience fees" for the online portal and paying rent. All these extra fees add up to about $600 extra a year--I would carry my own trash for that!! At least make these amenities optional so that people who can't take advantage of them (we literally don't generate a bag of trash every day; we're happy to provide a paper check to avoid online payment fees) don't have to pay for them.

The community staff has been nothing but caring and attentive. As a single mom with a teenager, I feel safe. I like how the community is well maintained. Having moved here from a previous gated home community, I don’t feel I am missing much of what I had before. The apartment layout works perfectly in the two bedroom setup. I have plenty of room and the neighbors are mindful and quiet. The community itself is quiet and safe. We are still in the same school district as before and close to everything we were used to. Although we downsized in space, I don’t feel we downsized in amenities. It truly has that resort like feel minus the room service. I am truly enjoying being here.

The leasing office staff and maintenance staff are great. Everyone here is very friendly! The amenities and apartment location is also ideal for my family since everything is only 5 - 15 minutes away. Only downside to this complex, is that since it's a new build apartment, there will be some construction of your unit that still needs fixing. I don't blame the leasing or maintenance staff for this though, I believe it might be the construction builders but it can always get fixed and hopefully in due time while we're still residents here.

I visited my friend here on a cross country road trip and had a great time in their hospitality suite. Everyone was so kind and friendly. The front desk was really helpful when I needed directions to a restaurant for dinner and even stepped out to point me in the right direction. The garage is so confusing but I guess that’s part of big city living. I can see why my friend has lived here for so long. Really a great spot.

The move's been great but I miss everything about cortland Nona; the beautiful community, my amazing friends and neighbors, and most specially the kind and professional staff at the office who were always so responsive to all our needs. I really like to thank all the ladies at the office specially Ms. Solvey who was always so attentive to our needs and tried everything in her power to make us happy. In general, Cortland Nona is a beautiful community, the pool, the lobby, the fitness center always so clean and fresh. Our time at Cortland Nona, we felt like we were living at a resort, it almost felt like being on a long vacation. I highly recommend this place. It's a great place to live in if you have children. The best apartment hunting experience thanks to the wonderful and helpful staff. These apartments are beautifully equipped and you really can't beat the amenities here. From the pool to the gym everything was perfect. Great place. Close proximity to literally everything. A+ schools around. The complex has plenty of beautiful amenities, the pool area is sooooo beautiful, great fitness center, fresh coffee 24/7, dog spa, direct access to lake. Awesome place to live, and great staff., Melanie is so nice. Luis is wonderful. Would recommend it to anyone.

Shout out to Solvey, the Assistant manager who has always been responsive to my concerns. My family and I enjoy all the amenities and the beauty of the lake. The new coffee machine is great! Since Cortland has taken over there has been many improvements. Solvey and her team are responsible, friendly, and the absolute best!

Cortland Nona is the best apartment community I have ever experienced. The office staff made up of Carlina, Melanie, and Solvey are always welcoming no matter the day. Most communities are welcoming until they’ve sold you into getting in, then the service stops. But this trio keeps it going no matter what. They are also always hosting community events and checking on how my family and I are enjoying the community as residents. Literally the best team ever. The maintenance team made up of Luis and a few other guys are also always welcoming. You won’t be disappointed about moving in here. My family and I moved from Louisiana and are very blessed to be living here with such great service and nice amenities. They don’t miss any details when it comes to service and cleanliness of the property.

The new management group has been AMAZING!!! Carlina, Solvey, Melanie, and the rest of the team are ALWAYS incredibly helpful and on top of everything! Since they came in they have been proactive not reactive and have really turned the place around from the previous management. They always listen and help right away! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING! I went on tour with my mom here and the staff were so nice! These apartments are GORGEOUS and we felt catered to right away. It’s like a resort. My mom had so many questions and concerns and the leasing staff made it so easy for her to understand. Carlina was our tour guide and she was awesome. Super friendly, sweet, and very helpful! I can’t wait to bring my mom back to apply later this Summer!

I wish I could take this place and move it with me. If I didn’t got this job so far away, I would have renewed without hesitation. This place has always been beautiful, but the new office staff really made it so special and hard to leave. Carlina and Melanie deserve a huge shoutout for their commitment to customer service. This is such a beatiful community in a great location. The homes are brand new and even have a smart fridge that is so cool. I love that I can walk along the lake or kayak here. Cortland has been instilling a lot of change since taking over as new management in December. I am pleased to see the added security as well as the events they have put on since taking over. Solvey and Katrina, the manager and assistant manager, are always very helpful and quick to solve any issues I have brought to their attention. I look forward to see what else Cortland will do with this amazing community! 👏

The ladies in the office are always so welcoming and friendly, the community manager Katrina has been so pleasant to speak and making us feel comfortable and understanding the process of the change in management. So far the food trucks have been my favorite, the amenities always look great and smells so fresh and clean the moment you open the door. The lake and the kayaks we get to utilize is what made me fall in love with my apartment, the area and everything else Cortland Nona has to offer. Thank you to the office staff, management team and service for keeping up with the community and making me feel special as a resident.
