I have lived in this community for over 3 years and the staff is amazing. Gaby and the staff at the office is great they are always kind and helpful. The maintenance team is always super fast with the request and my unit feels like a home along with all the friendly residents.

Excellent apartment complex. From the amenities to the apartments - everything is top tier while providing a perfect blend of comfort and community. What stands out the most is the staff. They are incredibly responsive and genuinely care about residents. Whenever I’ve had questions or maintenance requests, they’ve been handled quickly and professionally. 10/10 would recommend!

Many issues with elevator being out of service for days at a time. Too many issues with gaining access to amenities, doors constantly down and not operational or key fob having to be reprogrammed. Carrying several heavy bags of groceries up several flight of stairs is becoming more and more frustrating!

I usually only write reviews when I have a bad experience but I am making an exception because of the amazing staff at Cortland Hunter's Creek. My mother wanted to stop by and look at the community, but we didn't have an appointment. Stephanie was so nice, patient and accommodating. She explained everything to my mom even the repeated questions lol. We will definitely be back because we loved how spacious the apartment was.

We’ve only been here for a week, today actually. And so far it’s been pretty good! The neighborhood is quiet and calm, neighbors so far are pretty nice. The buildings and surrounding grounds are clean. The location is near literally everything so it’s perfect for us. The management and office team have been great! There was a hiccup during move in day where the elevators are down, but they’re working hard and fast to get them back up and running and even credited our account for the inconvenience! Our old place wasn’t even that accommodating! I’m excited for our future here at Cortland! Definitely worth checking them out if you’re apartment hunting!

I'm reviewing this apartment complex as an observer. My partner was inquiring about Cortland Hunter's Creek, but ultimately couldn't move here due to factors outside of her control. I have to commend Jeanie for her commitment to making sure my partner left with a positive experience - even when the circumstances weren't ideal. It speaks volumes about Jeanie as the community manager, and Cortland as a whole for how they genuinely want to make sure their tenants and potential tenants are completely satisfied.

I’ve been a resident of Cortland Hunters Creek and it’s the best apartment community I’ve ever lived in my entire years of renting. They are quick with reviewing applications, prompt with issuing approvals, provides an initial walkthrough with you in your new home, makes you feel welcome almost as if this was a house. The amentities are amazing! My favorite is the gym! The homes, absolutely gorgeous, spacious, and modern. I’ve encountered a few issues like mildew growth during the summers, sudden roach infestation that steadily grew. While these are two things that apartments can’t escape, the management and maintenance swift replies and action plan to solve my issues made it far less anxiety ridden. Another issue. After a year and a half of living here, our gate suddenly stopped working which caused a major issue with having guests, deliveries, and more. I’ve heard that this has become an issue across all cortland properties that I hope they can come to a fix soon or at least let us know that they’re struggl

It's a fairly average apartment with average amenities. For the rent, you might be paying on the higher end. I think the apartment seems a little rushed in its construction. Overall, I'm not unhappy about my living experience, but I do expect better for what I'm paying. The office staff is incredibly friendly as well, so that's a huge plus.

Cortland Hunters Creek served us well across two years of residency. Their comfortable apartments are stylish, well located, have everything you need for comfortable living in Kissimmee. My wife and I enjoyed our two bedroom unit immensely. The bathrooms are spacious and have a cozy vibe. The kitchen is full with a powerful dish washer and great electric appliances. I do recommend getting a water filter because like almost every place in Central Florida the water is a bit hard and that does affect the flavor. The pool and other amenities are really nice and I use the computer lounge as well as the indoor and outdoor sitting areas for work often.

