Joey is also a lot of fun and a major asset to the facility.I always make it a point to speak to those 2 when I can. Love this place and the staff! The location is ideal, surprisingly quieter than one would expect and all the concierge staff I have meet have been a pleasure. Definitely recommend to anyone considering a new Miami home. I can’t say enough good things about this place! The apartments are comfortable, clean, and quiet, making it a great place to call home. The gym is fully equipped, so there’s no need for an extra membership, and the pool area is spacious and relaxing. The community is very welcoming, especially for families with children and dogs, and having Trader Joe’s just one block away is a huge bonus. What really stands out is the staff. Everyone at Cortland is approachable and always willing to help with any questions, concerns, or feedback. Zachary has been absolutely fantastic and has helped me with so much; I truly appreciate everything he’s done. Joey, Justina, and Adrian have also been incredibly kind and patient throughout my experience. I highly recommend living here. Don’t hesitate to apply!

Vivir en Cortland Midtown ha sido genial. La ubicación es súper práctica, cerca de todo. Los apartamentos son cómodos y bien diseñados. Me encanta la piscina renovada, ideal para relajarse. Update: I had issues with the lights in my kitchen. Carlos and Ramon came in and went above and beyond to fix it. They replaced the entire light fixtures and spent a good hour perfecting it. I appreciate their help so much! The maintenance team is incredible here and are always willing to help. Thank you! Moved in recently and could not have asked for a better staff team. Leila in the leasing office has been super helpful; she has made the move-in process so simple for me. She answers all of my questions in a timely manner and goes above and beyond to help me with my concerns. I highly recommend talking to her about Cortland, if you are interested in living here. The place itself is very nice. I’ve enjoyed using the gym and the pool. The hallways are kept clean. There are a lot of dogs in the building but haven’t had any issues with the noise. The elevators sometimes take a while. Overall, it’s a great place so if you are looking to move to Midtown, definitely check out Cortland!

This property is situated in an incredible location, surrounded by fantastic restaurants and entertainment options. The building itself is impeccably maintained, with all amenities clean and recently renovated. The pool area is absolutely stunning! I had the pleasure of meeting Guillermo Martinez, who leads the maintenance team and ensures everything runs smoothly. Huge thanks to him and the team for making this such a great place to live!

The best decision I’ve made was choosing Cortland Midtown! Super location, the units are spacious and comfortable, and there’s a newly renovated pool. The property is kept in excellent condition thanks to the maintenance team led by Mr Guillermo Martinez. I definitely recommend this building!

The team here is incredible! Carlos & Raymond always ensure our unit is in the best possible condition by making timely repairs and they are so incredibly kind and personable. Let me tell you about the absolute best experience I’ve ever had touring rental communities - right here at Cortland with Leila and Maria! Moving in general can be incredibly stressful, anxiety-inducing, and unpleasant if you’re dealing with someone who doesn’t know what they are doing. From the second we met, Leila was incredibly sweet, helpful, knowledgeable, realistic, and understanding. She took her time to listen to my needs and budget, and offered me all options available. During the tour, she went above and beyond getting to know me better and explaining all the features Cortland has to offer - which are many! We moved into Cortland about a month ago, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From the start, Dzastina made us feel welcomed with a thorough and friendly tour, followed by clear and consistent communication about available units. Moving day was seamless, thanks to the team’s organization and support, and their continued helpfulness since then has been outstanding. Having lived in several apartment complexes, I can confidently say that a great management team makes all the difference—not just in how tenants are treated but also in the overall upkeep of the property. The Cortland team excels in every way. The building is clean, the staff is attentive, and the sense of community here is great. As dog owners, we also love how dog-friendly the complex is, with a welcoming environment for our furry friends. I have lived in Cortland Midtown for almost 5 years. Between the location, newly updated in unit features, community amenities and friendly managment, I think it’s one of the best apartment buildings to live in midtown.

Safe neighborhood ,dog friendly and great location . also the building has very beautiful and modern apartments especially with the new upgrades thanks to the new management team. Very friendly front desk staff too , Latoya she s absolutely fantastic , they will always help you with anything that you need . Love the housekeeping especially Leo. they are doing an amazing job keeping the place always clean&fresh . Engineers are always there when you need them and very efficient too . The only thing that i m not very happy about it is that the pool is been under construction since I moved in and things are always moving extremely slowly . Wish I could’ve enjoy a little bit more the amenities of the place. Overall is a great place to live . Totally recommend it.
