We've lived here for close to a year now and never had any problems, if there was a maintenance issue which only happened once or twice it was taken care of quickly. Property is very well maintained, location is pretty good only a couple of minutes off of 45. Dumpsters don't get too full, the property is very peaceful and quiet almost all of the time, always feels secure and safe. The gate has only messed up twice since moving here. The app is convenient to get in, sometimes frustratingly laggy, it'll make you wait a couple of minutes but it almost always eventually works. Our only complaint this whole time is in the summer, since we're on the third floor, the AC unit will struggle a little bit more than normal. It has to stay on constantly to get the temps down so you will see it on your electric. Also sometimes it's hard to get in touch with the office over the phone or email, you might have to walk into the office but they will fix your issue. I have absolutely loved living here for the past 8 months. Before we moved in, we had just signed a lease nearby at Victory North, but upon moving in, we realized that our unit had a pre-existing german cockroach infestation. In a panic, we quickly toured other complexes to move within the week. Stormi was warm and inviting and was willing to give us a quick tour right before she closed for the evening. Miraculously, we were able to apply and get approved within 24 hours — Stormi and her team at Cortland saved us! We moved in the next day, and have had a lovely time living here — great and well-maintained walking paths, cute dogs, and friendly neighbors. The apartment layouts are homey, with huge bedrooms and bathrooms. And the price is unbeatable for what you get. Sure, the gym could be better, but it gets the job done and it's rarely crowded. If we ever have a maintenance issue, the team is quick and efficient. I could not recommend living here enough!!!

Wow cortland is stunning! Great location very lively and stormie was super amazing when she gave us our tour very thorough and ready to answer any and all questions!

I really enjoyed the tour that Stormie gave to me while at Cortland! Her energy was one-of-a-kind. She also was reaching out to me from time to time to make sure that everything was going well throughout my apartment search.
