I just moved in- so far the experience has been welcoming and the community is beautiful! I feel safe and comfortable which is so important. Also, it is reasonably priced for all the amenities offered (2 beautiful pools, hammocks, HUGE gym with free dance classes, very nice business office, etc.) security, and appearance of the units- very spacious and really nice. The only thing I don't like is people will complain if you are being too loud during the daytime even if it's untrue- when quiet hours are 10p to 7a- in which I'm very mindful of. I suggest understanding that you will have neighbors either above you, below you, etc. And that it's impossible to be completely quiet or maybe get a job/go to work. Also, the gate has such high traffic volume and you'll be waiting to get into the complex. It is a very big complex with a variety of people- but so far I haven't had any major issues. The leasing office is responsive and friendly. Shout out to Anthony- he has a great personality and is communicative!

I have just moved in, it's been about a week, and so far so good. We initially met with Andres, great guy. The apartment looks well kept and clean. We did have some issues with appliances inside our apartment, and maintenance took care of it within minutes of us submitting our request through the portal. We are lucky that the person above us isn't noisy, and the neighborhood overall seems to be really quiet. I am hoping our experience stays this pleasant throughout our whole stay here.

I have now lived here for over a month and I’ve had an overall great experience. Anthony was my leasing agent and he was extremely helpful for the entire process. He answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. You can definitely feel the care that the office staff put into this place. There are lots of amenities that are well taken care of. They always have food trucks and events weekly and it is a nice community. Love my apartment. It faces lake lotus so I have a peaceful view and it’s very quiet. Overall highly recommend this complex to anyone who is looking to rent in a well maintained place.

I am very happy on my new home. The condominium is beautiful, very clean, they take care of the grounds daily. The pool is incredible and the gym fabulous. I have a really good experience with Anthony who is the community relations associate. He is always willing to help when you need it. Anthony handled the entire rental process very responsibly for us. He found the apartment we needed because it had to be on the first floor and without carpeting. I have been living in apartments for the last 15 years between college and my wife's journey on becoming a doctor. I had to leave this review because our new Community Relations Manager, China, has gone above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of with this ongoing problem I've been having for the last 2 years. Every other person before her has "handled" it, but she has actually made sure that it wouldn't continue to be a problem anymore! Cortland, if you're reading this, this woman is an invaluable asset, and I wanted to make sure that you know that! It's hard to find good people. I can't be thankful enough because without her help, I would have moved immediately!

Cortland Lake Lotus has undoubtedly been an upgrade from my last rental experience. It's not perfect and like any apartment complex, things can still quickly sour with time. I'm most impressed by the management team. They actually make an effort, which shouldn't be rare, but it is. They answer the phones, reply to emails, and make stuff happen. I appreciate that. Equally impressive is the maintenance team, who come out within two days or so of a request. I will say, they can be hit or miss on their repairs sometimes. The apartments themselves are cozy, clean, and relatively modern. They aren't run down or small. The rent pricing is just right, especially when "luxury" options down the road are hundreds more for comparable units and amenities. Parking at our building is always available, which is great. My biggest complaints right now are some of the tenants and the rear gate being broken. Lot of people leaving their trash out over night, which attracts animals. Overly sensitive neighbors. My husband and I have lived at Cortland for a year now, and overall, it’s been a great experience—especially since this is my first time living in an apartment. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, the property is well-maintained, and maintenance is consistently quick to respond to any requests. Getting approved for our apartment was a breeze, and it's one of the most affordable apartments in the area. One of my favorite things about living here is the incredibly convenient location—Publix, Costco, Walmart, Aldi, Target, and dozens of diverse restaurants all within the same mile. There are also a couple gyms, coffee shops, and shopping malls on the same road as well. It really doesn’t get much easier when it comes to errands and dining out. If you need to hop on i4, you can do so in a matter of minutes, which is very nice. Moved in last July, and have had no complaints about the office, my immediate neighbors, or the community in general. The office staff is very kind and extremely responsive. The maintenance staff is prompt very prompt. There’s food trucks in the community very often and a lot of resident events. I’d recommend moving here to any mature adult.

