Been here for 5 months and I couldn’t be happier. I absolutely love my home, the area, amenities, the community and the staff is always super friendly. Maintenance is pretty timely for requests, quiet neighborhood, no excessively noisy neighbors. The property is always clean and well kept. Trash areas get a little crazy but at its worst is Christmas time for obvious reasons. Parking is tricky, especially for guests, but that’s my only official complaint.

I’ve lived here for 3 months and so far I’m super happy with the apartment! It’s updated, high ceilings, and amenities are pretty okay. I do have to say I’ve seen some bad reviews for safety? I walk with a 1.5 year old every day morning and night as well as just me and my dog sometimes super late.. never once have I felt unsafe. Theres literally so many people walking their dogs everywhere. I’ve never seen any homeless people here, much less around lone tree lol. I’ve yet to hear a gun shot, this is not aurora lol. Super close to all shopping amenities and so easy to get on 470 or i25. My only complaint would be that units with indoor entrances do need work. Staff is super friendly and maintenance peeps are cool. 9/10 recommend. Fix the building doors, send a notice about owners with dogs picking up poop and I would say 10/10 for area and price.

I’ve seen complaints about the thin walls, and while we do hear the neighbors walking above us from time to time, there isn’t anything out of the norm of living in a multi floor complex or apartment building. All in all, we’re enjoying our experience here and absolutely love the location. A great combo with good customer service!

Don’t listen to the reviews from several months/years ago. I have never felt unsafe. The staff had an overhaul and are AMAZING now. The design touches are classy. I am proud to have such a beautiful apartment. I always feel listened to by the staff (Julie and Keyanna). Work orders sometimes take a bit, but they are on top of it! My only real complaint is how dirty common areas can get….but you can’t blame the complex on gross people not picking up after themselves (as they actively are trying to enforce). I was really worried moving from a home in Texas to an apartment— but I love love love the convenience of the location and how it truly feels like home!

The maintenance team here is amazing I’ve been living in apartments/rentals for 5 years and have never had such a friendly and responsive maintenance team! Jason went above and beyond my expectations! My best friend and I have a rather large dog (who really enjoys giving people hugs 😂) in previous apartments we have had maintenance people genuinely fearful of coming in cause our dog is so big even though he’s insanely friendly when Jason called to set up time to come I told him i probably wouldn’t be able to be home for them during business hours for the next couple of days to keep the dog out of there way. Not only did he know exactly who we were but remembered our dog and said he had absolutely no problem coming in to fix things while we weren’t home and that he loves dogs. I told him as long as he was okay with some big dog love to go for it. He happily went in and took care of everything. My experience with Cortland Lone Tree has been nothing short of amazing. My family is relocating from Florida to Colorado suddenly and on a very short time frame. We decided to rent an apartment while we’re selling our home and settled on Cortland Lone Tree. Julie Ritter jumped right in to help from the moment my application was submitted. She offered to set up a Zoom tour of the exact model we will be renting and hosted it within 15 minutes of us chatting. We recently moved in a few weeks ago, and so far, so good! It's a relatively quiet complex with good views and nicely renovated units. The kitchens in these apartments are some of the nicest I've seen while looking for apartments. Everyone is pretty friendly, and Julie at the front desk is great. She helped us out through everything, responded quickly and concisely to every question we had, and her helpfulness was a big reason we chose to move here instead of elsewhere. Having had bad office support in the past, this is a nice change of pace.

Keyanna Pollard has been great every time I come to the office. Although it is usually about trash or a door propped open, she is always welcoming and cheerful. Ive been working with Keyanna on finding the perfect place for me and my husband to relocate to at Cortland lone Tree, and she has been extremely helpful and accommodating to work with. Over the last couple months, we’ve been communicating sometimes daily regarding any questions, concerns, or anything that comes up. No question was too small and she worked with us on every detail needed whether with phone calls, virtual tours of apartments and parking areas, text messages, etc. We haven’t moved in yet but are extremely excited for when we do. I’ll be sure to update my review once we have more experience living here, but if the standard is anything close to the bar Keyanna hasset for us, I’m sure it’ll be another five stars!

I have lived here for 8 years and never had an issue. The staff is amazing and will help out anyway they can. I told Ryan about my mailbox needing fixed and 5 min later it was fixed! The complex is quiet and I love coming home here!

