I am truly at a loss for words to fully express the positive experience I’ve had with Mo recently. Mo has demonstrated exceptional understanding, compassion, and a genuine willingness to help me resolve my situation. From the moment I first reached out to him, we were able to find a suitable unit in approximately 48 hours, even amidst his busy schedule. Throughout the process, I observed how Mo managed to prioritize the needs of other tenants while assisting me, further highlighting his dedication and professionalism. During my stay, I’ve also had the pleasure of interacting with Anthony, who has been equally wonderful. He was incredibly kind, accommodating, and a true asset to the team. I recently moved to this community. Management is really nice. Mo is aways friendly and welcoming, he solves any issues almost instantly. I like the clubhouse, its really chill and smells amazing and is a great place to hang out. The neighbors are also really friendly. The community also organizes a lot of events for the residents.

I came in on a Friday desperate to find a place that i liked that I could move in quickly. I walked in and met De-Andre and told him everything I needed and how quickly I needed to move in. I did the property tour, he showed me the available unit and gave me all the information to get my application done. I was able to move in on the date I asked for and I love my new apartment. I appreciate De-Andre for his help and knowledge. I saw the reviews online and asked questions to make sure the unit I got worked for me and my family. I can't say enough know much I love this community!

I have been living at Cortland MacArthur for about 9 months, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. From the very beginning, the tour was smooth and the leasing consultant, Gabby Slocumb, was incredibly informative and helpful, making the decision to move here an easy one. The moving process was also super easy, with access to my apartment and any questions I had were promptly and professionally addressed. Gabby has been a fantastic resource throughout my time here. When I got a dog, and unfortunately passing away within a short period of time, the management team was not only understanding but also caring and helpful, making a tough time a little easier to bear. The maintenance staff has also been prompt, fixing any issues within 24-48 hours, unless a vendor was required, which took about a week - a reasonable timeframe if you ask me. The only downside I've encountered is that the gates occasionally stay open or don't operate correct, but this hasn't significantly impacted my overall satisfactio