Anthony greeted us like a knight of customer service—clipboard in hand, knowledge of the property flowing like a waterfall of wisdom. He explained the trash schedule, the amenities, and how to use the rent portal like he was teaching the mysteries of the universe. That alone deserves five stars. But here’s what you don’t know. This man… this legend… has been a silent force in my life for over a decade. Seven years ago, while I was deployed in a remote warzone, we were ambushed. Heavy small arms fire. RPGs. I was low on ammo and hope. Out of the smoke, a QRF team rolls in—Anthony at the helm, wearing Oakleys and radiating freedom. Great Location to I-4 for easy access anywhere in orlando. Grocery stores close by along with good food options. Valet trash during the week is great. The staff have been friendly. There are two dog parks for all your pups needs. The pools are great and spacious. Two biggest complaints which dropped the rating would be the gate not working since I have moved in, which is supposed to be fixed this week hopefully, and other community members not picking up their dog poop. But overall it’s a good place to live.

I’ve been living here over a year now and it’s been nothing but pleasant. The neighborhood is clean and located in a central area. The staff is very communicative & maintenance always happens quickly after requests are submitted compared to other places I’ve lived where it takes them several days.

I moved in to this complex in December, and so far everything has been really well! The front office is super nice, and Anthony is amazing! Maintenance is super responsive and always show up the same day a request is put in! The front dog park is huge, and my dog loves the freedom and being able to run around! I would recommend this community based on my experience over the last 3 months.

Living here has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. From day one, I truly felt at home thanks to the warmth of the community and the exceptional attention from the staff. They are always willing to help, and the maintenance team responds quickly, making everything easier. What I love the most is the welcoming atmosphere and the activities that bring us together, like community events, food trucks, and exercise classes like salsa and Zumba. There’s always something fun to enjoy. My dog is also happy here. He loves walking around the well-kept green areas and enjoying the peaceful environment. It’s a home where we both feel safe and welcome. Although the gate has been under repair since the hurricane, management has been transparent and efficient, showing their commitment to everyone’s well-being. We’ve been living at Cortland Lake Lotus for about a month and a half, and we absolutely love it! The complex is well-maintained, peaceful, and truly feels like home. One of our favorite things is Food Truck Thursdays—such a great touch that brings the community together! The parcel lockers are also a huge plus, making package deliveries super convenient and secure. The rent is very affordable for the area, especially considering the quality of the apartments and amenities. A special shoutout to Anthony, the leasing agent, who has been amazing throughout our transition. He’s been incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and making sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. If you’re looking for a quiet, well-kept, and welcoming place to live in Altamonte Springs, Cortland Lake Lotus is definitely worth checking out!

I've been living at Cortland Lake Lotus for a little bit now, and I can honestly say it’s been an amazing experience! From the moment I moved in, the staff made everything seamless and welcoming—special shoutout to the leasing team for their friendliness and professionalism. The apartment itself is gorgeous, with modern finishes like granite countertops and plenty of space that make it feel like home. I love how peaceful the community is; it’s the perfect retreat after a busy day. The maintenance crew is top-notch—always quick to respond. The amenities are fantastic too—nice pool, a great gym, and fun resident events like food trucks that really bring the community together. This complex is pretty nice. I love the activities and food trucks they have on a weekly basis. The staff is friendly and maintenance comes and repairs things diligently. I love the amenities such as the pool and fitness center. The gates have not been working since I moved in, but the office has been very communicative about it. They have a nice app that makes things accessible as well. I think the biggest thing I love is the location.

I moved in about a month ago! Great experience so far. Love the amenities, staff is very friendly. Only downside so far is the gate not working however they said they’ve fixed it so we will see soon. Overall I love the location and the community feels clean and safe. The pool and amenities are kept very clean as well. They have food trucks and exercise classes often which is a nice detail

Love this community and I love my apartment! Everyone, from the office staff to the maintenance people, are all so kind and welcoming. Maintenance request are answered quickly if not same day. I needed my ducts cleaned out for personal reasons and they sent a company a day or two later. There are constant community events as well as food trucks. They also have weekly workout classes such as salsa and Zumba! You really can’t go wrong living here. It is a quiet community and is kept clean for the most part. If I had to have one critique it would be the gate. It’s been down since I moved in but that was due to the hurricane so I can’t really fault the community. They have also done a great job at keeping us up to date with the repairs. Definitely one of the best properties I have lived in!

