Cortland MacArthur Apartments have a lot amenities to offer. The place is beautiful and clean, i t has a gym and an amazing pool area, wonderful units with modern and comfortable interiors. The location is great with multiple shopping centers and restaurants nearby.

She first showed me the shared amenities and explained what residents enjoy about the community before walking me through one of the available units. Moved in a few weeks ago. Chauncee was very helpful from the time I walked in and whenever I had an issue after I moved in. He was very prompt and on top of things. I believe he only only works at this community on Thursdays, but glad I caught him on a Thursday when I came in. My only issue I am dealing with right now is the neighbors above me are obnoxiously loud, I believe part of it is them, and part of it is the fact their unit is not carpeted went above mine. Do your diligence in asking and checking if no getting a ticket op floor unit

Very well maintained property. The gym is always clean and most importantly the equipment actually works! The gates work 85% - 90% of the time which is nice. The community is really big though, the team at the office seem like they are always short staffed but they are helpful when you get ahold of them. Overall it’s a great place to live in Irving

I had such a great experience touring with Gabby! She was very informative, answered all my questions, and even took the time to show me multiple apartments. I literally applied the same day! After getting approved and signing my lease, I called to see if I could view my apartment before move-in. Gabby made sure to contact me when it was ready and scheduled an appointment. When I arrived, she even helped me measure the living room to see if my couch would fit (LOL above and beyond!). I've been at Cortland for several years and the Cortland staff are the reason I have renewed multiple times through two different units/floor plans. Leo and the maintenance team have been great at fixing all issues I have had in my unit. All of my requests have resolved in the same day and a few times within less than 24 hours. Gabby/Gaby in the front office and the team are very responsive at handling issues promptly as well and have helped me through renewals and any needs not related to my physical unit. I feel safe in the community and haven't had any issues with pests or rodents.

Wish there were more Roberto's around. And at the leasing office, Gabby is an incredible resident experience manager. She is very courteous and follows up on requests promptly and professionally. Mo, the boss at the office, is also very responsive and shows care and concern for resident's experience. The clubhouse and gym are really nice with many amenities. The pool is a little small and shallow but has great ambiance. The property is kept very clean and is professionally managed. Thus far, very happy with our living experience here (well, except maybe the rent$$ which are quite high).

Today, I had the delightful experience of touring Cortland MacArthur Apartments in Irving, Texas. I had the pleasure of working with Chauncee, who was truly exceptional—his energy and enthusiasm were infectious. I greatly appreciated his in-depth knowledge of the units and his patience, especially since I tend to be meticulous. The apartments themselves are quite impressive, and this visit has certainly made me reconsider the idea of moving back to Irving. I lived here for almost 2 years and below are pros and cons, Pros - Property is well managed and apartments are clean - maintenance request gets done by next day - location is really good; nearby major grocery stores Con - It’s located just by the freeway 635 and due to traffic it really gets noisy during the day EVEN during the night so if you are very sensitive you will struggle to get sleep Special thanks to the community managers - Shelby B. and Anthony S. who were both gentlemen, respectful and took care of their residents really well.

I lived at Cortland MacArthur for 13 months. The apartment was clean and well maintained. Maintenance workers were prompt, friendly, and skilled at resolving any issues. The community is friendly, quiet, and respectful--great for families. The office staff (Gabby, De-Andre, Kayla) were very helpful and welcoming. Gym, pool, and office center were always clean, stocked, and ready for use. The only con was valet trash--we wish the service (and additional charge) was optional.

I moved into Cortland MacArthur a few weeks ago, and I have to say the entire experience has been fantastic! A huge thank you to De-Andre, my leasing agent, for making the process so smooth and seamless. He was incredibly attentive, answered all my questions (not to mention easy to get a hold of), and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of both during the application process and on move in day. I also want to shout out Leo, the maintenance man, who has been so friendly and helpful. Any time I’ve a request or needed assistance, he’s been quick to respond and make sure everything was handled. CM is also pet friendly, and the dog park is turf which I’m an huge fan of so my pup isn’t getting dirty! I arrived to a well kept and clean apartment with everything in order. So far I haven’t met any neighbors but they seem to be very considerate as I hardly ever hear them from my apartment. Overall, I'm really happy with my new place and the amazing staff here. Highly recommend!

