We've really enjoy living here! This has been the best apartment we have ever stayed. We appreciate all the effort Cortland puts into continually improving the community, hosting events, and even providing breakfast at times. My husband and I just moved into Cortland Lakecrest Apartments in Tampa, and I would like to give a BIG shoutout to Paul and Darrin, the apartment maintenance staff. Due to my husband’s cancer, he was not able to help with moving heavy objects. Paul and Darrin, were eager to assist in moving two tables in the apartment, and refused any money, that was offered. Have lived here for over 8 months now, wanted to wait before putting in my review. Absolutely love living here. Liz was and continues to be outstanding as a leasing agent. She continues to be available and support residents even after the initial move-in. She is very responsive, dependable, approachable and very fun to work with. In terms of the facilities, everything is well maintained, neighbours are nice, surroundings are peaceful. Good security and very safe. Have not been able to use the gym much since it is being renovated, but it has everything one needs for a workout.

Cortland Lakecrest (CL) was one of the first apartment complexes I visited when I was in the process of relocating (for work) to Florida (FL) for the first time. My collateral and I received a good impression of the complex and Liz, one of the main leasing agents, was excellent when addressing our questions and concerns, considering that we have moved/relocated many times in the past. I am about a month into my lease and so far the experience has been a positive one. Base on my experience, the complex is quiet, comfortable, and there have been no issues with parking availibility. Administration has also been receptive when I have questions and has checked in from time to time, given that I, like many here, have a busy schedule with work and various responsibilities. With regards to the valet trash service, it is a cost/feature that has been debated based on what I have read. From what I know up until now, the trash is collected in the mornings Monday (M) thru Friday (F), and during the weekends, residents tak

But one draw back and this has nothing to do with Joshua. It took over 5 days for my service request to be completed, so I don’t know if there have been a lot of emergencies or if there needs to be more maintenance personnel.

I’ve been living at Cortland Lakecrest for about four months now and absolutely love the environment and the service here. Paul came to help me with repairs on my washing machine and garage door lock—he was incredibly professional, efficient, and super friendly. He fixed everything quickly and made the whole process easy. Great service and great attitude! 5-star experience! Highly recommend!

Great looking community in a good location near everything. The apartments come with a built in desk which is very convenient for me since I’m Still in school. Management has a food truck pretty regularly, which is pretty cool and convenient. Office staff Is really nice and willing to help with any needs or concerns and maintenance seems pretty good and quick. The new paint job is coming out really nice, especially with the tones. I recommend this place if you’re looking. Wish the fitness center was bigger but ne management says they will be re doing the gym so I’m excited to see the changes.

Highly recommend this community close to great restaurants schools, and even downtown. The amenities are pretty awesome. My fav is the movie theater. It’s pretty cool and they make it really easy for us to reserve it. Just a click through the portal and done! Staff has been very nice and helpful.

Paul from maintenance is absolutely amazing! He came out to fix my AC and did an incredible job—super professional, efficient, and friendly the entire time. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained what was going on, and had everything up and running in no time.

Last night 3/14 my air conditioning wasn’t working. I placed a maintenance order today and Paul the maintenance technician came within an hour and fixed our air conditioner! He was very professional and went above and beyond to help us in our situation.

I just moved here two weeks ago and so far I really like living here. The only issue I had with my apartment are the screens on almost all the windows are damaged and whoever cleans the apartment prior to move-in did not move the appliances. I found dirt and food between the appliances and the counter. Other than that I have no complaints. The maintenance team gets things done. Especially Paul! He is so kind and he makes sure all repairs are done properly and in a timely manner. Happy to call this place home.

New update: We love living here. We have new management. Our maintenance team has changed and they are definitely taking care of all the concerns that been pending for over a year. The new building colors are great. The communication has been top. Concerns are being adressed and solved. Parking situation has improved. There are still termites but they aren't not only treating but replacing the wood that has been completely eaten. Paul has been absolutely amazing with ensuring the repairs in the apartment have been up to par, timely and has made sure to address all concerns. He is friendly and kind! Josh is also amazing! He has always been here and he is always friendly trusted and reassuring. Thank you. This is our home, our community and it has been a continued pleasure. This review was from 2 years ago. I have been living here for over 3 years now. The new management team and new company has really made a difference. Nia was the only leasing staff who stayed from the previous company. I am so happy she stayed!!! Nia has been nothing but helpful, kind, professional and supportive. She has helped me navigate with a smile all the things I needed help with. I had a great experience with Denise at Cortland LakeCrest! The community is stunning and Denise has excellent service. I loved everything about the community from the gym to the stunning water views. I loved the pool area and theater room!! They have so many amenities I feel we really will get use of! Yesterday afternoon I mentioned at the office that the light in our ceiling fan was out (specialty bulb). Not even 24hrs. Later, Reuben came to take care of it. Since there was more wrong with the fan than the light, he quickly replaced the entire fan with a new light fixture. I am very pleased with how quickly any issue is dealt with here by all of the staff…and efficiently, too!! Reuben has helped us out more than once and we really appreciate him! Thank you! I absolutely loved living at The Lodge at Lakecrest! From the moment I moved in, I felt at home. The staff was super helpful and I enjoyed chatting with them while getting my morning coffee. The pool was absolutely beautiful and my favorite place to be. Overall, my experience at The Lodge at Lakecrest was exceptional.