I would say overall I've had a decent experience renting here. With only a few concerns namely the vehicle violations (which I have reported several times but have since given up) additionally the dog park needs attention at least the one in the back. I sent an email with regards to the safety concerns due to improper maintenance of the dog park and received no response. I'm hoping that soon this will be a dog park and not a mud pit hole ridden accident waiting to happen. Other than that I have had wonderful maintenance response including replacing my ac unit and dishwasher in timely manner. Additionally going above and beyond when the ac was broken to provide a window unit while maintenance worked. Not a lot of places would do this.

When I visited the office for an initial showing, Andres was nothing short of exceptional with answering all of my questions. The move-in process was smooth, without any surprises . When I submit a work order, maintenance responds swiftly. Their app is easy to use without problems. Additionally, the complex hosts events for residents to participate in, which are usually free of charge. There is a variety of food trucks that come throughout the week, which helps us support local businesses. The entire office staff is always pleasant. The only issue I must make note of is that one of my vehicles had something stolen from it, which was off putting. Aside from that, I would recommend this community.

Anthony was able to provide accurate and sincere information about the property. Which is beautiful, and in a great location close to everything. He is very polite and professional. After 3 days they said our application had run out of time. We applied, and they wanted out tax documents, they got it, four months' pay info, got it. our bank statements, showing our income, got it, A letter showing I applied for a new social security card. there should have been no problems, but they made it so totally ridiculous, not fare, not right, they refunded only 250 of our 450 dollars, I feel that they only want very young very rich people, despite the fact my wife and I make almost 6 figures? Oh yes, I'm retire, but my record is sketchy? My record is beyond reproach. no trouble in my entire 64 years. The walls/floors are thin so you hear everything, the turnover time from move out to new tenants moving in is very fast but I would spend more time cleaning/fixing things before new tenants move in. The place/finishes are beautiful but moving in 3 days after previous tenants moved out it didn’t feel clean or as nice as the model made it seem. The paint in the tub comes off easily, it felt “lived in” when we moved in and rushed for the money we are paying each month we could’ve gone to a nicer place for almost the same amount of money or a little bit more and it would have felt “new” instead of seeing all the painted over things/damages from the previous tenants. They said they refinished the bathrooms but it looks like they just painted over everything from previous tenant ??

Would give 5 stars if the fire pit worked by the main office, as well as the second fire pit, and the pool gates. It’s nice that they just fixed the front gates tho. I like the dog parks and the location, also maintenance responds quickly. They cleaned up quick after the hurricane down here and they are very responsive whenever I’ve had a noise complaint, etc. the people are friendly too.

This is such a wonderful community they've brought together, some lovely events are always coming around and always bring something fun to brighten up the week. The maintenance and management are so on top of everything it’s amazing I’ve meet some truly kind and helpful people from staff that are willing to go out of their way to make sure things are going smoothly for our community. I love the new place I call home.

Actually it has been okay so far but only the issues of the master bedroom situation with the ants problem other than that it has been good place to live and I feel safe here and the office people do take care of the matter with good timing

I had the pleasure of touring this lovely community as I am deciding to downsize from my home to a simpler easier lovely location. I found the property manager Tatiana and the assistant property manager Emily to be welcoming, knowledgeable, understanding and kind. They answered every question I asked with the utmost confidence in the property they represent. The property itself is beautiful and the apartments are beautiful. I would recommend to anyone if you are seeking a new place to call home considering the Cortland Lake Lotus property. The Staff is wonderful and helpful and the property doesn’t disappoint. I had to terminate my lease early, needed a few questions answered about it and called a few times but no one at the time answered. Very shortly after I called though I got a call back from Carlos. He was able to answer all of my questions with ease and the one question he didn’t know the answer to, he double checked with his manager and promptly called me back to make sure my question was answered. Thank you Carlos for making the process easy for me!