We just moved!! This is our 3rd Cortland community and so far so good. Cynthia made our move in day a breeze. She goes above and beyond. Since day 1 on visiting the property she understood what we were looking for and our needs. Excellent service, excellent and friendly staff. Hi residents and residents to be. I have been living here for than 3 1/2 years. Been through more than three administrations. I think it’s beautiful here. I do wish the entrance of my building looked like it did when I moved here. Jesse is excellent in his job. I don't know all of them but the ones I have encountered are doing their jobs in an exceptional way. All the mechanical problems in the apartment are addressed rapidly. They try their best to make you feel you are important for them to make an effort for that extra mile. I live on the first floor, so as convenient as it is to put my bags in easily after shopping I can no longer have nice things on the porch because of people who take it. I do not blame the administration for this. Unfortunately when you live in an apartment complex you have neighbors who don't have good manners and don't respect the other people. We also have people who don't live here coming in and out with no surveillance. An inconvenience this complex has is that you can hear alot o

I love living here but when you talk about safety i don't feel safe. How about fixing the door where you get buzzed in at. If you are not going to fix the door put some cameras up. Lets make our neighborhood feel safe. The swimming pool door doesn't lock. Why give us a key scanner to open the door with when all we have to do is pull the door open. Let me know when you decide to take care of the doors.

Cortland was my first choice when I decided to move to Kissimmee. The apartments here are so spacious and beautiful that you wouldn’t find most places. The property team is great. Cortland has been my home for almost 4 years now and I have to say if I didn’t like it I wouldn’t be here this long ! Thank you to the whole Cortland staff for everything you do !

Me encanta este complex y sus Alrrededores, sobre todo la atención de prte de la administración son súper amables y súper eficaz a la hora de resolver cualquier inconveniente por más mínimo que sea! Así que si andan buscando un nuevo hogar, este es el lugar indicado para vivir tranquilo cómodo y feliz!

I want to take a moment and give a review on the community manager, Heidy Lewis. For she has made my entire rental experience absolutely phenomenal. From the first time, I have ever inquired on the community, to when I personally toured with her and signed my lease documents. She has been nothing short of incredible, and I've been residing here for more than 6 months already. She is extremely understanding and will work with you through any situations that may arise. Everything has been of smooth transition from the leasing office that consist of Cynthia and Bryan to the service team. I am really enjoying my experience in this neighborhood, and couldn't ask for anything better! If I could personally give a rating more than 5 stars, I definitely would.

This community is AMAZING! It's beautiful, well taken care of, and has a staff that genuinely cares about their residents. The maintenance department is outstanding and their response to your needs is remarkable. I'm happy to call Cortland Hunter's Creek my home 🏠

Heidy the manager was easy to work with and truly cares about all her tenants. She also responded to me anytime I needed her. The maintenance crew always made sure things are done on time and are a hard working bunch. The location is fantastic!!! Everything is within a half mile of the apartment homes. They also have a ton of fun events for their tenants! Disney World is 15 minutes away!! Probably the best apartment complex in the Kissimmee area!!

My wife and saw the 3D virtual tour and immediately came in to see an apartment. The staff there was extremely nice and welcoming. Cynthia helped us out the entire time and answered any questions we had. After signing, deposit, etc my wife and I opened our apartment doors to a bottle of Wine, card, and sign provided by the staff. They are such amazing people. We even had a noise issue with a neighbor at 12am and Bryan handled it very professionally. Calling my phone apologizing and telling me he’s making sure it wouldn’t happen again. Thanks to everyone at Courtland Hunters Creek!!

We’ve lived at Cortland Hunters Creek since September 2017, we’ve had a great experience living here and thought we would be moving out; however, ever since the new management started this year we’re renewing our lease because they’ve been so compassionate, understanding and God sent since the current pandemic. Additionally, they’ve made the community so much better with new amenities never seen anywhere else. Cortland is very beautiful (resort style) and affordable to all they offer. Living here is great! It’s very accessible to highways and “The Loop,” which is great! We’re very pleased with Heidy (manager) and thanks to her we’re renewing our 4th lease.

This place is amazing, I just signed my lease in February and I absolutely love it! Management is very helpful, and the office staff is always helpful and super nice, the apartment buildings are always clean and the neighbors super friendly, I really recommend this place.

Living in Cortland is a very beautiful experience. I always feel calm and safe when I am in the community. The apartments also have a geographical advantage because everything is close by and the loop is within 5 minutes. The community is also accepting towards pets and has areas just for them.
