Just moved into Inkwell Greenhouse, so far so good.The office staff was so amazing and very helpful. They made the process very easy! So far, I absolutely love it here so far. The staff is very attentive and address my issues quickly. The views from my apartment are amazing as I can see sunrise and sunset!!! The community seems very peaceful and I love the vibes by the pool. The diversity of people is great as well. The property is very well kept and clean!

Let me start out by saying I am very picky. I had been looking for an apartment for 2 months and by time I got to Cortland I was exhausted and frustrated. After speaking with Jessica and seeing a few of the units I was set that this was the place. She offered to show me multiple units with no problem and no attitude. There was a unit I was interested in, and it was not ready for show, she told me exactly when to come back and would be more than happy to show me. We did just that and in the end, I got what I wanted. Out of all the people I encountered on the journey Jessica was the most patient, kind and professional person I have ever met. Great customer service.

The experience in Cortland is excellent. It is very quiet and without any discomfort, I simply have to file a complaint against the maintenance man OLVER PÉREZ. He treats you rudely and in a bad way. I really don't like the way he treats the tenants.

I’ve lived here at Cortland Inkwell for 4 years now and the maintenance team is always cleaning up around the apartments and always extremely helpful. The front office team Jessica specifically has always been extremely helpful. I’ve really enjoyed living here through the years. My only advice would be more cameras on the premises to accommodate tenets with possible uncontrollable issues that might happen. Great Apartments to live at I definitely recommend 😊

I “was” happy with our decision to move here, but changed my rating. See below. Then due to some recent improvements (thank you!) I changed it back to 4 stars. The 2 bedroom is spacious, has a great kitchen and island built in, a computer station tucked in between the kitchen and living room, nice faux wood floors, and it’s quiet here enough (outside on the property) so I can take walks at night, or in the 24/7 workout area. I have received excellent customer service too from Jassamine aka Jazzman. That’s how I remember her name. Here’s my amended review: The apartment is always noisy because the upstairs neighbors constantly drag furniture around and walk with stone feet; bang bang bang. This has gone on for over two months and they don’t speak English or Spanish so it’s not easy to tell them. Also, the main exit for our side of the complex was all of a sudden broken; they then padlocked it and all residents must use the same exit, and at busy times it takes a really LONG time to just exit from here onto Gre

Cortland inkwell is pleasant and clean, it’s quiet and stunning. I don’t regret moving here and I’m glad I did. The neighbors are nice and quiet, I would also like to note that Food trucks comes periodically.

I love this place Ms Jassamine and Jessica made me and my son feel welcome since the first day, they are always ready to help. Except for some residents who leave their dogs poops everywhere, I can tell that they are really doing their best at keeping the property clean as it is. The entertainment room and pool are great places for kids. We have lived here for 2 years now and not ready to move out lol.

The apartments are well-designed, modern with very nice amenities and gated access. Excellent management team fosters the sense of community with frequent events and promptly answers any questions. Excellent place to live. I leased for a year before moving into my place and it was awesome. Pros Leasing was smooth. Moving in just took 4 days after the agreement. Place is safe for evening walk. smooth experience. Staff is nice. Place is clean. Apartment is luxurious. Rooms are big. Maintenance is QUICK!!No gunshots or happening neighbours all the time. Stress-free move out. They took away justified amount of security deposits. No extra charges. Near to stores. 5 mins of to heb. Overall wonderful! Cons Sometimes pool were loud.After complains they hired security so it stayed calm. No car towing nothing. Just once someone broke into my brother's car and took his wallet. Neighbours upstairs were quite noisy but complaint improved it. Greenhouse intersection is always busy so takes time for a simple turn.

I was greeted by the office staff with a smile as well as offered me something to drink in which I was quite perched from all this Houston heat my goodness it's hot! But nevertheless the office was very clean and fresh smelling. Jassamine assisted me and finding a 1 bedroom apartment a new place to call home. This community is pretty quiet as I seen driving around on golf cart. Beautiful pool area scene resort style views. Theater room and entertainment area top tier. Love that they have many resident events that go on each month that's a huge plus. I'm moving from Bahamas for work accessible is everything for me. She mentioned Katy ISD I heard is a great school district and very close schools and shopping centers and malls! I will definitely be applying here very soon! I came here when I got out the military last September 2022 and Ms. Jasmine , Jessica and Casey was sooo amazing in assisting me with a nice place with a Pool view to die for ! The guest are so sweet here they have dance classes some days in the fitness center and Movie nights for Women to bond over Mary Kay and wine in our Huge Movie theater on site. Food trucks come on special events and holidays to celebrate and the food has been incredible !!! I truly love it here its quite but we also like to come together as a true community and have fun at the poolside enjoying the grills and games they have there as well. And they have a pool table and amazing entertainment center that you can hold your own private events in as well. Like its truly amazing here and the office personnel is so sweet kind and caring. I really feel blessed to be here !

I stopped by to get a tour of the facility and Jazzmine was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She showed me from the resort style pool to the theater room, elevators, pool table, package hub lockers. Apart from the amenities her customer service was great.

What an amazing property! This has been the absolute best experience, living in apartment homes. The staff is very friendly and professional. The property manager is visible and very active in the community, I continuously see him walking the property to ensure that everything is running smoothly. The leasing agents are magnificent, always smiling, and they make you feel at home the second you walk in the office. They are very supportive and helpful, and very responsive when it comes to results and a timely manner. The leasing team has one of the best customer service I have ever seen. Stephanie has great customer service and she is willing to help. She has a great attitude and she explains everything step by step. . I went there 2 times during the process to send my application and she did the tour with me twice because I wanted to see the place again. She explained everything in a great way. When we first toured with Stephanie we definitely knew this was the complex for us! She is the absolute best!! We love our unit so far and it’s in amazing condition given that two tenants have lived here already. The complex has many amenities we love e.g the gym and coffee bar area. There’s no noise whatsoever and the neighbors are friendly. Stephanie has been amazing to work with. She was on top of my lease and answered any questions we had. She was very patient with us and promptly addressed our concerns. I would also like to give special recognition to Jassamine and Jessica for helping us in the process as well.