Fabiana was very sweet and super kind when working with my fiancé and I getting our apartment. I've only been here for about a week or so, but everything has been very nice so far. It feels rather cozy and safe, which is extremely important to me. When I got the keys to my apartment and looked it over, it was in extremely good condition. It was cleaned very well with no damage. I enjoy the appliances, haven't ran into any issues so far. I'll update my review when I've been here a bit longer.

I love this community because the homes are in good condition. The community is quiet and safe. There are amenities including a large fitness center, 2 nice pools, and even cable is included for a great price. The people I encounter outside always greet me with a smile and hello. Overall, I feel at home here.

Alejandro has gone above and beyond. My wife and I have been here for about 72 hours maybe a little more, and he’s been very available for any little issues we had during move in. Maintenance has been great since living at the property. Move in process was a breeze , the maintenance manager, worked with us to get our apartment looking exactly how we wanted it. Front office staff is also incredibly receptive and helpful. Beautiful and very well managed property.

My neighbors are very friendly, the exterior from front to back are very clean even the trash area, it was not like that in the past. There is a much more improvement. I knew this complex since 2012, there is, in overall, a very much more improvement.

Well.. our time here is coming to an end. The service has been amazing - Andrea with assisting with the move in and Patricia assisting with the move out process have been great! This has been our home since we’ve moved to Florida in 2019 and we wouldn’t have had it any other way. The apartment itself is nice, the area is great, and the service is fantastic! Maintenance is TOP TIER!!! The best maintenance crew around!!! You’ll see them all throughout the day around the community keeping it running and they never fail to wave and say hey. We brag about these guys to our friends alllllll the time!!! Thank you guys for everything!

Loving my apartment at this community ! Best thing that I love is that it is SMOKE FREE ! Patricia is amazing with the events and the staff is great.Everything in the apt is up yo date with the stainless steel appliances and washer and dryer(YESSS) . Loving the resident events , best part they always have great food, prizes and even food trucks. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have been a resident at Cortland for a year now. The property is well-managed and maintained and the staff is amazing. They actually care. I can’t say enough how much I’m enjoying my new home at Cortland just a short distance from where I work and play. I feel like I'm living at a resort - the amenities are amazing! Perfect location with great access to all you could need for excellent restaurants and shopping destinations. Very safe and secure place to live, with professionals looking after it. Kudos to Patricia, who has been professional and courteous and made my move-in seemless. You do get what you pay for - here the best of everything.

She was able to get us quickly approved for the apartment and has been super responsive with answering all of my questions and concerns. I want to thanks the maintenance team specially to Reynaldo Mendez, he went above and beyond when my apartment A/C broke down in the hottest day of the month. The a/c repairs took a couple of days to get done but Reynaldo was able to find a portable A/C for me that works wonder until A/c was fixed. Thank you for all you do!

Wonderful community all around! The property is clean and neatly kept, certainly looks astonishing! The staff are friendly, helpful, and what’s more, very respectful! Maintenance calls are quickly addressed, with a great deal of expertise and professionalism. Notably, I was very pleased with the outstanding services I received from the maintenance supervisor, Mr. Didier; he was kind, very well mannered, and promptly assisted me with my maintenance concerns/issues. He is a great asset to the maintenance operations of the property, and active customer support. Without a doubt, this is a 5-star residential community. Very pleased! Highly recommend!

we did a lot of shopping around for a new place, lake lotus definitely stood out as the best bang for our buck if you will. Even though I was being extremely scrutinous and had unlimited questions about every little thing in the place to make sure it was the perfect fit for us, Samantha was amazing at answering all those questions, finding out information that wasn't readily available for me, working with our schedule and even staying late a little bit to make sure that we were able to pick up our keys to work with my work schedule. by far out of all the leasing agents that I've worked with in the last few weeks she definitely stood out as one of the best, highly recommend the property.