I did the property tour, he showed me the available unit and gave me all the information to get my application done. I was able to move in on the date I asked for and I love my new apartment. I have been living at Cortland MacArthur for about 9 months, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. From the very beginning, the tour was smooth and the leasing consultant, Gabby Slocumb, was incredibly informative and helpful, making the decision to move here an easy one. The moving process was also super easy, with access to my apartment and any questions I had were promptly and professionally addressed. Gabby has been a fantastic resource throughout my time here. When I got a dog, and unfortunately passing away within a short period of time, the management team was not only understanding but also caring and helpful, making a tough time a little easier to bear. The maintenance staff has also been prompt, fixing any issues within 24-48 hours, unless a vendor was required, which took about a week - a reasonable timeframe if you ask me. The only downside I've encountered is that the gates occasionally stay open or don't operate correct, but this hasn't significantly impacted my overall satisfactio

I shifted from a apartment community nearby as this place came with great recommendations. First our good friend moved here, then my husband and I moved here, then we recommended this place to another of our friends. The management is super responsive and makes your needs their priority. The place is pet friendly too. We made great connections with our neighbors, and know people who have lived here for 5-10 years! Overall great experience! The only reason I am giving 4 star is the lack of visitor parking, one of our guests got their cars towed even after getting registered, twice in a span of just 3 months, just because they couldn’t find a spot on visitor and had to park at an open spot. Another drawback is the entrance/exit gate which keeps faltering and getting repaired. In the more than a year tenure of my stay here, I didn’t see a complete week when the gate worked consistently. I’ve been living here since 4-23 and recently signed a new lease. Wouldn’t have renewed if I weren’t happy. This place is quiet, clean and respectable. The staff are quick to address issues that arise, but I’ve only had two in 16 months…minor at that. Professional staff, always willing to accommodate their residents. Cortland uptown Boca is an upscale rental. It feels like we are at a fine resort. The pool is absolutely amazing! The grounds are impeccably clean. After living here for a year, my wife and I decided to move units. Melanie and Leo helped us through the process and worked with us to make sure that the move fit well with our schedules. They also communicated to the manager on our behalf whenever we would hit a snag that needed clarification. By the time move-in day came about, we felt well-equipped by the staff, and the transition was painless. There were a couple of instances in the process where my wife and I were told different things by different people, but it seemed more the result of developing communication chains, not the result of shifty business. I want to stress this: Even if questions or confusions have arisen, we have NEVER felt like we were being taken advantage of here, and for that we’re thankful. The support we’ve gotten from the staff is always genuine and refreshing. Shoutout to the Cortland team, particularly Melanie and Leo who went above and beyond. I can definitely see myself moving into these apartments. My kind of style and my vibe. You know as a tenant , it’s important that iGet along with the staff. When iTell you Alvin was nothing short of amazing, he’s phenomenal. It’s obviously hot outside right now, I didn’t even have to ask, he immediately brought me a bottle of water. Even if iDint like the apartments (which iDo) I’d move here just for the customer service that Alvin provided. He needs a raise honestly, because it’s the little things that really captivates a customer like myself.

I have lived here for 15 months from 2022 to early 2023. Pros: Prime Location, Amazing Maintenance, functional floor plans, not seen any bugs and a spacious gym. Always got quick responses from manager Danteil, Leo and Dom and were friendly in communication. Cons: Worst Insulation ( for a one bed, the monthly consumption was ridiculously high, upon multiple calls with TDU, electricity provider and house inspection, It seems there are lot of leaks and a very bad insulation ) Cortland tried to fix those leaks but they are just too many and didn’t tried to fix the insulation part and wasted a lot of my money on bills.

Excellent stay as my first stay in USA, everything is very good maintenance is very good within 1 day any issue will be fixed. Staff is supportive.. Melanie,Shelby excellent..would highly recommend to stay here.

