Hi My mother has been residing in Cortland for nearly three years and speaks very highly of her experience there. I have been a resident at Cortland Manassas since September 2025, and I have truly enjoyed my experience so far. The community has been very reliable and efficient, and the apartment itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The property manager, Ms. Kim, and office staff member Ms. Nazla are very nice, professional, and especially helpful, always willing to assist whenever needed. Overall, this has been one of the best apartment communities I have ever lived in. The location is also very convenient for my job, and the amenities are consistently kept up to standard. I would definitely recommend this community to friends and family who are looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live. I am very happy to call this place home.