Samantha LaClair is the best thing that Cortland at lake lotus has sings I met Samantha. She has Repairs everything that I had in my apartment. Before I met Samantha some of my repair was taken any ware from A week to One year. Some Repair NOT ALL REPAIR. But wen Samantha came to Cortland my repair was done less than ( 24 ) hour. All Repair that I had in my place is 75 % Finished. I am so happy that Samantha LaClair is at Cortland. She is the best in taking care wat needs to be done. Great location close to everything you need. Unit is beautiful with upgraded kitchen and flooring. Love the amenities. Staff is beyond helpful and super fun. The application and move in process was handle amazingly. We had Samantha’s assistance throughout the whole process, she was fantastic. She helped us out with the best deal, answered all our questions and gave us a follow up call offering further assistance if needed. She was such a joy to talk to. Update...8 months after original post...Its the BEST complex ive lived in...the staff is the Best in orlando..You have to visit Cortland at Lake Lotus hands down number one complex in Orlando I have searched Orlando and physically visited 20 different places. Cortland at Lake Lotus has the most beautiful Apartments don't even want to call it a apartment it's a home. The homes are completely upgraded beautiful appliances beautiful countertops side-by-side refrigerator...sweet! The amenities are out of this world no other place matches it... you can get rid of your gym membership because they have a full fledge gym as well as spin class and pilates and there's a young lady that lives here that teaches yoga. The to pools are well maintained! They are also friendly and have a nice play area for the dogs The office staff is professional and personable. Andrea Penn is fantastic she's the one that helped me find my home. Thank you to all the staff for helping me find my home and making me feel at home!

Right from the start Samantha has been an angel! During the tour of the apartment and complex, Samantha explained all of the community features and amenities with thorough knowledge and a smile! Once we left, she kept us up to date on the availability and prices of the apartment we were interested in, which is what landed us in our new home! On New Years Eve, Patricia was in the office and despite being immensely busy, she helped my boyfriend and I with the application process via telephone/text. Patricia helped update the unit's price for us (it was a bit lower that day) so that we could sign at the best deal, as well as answer the million and one questions we threw her way. Looking to rent an apartment is very stressful and reading negative reviews can often times be discouraging. This location however absolutely lived up to the positive reviews I had read. Carlos in the front office was a great help in providing information regarding the application process and all the amenities offered within the complex. I was able to tour, not only their modal units, but empty units as well, which ended up being just as nice as the modal. The community was beautiful with plenty of parking and apartments were redone recently, with new appliances, granite countertops, kitchen back splash, under cabinet lighting, and wood style vinyl floors. The apartments fit what I was looking for, plenty of space, modern look, and great natural lighting. All around great experience, would definitely recommend this location for a young couple looking for an apartment

We visited the complex and were so pleased with the amenities! The clubhouse is gorgeous and the pool was sparkling clean, it felt like a resort. The lady we spoke with Samantha was friendly, welcoming and answered all of our questions. This is on the top of our favorite places to choose from.

I have been living at Cortland at lake lotus for almost a month now and wow what a great community. The staff in the office are great, maintenance is very responsive, polite, and always does a great job. My apartment is exactly what I need and want. Easy to park in front of my building, easy access to the pool and the gym. Love the food trucks coming through the week and all the activities and notifications we receive on the daily. No complaints from me everything is truly going well and that is not always easy to say.

The staff of the Carlos and Tatiana office are excellent people and responsible. The Luis maintenance part is an excellent employee who is also super efficient with his work. The other maintenance colleagues and their supervisor should improve how they work and their communication with the residents I had problems with my A/C since the first week I moved, the work orders were made and there were several and they never resolved as they were supposed and 0 communication with me I was to get to the point of talking to the maneger Tatiana and she was talking to them to solve how they should.

We've been living here for 6 months now and I can't say enough amazing things about Cortland Lake Lotus. It actually seems like the administration cares about our well-being and actually want us to be happy. They constantly have food trucks and impromptu seasonal activities and giveaways, which aren't necessary for a good experience but are really a nice touch. The maintenance team is AWESOME and they have really quick turn-around times on service requests. Not to mention, we had an incredibly tight schedule to get our lease approved (less than one week) and the office staff made it happen!! There is ample parking and we never have to worry about our guests finding parking or getting towed. I love living here and have been recommending it to everyone I know looking for a place to live in the Altamonte/Maitland area. There are some downsides, sure (gates get broken every once in a while, residents and visitors share the same lane to get in, neighbors can be weird/rude/loud) but the same could be said anywhere.

