**“Honestly, these apartments were nice at first and it was possible to live here peacefully, but now the apartment is completely overrun with mold. We have reported it several times, and they always say it’s just humidity, they paint and leave, and a few days later the mold caused by moisture shows up again. My grandchildren get sick constantly, our skin is affected, and the management couldn’t care less—they do nothing about it. However, when it comes to collecting the rent, which is already excessively high, they are very quick. I can’t wait for the contract to end so I can get out of this nightmare.”**

I’ve been living here for over a year, and I absolutely love it. The amenities are great, and the maintenance is excellent. I would like to mention that every time I visit the office, I receive amazing assistance from Gabriela. I've lived in other complexes where it can take days to resolve an issue, but at Cortland Hunters Creek, they respond in less than 24 hours and are always happy to help! Dario did an outstanding job fixing a bathtub issue. I truly appreciate the excellent service and customer experience.

Excellent apartment complex. From the amenities to the apartments - everything is top tier while providing a perfect blend of comfort and community. What stands out the most is the staff. They are incredibly responsive and genuinely care about residents. Whenever I’ve had questions or maintenance requests, they’ve been handled quickly and professionally. 10/10 would recommend!

Gabriela is truly an asset to the community! I needed some documents printed for a client meeting. Even though she was heading to lunch, she patiently waited for me to send them to her. Initially I was having technical difficulties in doing so but with her assistance, I was able to get them printed just in time for my meeting. We absolutely loved Cortland Hunter's Creek! The property is beautifully maintained, and the amenities are top-notch. The staff here is fantastic—Gabriela and Stephanie in the leasing office are always friendly and go above and beyond to help with anything you need. I usually only write reviews when I have a bad experience but I am making an exception because of the amazing staff at Cortland Hunter's Creek. My mother wanted to stop by and look at the community, but we didn't have an appointment. Stephanie was so nice, patient and accommodating. She explained everything to my mom even the repeated questions lol. We will definitely be back because we loved how spacious the apartment was.
