I toured Courtland M-Line with Chris this week, and it was one of the best property tours I’ve had. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and Chris was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful in providing details about both the property and the surrounding area!

All of the staff is wonderful. Since day 1 Izaiah has made my experience amazing. He welcomes everyone with a smile, remembers people’s names, and goes above and beyond to help with whatever you need. Even my guests comment on how sweet he is. I genuinely believe he shapes the spirit of the building and his presence is the main reason I decided to renew my lease despite the price increase. Maya is also newer to the team but a great addition! Javier on the maintenance team is also always welcoming and has a positive energy that makes you smile. My issues are always resolved timely and I feel safe knowing they are here to help with anything. The building itself is nice and clean, the management is solid and addresses concerns fairly quickly. Elevators can be slow and I wish the rooftop was open more hours but those are my only complaints. Overall I’ve had a great experience primarily due to the team!

Had a great experience touring the property with Chris. He was exceptional at guiding the tour and explaining everything around the community in a clear and professional way. He took the time to answer all my questions, pointed out important details about the amenities and apartments, and made the entire process feel comfortable and informative. Chris was amazing during my tour at Cortland M Line. He was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and made the entire experience feel welcoming and comfortable from the start. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, walked me through the different options available, and never made me feel pressured at any point. What stood out most was how genuine and attentive he was throughout the tour. You can tell he really cares about helping people find the right fit and making sure they have a great experience. Touring with Chris honestly left a really positive impression of the property overall. Highly recommend asking for him if you’re considering Cortland M Line!

Chris was absolutely incredible and we have never had such a wonderful apartment tour as we had with him. We are truly considering renting from Cortland and Chris is a huge part of that. Additionally, the front desk woman and bartender were a pleasure to meet as well!

We have lived here almost 2 years now, and have loved every second of it. On top of great location, you can expect timely maintenance, friendly staff, and really cool amenities. There is so much to do in walking distance, from great restaurants and bars to shopping and even a movie theater! We also loved the events hosted by the property, in the rooftop bar and at the pool in the summers (bonus poolside bar service in the summers). I personally even made friends with my neighbor through one of the provided weekly workout programs offered in the fitness center. The apartment itself is very clean and has updated features. Really can’t think of many issues we have experienced since living here. Even parking is never a hassle. No bugs. All issues with appliances were resolved as quickly as possible. The only problem I would ding them for is sometimes the elevators don’t work, but even then it is never an issue for very long and there is usually at least one elevator working when the other is down (and we personal

I have lived at this community for 3 years and I have yet to find a reason to leave! The community is well-maintained, quiet, and feels like home. Both Isaiah & Chris are always so responsive and quick to help in the most friendly, professional way! I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a safe, clean, comfortable living experience in Uptown Dallas!

I have lived at the Cortland at M-Line since November ‘25. I don’t think I’ve ever really enjoyed where I lived until now! It feels like the staff and residents have maid their own community. From the leasing staff to maintenance to even the rooftop bartenders, service is like none other! Shout out to Chris Cassel at leasing for answering all my questions (no matter how many times I asked) and for always looking out for his residents! Absolutely LOVE this place!
