First thing, major shout out to Dzastina for being awesome! Really made a bad day better with her attitude, resourcefulness and professional abilities. Extremely grateful to her! Joey is also a lot of fun and a major asset to the facility.I always make it a point to speak to those 2 when I can. Love this place and the staff! The location is ideal, surprisingly quieter than one would expect and all the concierge staff I have meet have been a pleasure. Definitely recommend to anyone considering a new Miami home. Unwaveringly pleased with my choice.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! The apartments are comfortable, clean, and quiet, making it a great place to call home. The gym is fully equipped, so there’s no need for an extra membership, and the pool area is spacious and relaxing. The community is very welcoming, especially for families with children and dogs, and having Trader Joe’s just one block away is a huge bonus. What really stands out is the staff. Everyone at Cortland is approachable and always willing to help with any questions, concerns, or feedback. Zachary has been absolutely fantastic and has helped me with so much; I truly appreciate everything he’s done. Joey, Justina, and Adrian have also been incredibly kind and patient throughout my experience. I highly recommend living here. Don’t hesitate to apply!