My husband and I relocated for New Jersey a few months back. We were helped by Darick and a few others in the office. From the time we moved in, the place looked great. very minor issues since then. The team is also doing upgrades this year I'm told so we're excited to see what it looks like later in the year. I'd certainly recommend.

I've really enjoyed my stay here thus far. My husband and I have stayed at Aleo for 4 years now and have been here through a lot of changes. The people the have now are the best we've seen. Primairly Jose Martinez, and Julius. They are extremely helpful and are alwasy so quick to asssit.

Amazing place thus far! Will update my review at the 6 month mark, but really like the teams and their helpfulness. Location is great right off 635, lots of shops near by as well. The have a sweet gym and the homes have a lot of nice sunlight. I would highly recommend.

I really enjoy it here, lived here for about 2 years with my wife and our dogs. They keep up with the place mostly and upgrade the group spaces like the gym and dog park well enough. They have a guy named Jose on their team that is pretty good.

One of the better places in the area primarily due to the location. Right off the highway and there's tons of shops nearby. The staff is nice and very helpful. I wish they would update the flooring here, as most homes have carpet. But other than that it's great.

Very much like this place and would suggest to anyone. The team is very good at fixing issues. I place requests and they fix them in 1 day. Much better than my old place. I would recommend Jose to fix any of your issues.

I have lived here for about 3 months now. I would recommend to anyone in the Las Colinas area. There is a walking trail nearby and the gym is amazing. Small issue with their gates but I think they said they're fixing it soon.

Today young Jose Martinez came to our apartment, we were having a few issues and he was able to fix them right away... he was amazing! Very effective! Friendly and agreat communicator overall. Love the maintenance team they are great people very hardworking and always get the job done. Very friendly people. Thanks for always making what seems to be a big issue small... 👏👏👏👏

Great location in a nice area of Irving close to all the amenities I personally need. Danteil was a great help in answering all my inquiries and explained the leasing process thoroughly. The site is very clean and up to date. I will definitely look into moving to these properties as soon as my lease is up!

One of the best costumer service experiences I have had in a long time! Jennifer helped answer all the questions I had and made me feel comfortable looking into a new home for me and my family. Came here and Jennifer was super helpful! I was looking to look into a house with a community that made me feel safe and made sure that everyone was heard and Jennifer made me feel that! The community was beautiful and clean but the customer service here was ultimately what sold me. Im so excited to move somewhere that values resident experiences. If you’re looking to relocate to Irving, this place should definitely be on the top of your list.

This location is probably the best part about this place. Across the high way has loads of shops, grocery stores and stuff. The office staff is also very helpful. I’d for sure recommend

I have to say the maintenance team here really is top notch. Every time I have an issue I just submit a request and it’s taken care of almost immediately. The office staff is super friendly too. I’d rate this place a 10/10 from customer service alone

It is almost 2 years of living in this apartment. Staffs are nice and very helpful! I feel safe to live here and I do not worry about safety at night when I walk by myself. Parking always has been issue. If you did not get a parking carport, yup. That would be very stressful time to find a spot every day. So I purchased carport which I pay $45 dollars/ month. It is pricy but it is worth it. So far, my experience has been pretty good. I got this apartment during covid time (2020) so the price was on sale, but now I started paying almost 400 dollars more from last year. If they increase rent again for my next renewal.... I probably have to move out :( And please please, When you invite your friends over, make sure register their car for parking registration. It will expire within 24 hours. Towing people don't play around. They are super punctual on time so watch out your time ( my boyfriend's car got towed one time and it was NOT PLEASANT AT ALL) Overall, if you don't have a problem with parking spots issue, I

I lived in this community for 15 months. I'd like to highlight that the current Leasing Mgr, Julia as true assest to this property! The downs for me was the parking changes while I was there and 3 of my guests were towed. Also my unit had a lot of pipe issues, there are neighbors walking in the drive routes at night, and lack of gate codes updates. The ups was the unit style, community location, and service team coming to fix things as needed.
