I’ve lived here for about a year and will renew for one more. Honestly, it’s a nice place to live. Quiet, no one bothers or complains. AJ fixes all issues I create LOL. My only complaint is the high amount of fees paid for sewer, trash and stormwater. I thinks it’s excessive of what the owners are actually paying. Expect $300 for those. Other than that, it’s beautiful, walking distance to the farmers market, and close to everything.

AJ has helped me with several service requests, and every time he’s done an excellent job. He fixed my ice maker, repaired a leak in the fridge, and also resolved an issue with the AC drain pan. Each time the problem was handled quickly and properly, and everything worked perfectly afterward. On top of that, he’s always been very respectful and professional. I really appreciate the quality of his work.

My husband and I moved in a few weeks ago and we love it here. The staff are so helpful, Jaaniya, Cori and Noah really made it a nice experience for us. Moving in was so smooth. In my search for a new place in South Florida, I found Cortland Hollywood, the property is conveniently located right off of the I95 making it easy to come and go, also strategically in a great spot to get to and from Miami or Ft. Lauderdale with ease. I scheduled a tour and the leasing agent Noah was friendly, responsive and very charming. We ultimately chose to purchase a place instead but highly recommend this community.

Cortland Hollywood provides a comfortable and well-maintained living environment. The property is consistently clean, and the staff are polite, professional, and responsive to service requests. The community’s effort to organize special events on holidays such as Halloween and Christmas adds a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for residents. Additionally, the café located in the Business Center is a thoughtful amenity that enhances the overall resident experience. That said, there are a few areas that could benefit from improvement. The parking garage doors are frequently left open, which raises security concerns since it allows unrestricted access to the property. It would be reassuring to see this issue resolved promptly. In the fitness center, the spinning machines are out of order and should be replaced to ensure residents can fully enjoy this amenity. Had a great Tour of Cortland Hollywood yesterday the leasing team was extremely helpful. I currently live in a Cortland property in another area and have had such a good experience with this property management company that I am choosing to relocate to another one of their buildings. I know reviews can be deceiving or sway to the extremes, but I highly recommend going and seeing for yourself what Cortland has to offer. I visited the condominium yesterday. Didn`t close the deal, but would like to leave my 5-star experience with the office team. Ramelo and his manager are super professionals. From all the condominiums I visited, the best attention. The place is beautiful, has a nice pool area, has reasonable prices (for South Florida :P), has a good gym, is quiet and clean.

David is absolutely wonderful! He has helped us with our moving process and always helps fix any problems with our home. He’s super friendly with both us and our pups! He goes above and beyond! Very thankful for his hard work!

Excellent and clean community. I’ve rented at many separate communities. This is by far the most responsive and prompt. The maintenance team and process is extremely easy and seamless. The maintenance team team came to my house within two minutes of me submitting an electronic request. Marc with the maintenance team is the best.

Big language barrier between myself and everyone I meet easy 100+ppl fr fr…neighbors…nice fluffy dogs, tri rail is next door as well as a huge park to walk your dog/ alligator whatever u want it’s FL. Quickest access to HW95 for a development in 100 miles. .i put easily 250 miles on a ford sprinter van every day for work so being close to the highway is really important for me, if it’s not for u maybe look elsewhere …. Honestly tho from 595 down to hallendale even th

I have had an incredible experience living at the Cortland Apartments these past 3 years. I have had minimal problems with my apartment requiring maintenance, however when I have the team has been excellent. Work order requests are acted on quickly. Particularly, Mark and AJ have saved us a lot of troubleshooting. These two are particularly kind, friendly and helpful. All the stars!!

The second Dara came to our property she has helped me with everything I needed, and I've seen how she's worked to make this community a great place to live. Hilton has been extremely helpful ever since I moved in, and always delivers great customer service with a smile on his face. David and his maintenance team are excellent, and always complete tickets same day or next day. I've had multiple tickets completed within two hours, which is pretty impressive. I appreciate the quiet community, the maintenance team and the amenities such as the pool and gym. All are kept clean. I definitely like the gym, and the pool in my opinion is resort-quality.

