AJ is phenomenal! Super helpful and kind. There are lots of nice people in this community, and the amenities are kept well. The most frustrating things have just been parking, noise, and people not picking up after their dogs. But overall itβs not a bad place.

Conveniently located in central West Hollywood, courtland hollywood offers the best location to the airport, beaches, great restaurants and so much more. This property is conveniently gated 24/hours and has a resort style pool to include accommodation for EV charging stations and onsite gym. The staff are friendly and professional and are quick to assist you with any needs that arise. If you are looking to move to courtland Hollywood rest assure that you are treated with respect and your safety is their most priority.

I have had an incredible experience living at the Cortland Apartments these past 3 years. I have had minimal problems with my apartment requiring maintenance, however when I have the team has been excellent. Work order requests are acted on quickly. Particularly, Mark and AJ have saved us a lot of troubleshooting. These two are particularly kind, friendly and helpful. All the stars!!

The second Dara came to our property she has helped me with everything I needed, and I've seen how she's worked to make this community a great place to live. Hilton has been extremely helpful ever since I moved in, and always delivers great customer service with a smile on his face. David and his maintenance team are excellent, and always complete tickets same day or next day. I've had multiple tickets completed within two hours, which is pretty impressive. I appreciate the quiet community, the maintenance team and the amenities such as the pool and gym. All are kept clean. I definitely like the gym, and the pool in my opinion is resort-quality.

I have been living here for about 2 months now with my husband and we both love it here so much! Patricia was EXTREMELY helpful with getting moved in etc. I would give this complex 10 stars if possible, itβs such a quiet and homey community. I never want to leave!

We have been here about two months and we absolutely love it. The units are up to date with modern appliances and hurricane impact windows and very open. I canβt say enough about the maintenance team. They are prompt and very courteous and easy to engage with. They take the time to explain what an issue may be. The office staff is also fabulous and quick to respond to emails and return calls. This is the first place where Iβve lived where I feel a real sense of community thanks to the continuous updates from the leasing office about whatβs been going on around the complex. From contests to the community forum itβs just been a very pleasant experience. The grounds are clean and well manicured. Just a nice place to live.

This has to be the nicest place I have lived. The grounds are always well kept. The staff is so friendly. For the last six months, I have really enjoyed my experience here! The maintenance technicians are quick to respond, the leasing office is very responsive as well and from time to time there is fun resident events. The conveniency to the farmers market on the weekends is a one of a kind experience, as well as a park right behind the complex for peaceful walks. No complaints and I highly recommend for anybody wanting a quiet and low-key place to live. Very family oriented.

When I was searching for a place to move I was so indecisive till I took a tour here in Cortland Hollywood. Instantly I knew this is where I wanted to move. It feels like a small resort. Everyone is so kind. The staff is amazing. David (maintenance man) is a very helpful person and will go above and beyond to help get any issue resolved. The management here are open to hearing any ideas you might have for the community to make it better than it already is. Everything is so clean. Moved here in December. The grounds are kept clean, the pool area is well maintained, and the grills are cleaned every day. Maintenence responds in a timely manner. Can't say enough about Sam and Hilton. Both are very attentive to needs/questions and are quick to respond to emails. Sam was very patient and informative regarding the move in process. He is very friendly and easy to talk to. Thus far, we are happy with the apartment and the community.

I have lived here for 1 and half years and I have been happy overall. The apartments are spacious with updated fixtures. The staff members are very helpful and courteous (Sam is literally the BEST). If maintenance is required for a broken or faulty appliance however, the response time is usually 2-3 days.

I have lived in Cortland Hollywood for two years, it has been an incredible experience. I really like the complex, the neighbors, the common areas, the gym is very well equipped and the pool is always clean. I highly recommend this place to live. The leasing office staff is very diligent, Johanna the manager, Karina, Hilton and especially SAMUEL. The maintenance supervisor David is always helpful with anything you need in the unit, YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING. I DEFINITELY WOULD LIVE HERE FOR MANY MANY MORE YEARS.

I was a bit disappointed after moving into the property about a year ago. The property had a lot of potential, but the then management was not taking good care of the property and tenants. However, about 5/6 months ago, the property got new management and now the property looks amazing and good common sense polices have been instituted making living here very pleasant - South Florida living at its best!

Cortland - Hollywood, FL - is amazing. The apartments are clean and modern, as are all the amenities. The clubhouse is an amazing spot to get work or studying done. It always smells amazing, and the free coffee makes the residents stop in and have a chat with each other. Management throws family-friendly themed events that leave my nephew making friends with smiles on his face. Maintenance is quick, friendly, and helpful. It really feels like we live in a community here! Also Sam in the management office is super nice!

We sold out house and are now empty nesters with 2 dogs. If you like waking up and having water views and awesome sunsets this is the place. Besides the indoor gym, common area, rooftop deck and outdoor pool and BBQ, the staff and support we get from the team here is great. The bldg Mgr. Joseph goes out of his way to solve any issues and make sure you are happy. Usually people act like it is an inconvenience if you come to them with a problem but Joseph knows my name and follows up that the problem has been solved. He and his team make the place even better.

