Wonderful property management (Olivia) and maintenance team (Javier), unbeatable views and incredible amenities. The private and professionally staffed rooftop bar is the best thing in town!!! We just renewed our lease since we believe this is the best location in Dallas: the building is walking distance to Whole Foods, pharmacies and many good restaurants/bars. West village is a short 2-min walk where you’ll find anything you need. You also have an easy access to the Katy Trail which leads you to either Knox or the American Airline Center. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a new place to call home in Dallas!

**Touring and Management Experience** In Dallas, this is one of the best properties I’ve toured with the best customer service. No one else comes close. The staff are friendly, effective, and relatable. Amenities exemplify luxury, apartments are high-end, cleaning staff is thorough, and maintenance is responsive. The fees are slightly higher than website, but this makes sense given the quality of the apartment. If you are looking for an apartment with a “wow” factor, great location, and excellent management, this is the one. Reason I did not sign here- Person circumstances might take me out of Dallas soon, so it made sense to sign a short term lease at my current apartment. If I stay in Dallas, I anticipate to sign a lease with M-Line.

I've lived at Cortland M-line for over two years, and I couldn't be happier! The apartments are modern and well-maintained. Izaiah and Taner are always incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure any concerns are addressed quickly. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place to call home.

Love the Cortland M-Line! Hands down best part is the 24/7 concierge — Izaiah especially goes above and beyond for the residents that live here! He is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about the residents. His attention to detail and willingness to assist truly sets the standard for what a concierge should be. It’s comforting to know that there's someone so reliable and dedicated in our corner!

Absolutely the best apartment I have lived in and very central to the Uptown Dallas area. I love the 24 hour concierge and Isaiah especially has been super helpful and kind. Very pet friendly and the full service bar on the sky lounge is a big plus?

I’ve been living here for about three months, and it’s been an outstanding experience. The pool is always sparkling clean and beautifully maintained—truly a highlight. The rooftop bar is another gem, open Thursday through Sunday, with stunning views you won’t find anywhere else in Dallas. What’s even better is the staff—Max, Andrea, and Allison—who are incredible. We frequent the rooftop most weekends, whether we’re hanging out with friends or just relaxing on our own, and it’s always a great time. The drink prices are surprisingly reasonable, especially considering the incredible views. The units themselves are gorgeous and thoughtfully designed. While there were a few minor issues when I moved in, the team was incredibly responsive. Javier from maintenance was a standout, quickly resolving everything—often within just a few hours of placing a request.