Marc & AJ are the best maintenance team you can ask for. I literally just put in a service request yesterday and this morning they were already at my apartment fixing all of the issues I had. I love the apartment, everything look great new and smells like Fresh Air. The pool is my favorite part, I love the decorations and that little area you can bbq and hanging out with friends that’s so cool. This community is amazing! The office staff are very friendly and always address any concerns we have. Service requests are handled promptly. Been living here for quite some time and out of nowhere the AC broke down… mid july with the temp being 95 outside. Thanks to Adler Jean he got it fixed within two days and we got the AC back! We have been here about two months and we absolutely love it. The units are up to date with modern appliances and hurricane impact windows and very open. I can’t say enough about the maintenance team. They are prompt and very courteous and easy to engage with. They take the time to explain what an issue may be. The office staff is also fabulous and quick to respond to emails and return calls. This is the first place where I’ve lived where I feel a real sense of community thanks to the continuous updates from the leasing office about what’s been going on around the complex. From contests to the community forum it’s just been a very pleasant experience. The grounds are clean and well manicured. Just a nice place to live.

This has to be the nicest place I have lived. The grounds are always well kept. The staff is so friendly. For the last six months, I have really enjoyed my experience here! The maintenance technicians are quick to respond, the leasing office is very responsive as well and from time to time there is fun resident events. The conveniency to the farmers market on the weekends is a one of a kind experience, as well as a park right behind the complex for peaceful walks. No complaints and I highly recommend for anybody wanting a quiet and low-key place to live. Very family oriented.

When I was searching for a place to move I was so indecisive till I took a tour here in Cortland Hollywood. Instantly I knew this is where I wanted to move. It feels like a small resort. Everyone is so kind. The staff is amazing. David (maintenance man) is a very helpful person and will go above and beyond to help get any issue resolved. The management here are open to hearing any ideas you might have for the community to make it better than it already is. Everything is so clean. The units are modern and the quality of the material they use for appliances are top notch. I’m more than satisfied here and love my home.

Moved here in December. The grounds are kept clean, the pool area is well maintained, and the grills are cleaned every day. Maintenence responds in a timely manner. Can't say enough about Sam and Hilton. Both are very attentive to needs/questions and are quick to respond to emails. Sam was very patient and informative regarding the move in process. I have lived here for 1 and half years and I have been happy overall. The apartments are spacious with updated fixtures. The staff members are very helpful and courteous (Sam is literally the BEST). If maintenance is required for a broken or faulty appliance however, the response time is usually 2-3 days.

I have lived in Cortland Hollywood for two years, it has been an incredible experience. I really like the complex, the neighbors, the common areas, the gym is very well equipped and the pool is always clean. I highly recommend this place to live. The leasing office staff is very diligent, Johanna the manager, Karina, Hilton and especially SAMUEL. I was a bit disappointed after moving into the property about a year ago. The property had a lot of potential, but the then management was not taking good care of the property and tenants. However, about 5/6 months ago, the property got new management and now the property looks amazing and good common sense polices have been instituted making living here very pleasant - South Florida living at its best!

I just wanted to say that I’ve been looking for an apartment for a month now and relocating from Atlanta, GA and when I called the property I was on my 4th call of the day with little to no help from local leasing agents that I’ve reached out too… I spoke to someone named Johanna and she was not only so helpful and informative with aperment size, location but also sent me a quote that included the floor plan and virtual tour online. Cortland - Hollywood, FL - is amazing. The apartments are clean and modern, as are all the amenities. The clubhouse is an amazing spot to get work or studying done. It always smells amazing, and the free coffee makes the residents stop in and have a chat with each other. Management throws family-friendly themed events that leave my nephew making friends with smiles on his face. Maintenance is quick, friendly, and helpful. It really feels like we live in a community here! Also Sam in the management office is super nice!

I visited my friend who lives at Cortland Hollywood. I’m moving from from Boston in a few weeks, I spoke with Lauren and the other staff in the leasing office and they were very professional and friendly. This complex is at the top of my list. I loved the pool, the luxury amenities. I can’t wait to call Cortland Hollywood my new home!!!!

We sold out house and are now empty nesters with 2 dogs. If you like waking up and having water views and awesome sunsets this is the place. Besides the indoor gym, common area, rooftop deck and outdoor pool and BBQ, the staff and support we get from the team here is great. The bldg Mgr. Joseph goes out of his way to solve any issues and make sure you are happy. Usually people act like it is an inconvenience if you come to them with a problem but Joseph knows my name and follows up that the problem has been solved. He and his team make the place even better.

I really enjoy living here. Everything about the apartment feels new, clean, and very comfortable. The neighbors and property staff are all very nice. The maintenance team is quick to respond to requests. Over the years, I've lived at a few other apartment homes, and this is the best by far. Also, shopping, restaurants, and highway are close by. I honestly love it here at The Row. I have only had 1 issue and they promptly came in and fixed it. All of the staff members are so polite and helpful. I love the pool and free printing in the office. I recommend this property for sure!

