My husband and I moved to the Lake Nona area the end of February 2024, we immediately knew that we wanted to live at Cortland Nona the instant we stepped into one of the apartments. I can’t say enough how nice everyone is and how attentive they are with any questions you have. My AC stopped working around 2/3am the middle of the night. The thermostat was completely black and non responsive so we called the 24/7 assistance number and they had someone come right at 8am. It was literally 80 degrees in my house once they were able to turn my thermostat back on. Took about another 2 hours to figure out the issue and to come back and fully replace the broken part in my AC unit. Super responsive and respectful maintenance team that fixed my issue. This is the first time in 14 months of living here that anything like this has happened and they were on it. MUCH APPRECIATED! Finally my apartment is cool again

The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Como no tenía el repuesto, me llevò 2 aires acondicionados portátiles. Lo cual fue lo mejor que pudo hacer y de esta manera me garantizó pasar una feliz noche! Moving to Lake Nona FL from NY was a major change for my family and I. We absolutely love it here. Cortland Nona gives you the perfect resort vibes and feels with all the cool amenities they offer! My husband and I’s favorite spots to hang out on weekends are the cabanas and the waterfront dock. Oh and the heated pool is a major plus! The staff is so friendly and nice and we love all the cool weekly/monthly events they put on for us residents. Everyday (when it’s nice out lol) feels like you’re on vacation in the islands somewhere. #ResortLiving Would 100% recommend!

I had the opportunity to tour this community while on a business trip. My company is relocating me and out of all the communities in Lake Nona, this community had the friendliest and most welcoming staff. The property looked nice and clean. The layouts were spacious and roomy. Seeing residents enjoy the amenities while I toured confirmed that this is the place I needed to be. I am excited for my transition to Orlando, but overall to make this community home.

I've been living at the Cortland Nona community for 7 months now, and I've had a great experience. Maintenance is swift to solve any problems, there are plenty of green areas for walks with a stunning view of the lake. I absolutely loved going to the clubhouse pool during the summer, the water is always crystal clear. Something else I love about this community is that they have elevator access and they are always clean with a very nice smell. The community is completely gated and has great security, and all apartments are equipped with smart devices. I am in love with the Samsung Smart Fridge since it makes my life a thousand times easier. The best part is that this community is located in an amazing place. I have easy toll access which means I don't have to deal with morning traffic to get to work. And it's also surrounded by everything you need, Walmart, Sams Club, gas, takeout, you name it!

We will complete around a year here and have to appreciate the vibe this community has. The management plans lot of events for residents including Mother’s Day, Fathers Day, Ice cream social, movie night, Valentine’s Day and many many more. It’s a great location, well maintained amenities, excellent staff and a caring attitude. All the staff members including Solvey, the front office team and the maintenance folks (Jose and many others) are responsive and do support a lot. Surely a place to consider.

Cortland Nona has definitely met my expectations! The apartment was beautiful, the location is ideal, the community is breathtaking, and the staff are welcoming. From the moment I entered to the the last minute of our visit, we were really impressed!

I first came to this property to visit my daughter and I was super impressed on how beautiful and clean the community was. The community itself looks like a resort. You can tell the team takes care of the community. And from the look of all the smiles on the residents faces, they all look happy to be here too. Good afternoon, I wanted to express thanks for the fast response to the issue surrounding the water heater this past weekend. Originally we put in a service call and it was resolved as a simple tripped circuit breaker. Once the downstairs neighbor called in with water damage the problem proved to be more than the circuit breaker. Ryan from the maintenance team responded and as is usually the case with your team he was very polite, respectful and genuinely concerned with our situation. He stayed on the case until we had a resolution. He was determined for us not to go too long without hot water. In order for the vendor to receive approval and come perform the work, get a replacement heater and other tasks, I'm sure that a lot more was involved and no doubt others that are part of Cortland Nona had to pitch in. I don't have all those names but hope you can pass this message of gratitude along. . Thanks again for a job well done!- by all of you

Krystal was awesome! Very helpful and informative. I was looking around for an apartment for a while and I never came across such an amazing leasing professional as she is. Apart from the complex being absolutely STUNNING, her efficiency and upbeat personality had a big impact on the leasing process. This complex is jaw-dropping. They are very pet-friendly and clean! I’m experiencing almost 24 hours without A/C in my apartment. The management doesn’t have the broken a/c fan motor to replace. While I wait for a solution, Luis, the maintenance guy was very helpful borrowing to me a portable a/c. thanks for his thoughtful gesture I’ll have a good sleep night.

I’ve lived at Cortland for a little over a year now, and I truly love it. Yes, the rent is a little pricey, but the complex is gorgeous and the rest of Lake Nona is just as much. What stands out about Cortland is the walkway down by the lake and the beautiful pool. It’s such a great place to go for a walk or read a book. Management is always friendly and resolves issues immediately. I think it’s a great place to live

My experience with Cortland Nona has been nothing short of fantastic! Carlos has been amazing during and after the leasing process. He always stayed in touch and went the extra mile. Ivan the maintenance guy gave me a very thorough tour of my new apartment showing me how everything worked and giving me tips on how to make my leasing experience a great one. My first night there I realized the hot water wasn't working and it was after hours, I called and maintenance called me back 2 minutes later and was at my apartment 20 minutes later and got it working. The noise level seems to be pretty great for an apartment. I hear a few footsteps which is to be expected in an apartment, but it's surprisingly quiet. The amenities and the apartments themselves are gorgeous!

