I truly love how all the units are being updated and renovated. The unit I moved into had brand new appliances and has just been great overall. The maintenance team is super responsive and all the requests I’ve put in so far have been resolved. Any time I come into the leasing office, the team is so quick to help me out with whatever I need. Richard has always been a great help and is very efficient and professional. Overall I think Cortland Manassas is one of the better complexes in the area and I appreciate their dedication to constantly improving the structures and landscape.

We just moved in the other day. So far our experience with the office team has been great. We signed a lease without seeing the unit and got it confused with another layout. So we felt kinda shocked at first but that is our fault. The office staff offered to transfer us but ultimately we decided to stick with the unit we have now. They were quick to try to help us and we already had a possible issue with AC and the maintenance staff came the same day. Community seems to be pretty quiet and our neighbors. They are doing repairs all over so I’m sure constantly busy and doing the best they can. So we wanted to write a nice review. Thank you!

I have been a resident at Cortland Manassas since September 2025, and I have truly enjoyed my experience so far. The community has been very reliable and efficient, and the apartment itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The property manager, Ms. Kim, and office staff member Ms. Nazla are very nice, professional, and especially helpful, always willing to assist whenever needed. Overall, this has been one of the best apartment communities I have ever lived in. The location is also very convenient for my job, and the amenities are consistently kept up to standard. I would definitely recommend this community to friends and family who are looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live. I am very happy to call this place home.

The leasing office made it simple to tour and select my unit. I got in right away. The renovations they're doing are really nice and my 1 bedroom is open and feels really spacious. Plus, they have a cute little dog park and other great amenities. So far I'm happy here!