It's a very nice place the 2/2 is lacking in storage and charges for support pets. 2nd bedroom closet is very small definitely not for an adult, no bathtub is available in second bathroom. It's good for a single person mostly.

Just stopped by for a tour and loved the property and all it offers, really excited for the future and however the front office and staff, particularly Tasha was very helpful and had an answer for every question of mine and may I add very pleasant and made me feel comfortable along with my family!!! Marvelous office staff and looks like a fun place to live ! Stopped by on Cinco De Mayo for some information on availability and price information and walked into a fun welcoming environment. I was greeted by Tasha who not only gave me information on their 2/2βs but took the time to answer all my questions even though she was hosting an event for the current residents she still made time to give pricing , application process and specials & even invited me to the event, which I had to decline but I did take her up on the Nacho offer π

Me and my husband toured Cortland Hollywood, formally Parc Station about 5 years ago and loved it. I ended up going away for dental school and now I am returning to the Hollywood area. Our first thought looking for our rental home was to go back to what we loved. In Gainesville my current apartment manager recommended I look into a Cortland property. I was beyond excited that the one we loved years ago was now a Cortland property! We didn't have an appointment and took our chances walking in on a Saturday. We were able to tour the property with Tenacia who was wonderful. The property was beautiful! The pool was perfect and the pool team was cleaning it to get it ready for the weekend. The apartment model was beautiful and everything we wanted. We went to a few other properties and nothing compared to Cortland Hollywood. The monthly cost was a couple hundred over the budget which sadly may prevent our moving in but I did want this property to know the great service we received and that their property was impre

Our dryer stopped working on a Friday and Marcos was able to come out on the same day to be able to fix it. What a lifesaver, we had so much laundry to do and he was able to do minor little fixes here and there while he was here. He even allowed me to clean behind the dryer with all of that lint which made a huge difference in our allergies I appreciate him so much for allowing me to do that. He was very professional and polite. He had to leave a couple of times to get a few tools but every time he returned he knocked on the door and announced himself. He even gave my dog a little bit of attention by petting him. Marcos was great.

Nice property, look as seen online! Leasing agent T was very nice and helpful and eager to show me the property. The rates were outside of my budget and the young lady referred me to one of their other properties that fits my budget and actually closer to my job.

We are new tenants with Cortland Hollywood and so far we are impressed. The staff is polite and professional. Charlie was the staff we worked closely with and he is amazing. The neighborhood seems friendly. Julio the maintenance guy came to fix a few things in our apartment and he did so with a quick response and was friendly in doing so.

My husband and I went to Cortland for renting an apartment for 12 months. We met Tasha at the leasing office, she was really nice and polite during all the tour. She showed us the unit and answer all our inquiries. We look forward to be part of this community

We have been living in Cortland Apartments for 3 months and we are more than happy. The condo is beautiful, quiet and the people who work in the office are always happy to help us. I recommend going to Tasha one of the leasing people because she did an outstanding job. Everyone in general gives great service. We feel great to live in this amazing place and also safe. One of the highlights of living in Cortland Apts has been the staff- The way you are threated feels very welcoming. Tasha Dunnigan has been great in answering any questions that arise. She is professional and very informative. She will make sure to explain everything thoroughly and in a responsive manner something that is much appreciated- and something you would want when leasing an apartment. Always with a joyful spirit and a kind heart. I must also mention Tenacia- she was also super helpful and nice. A great staff makes it easier for us the residents- so thank you for that Cortland.

This community is awesome ! The ladies in the office were a great help as this will be my first lease of my own, the maintenance team assured me that if I have any issues within my apartment that they were only a work order and call away I havenβt needed anything since I just moved but to know that I have a great management behind me is a relief being that Iβm new to Florida. Cortland Rocks !!

Tasha at Cortland Properties is amazing. What ever your needs are she addresses them in such a nice respectful way. I recommend Cortland Rental Properties and especially the professionalism of Tasha! I came in to inquire about moving in and Tenacia (I hope I spelled it right) and Tasha were a big help. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. Before coming in I called about 3 times and they answered every question I had to the full extent. I've been to many complexes while in the journey of looking for a place to call home and this place topped the charts. They took me on a tour to look at one of the apartments and Tenacia even helped me pick out color schemes and gave me furniture ideas (I'm not a very good decorator) I'm excited to say that I went ahead with the application, got approved and will soon be calling Cortland Hollywood my new HOME!

Cortland is a nice quiet community with an excellent administration and maintenance service. At the management office, Tasha is fantastic, always helping people with questions. There is also a great team in charge of the property's maintenance, with Roger in charge of this important department one can rest assured that all issues will be resolved quickly. Great team of people, great community.

It is my second return to this community. I lived here in 2017 until 2019 I left for a year and in 2020 I came back and I am still here. the truth is that everything is very good but best of all the maintenance people the same guy Roger continues here from the first time even when they changed management. So far super diligent, collaborative and solves everything quickly. I had an issue with the air and in less than 3 hours it was resolved. the other tall green-eyed man very kind and respectful. The girl at the front desk Tasha is amazing. in general it is a quiet community and very safe to live. I recommend 100%