Excellent experience since the first day to see the apartment and the moving day. We didn’t had an appointment to tour the apartment and Carlos accommodate us on his schedule. The apartment and amenities are wonderful. It feels more like a resort. Carlos was very helpful, professional and understanding. Our family is very happy to live in the Cortland Nona community. All the process from the application we had all the support of the team, Solvey helped us and was very attentive, our move-in was completely satisfactory. I am giving a 4 for now because I work a lot so haven’t had much time to spend in my new place. The amenities are great, I am a simple man and don’t require much but I am impressed. Rebeca is absolutely AWESOME!!!! She was patient with me throughout the whole process and even though I arrived about 30 mins to the office closing to sign my lease she still gave me a tour of the grounds and I did not feel rushed. The package storage does seem a bit overwhelming but I was able to find the few I had delivered, took a while but I found them. If I find any of the other issues others are experiencing once I’ve been there for a while I will post. Thanks.

Great complex! I love it here. Solvey was so helpful with the process of moving in. The amenities are great and the apartments are very luxurious. The area is nice and is being built up with all sorts of stores. I love the business center because I’m able to bring clients in an office and have necessary meetings without any inconvenience. It’s a little far from some things about 30 mins to downtown with the highway but I like being a way from all the noise. All in all 10/10.

I moved here a little over a year ago and had a really rocky start to my time at the Guthrie. I didn’t get along with the lady in the office and found her to be rude and snarky. She left about a month or two ago and it’s been so difference since. I stopped by to meet with the new property manager and he seems really great and on top of things. I hope he can clean up the mess that was the neglect from previous staff.

So often these days apartment buildings are managed by individuals that do not understand how to manage with class and tact. OneEleven bucks that trend and I am happy to say that everyone here and how they manage is a class act. The concierge individuals are so welcoming and eager to assist, it is just like living at a luxury hotel. The management folks are quick to reply to emails and the social events that they arrange are perfect. I am very happy here and know that I made a good decision when I leased.

I have really enjoyed my time at cortland apartments so far. I love having quiet study areas, a swimming pool, grill, gym, and fire pit. The office personnel are very quick to respond anytime I need something done in my apartment. I also love that there's a little dog park for my dogs to socialize with the other dogs around. This community is beautifully maintained and the staff couldn't be more helpfull. Its a very peaceful, quiet living environment but quite comfortable at the same time. The maintenance team are extremely accommodating and compedent .when I did have a slight issue with my air conditioning system it was quickly rectified and over appologized for. The ladies in the office always great you with a warm welcoming smile and eager to help in anyway. Again its a very comfortable place to live. It would be a huge asset to have a small playground for children in addition to the dog park and beautiful ammenities geared for adults. A small play area is also a gateway for neighbors to get to know eachother when congregating around watching the kids play, discussing schools and outside activities. Otherwise I'm very happy with my decision to chooses Barclay Element above the others to live at post relocating blindly from a different state. The staff's friendly demeanor and beautiful grounds was my overall deciding factor....

I have entered my second year living here at Elan City Center and I couldn't be happier! I adore so many things about living at ECC, to name just a few: -- the location, which is close to downtown Moore Square, the Museums, the local Publix grocery store, wonderful dining, beautiful parks and Oakwood Historical District among many more attractions! -- The first-rate appliances, amenities such as the gym (which has a water bottle refilling station), billiards, clubhouse facility where frequent events are hosted, complimentary printer access, pool and grill area, Luxor lockers for Amazon deliveries, a dog park and more that I know I've forgotten! -- Best of all is the staff - Ashley, Brianna, Jacob, Justin and Devin all go out of their way to ensure that living at ECC is seamless and worry free. I have lived here since the property was built, there have been 3 changes in management since I moved in and without a doubt the new management is the best I have experienced in my time here. It was a little rocky at the beginning but after going through the previous management changes this was by far the smoothest. The manager Ashley is very hands on and attentive to resident thoughts on improvements and concerns. The gates weren't working one night when I got home around 7:30 pm, after the office had closed. I saw her office light on so I knocked on the front door to tell her and she immediately came out to see if she could fix it. Someone had hit the gates knocking them off track. I was surprised when she picked up the gate on her own, put it back on track opened the box thing that runs the gate and got the gate up and running again. We have been living at Union Wharf for about two months now. We love the location, with so many things within walking distance. Our apartment is spacious and has lovely views of both the pool and the bay. The amenities are really excellent, though we wish the pool was open later at night so we could make more use of it when we come home from work, and longer in the season - the weather is still going to be quite warm in September! The management has been great about communicating when something isn't working or when a schedule changes, which we really appreciate because it was lacking in our last apartment. Overall, we are happy here - thanks for a great experience!