Been living at Cortland Lake Lotus and my experience has been absolutely incredible. The office staff is very pleasant and helpful I truly enjoy being around. I come in the office to get assistance with my resident portal and technology things I'm not very handy with and Portia the property manager is always willing to assist me with my personal issues with no hesitation at all. I came in one day looking for Porta and she wasn't in the office but I had the most pleasant experience with Frances and Andrea. Overall my time here for the last 2 years have been very enjoyable and I look forward to renewing another year and be with this amazing staff. Update : I also wanted to give a huge shout out to Marc and his service team Reynaldo and Alejandro! They always treat me with the upmost professionalism. Stephen and Patricia in the office always go above and beyond to ensure I am happy and enjoying my home. Thanks for making Cortland Lake Lotus an awesome place to call home.

You have to visit Cortland at Lake Lotus hands down number one complex in Orlando I have searched Orlando and physically visited 20 different places. Cortland at Lake Lotus has the most beautiful Apartments don't even want to call it a apartment it's a home. The homes are completely upgraded beautiful appliances beautiful countertops side-by-side refrigerator...sweet! The amenities are out of this world no other place matches it... you can get rid of your gym membership because they have a full fledge gym as well as spin class and pilates and there's a young lady that lives here that teaches yoga. The to pools are well maintained! They are also friendly and have a nice play area for the dogs The office staff is professional and personable. Andrea Penn is fantastic she's the one that helped me find my home. Thank you to all the staff for helping me find my home and making me feel at home!

So I’ve read a few of the “bad” reviews for this complex. I felt compelled to share our experience. This is our second year here and I have no complaints. I love our apartment and I love how close we are to literally everything. Target, Walmart, Home Depot, various restaurants , publix, ups, etc. the office staff is amazing. If you can’t get them on the phone you simply go there and they’ll help you with whatever you need. Andrea was so helpful during our move-in process and after. I’ve encountered Ronnie a few times and Porsha once and they too have been nothing but a pleasure. We never have to wait long for service requests the issue is usually fixed within 24-48 hours. Maintenance, bless them because this complex is huge and I know it’s a lot of work for them. With a new baby we love to hang out by the pool and go for walks. It’s quiet, clean and refreshing. My 1 issue is that the gate is often broken. However, I think residents rushing in may contribute to that problem. They also always update us on whate

I’ve been at Cortland Lake Lotus for a few weeks now and couldn’t be happier! Management takes great care in maintaining the aesthetics of the property, the gym has all the equipment you could need, and you have two pools to choose from! I personally love lounging on the hammocks to read. On move-in day, the apartment was well taken cared of and any maintenance that needed to be addressed was handled professionally and promptly. Small things like maintenance removing their shoes before walking on your carpet is really appreciated! Problems in-home or on property can happen anywhere you reside, but what matters most is how the issues are handled and how their communicated to residents. Cortland has really outshined in both! The community from what I’ve experienced so far is friendly and welcoming. There’s no smell of smoke on the property which is a huge plus! I have been living here for 8 months and it has been an awesome experience. I have never lived in a community and after spending time at Cortland Lake Lotus I have a very positive opinion about it. Every people from the front office were a great person and you can tell by their good humor every morning that they love their job. On top of that the facilities are just perfect: two pools, a space for dogs and a weight room without mentioning all the green and trees that give life to the community. I have no doubt everyone that lived here can say the same or even more!

