I have mostly had a positive experience living her first the past year and a half, especially the service team! They are ALWAYS on point, very nice, and are always busy! When it comes to fixing the gate being broken, that will take a few months if that bothers you. There is never any parking remotely close to your apartment building, and forget parking on Sunday nights. The company advertises amenities that literally haven’t worked in over a year (the car care center, the fire pit). The office computers are extremely unreliable when needing to print things out. Overall, the maintenance and the staff in the office are the main positive experience, as well as the interior of the apartments being kept up with well. :)

My experience has been very positive. This is a very nice community and all the fees and move in costs are reasonable and very clearly outlined. Nahiomy gave me a tour and all the information I needed to make a decision. She was so helpful and I felt like she really cared about me getting the floor plan that I wanted. Thank you for helping me find my next home.

We have lived here for about a year and have been very happy with the front office (extra shout out to Anthony!). Also, the few times we have needed to request maintenance, their team is so quick and friendly! Apartment complex living will always have its pros and cons but overall we enjoy Lake Lotus :)

I have lived at Cortland Lake Lotus for 5 yrs or longer and i have to say the maintenance supervisor Mark is awesome. He made sure he took care of all my issues. The whole maintenance team Alejandro, Reynaldo, Miguel are amazing. They do a wonderful job.

I’ve been living in this apartment complex for about six months now, and I can’t express how happy I am. From the very first visit, the office team was incredible. China, in particular, was so patient, thorough, and attentive. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, showing us as many spaces as we needed until we were completely happy. The service team, engineers, and even the garbage crew have been consistently polite and go above and beyond. Whenever I put in a work order, they respond promptly and take care of everything thoroughly. I was so impressed when the pest control team came; they even moved my oven to get every corner treated. Most recently, after a sudden leak from upstairs, the team arrived immediately, stopped the leak in seconds, and made sure everything was perfect. I’m so grateful to China and the entire property management team for their incredible care. If you’re looking for a place that truly feels like home, this is it!

I have just moved in, it's been about a week, and so far so good. We initially met with Andres, great guy. The apartment looks well kept and clean. We did have some issues with appliances inside our apartment, and maintenance took care of it within minutes of us submitting our request through the portal. We are lucky that the person above us isn't noisy, and the neighborhood overall seems to be really quiet. I am hoping our experience stays this pleasant throughout our whole stay here. 5 month Update: I've been living here for 5 months now, and I really enjoy this community. Our building and neighbors are amazing, noise level is minimal. From time to time, our upstairs neighbor can be a bit noisy at odd times, but overall we've had no issue. My fave part is that maintenance is very quick with their requests. We put in our request the night before, and by the next morning they've come by to solve our issue. Our place was very clean when we moved in, and I do normally keep it clean. No pests, no trash arou
