In my experience, apartment complex offices are rarely this open to one on one assistance. Cortland Kings Meadow se ha convertido en nuestro hogar desde hace solo dos días y estamos muy felices por haber escogido este condominio. Es un sitio muy acogedor y con una naturaleza q enamora, pero sin lugar a dudas lo mejor de todo es su staff, en especial la señora María Suazo, quien hizo de nuestra mudanza un proceso mucho más fácil, tiene un excelente customer service y un profesionalismo q es capaz de atraer a muchos residentes como lo hizo con nosotros. Estamos muy agradecidos con María y con Cortland por habernos acogidos como familia!!! Hace 7 meses que mi familia y yo vivimos en este condominio y la verdad estamos muy contentos, en especial con el equipo de mantenimiento. Ayer mi aire acondicionado se rompió y estuvieron en mi casa a solo minutos de reportar el problema, Ernesto Vilas fue el técnico encargado y realizó el trabajo con mucho profesionalismo y dedicación, cualidades que siempre un residente agradece! 🙏

I am looking for an apartment for my daughter and I and I went to the property in the Hammocks as well as kings meadow and I realized that the manager was the same for both properties, she remembered me and was so nice to me! Extended her kindness to me and made us feel so comfortable. Her employees Maria and Paul went out of their way to make sure that our expectations and were met and our experience was great. The manager even made sure to check off all my requirements for the apartment that I wanted. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to live with friendly staff!

Great attention and nice place. Me and my boyfriend recently scheduled a tour this past Saturday and were met by Chris one of the leasing officers. He was wonderful, paid attention to detail and considered all our needs for the apartment we were looking for. I've truly enjoyed living at these apartments — it's such a beautiful and comfortable place to call home. The entire community has a peaceful vibe, and there's a real sense of friendliness here that makes you feel welcome from day one. The landscaping is well-kept, and everything from the layout to the amenities is thoughtfully designed for comfort. One of the highlights of living here is the amazing maintenance crew. They’re always quick to respond and incredibly professional. Shoutout to Javier, the maintenance man who came to fix my AC — he was there almost immediately after I submitted the request! Not only did he get the job done efficiently, but he was also super charismatic, knowledgeable, and just a genuinely pleasant person to speak with. If you’re looking for a place that’s peaceful, well-maintained, and filled with kind people, this is it. Living in this community has been a 5-star experience. Highly recommend!

I moved in on 1/24/2025, I wrote a review praising the staff but expressed my dissatisfaction at the conditions that all the closet doors were in, rusted and dirty. Today I want to share a positive feedback, I was pleasantly surprised that all my doors were replaced with brand new doors. Javier the maintenance man that came to do the installation was very knowledgeable and professional, he did an excellent job and corrected issues that the previous doors had. Thank you for listening and acknowledging my concerns and thank you Javier for an excellent job.

I have been residing here at Cortland Kings Meadow for well over 2 years now, and I have never been happier. From the leasing office to the maintenance crew, everyone here is willing and ready to help. The community is always clean and well maintained. Haven’t had an issue, and don’t expect to have one either. Would recommend Cortland Kings Meadow to everyone and anyone.

Very modern peaceful . Friendly family oriented. The office staff do very nice events thru out the year for residents . it’s very nice . The team in office Chris Maria Laura amazing . They are so nice and helpful and respectful . When I moved it made everything go so by so much easier. . My kids love the office and relaxing in club house saying hello to office team and living and living here . Nice gym pickle ball court 2 pools . We really do enjoy living here.
