I'm going into my 3rd year and I still love it like day 1. It's clean and cozy everywhere we walk around in the community. Joel, the service guys and Jodie in the office are quick to help. We just had a fun casino night and there isn't a month there isn't a raffle or party thrown for everyone who lives in the neighborhood. Love the pools and my home, recommend to people all the time.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been living at Cortland Lake Howell for two months now, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to call this community home. From the moment you drive through the gated entrance, you feel the difference—beautifully maintained grounds, a true resort-style atmosphere, and an incredibly welcoming vibe. The amenities here are next-level. I spend most weekends soaking up the sun at the lakeside beach. They have a lakefront sand volleyball court, and two resort-style pools. The private boat ramp and waterfront boardwalk make it feel like you’re on vacation every day. I love the 24/7 fitness center with free group classes, the pickleball court, outdoor game space, and they also have a leash-free bark park for dog owners. I just moved in this week but I've visited and toured the property a few times over the last two years as I was contemplating my options when my lease was up for renewal at my last place. With my recent application process and move-in, I've dealt primarily with Jarolyn and Ethan. Jarolyn is dope and does a lot to make sure the residents feel at home and are involved within the Cortland Lake Howell community. Ethan was very nice and personable when I toured before I applied and seems like a solid guy. Since moving in, I can see that the property is well taken care of, my unit was beautiful, and my unit didn't have any noteworthy issues. The few things I did report, the maintenance supervisor Alex took care of promptly. This is a small thing, but when I moved in, Jarolyn gave me a small gift bag that had a small dish detergent, a roll of toilet paper, and a free pizza coupon to a restaurant nearby. The events they have here are so fun and you get wonderful prizes!!!! We have yummy snacks and adult beverages and for children we have movie night with the kids at the pool and they give you hamburgers, hot dogs and popcorn!!!

A great place to live. The leasing office is very nice and always ready to help. The maintenance crew in on it. As soon as my request goes in they are there to fix the issue. Cortland also has a fantastic guest suite for out of town guests.

I had a great experience living in this apartment complex. The property is clean, well-maintained, and the grounds are always kept nice. The management team, especially Jarolyn, are professional, responsive, and helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance. The location is convenient, close to shopping, restaurants, and transportation, which made daily life much easier. I also appreciated how quiet and safe the community felt. Overall, this is a wonderful place to live, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed apartment community.

I’ve lived here for about 2 1/2 years now and i hope to continue being part of this community for years to come. Before moving here, I lived in another nearby community with similar sense of hospitality, but Cortland really goes above and beyond for its residents. One of the standout things for me is how often they host events & activities that make living here feel more engaging and like an actual community. It really gets me out of the house, even if it’s just sitting poolside enjoying the snacks provided while there’s a movie night or games going on. It’s very refreshing and something i genuinely look forward to. I recently attended their st patrick’s day celebration, where there was giveaways and residents received food vouchers that could be redeemed at the local food trucks they brought in. The staff and maintenance team have consistently been helpful, responsive, and efficient whenever i’ve needed assistance. I wish i knew everyone by name so i could personally recognize them for their hard work. I
