We had a great experience with Devonte in the leasing office. He answered all of our questions, and was able to share information that I hadn't even thought to ask about. Family and I applied the same night we toured, and were approved the next day. Fairly simple process. Will try to update review after we've moved in.

An Outstanding Touring Experience from Start to Finish! Our tour at Cortland Nona exceeded our expectations from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, the community made a wonderful first impression. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the property feels thoughtfully designed. The apartment itself had some incredible features that really stood out. We loved the double shower, the double-sink vanity in the primary bathroom, and even a dedicated linen closet, which is a feature that's becoming increasingly hard to find. The spacious layout was well designed, and one of the highlights was the breathtaking lake views, which made the entire community feel relaxing and resort-like. The amenities are impressive and give the community a true luxury feel. Everything appeared clean, modern, and well cared for, making it easy to picture ourselves living there. What made the experience even better was the professionalism and hospitality of the leasing team. Kat, Barbara, and

I have been staying in Cortland Nona for 3 years now and everybody from the office including maintenance team have been nice and great since day one. But today is exceptional. I was having a challenge bringing my packages from the mailroom to my unit because the boxes are wide and very heavy. I went to the leasing office to ask Kath and Devonte if I can borrow a bigger dolly to use. Devonte whole heartedly stood up and offered his assistance without second thinking, he transported and carried the heavy boxes all the way to my unit. This is definitely above and beyond kind of service and I am very much thankful and grateful to him. To the management, please send my appreciation to Devonte and I pray your corporation will be able to find more like him to join your team. He gives excellent service with a heart. Thank you and God bless you more always.

We have been living here about a month and a half. We chose this place after looking at almost 20 different apartments in Orlando. We initially were impressed by Barbara, who stayed late to show us around one day when we showed up without an appointment. She was so kind and welcoming. Meeting someone like her that worked here gave us good vibes about the place before we signed the lease. We applied for the apartment that night because we were so impressed. Barbara gets FIVE STARS. As with any apartment application process, we did experience a little confusion at times and had some questions. There was always support available and assistance to help us get back on track. Shout out to the team that supports getting people approved! Since moving in, any questions we have for the main office have quickly been responded to. In addition to this, Jose G. has been amazing as maintenance and building support. He is very friendly and always makes me feel welcome here. Anytime I have a maintenance concern, he is fas

This review is well overdue. I visited Cortland Nona a while back and I am a current resident. My top reasons for choosing Cortland Nona were location, amenities, and customer service. Location: Cortland Nona is within less than a mile you will have access to Walmart, Sams Club, Crumble, Starbucks, Canes, Miller’s Ale House, Lowes, Crunch Fitness, and a few food trucks. Trust me there is a lot more within walking distance (< 20min). Not to mention they have food truck events at Cortland Nona. There is also a walking trail in front and behind the property. The building itself felt secure and well-maintained, with great amenities like a fitness center, pool, and convenient parking. Amenities: These apartments have a lot of upgrades over other apartment complexes that we visited. The kitchen was a standout—sleek countertops, updated Samsung smart appliances, and plenty of cabinet space. My favorite is the master bathroom that comes with a large dual head shower. The living area was cozy yet open, perfect for rel

My experience with Cortland Nona has been nothing short of exceptional, thanks in large part to Barbara, our leasing associate. From the moment my wife, our friend, and I arrived for the tour, Barbara welcomed us with warmth and professionalism. Despite managing a busy day alone, she took the time to walk us through the apartment, answer all our questions, and show us the community amenities, including the dog park and shared spaces. Her charisma and thorough orientation made a great first impression. On move-in day, I arrived earlier than expected and needed to handle some work matters. Barbara graciously allowed me to use the resident work offices, which was incredibly helpful. She also expedited my move-in process since I was already on-site, guiding me through each step, including payments and final documentation. She personally walked me to my new apartment and conducted a thorough inspection walkthrough. There was a minor issue with the key configuration, but Barbara quickly took charge and, along with

Recently relocated from abroad with all the hazle and issues that this takes. I found in the Cortland Nona employees the most supportive and understanding staff ever. Always ready with a smile to solve your issues regardless if it is maintenance related, leasing related, general inquire or just to say hi. Really happy to have taken the decision of moving here.

Cortland is a beautiful and pleasant place to live, offering a great quality of life. It has a wide variety of nearby shops and services, making daily life much more convenient. The local school is excellent, with a high rating. The condominium features great amenities, including a swimming pool and a gym. Additionally, the Cortland team is very attentive and always ready to assist.
