We just moved in the other day. So far our experience with the office team has been great. We signed a lease without seeing the unit and got it confused with another layout. So we felt kinda shocked at first but that is our fault. The office staff offered to transfer us but ultimately we decided to stick with the unit we have now. They were quick to try to help us and we already had a possible issue with AC and the maintenance staff came the same day. Community seems to be pretty quiet and our neighbors. They are doing repairs all over so I’m sure constantly busy and doing the best they can. So we wanted to write a nice review. Thank you!

I’ve had a great experience living here. The apartment is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff is friendly and professional. The location is convenient, and I feel safe living here. Definitely a good place to call home.

Hi My mother has been residing in Cortland for nearly three years and speaks very highly of her experience there. Whenever I accompany her to the management office, the staff are consistently courteous and professional—particularly Kim and Richard, who consistently go above and beyond to assist residents.

I have been a resident at Cortland Manassas since September 2025, and I have truly enjoyed my experience so far. The community has been very reliable and efficient, and the apartment itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The property manager, Ms. Kim, and office staff member Ms. Nazla are very nice, professional, and especially helpful, always willing to assist whenever needed. Overall, this has been one of the best apartment communities I have ever lived in. The location is also very convenient for my job, and the amenities are consistently kept up to standard. I would definitely recommend this community to friends and family who are looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live. I am very happy to call this place home.
