Honestly, moving in general is extremely stressful in itself. But moving into Cortland, the management team AND Maintenance team made my move so smooth and seamless. If it wasn’t for Drew and Shay helping me and being so quick n efficient with my walk through. Which made me feel even more welcomed into my new home. But!! Smarling, (MVP, maintenance team) he was the one who really was very thorough, installed everything I needed and made me feel safe to know I can live comfortably in my new home. I’ve been living in this community for five years, and I can honestly say that the happiness of the residents depends so much on great customer service. I have been truly impressed by how much the customer service has improved over the years. I especially want to recognize Drew. She was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. Even though we didn’t have an appointment, she happily took the time to show us the three-bedroom apartments because we currently live in a two-bedroom and are hoping to transfer. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a great stay. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping the place in excellent condition. I especially want to thank Drew and Cheo. I’ve lived here for about a year and will renew for one more. Honestly, it’s a nice place to live. Quiet, no one bothers or complains. AJ fixes all issues I create LOL. My only complaint is the high amount of fees paid for sewer, trash and stormwater. I thinks it’s excessive of what the owners are actually paying. Expect $300 for those. Other than that, it’s beautiful, walking distance to the farmers market, and close to everything.

AJ has helped me with several service requests, and every time he’s done an excellent job. He fixed my ice maker, repaired a leak in the fridge, and also resolved an issue with the AC drain pan. In my search for a new place in South Florida, I found Cortland Hollywood, the property is conveniently located right off of the I95 making it easy to come and go, also strategically in a great spot to get to and from Miami or Ft. Lauderdale with ease. I scheduled a tour and the leasing agent Noah was friendly, responsive and very charming. We ultimately chose to purchase a place instead but highly recommend this community.

Cortland Hollywood provides a comfortable and well-maintained living environment. The property is consistently clean, and the staff are polite, professional, and responsive to service requests. The community’s effort to organize special events on holidays such as Halloween and Christmas adds a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for residents. Went to rent a spot and honestly had such a great experience with the maintenance supervisor David. He was so patient and nice throughout the whole process. I now have my own little apartment and he helped through the walkthrough and gave me a little tour around the complex. Can't wait to send an update after a year!

I visited the condominium yesterday. Didn`t close the deal, but would like to leave my 5-star experience with the office team. Ramelo and his manager are super professionals. From all the condominiums I visited, the best attention. The place is beautiful, has a nice pool area, has reasonable prices (for South Florida :P), has a good gym, is quiet and clean.

Excellent and clean community. I’ve rented at many separate communities. This is by far the most responsive and prompt. The maintenance team and process is extremely easy and seamless. The maintenance team team came to my house within two minutes of me submitting an electronic request. Marc with the maintenance team is the best.

AJ is phenomenal! Super helpful and kind. There are lots of nice people in this community, and the amenities are kept well. The most frustrating things have just been parking, noise, and people not picking up after their dogs. But overall it’s not a bad place.

Conveniently located in central West Hollywood, courtland hollywood offers the best location to the airport, beaches, great restaurants and so much more. This property is conveniently gated 24/hours and has a resort style pool to include accommodation for EV charging stations and onsite gym. The staff are friendly and professional and are quick to assist you with any needs that arise. If you are looking to move to courtland Hollywood rest assure that you are treated with respect and your safety is their most priority.
