Update as of 5/2026: Updating my review as I have noticed huge changes in how the new management under Cortland operates. Under Elme, the building suffered and I noticed resident requests and basic repairs were ignored. Under Cortland, some much needed repairs and changes are being made and as a whole the building has gotten a lot better. I’ve noticed an huge difference in how they handle resident issues and concerns and are taking the time to actually listen to residents. The new manager is amazing and so are the staff. Glad to see so much is changing for the better! Previous Update: I’ve lived here for 5 years and originally left a 5-star review because the building really did operate at that level. The staff members themselves are great and always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. That said, it feels like the number of employees hasn’t kept up with the growth in residents and units. Now, some requests go unanswered or take much longer than they used to. I don’t think it’s a staff quality iss

Only moved here earlier this month but so far I love living here. Josh has been incredibly kind and helpful with any questions I’ve had and definitely made the process of moving from out of state so much easier. Very grateful to know he’s there for help. The building has a lot to offer in a great location.

I have never lived in an apartment complex this size before, so I had a lot of questions and concerns. Josh was patient and answered any questions I had. Any time I needed help he’s been there with a smile on his face. Happy with my choice to live here.
