El lugar es muy acogedor sus piscinas, gimnasio, área de negocios y área social, entre otras cosas. Es, además, un lugar muy seguro para los niños.

I am a single girl in my 20s and have lived here at Cortland MacArthur since Oct 2023. I have more great things to say but also some improvements are much needed. Pros: I like my apartment a lot. - Maintenance team responded to service request very promptly (Leo and Jose are the two guys who came in and they are very nice and quick to address the issues). - Great landscape around and the overall surrounding environment is pretty well-maintained. There were big puddles here and there after raining, but it did not bother me much. - Resident team (separate from front desk) is very responsive and quick to address my questions and concerns. - I feel safe walking around the apartment complex at late night. - Quarterly pest control: I had a few small bugs here and there but not bad enough that impacted my experience here. - Major grocery stores all within less than 10 min drive. Post office, library and many other places are very close by. - It's my 3rd year living here and my base rent remained the same in every re

I moved into this property last month, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. Anthony, Mo, Chauncey and the rest of the office team have been amazing. They are always positive, respectful, and attentive to residents’ needs. The maintenance team has also been great, and the property is consistently well maintained. Moved in a few weeks ago. Chauncee was very helpful from the time I walked in and whenever I had an issue after I moved in. He was very prompt and on top of things. I believe he only only works at this community on Thursdays, but glad I caught him on a Thursday when I came in. My only issue I am dealing with right now is the neighbors above me are obnoxiously loud, I believe part of it is them, and part of it is the fact their unit is not carpeted went above mine. Do your diligence in asking and checking if no getting a ticket op floor unit

After getting approved and signing my lease, I called to see if I could view my apartment before move-in. Gabby made sure to contact me when it was ready and scheduled an appointment. I've been at Cortland for several years and the Cortland staff are the reason I have renewed multiple times through two different units/floor plans. Leo and the maintenance team have been great at fixing all issues I have had in my unit. All of my requests have resolved in the same day and a few times within less than 24 hours. Gabby/Gaby in the front office and the team are very responsive at handling issues promptly as well and have helped me through renewals and any needs not related to my physical unit. I feel safe in the community and haven't had any issues with pests or rodents.

Cortland has truly been a wonderful place to call home. With great amenities like the gym and pool, and everything conveniently located nearby, from the grocery store to CVS, it’s made daily life so easy and comfortable. A special shoutout to Roberto from the maintenance team, who has been incredibly helpful and responsive in quickly resolving any issues at home.

Great experience so far at Cortland. It's been a couple of years for us here. The service team is really really good, especially Roberto! He's very prompt and respectful with all our requests. Wish there were more Roberto's around. And at the leasing office, Gabby is an incredible resident experience manager. She is very courteous and follows up on requests promptly and professionally. Mo, the boss at the office, is also very responsive and shows care and concern for resident's experience. The clubhouse and gym are really nice with many amenities. The pool is a little small and shallow but has great ambiance. The property is kept very clean and is professionally managed. Thus far, very happy with our living experience here (well, except maybe the rent$$ which are quite high).

From the day I stepped on this Property in February of 2020, until this very day, Mr. Roberto Martinez has been outstanding! Today, I had the delightful experience of touring Cortland MacArthur Apartments in Irving, Texas. I had the pleasure of working with Chauncee, who was truly exceptional—his energy and enthusiasm were infectious. I greatly appreciated his in-depth knowledge of the units and his patience, especially since I tend to be meticulous. The apartments themselves are quite impressive, and this visit has certainly made me reconsider the idea of moving back to Irving. If you get the chance to visit any of their locations, be sure to ask for Chauncee; your day will certainly be brighter after your visit.

I lived here for almost 2 years and below are pros and cons, Pros - Property is well managed and apartments are clean - maintenance request gets done by next day - location is really good; nearby major grocery stores Con - It’s located just by the freeway 635 and due to traffic it really gets noisy during the day EVEN during the night so if you are very sensitive you will struggle to get sleep Special thanks to the community managers - Shelby B. and Anthony S. who were both gentlemen, respectful and took care of their residents really well.

I lived at Cortland MacArthur for 13 months. The apartment was clean and well maintained. Maintenance workers were prompt, friendly, and skilled at resolving any issues. The community is friendly, quiet, and respectful--great for families. The office staff (Gabby, De-Andre, Kayla) were very helpful and welcoming. Gym, pool, and office center were always clean, stocked, and ready for use. The only con was valet trash--we wish the service (and additional charge) was optional.

I recently moved to this community. Management is really nice. Mo is aways friendly and welcoming, he solves any issues almost instantly. I like the clubhouse, its really chill and smells amazing and is a great place to hang out. The neighbors are also really friendly. The community also organizes a lot of events for the residents.

I came in on a Friday desperate to find a place that i liked that I could move in quickly. I walked in and met De-Andre and told him everything I needed and how quickly I needed to move in. I did the property tour, he showed me the available unit and gave me all the information to get my application done. I was able to move in on the date I asked for and I love my new apartment. I appreciate De-Andre for his help and knowledge. I saw the reviews online and asked questions to make sure the unit I got worked for me and my family. I shifted from a apartment community nearby as this place came with great recommendations. First our good friend moved here, then my husband and I moved here, then we recommended this place to another of our friends. The management is super responsive and makes your needs their priority. The place is pet friendly too. We made great connections with our neighbors, and know people who have lived here for 5-10 years! Overall great experience! The only reason I am giving 4 star is the lack of visitor parking, one of our guests got their cars towed even after getting registered, twice in a span of just 3 months, just because they couldn’t find a spot on visitor and had to park at an open spot. Another drawback is the entrance/exit gate which keeps faltering and getting repaired. In the more than a year tenure of my stay here, I didn’t see a complete week when the gate worked consistently. One of our friends had the gate close on his car, because of this uncertainty thus damaging his car. But if you keep these nuan

I’ve been living here since 4-23 and recently signed a new lease. Wouldn’t have renewed if I weren’t happy. This place is quiet, clean and respectable. The staff are quick to address issues that arise, but I’ve only had two in 16 months…minor at that. Professional staff, always willing to accommodate their residents. I’ll not be moving until I retire and move back north. I appreciate the opportunity to be part of this community.

The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing/removing furniture, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintence quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting from cortland for the remainder of my years in , and I strongly recommend their properties to all of the incoming renters looking for housing. it’s all in the service. Last year, I toured around 15 apartments in the Irving area, and Cortland MacArthur stood out the most. The maintenance team is exceptional, and the apartments are the cleanest I’ve seen in town. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I’m so pleased with my experience that I’ve extended my lease for another year. Highly recommend living here!

Recently toured this property and I was very impressed. The other person who works at the front was out but the manager, Anthony, made some time and showed me around. The pool area was really nice and liked the fact that they had multiple grills. The apartments themselves looked great and the area is very convenient. If it wasn't because I got a great deal at another place, I would have leased here for sure.
