I've lived in other complexes where it can take days to resolve an issue, but at Cortland Hunters Creek, they respond in less than 24 hours and are always happy to help! Dario did an outstanding job fixing a bathtub issue. I truly appreciate the excellent service and customer experience.

Excellent apartment complex. From the amenities to the apartments - everything is top tier while providing a perfect blend of comfort and community. What stands out the most is the staff. They are incredibly responsive and genuinely care about residents. Whenever I’ve had questions or maintenance requests, they’ve been handled quickly and professionally. 10/10 would recommend!

Many issues with elevator being out of service for days at a time. Too many issues with gaining access to amenities, doors constantly down and not operational or key fob having to be reprogrammed. Carrying several heavy bags of groceries up several flight of stairs is becoming more and more frustrating!

My mother wanted to stop by and look at the community, but we didn't have an appointment. Stephanie was so nice, patient and accommodating. She explained everything to my mom even the repeated questions lol. We will definitely be back because we loved how spacious the apartment was.

We’ve only been here for a week, today actually. And so far it’s been pretty good! The neighborhood is quiet and calm, neighbors so far are pretty nice. The buildings and surrounding grounds are clean. The location is near literally everything so it’s perfect for us. The management and office team have been great! There was a hiccup during move in day where the elevators are down, but they’re working hard and fast to get them back up and running and even credited our account for the inconvenience! Our old place wasn’t even that accommodating! I’m excited for our future here at Cortland! Definitely worth checking them out if you’re apartment hunting!

So far I’ve been loving living here, I feel safe and the location is perfect. I have everything I need within minutes. The apartment is awesome and the community is always clean and well kept. The amenities are also great.

I'm reviewing this apartment complex as an observer. My partner was inquiring about Cortland Hunter's Creek, but ultimately couldn't move here due to factors outside of her control. I have to commend Jeanie for her commitment to making sure my partner left with a positive experience - even when the circumstances weren't ideal. It speaks volumes about Jeanie as the community manager, and Cortland as a whole for how they genuinely want to make sure their tenants and potential tenants are completely satisfied.

This is a beautiful property. I enjoyed my tour and found the leasing agent Cameron, to be super helpful. She answered all my questions and i felt like she really wanted to make sure i was comfortable with becoming a tenant there. Thanks Cameron!

I’ve been a resident of Cortland Hunters Creek and it’s the best apartment community I’ve ever lived in my entire years of renting. They are quick with reviewing applications, prompt with issuing approvals, provides an initial walkthrough with you in your new home, makes you feel welcome almost as if this was a house. The amentities are amazing! My favorite is the gym! The homes, absolutely gorgeous, spacious, and modern. I’ve encountered a few issues like mildew growth during the summers, sudden roach infestation that steadily grew. While these are two things that apartments can’t escape, the management and maintenance swift replies and action plan to solve my issues made it far less anxiety ridden. Another issue. After a year and a half of living here, our gate suddenly stopped working which caused a major issue with having guests, deliveries, and more. I’ve heard that this has become an issue across all cortland properties that I hope they can come to a fix soon or at least let us know that they’re struggl

It's a fairly average apartment with average amenities. For the rent, you might be paying on the higher end. I think the apartment seems a little rushed in its construction. Overall, I'm not unhappy about my living experience, but I do expect better for what I'm paying. The office staff is incredibly friendly as well, so that's a huge plus.