We have really enjoyed living here! Management was very helpful during the move-in process, handling shifting logistics with grace. The amenities and gym are well-maintained and convenient. The apartments themselves are open and airy and thoughtfully designed - in-unit laundry is so nice to have for this city, and there's even a special stove for a wok! Location couldn't be better (on top of Fulton station, good food on every block). Hello Alfred handles tidying/grocery shopping/dry cleaning - ideal for a busy professional. Hoping to stay for a few years!

Nice apartments that are very well-maintained. Every now and then there will be food trucks that will set up in the parking lot around dinner time and they're always great. Location is incredibly convenient - easy access to mall and shopping centers and easy access to 288 to avoid going through Short Pump to hit the other exit.

It's a very nice place the 2/2 is lacking in storage and charges for support pets. 2nd bedroom closet is very small definitely not for an adult, no bathtub is available in second bathroom. It's good for a single person mostly.

Marvelous office staff and looks like a fun place to live ! Stopped by on Cinco De Mayo for some information on availability and price information and walked into a fun welcoming environment. I was greeted by Tasha who not only gave me information on their 2/2’s but took the time to answer all my questions even though she was hosting an event for the current residents she still made time to give pricing , application process and specials & even invited me to the event, which I had to decline but I did take her up on the Nacho offer 😋

Me and my husband toured Cortland Hollywood, formally Parc Station about 5 years ago and loved it. I ended up going away for dental school and now I am returning to the Hollywood area. Our first thought looking for our rental home was to go back to what we loved. In Gainesville my current apartment manager recommended I look into a Cortland property. I was beyond excited that the one we loved years ago was now a Cortland property! We didn't have an appointment and took our chances walking in on a Saturday. We were able to tour the property with Tenacia who was wonderful. The property was beautiful! The pool was perfect and the pool team was cleaning it to get it ready for the weekend. The apartment model was beautiful and everything we wanted. We went to a few other properties and nothing compared to Cortland Hollywood. The monthly cost was a couple hundred over the budget which sadly may prevent our moving in but I did want this property to know the great service we received and that their property was impre

Our dryer stopped working on a Friday and Marcos was able to come out on the same day to be able to fix it. What a lifesaver, we had so much laundry to do and he was able to do minor little fixes here and there while he was here. He even allowed me to clean behind the dryer with all of that lint which made a huge difference in our allergies I appreciate him so much for allowing me to do that. He was very professional and polite. He had to leave a couple of times to get a few tools but every time he returned he knocked on the door and announced himself. He even gave my dog a little bit of attention by petting him. Marcos was great.

We are new tenants with Cortland Hollywood and so far we are impressed. The staff is polite and professional. Charlie was the staff we worked closely with and he is amazing. The neighborhood seems friendly. Julio the maintenance guy came to fix a few things in our apartment and he did so with a quick response and was friendly in doing so.

One of the highlights of living in Cortland Apts has been the staff- The way you are threated feels very welcoming. Tasha Dunnigan has been great in answering any questions that arise. She is professional and very informative. I came in to inquire about moving in and Tenacia (I hope I spelled it right) and Tasha were a big help. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. Before coming in I called about 3 times and they answered every question I had to the full extent. I've been to many complexes while in the journey of looking for a place to call home and this place topped the charts. They took me on a tour to look at one of the apartments and Tenacia even helped me pick out color schemes and gave me furniture ideas (I'm not a very good decorator) I'm excited to say that I went ahead with the application, got approved and will soon be calling Cortland Hollywood my new HOME!

Cortland is a nice quiet community with an excellent administration and maintenance service. At the management office, Tasha is fantastic, always helping people with questions. There is also a great team in charge of the property's maintenance, with Roger in charge of this important department one can rest assured that all issues will be resolved quickly. Great team of people, great community.

It is my second return to this community. I lived here in 2017 until 2019 I left for a year and in 2020 I came back and I am still here. the truth is that everything is very good but best of all the maintenance people the same guy Roger continues here from the first time even when they changed management. So far super diligent, collaborative and solves everything quickly. I had an issue with the air and in less than 3 hours it was resolved. the other tall green-eyed man very kind and respectful. The girl at the front desk Tasha is amazing. in general it is a quiet community and very safe to live. I recommend 100%

Living here is incredible, the property is always clean, the pool is beautiful, the gym is open 24 hours, the girls in the office are nice but the maintenance guys are the best of this property, Roger and Julio always solve any problem and súper fast 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I have more than a year living in this property and I love living here, I consider it my home, the maintenance guys are super efficient, friendly and they solve problems quickly, the girls in the office are super nice and are always smiling, the spaces for share how the pool and the gym are incredible (five stars) 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