Absolutely loved touring this community and sharing on my social media platforms. Toured the smallest 2bdr 2bth unit and I was very pleased. Very clean and well thought out floor plans. TOP TIER model units, with amazing décor & furnishings----perfect for showcasing how you can style your new home). Casey was awesome and very knowledgeable. If you are moving within or planning on relocating to Houston this should definitely be on your list of places to call home.

I toured this property when I was looking for an apartment, unfortunately I didn’t apply due to it being a bit far from my new workplace, but it’s definitely somewhere I’d like to live in for my next apartment! Super impressive property! The amenities alone are enough to get someone to apply, but the staff are an added bonus! Very helpful with a great attitude the whole time!

I absolutely love my choice of moving to this property! The staff is so lovely and helpful. All the staff really care about this property. Maintenance constantly power washes the property and gets all my work orders done so fast! I have not had any issues at all living here. I will definitely be renewing!

I am a leasing agent from another complex. I needed help with an applicant who lived here previously. The leasing staff helped me gain answers to the questions I had. I certainly appreciate the effort the leasing staff provided me to accomplish this. The customer service was wonderful!

Update to move in: Management team has been wonderful to work with in person on noise issues (which have greatly improved). Cortland phone system can be irksome at times. Maintenance staff are amazing! I moved in to the Cortland Apartment June/July based off of the reviews and photos online. The online photos show hardwood floors throughout, and that is not the case. There is carpet in the bedrooms and closets. Pay attention to that if it is important to you. Pros: Apartments are spacious and appliances work well. Full size washer and dryers and great and a decent amount of storage. Maintenance is quick and responsive. Property management reps are nice people but unresponsive to emails. Not sure if their workloads are too much or emails just aren’t a priority. Cons: people leave their trash under stairwells, leave their trash in trash rooms without putting it down the chute, dump liquids all over the floor, elevator operation is sporadic, and the noise here is terrible. I used to rent a home with stressfree property solutions & it was the worst mistake of my life. Once my lease was up I knew I wanted to move back into an apartment. We came across cortland inkwell and immediately fell in love. The whole process was smooth. They let us use a dolly to move in. Anything we need there on top of it. The neighborhood is quiet. Have not had a single problem since being here. I appreciate living in apartments so much more.

This is my first apartment ever! The team at Inkwell made the move in process effortlessly easy. The staff is so pleasant here. I honestly love living here! The movie theater room is such a plus for me and my daughter. The vibe at the pool is like you're in a resort. I also love the convenience of the property having elevators! I feel so fancy when my guests come over with everything the apartment has to offer. I will be renewing here for the next years to come!

This property is by far the best one I’ve ever lived at. Management does a great job with response time on service tickets, I’ve never had an issue with anyone. Any time I had a concern any one from management would get right on it. Jessica is amazing, super attentive and such a lovely charismatic personality. I’ve lived here for a year and she still remembers me from when she helped me lease my apartment and she even passed by when I moved in to give us a welcome and ask if there was anything we needed. I’ve never had such amazing service and attention to detail!

I recently move out of Courtland Greenhouse everyone was truly welcoming and nice. Maintenance always respond to work orders in a timely manner. Mrs. Jessica always helped with whatever I needed done . If your thinking about stay at Courtland Inkwell Greenhouse it is a great community and has great amenities get with Mrs. Jessica .

I loved my apartment during my stay, Ms. Jessica is the best in the office. She helps as much as she can and to make you feel welcome to come talk to her at any given time. She’s on point with all her tenants and is extremely understanding. The best assistant manager hands down.

After visiting the property; you get the sense of being home, its warm and it gives you that cozy feeling. It has great amenities from the pool to the workout room, to the lounge area. I love the location. I also viewed the website prior to my visit and floor plans looked exactly like the virtual floor plan.

I’ve lived here for about three months now and I’ll have to say it’s been great. This is my first apartment and they made the process quick and easy. The maintenance crew responds quickly and the complex stays clean. The leasing team is very kind and professional and everything in the apartment is up to date. I would highly recommend these apartment complex to anyone.

Oh my goodness.... I have nothing else to say except I am extremely happy, and satisfied with EVERYTHING since I’ve moved in... All of the staff has been welcoming, helpful, and extremely accommodating. I recently had an issue with something in the apartment complex and I was greeted with understanding, help, and again, they made sure that all of my accommodations were met within company guidelines!!! I am extremely happy I chose Cortland Inkwell Greenhouse and I look forward to carrying out my lease! Thank you to all the staff !!

It's a very nice apartment complex. I've lived here for almost 6 months and It's been really nice. Never had a problem at all, my favorite thing is the black, grey, and white "Inkwell" theme of the apartments . The maintenance team is great, plenty of parking at all times, and the management is really awesome especially Maggie. I'd recommend these apartments with 5 stars.

The very first encounter at Cortland, I was greeted by the most Professional and Polite manager, Jessica. I felt so warn coming from a home to an apartment and she made the transition great. Later I met Maggie and the other staff members and they too were polite, professional, and had great directional skills. The move-in was very smooth and I love living here. The amenities suit my needs and it is beautiful and clean. The spa, theater room, and entertainment room is off the chain. I had never heard of a HUB...lol....Fantastic....Welcome anyone to join me here.....
