Sweetest staff/maintenance/concierge. Taner helped me move in, maintenance staff went above and beyond with my move on, and concierge was super positive and helpful. Great apartments. Staff makes this place 5 star luxury. Lots of events. Location in town and being near the trolley is awesome. Very safe. The views in the tower are the best in the area. Highly recommend living here!

I moved to Cortland M-Line a year ago and my experience so far has been great! Richie (from maintenance) is an absolute gem and he helped me set up and build most of my furniture! He’s always been so quick to lend me a helping hand and is always quick to respond to any requests I put in my resident portal, 10/10!

Beautiful community! We have been here for almost a year and the on-site team does a fantastic job keeping the entire community clean and well-maintained. The finish out of the apartments is high end with excellent amenities including an on-site concierge in the main lobby. They are very responsive and friendly when we need them. Wyatt is always available and helpful to us. Maintenance is quick to respond to our service requests. Overall, a great living experience in a prime location. Highly recommend this community!

I’ve lived at Cortland M-Line for a year and a half now with my fiancée, and it is hands down the best apartment experience we have had in Dallas over the last six years. The location in Uptown is convenient and walkable with great restaurants right downstairs, without being ultra rowdy at night. The building is kept clean overall, the unit interiors are modern, the view from the 20th floor is unbeatable, and management recently added package lockers and a dog park to the amenities (with more upgrades rumored to be in the works). The onsite team really sets this place apart from everywhere else – Heather and Wyatt are super friendly and host lively resident events, the concierge staff is welcoming, and maintenance requests are handled almost immediately (not that we’ve had many at all – just the occasional light bulb change). We recently renewed our lease and plan to keep renewing here.

Cortland M-line has made an excellent home for the last year and a half. The leasing agents are all kind and professional. The front desk and the maintenance staff are also extremely professional, well trained, and all willing to go beyond their job description to help meet your needs. The location in central uptown, the pool, and the rooftop lounge are some of best amenities you will find at any upscale apartment complex.

The staff at Cortland Las Casas are without a doubt the best leasing staff I have ever dealt with. Being 1200 miles away and knowing I needed a place fast, they were so prompt in processing the paper work to get me in. They also helped me step by step in filling out the paperwork, and answering all the questions I had. They were and are always so cheery and helpful when speaking with them and go beyond the extra mile. I have probably only written 5 reviews ever, but for this staff, they deserve to be lauded. Great job ladies and gentlemen!!

I could get lost for words when I talk about how the Cortland Line apartments. I want to especially highlight Heather for being so accommodating during my move and my subsequent transfer of apartments from the 2nd floor to the 19th floor. The staff at the Cortland-M line whether it is management, maintenance or the concierge, has proven to me from the outset that they take service very seriously. The complex is beautifully constructed, very affordable and is located in the heart of Uptown Dallas which is truly one of the best situated areas to live in.

I moved in 2 months ago and I have nothing but great things to say! Heather is the one who initially helped me out and has made sure, me and my roommate were taken care of. This place is very clean, very well kept, and the staff is always so friendly! I highly recommend living here. I would consider this place the best place to live in uptown!

I’m going on my 3rd year here and I cannot emphasize enough that the location and views are amazing. I’ve had some personal struggles with management for one reason or another, however, I will say the current management (specifically Heather) is working hard to advance the community and make some needed additions and enhancement to the property. I would recommend this as a place to live if you are looking in the Uptown area.

My fiancé and I loved living at M-Line! It is on a quiet part of McKinney so there’s never too much commotions from bars or restaurants downstairs. New management seems good, knowledgeable, and nice! There was a consistent issue of one of the elevators being down and living on the 19th floor, it was a little inconvenient. But it seemed to have been resolved the last couple months of our lease! The pool and grill areas are very clean and the gym was sufficient enough for an apartment gym. I wish there was a dog park, but that’s my only complaint! We will miss our time at M-Line!
