Cortland is an awesome community in the Midtown Miami. Great amenities: pool, gym, club house. Can't beat the location either as it is in a super close proximity to the beach, Brickell, Wynwood and Design District. There are plenty of things to do around. The management is also very nice and friendly and handle requests with lightning speed. I would definitely recommend.

I moved in February, and I honestly really enjoy living here. It’s the perfect location, minimal issues, and the staff is always pretty helpful if issues do arise. I highly recommend this building and happy with my choice!

I haven’t lived in an apartment that’s been this well managed since I lived here. The concierge was friendly and the leasing office was helpful. I loved the view from the gym and the pool area was clean. They do a great job enforcing the rules. All of my maintenance requests were completed swiftly. My fridge broke in the middle of the night and they came to replace it within an hour!

Zachary is a GEM! Moving is one of the most stressful things to do, he contacted me towards the end of my lease and we sat down to figure out how I could stay in the community. I am grateful because it allowed me to be exactly where I want to and forfeit moving! I love the community events we have often, the amenities are beautiful and location is undefeated. I really have enjoyed living here for the past few years. There are improvements made often and I appreciate that!
