I’ve had a great experience living in this building, and a huge part of that is because of the property staff and concierge staff. They are consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful — it really makes the building feel welcoming and well-run. I especially want to recognize Izaiah. He always goes above and beyond, remembers residents, and is so kind and attentive every time I interact with him. Whether it’s helping with packages, answering questions, or just greeting you with a positive attitude, he truly makes a difference and sets the tone for the whole building. It’s rare to find front desk staff who care this much, and it doesn’t go unnoticed. Because of them, this feels like a place I’m happy to call home. Highly recommend!

I have lived at Cortland M Line for about 3 years and it is the first apartment that has truly felt like home. Management, maintenance and the concierge staff are all incredibly friendly and exceptional at what they do. Isaiah especially is professional, responsive, kind, and always goes above and beyond to help residents. Can’t wait to continue calling these apartments home!

We have lived in this community for three years and during that time have experienced three different floor plans, all of which have been well designed, comfortable, and easy to make feel like home. That kind of consistency says a lot about the quality of the apartments and the care that goes into maintaining them. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the management especially Olivia. Olivia is absolutely amazing. She is professional, responsive, kind, and always goes above and beyond to help residents. Any questions or concerns are handled quickly, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the people who live here. She has made our experience living here better in every way. Maintenance has always been reliable and timely, the community is clean and quiet, and the location is very convenient. After three years, it’s easy to say this has been a great place to live, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-run apartment community.

My husband and I have lived here for three years and we could never run out of words to describe how much we love Cortland M-Line, especially the staff that makes the building so special! Living in three floorplans at this point, we have always appreciated the building, the amenities, the location, and so much more! Olivia and Izaiah are both the absolute best and go above and beyond to make sure you are seen and valued as a resident, always stepping in to assist in anyway they can! We always say there quite literally isn’t anything we’d change about Cortland M-line and we would live here forever if we didn’t want a house! This experience honestly would not be the same without Olivia and Izaiah though - we can confidently say we might’ve already moved if it wasn’t for them! If you’re moving to Dallas and contemplating where to live, touring numerous places, and reading many reviews, avoid any hesitancy and move to Cortland M-line!!

I’ve lived here for nearly 6 years, through 3 management companies and Cortland has been my favorite. I love the updates on the property. They’re always communicative and responsive. I was out of town for 10 days and must’ve left a light on in my car and per return , my car was dead! I went down to the office and asked Olivia if maintenance happened to be available to help me jump my car. Obviously this isn’t their job to assist something of that nature, but they didn’t hesitate to help. CHRIS from the leasing office, within MINIUTES (instead of waiting for hours for Triple AAA) offered to help and squared me away. I had a key remake issue with my storage unit months ago and he personally helped me making sure it was resolved immediately. I love living in a community where it truly feels like a community. Between management, how responsive, professional and nice maintenance is, the concierge addressing me(and my dog) by name everyday and just how above and beyond they are; I wouldn’t choose to live anywhere e

My daughter-in-law and I toured this community while she was looking for an apartment, and we had such a great experience! The staff was so nice and welcoming, they really took the time to show us around and follow up afterwards. The community itself is beautiful and very well kept. The concierge being there 24/7 and the Sky Lounge Resident Bar is a wonderful perk. She ended up not moving in for personal reasons, but we were both super impressed and would definitely recommend checking it out!

I’ve been at Cortland M-Line for a few years now and couldn’t be happier. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond. The amenities are great, and the rooftop bar is definitely a highlight. Max and the rest of the bar team are super welcoming and make every visit a good time. Highly recommend this place.

In Q3 of 2020, our daughter began to explore relocation options to Dallas, TX from after she finished college in Tennessee for a job post-graduation. A very exciting, but challenging time to move to a new state during the Pandemic. We searched online and via telephone/zoom calls to many different apartments within the Dallas area and learned so much during the process. When we landed on our first call with the Cortland M-Line staff, we immediately were immersed in a feeling of, “this is going to be great!”. The gentleman who helped us with virtual tours was so friendly, accommodating and patient. He shared many videos with us of the units available for a Nov/Dec 2020 start date and we were sold. The move in process was so smooth (despite having to relocate a far distance) and the staff was very accommodating. We watched the virtual video again, together, anticipating the day that this unit would soon be “hers”. For how long? Who knew. I’ve lived at Cortland M-Line for five years, and it has been nothing short of excellent. The apartments are modern and thoughtfully designed, with high-end finishes, and spacious layouts. The building offers everything you could want, rooftop pool and lounge, a great fitness center, secure parking with EV charging. The location can’t be beat either; being right on McKinney Avenue with the M-Line Trolley, restaurants, shops, and the Katy Trail just steps away makes everyday life convenient and enjoyable. I especially want to thank James for his outstanding assistance. He’s consistently professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful.