We have lived here for almost four years now. We have enjoyed our time here and found the staff to be responsive and understanding. The few "emergencies" we have had were addressed quickly. Julie is quick to respond and solve issues. Our dog Molly recently passed away and she quickly removed the monthly pet fee. We very much appreciated that! Like any apartment community, you are going to have common issues. Yes, sometimes your neighbors are not respectful. Yes, parking can be challenging as we all fight for garage spots when it snows. We have met great neighbors and enjoyed walks with our dog getting to know people (and dogs!). The location is great for us as we both work in the area and priced appropriately for Lone Tree.

After having a job at iDE in June 2022, we have moved from Montgomery village, Maryland to Denver on 18th June. A friend of mine recommended and arranged our rental house with Cortland Lone Tree, accordingly we have moved on 18th June and staying with our dearest Cortland community in Lone Tree. The apartment is fully equipped with necessary amenities. The management and service staff are highly efficient and always supportive for the community. We have enjoyed our very Best time with the Cortland Community, the neghbors are helpful. We have attended a number of community events. We are leaving Cortland Lone Tree to Boulder, because our two daughters are studying at CU Boulder. We will miss Corland Community a Lot! Cortland Lone Tree is a lovely and secured place to live in. My time living at Cortland Lone Tree was amazing. Julie, Keyanna and Matt in the office made my move in and move out processes a breeze. I had to put in a couple work orders while I lived here but the Maintence team was always very quick to assist. Every staff member I interacted with was very kind and helpful when I needed it. We moved into a house after living here but if we ever moved back into an apartment we would be back here in a heartbeat.

I moved into Cortland a few months ago, and have had a great experience so far! Julie helped me with the application and move-in process, and she has been super helpful and awesome in making me feel comfortable and answering all of my questions! All of the Cortland staff are extremely friendly and welcoming! When I have come across any issues in my unit, the maintenance staff are very efficient in getting to my unit and handling the issue in a timely manner. The general upkeep and updates of the units and the entire property is wonderful. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a welcoming community with staff that truly care about their tenants!

This complex is a 10 minute leisurely walk / 5 minute panic sprint from the Lincoln Light Rail station. The rent is pretty high, but you do get decent kitchen storage space in units, hardwood floors in the living / dining / kitchen areas, and did I mention close proximity to the Light Rail? The pool and hot tub are nice, and it would be a good place for young professionals that can afford to pay over 2k in rent for a unit.

My family have been here for 7 months. It was rocky in the beginning under the old management. It made us question our decision moving here. However, when the new management took over things changed for the better! Our maintenance request are done within a reasonable time frame. We live on the very end of the hallway so we do not hear anything. The staff is phenomenal and is pleasant to talk with. We adore working with Julie. She is my go to lady. Matt has really made this property better. We love living here and we no longer question our decision. Thank you for making our transition feel like home.

Great Staff, Just had an incident with my AC going out. Equipment fails eventually and this is the first time our AC died. The staff was great and gave us a temp unit until the new motor came in. Stuff happens in any apartment, but success is how the staff responds. They got our AC working and left the backup for an additional day, just in case. Great Job

I am so impressed with this apartment complex. I just toured it this week and everyone of the office staff took time to say hello and ask if I had any more questions. Keyanna and Julie met me as I came in the office and then introduced me to Melissa and Ryan( I believe his name was). Then they called out the Manager Matt and he took me on the tour!!! My least is over this month at the old place and I am signing up to move here. Prices are reasonable..ha ha for Denver.

I have been living here since 2019 and its always been nice experience. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Melissa and Matt are very polite and showed genuine concern about my current apartment issues and make my transfer really smooth!!. The maintenance crew is very Professional and always done an outstanding job. Staff really cares and they go above and beyond to help you with your problems. Matt and Ryan even assisted me in moving heavy things to my new apartment :D I cannot speak more highly of their kindness and willingness to help!!. Truly deserves 10 stars. I will express it hasn’t always been positive however, as of recent there is a new management team that has really stepped in and have been working on many things that definitely need attention. Joanna is the best Community Manager I've seen since living here since 2019. She cares about the community, loves taking care of issues and helping everyone and is a great manager to her staff. I really hope she stays at this community. The past leasing staff and managers were unfriendly and difficult to communicate with. Also the entire staff and maintenance team is the best I've seen since living here! Keep them around!

