She called us over video and was incredibly patient, walking us through the entire property and answering all our questions without rushing us. The community itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers great pricing for the value. Moved in a few weeks ago. Chauncee was very helpful from the time I walked in and whenever I had an issue after I moved in. He was very prompt and on top of things. I believe he only only works at this community on Thursdays, but glad I caught him on a Thursday when I came in. My only issue I am dealing with right now is the neighbors above me are obnoxiously loud, I believe part of it is them, and part of it is the fact their unit is not carpeted went above mine. Do your diligence in asking and checking if no getting a ticket op floor unit

I had such a great experience touring with Gabby! She was very informative, answered all my questions, and even took the time to show me multiple apartments. I literally applied the same day! After getting approved and signing my lease, I called to see if I could view my apartment before move-in. Gabby made sure to contact me when it was ready and scheduled an appointment. When I arrived, she even helped me measure the living room to see if my couch would fit (LOL above and beyond!). I've been at Cortland for several years and the Cortland staff are the reason I have renewed multiple times through two different units/floor plans. Leo and the maintenance team have been great at fixing all issues I have had in my unit. All of my requests have resolved in the same day and a few times within less than 24 hours. Gabby/Gaby in the front office and the team are very responsive at handling issues promptly as well and have helped me through renewals and any needs not related to my physical unit. I feel safe in the community and haven't had any issues with pests or rodents.

Great experience so far at Cortland. It's been a couple of years for us here. The service team is really really good, especially Roberto! He's very prompt and respectful with all our requests. Wish there were more Roberto's around. And at the leasing office, Gabby is an incredible resident experience manager. She is very courteous and follows up on requests promptly and professionally. Mo, the boss at the office, is also very responsive and shows care and concern for resident's experience. The clubhouse and gym are really nice with many amenities. The pool is a little small and shallow but has great ambiance. The property is kept very clean and is professionally managed. Thus far, very happy with our living experience here (well, except maybe the rent$$ which are quite high).

Roberto Martinez did an excellent job fixing my toilet water leak. It was a problem from very long. It had a small leak hard to figure it out. He fixed it going through ot thoroughly

My experience here at this Property has been a great one over the past five years! The primary reason why I continued to stay for an additional 15 months is the wonderful staff! From the day I stepped on this Property in February of 2020, until this very day, Mr. Roberto Martinez has been outstanding! He has been a great help to me over the term of my Leases by always providing me with excellent customer care. Mr. Martinez is "The BEST Service Manager" I have ever worked with. I have lived in various properties from New York to Las Colinas and there is no one like Roberto! I am always greeted with a warm smile as I receive outstanding customer service. I am looking forward to my next 15 months here at Cortland MacArthur with Mr. Roberto Martinez as my Service Manager. Please pass on my many thanks to Mr. Roberto Martinez for his outstanding work ethic and excellent customer service. Today, I had the delightful experience of touring Cortland MacArthur Apartments in Irving, Texas. I had the pleasure of working with Chauncee, who was truly exceptional—his energy and enthusiasm were infectious. I greatly appreciated his in-depth knowledge of the units and his patience, especially since I tend to be meticulous. The apartments themselves are quite impressive, and this visit has certainly made me reconsider the idea of moving back to Irving. If you get the chance to visit any of their locations, be sure to ask for Chauncee; your day will certainly be brighter after your visit.