I consider it great luck that I discovered and was able to secure an apartment in the predecessor to North Forest Apartments when I moved to Wake Forest,, and that my good fortune has continued under the current management. My experience with North Forest has been that it is efficient, friendly and maintains a first class operation. Life is quiet and easy here. Maintenance of the grounds and individual apartments is first class, and when some need occurs the response is rapid and well done. Add to that an amazing location, tucked away amid many trees yet within easy walking distance of a major shopping center, and you have a package hard to beat.

The Bend at Broad has always provided excellent customer service, an efficient and easy move in process, and caring and efficient maintenance. I am always comfortable walking into the office or sending an email with any questions or concerns I have. However, there are tons of unnecessary and excessive fees. We just renewed our lease and our rent went up, the $30 "valet trash fee" for a service that is unneeded and inefficient is still mandatory, an additional $8 trash fee has been added, and there are several "convenience fees" for the online portal and paying rent. All these extra fees add up to about $600 extra a year--I would carry my own trash for that!! At least make these amenities optional so that people who can't take advantage of them (we literally don't generate a bag of trash every day; we're happy to provide a paper check to avoid online payment fees) don't have to pay for them.

The Guthrie is a great community close to downtown and freeways super pet friendly great amenities . Capital View great area lot to walk too. And my Frenchie love get treats in lobby and from Johnny the maintenance man who always so friendly with smile and treat for the pup.

The community staff has been nothing but caring and attentive. As a single mom with a teenager, I feel safe. I like how the community is well maintained. Having moved here from a previous gated home community, I don’t feel I am missing much of what I had before. The apartment layout works perfectly in the two bedroom setup. I have plenty of room and the neighbors are mindful and quiet. The community itself is quiet and safe. We are still in the same school district as before and close to everything we were used to. Although we downsized in space, I don’t feel we downsized in amenities. It truly has that resort like feel minus the room service. I am truly enjoying being here.

The community is clean and the units are good. There are no roaches or bed bugs in this community. They have an Amazon hub locker as well, which is very convenient. I see a drastic change in the experience once new management has taken over the office. The service requests are assessed within a few days. I appreciate the new management and maintenance staff for improving the overall experience for the residents.

The leasing office staff and maintenance staff are great. Everyone here is very friendly! The amenities and apartment location is also ideal for my family since everything is only 5 - 15 minutes away. Only downside to this complex, is that since it's a new build apartment, there will be some construction of your unit that still needs fixing. I don't blame the leasing or maintenance staff for this though, I believe it might be the construction builders but it can always get fixed and hopefully in due time while we're still residents here.

Very content here at 625 Broadeay . The maintenance / custodial staff are diligent and do a great job of keeping things running smoothly . The office staff Kim / Vae / Fabian are also readily available and we have good communication as to any residential needs . Additionally , security staff is doing an awesome job , especially Eric he is doing an excellent job as well . We are overall comfortably happy at 625 Broadway Lofts and look forward to getting to know our new property manager Carrie .

I visited my friend here on a cross country road trip and had a great time in their hospitality suite. Everyone was so kind and friendly. The front desk was really helpful when I needed directions to a restaurant for dinner and even stepped out to point me in the right direction. The garage is so confusing but I guess that’s part of big city living. I can see why my friend has lived here for so long. Really a great spot.

We recently had to move out of Cortland Nona because our family is expanding and we were in need of a bigger place. The move's been great but I miss everything about cortland Nona; the beautiful community, my amazing friends and neighbors, and most specially the kind and professional staff at the office who were always so responsive to all our needs. Great place. Close proximity to literally everything. A+ schools around. The complex has plenty of beautiful amenities, the pool area is sooooo beautiful, great fitness center, fresh coffee 24/7, dog spa, direct access to lake. Cortland Nona is the best apartment community I have ever experienced. The office staff made up of Carlina, Melanie, and Solvey are always welcoming no matter the day. Most communities are welcoming until they’ve sold you into getting in, then the service stops. But this trio keeps it going no matter what. They are also always hosting community events and checking on how my family and I are enjoying the community as residents. Literally the best team ever. The maintenance team made up of Luis and a few other guys are also always welcoming. You won’t be disappointed about moving in here. My family and I moved from Louisiana and are very blessed to be living here with such great service and nice amenities. They don’t miss any details when it comes to service and cleanliness of the property.

I went on tour with my mom here and the staff were so nice! These apartments are GORGEOUS and we felt catered to right away. It’s like a resort. This is such a beatiful community in a great location. The homes are brand new and even have a smart fridge that is so cool. I love that I can walk along the lake or kayak here. Cortland has been instilling a lot of change since taking over as new management in December. I am pleased to see the added security as well as the events they have put on since taking over. Solvey and Katrina, the manager and assistant manager, are always very helpful and quick to solve any issues I have brought to their attention. The ladies in the office are always so welcoming and friendly, the community manager Katrina has been so pleasant to speak and making us feel comfortable and understanding the process of the change in management.