I love living here. I needed a place to live very fast and Julie was able to help me get into an apartment that I wanted immediately and took the time to understand my situation. The location is great, easy access to I-25, park meadows. The staff is amazing and super helpful. The maintenance crew is also very attentive. Miles spent a couple hours in my apt repairing stuff and was very professional and nice.

Our experience at Cortland Lone Tree overall has been a positive one. We have lived in this complex since 2019. Some positives about living here: Great maintenance team, very fast to respond to issues. Helpful leasing office staff, receptive to hearing feedback about the community living experience. It is very quiet in our building for most hours of the day, helpful for when you work from home and are in meetings. There are some great ammenities (pool, gym, package lockers, security patrol, etc.). The apartments also are spacious have nice upgrades in unit. Some not so great things about living here: Neighbors can be very noisy walking down the hallways or by allowing children to run races/play loudly in the hallways late at night. You have to mind your step when walking in the unit as dogs will sometimes go to the bathroom in the hallways and entry ways. There is an unsettling musty odor in the hallways due to neighbors leaving trash bags outside of their doors rather than taking it to the dumpster. The secu

I lived at Cortland Lone Tree for over 4 years and have seen this community evolve over time. The review below is out of my personal experience. Also, please note that there is no perfect community/apartment to live in. They all come with some sort of goods and bads. Pros: - Spacious apartments with great amenities. - Excellent response to maintenance requests. They always make sure small requests get done with 24-48 hours. I had a leaky ceiling in the bathroom and got it addressed without any hassle. The lease office also made consistent phone calls to make sure its getting taken care of. - Great parking and I never had a problem finding a space in the garage. Over the last few months, the parking got quite full but still I never had a problem. - Very good location especially in the Lone Tree area. Cons: - One of the biggest problems I faced in my apartment was that, the hardwood flooring was just terrible. If you live in either the first or second floors, you can pretty much hear every step from the person

Gino (Hopefully correct spelling) in maintenance came in responsive to heater issues. He was professional, friendly, helpful, and explained what he was looking at and doing to help fix the problem. The office mangers also called me to make sure I was taken care of, I felt heard and seen when a problem arose.

The staff is amazing. I went out of town and forgot about my fish in all the commotion. I didn't realize until 9 days away and they checked/fed my fish. All of my fish were alive. I am so grateful and thankful to the amazing staff.❤

Hi! I have only great things to say about Cortland Lone Tree. The staff in the leasing office were always more than willing to help out and extremely friendly. The maintenance staff were quick and cordial when anything required fixing in the apartment. I remember that after a snowstorm, I saw the leasing office staff get out in the cold the next morning to shovel snow out of the way in the parking lot so that cars could come out and that really was a testament to the dedication the team at Westview have. The apartment in itself has excellent utilities and fixtures. The closet space is huge! The gym is well equipped and so I didn't need any gym membership after moving in. The apartment is also strategically located near the RTD line, Park Meadows shopping mall and grocery stores that are all nearby. Did I also mention the Lone Tree Link which is a free shuttle service provided to any place within Lone Tree! Truly deserves 7 stars. Thank you for making my stay in Denver feel like home.

Maria Bravo does her job very well! I have toured probably 100 different apartment complexes and often I find that leasing agents are too busy for us, and rush through the information and expect us to remember what they say. With Maria, she was careful to answer our questions are did not rush the tour at all! She even sent the information that went over during the tour to our email so we could go home and discuss our options. My husband and I are in love with the 2 bedroom apartment with a den, the one we are getting is facing the mountains and it is completely beautiful! My husband and I are completely aware of every single review written for the Westview community (we have done our research), but we both truly believe no matter were you go its never going to be completely perfect, so we are willing to give this next apartment a chance. I definitely recommend to anyone searching for a new home to stop by here.

This place is great I always see Aaron picking up the grounds and he does a great job. He does a really good job on keeping the bags in the pet waste stations and keeping those areas clean. My water heater went out and Andy the supervisor got it replaced with in 24 hours, he is very friendly and always gets my orders for repairs taken care of in a timely manner. With all the renovation upgrades and being so close to the light rail service I am able to go hang out down town but I don't pay the high prices of an apartment there.
