Great staff, peaceful neighborhood, good parking, the managers are very understanding and patient will work with you in resolving your issues and making sure that you living there is safe. If you’re looking for area to live, don’t hesitate, Cortland Med Center shall be your 1st option. Been living here for 3yrs and never had a problem.

Cortland Med is an absolutely wonderful place to call home. The complex is GORGEOUS- the landscape lights at night and the palm trees that line the entrance give it a ambience of luxury. The staff members are wonderful and make it a point to give excellent customer service. Whenever I have gone to the office, I am always met with a friendly welcome and any questions or concerns are handled immediately! One of the many things that impress me is the turn around time on service requests- they are always completed within 24 hours and done right! Also, the fitness center is really nice and super clean just like the ENTIRE property. I feel very safe and it is so peaceful there all the time, you never have to worry about animals roaming around or rowdy neighbors. I am 100% satisfied and the 5 Star Rating is solid -I refer Cortland Med to all of my co-workers and friends.

Cortland Med Center is awesome! They handle maintenance requests super promptly, their leasing professionals are always attentive and extremely helpful!! When issues arise they are always there to give suggestions and they go above and beyond to make sure things are taken care of! My family and I love it here, we have been here for over 2 years, we feel safe and welcomed, we have had the best experience thus far! And we love the location, minutes from downtown, Med center, and museum district !!!! All the best!!!

The area is pretty safe, with the gate I never have to worry about my car getting broken into. There are a number of students who live there as well as young professionals. With the pay for the apartment, the gym and pool are an added bonus. Newly renovated appliances and carpet. The buildings have very thin walls so you can often hear people outside the apartment and your neighbors (but that's every apartment building). For any issues with your apartment you need to go directly to the office and speak with someone who will actually address your problems, don't bother to email or call, go directly in.

Recently graduating from UH and getting a job in Houston has been a big stressor. When it came to finding an apartment and signing a lease, it’s been the smoothest transition yet. My leasing agent Shun Polk made me feel like a priority from the first day I visited the property and even after I signed my lease. Definitely the best signing process I’ve been through in all my 5 years in Houston.

The Villas team is great! I have always felt appreciated as a resident and any issues resolved in a reasonable amount of time. I like the amenities at the complex, and the renovations are really great!

Great community to live in. It's tucked away a bit from W. Bellfort so it's really quiet but still very close to 610. There is a train horn but for me it's white noise and not that bothersome, it does not wake me up at night. New ownership has REALLY spruced up the place, new paint and landscaping makes everything look brand new and very pretty. I've never felt unsafe in the community. Oh and it doesn't flood!!! The back parking lot will but not the apartments. Management isn't great with answering phones/emails but they do a good job of sending notifications when there's something residents need to know; and they're very nice and I still love living here!