I'm barely moved in and am already very happy with my choice to reside here! I first met Andrea last year when I wasn't quite ready, but she was so kind and welcoming that I knew this was the place. When i came back this year, she remembered me and picked up right where she left off with her helpfulness. Now I've had the pleasure of meeting Ronni, Portia and Mark, and they each made me feel even more certain and happy! I have had the best move in experience ever! Ronny took me on my tour and spent over an hour showing me different apartments until I found the perfect home. Frances and Portia were so sweet and welcoming in the leasing office. Andrea assisted me with my move in process and was on top of it the entire way through! She often reached out with answers to questions I didn’t even know I had! Micky gave me a tour of my new apartment on move in day and made sure any maintenance concerns I had were address right then and there. Jean also came to my rescue when I had trouble with my front door - even on an early Saturday morning. We moved here in July and have enjoyed it! We just wanted to come on here and say thank you. We put in a service request and Reynaldo came in fix our issue and other stuff we didn’t even put a request for. While we weren’t home to thank you just want to say thanks so much. The team is great and the girls in office are always so nice and respond to us with any issue we may have.

I absolutely LOVE it here. I moved in back in April and it’s been the most wonderful experience. Moving into your first apartment is hard but, having a team like the one here at Cortland who cares for who lives here and does what they can to ensure you have everything you need during your time living here, makes everything so much easier. Even during tough times like these they do everything in their power to keep us happy. The maintenance guys rock!!! Alex and Reynaldo never miss a beat and always know what to do, quickly too. Shoutout to Andrea also for always making sure I’m well taken care of. Thank you Cortland!

Reynaldo is an awesome maintenance person! He’s very kind, patient, and thorough with all that he does. He never leaves behind a mess. I think he’s an amazing addition to Cortland Lake Lotus maintenance team!

I have a 1 bedroom, 1 bath. I have lived at this property going on 3 years and have zero complaints. I love the office staff, primarily Portia Simmons. Since I have been here she has always been very prompt to requests or questions i may have. She is always checking on me to see how I am doing as a resident and I truly appreciate how hands on she is with the residents of the community. The new maintenance staff has also been absolutely amazing. I recently put in a request that I didn't even know could be completed and they just came by and freshened up the paint on my front door, which looks absolutely amazing now. I am up for renewal again and plan to stay here with zero reservations. I appreciate everyone who works at this property for making my experience a great one.

I've been living in Cortland Lake Lotus for about 2 months now. Move in experience was nice and easy. Love the apartment and how quiet the community is. I want to thank the Maintenance Team specially to Reynaldo. I work from home and when the Reynaldo comes in to take care of work orders he always makes sure is a good time and that he is not interrupting anything. Sometimes I explained it is just a bad moment to work on the apartment and always asked when is a good time to stop by again. Once I asked him to come pass 5pm and he gladly said YES even though, was past his normal hours of work. I greatly appreciate the effort on always be available and the commitment.

Mi experiencia con Cortland: Comenzamos con que encontré este lugar atreves de esta misma app (google map). Justo una semana antes de entregar mi viejo apartamento encontré este Maravilloso lugar, no tengo palabras para poder describir, desde la apariencia del lugar, hasta el gran servicio al cliente que brindan (Frances Rodriguez) Las facilidades en excelente estado, me siento cómodo si voy a cualquiera de las dos piscinas al igual que el gym 💪🏾 Es un lugar que le recomendaría a cualquiera, mas aún si eres la persona que le agrada la tranquilidad, paz y buena energía en su hogar.

The apartments are spacious with beautiful features. Our three-bedroom has a large master suite with a very big walk-in closet plus a linen closet. This complex is very pet-friendly. The staff is friendly and professional. We love it here!

Hand down the best maintenance team there is! Michael the property maintenance manager is outstanding. Very responsive and committed to making sure things get done in a timely fashion with quality. I’ve had some issues come up and Michael and his team have worked diligently and been resilient through it all. Micheal’s customer service is fantastic, he’s always going above and beyond an exceeds the expectations. Kudos too the whole Cortland team. They make living here just that much more worth it. Thanks guys! 10/10 would recommend

Frances Andrea and Michael have been such a great help since we moved in! They are always on-time and helpful with all maintenance request! Francis and Andrea have been warm and welcoming since we came to our tour! Francis and Andrea make sure the residents feel at home! They always greet you and make you feel like family!! I’m grateful they are our leasing agents, I wouldn’t have moved in if it wasn’t for them! Cortland is a great place to live! Come join the family!
