Recently moved in. Love it so far everyone seems friendly and itβs a very quiet neighborhood. I did have some small issues with my bathroom door and the living room blinds but Marc one of the maintenance workers came by and got everything fixed quick.

Amazing place but may need some more handy man keeping up with the day to day projects. I love the way it is but management needs to tighten up night security and the gates. Big language barrier between myself and everyone I meet easy 100+ppl fr frβ¦neighborsβ¦nice fluffy dogs, tri rail is next door as well as a huge park to walk your dog/ alligator whatever u want itβs FL. Quickest access to HW95 for a development in 100 miles. .i put easily 250 miles on a ford sprinter van every day for work so being close to the highway is really important for me, if itβs not for u maybe look elsewhere β¦. AJ is phenomenal! Super helpful and kind. There are lots of nice people in this community, and the amenities are kept well. The most frustrating things have just been parking, noise, and people not picking up after their dogs. But overall itβs not a bad place.

Conveniently located in central West Hollywood, courtland hollywood offers the best location to the airport, beaches, great restaurants and so much more. This property is conveniently gated 24/hours and has a resort style pool to include accommodation for EV charging stations and onsite gym. The staff are friendly and professional and are quick to assist you with any needs that arise. I have had an incredible experience living at the Cortland Apartments these past 3 years. I have had minimal problems with my apartment requiring maintenance, however when I have the team has been excellent. Work order requests are acted on quickly. The second Dara came to our property she has helped me with everything I needed, and I've seen how she's worked to make this community a great place to live. Hilton has been extremely helpful ever since I moved in, and always delivers great customer service with a smile on his face. David and his maintenance team are excellent, and always complete tickets same day or next day. I've had multiple tickets completed within two hours, which is pretty impressive. I appreciate the quiet community, the maintenance team and the amenities such as the pool and gym. All are kept clean. I definitely like the gym, and the pool in my opinion is resort-quality.

May name is Max, I want to say thank you for help. I had an excellent experience with the A/C technician who fixed our unit. His name Adler Jean. He was prompt, professional, and quickly identified the issue. The technician explained the problem clearly and provided before proceeding with the repair. He efficiently fixed the A/C, and it's working perfectly now. I highly recommend his services and will definitely call them again if needed.

As our time Cortland Uptown community draws to a close, I cannot help but express my heartfelt appreciation for the wonderful experiences we have had here. I have lived at the property for over 3 years, and absolutely love it here. Maintenance staff is amazing, and quick to respond to work orders. Front Desk staff is super friendly and really cares about the needs of their residence. We have been here about two months and we absolutely love it. The units are up to date with modern appliances and hurricane impact windows and very open. I canβt say enough about the maintenance team. They are prompt and very courteous and easy to engage with. They take the time to explain what an issue may be. The office staff is also fabulous and quick to respond to emails and return calls. This is the first place where Iβve lived where I feel a real sense of community thanks to the continuous updates from the leasing office about whatβs been going on around the complex. From contests to the community forum itβs just been a very pleasant experience. The grounds are clean and well manicured. Just a nice place to live.

This has to be the nicest place I have lived. The grounds are always well kept. The staff is so friendly. For the last six months, I have really enjoyed my experience here! The maintenance technicians are quick to respond, the leasing office is very responsive as well and from time to time there is fun resident events. The conveniency to the farmers market on the weekends is a one of a kind experience, as well as a park right behind the complex for peaceful walks. No complaints and I highly recommend for anybody wanting a quiet and low-key place to live. Very family oriented.

When I was searching for a place to move I was so indecisive till I took a tour here in Cortland Hollywood. Instantly I knew this is where I wanted to move. It feels like a small resort. Everyone is so kind. The staff is amazing. David (maintenance man) is a very helpful person and will go above and beyond to help get any issue resolved. The management here are open to hearing any ideas you might have for the community to make it better than it already is. Everything is so clean. The units are modern and the quality of the material they use for appliances are top notch. Iβm more than satisfied here and love my home.

Samuel and Hilton made the application and touring process such a breeze, they know the property like the back of their hands!(super cool guys) This property was spectacular and I love the convenience of the location, being right off i95 makes my drive to work a breeze. Moved here in December. The grounds are kept clean, the pool area is well maintained, and the grills are cleaned every day. Maintenence responds in a timely manner. Can't say enough about Sam and Hilton. Both are very attentive to needs/questions and are quick to respond to emails. Sam was very patient and informative regarding the move in process. He is very friendly and easy to talk to. Thus far, we are happy with the apartment and the community.

I have lived here for 1 and half years and I have been happy overall. The apartments are spacious with updated fixtures. The staff members are very helpful and courteous (Sam is literally the BEST). If maintenance is required for a broken or faulty appliance however, the response time is usually 2-3 days.

I have lived in Cortland Hollywood for two years, it has been an incredible experience. I really like the complex, the neighbors, the common areas, the gym is very well equipped and the pool is always clean. I highly recommend this place to live. The leasing office staff is very diligent, Johanna the manager, Karina, Hilton and especially SAMUEL. The maintenance supervisor David is always helpful with anything you need in the unit, YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING. I DEFINITELY WOULD LIVE HERE FOR MANY MANY MORE YEARS.

I was a bit disappointed after moving into the property about a year ago. The property had a lot of potential, but the then management was not taking good care of the property and tenants. However, about 5/6 months ago, the property got new management and now the property looks amazing and good common sense polices have been instituted making living here very pleasant - South Florida living at its best!

Cortland - Hollywood, FL - is amazing. The apartments are clean and modern, as are all the amenities. The clubhouse is an amazing spot to get work or studying done. It always smells amazing, and the free coffee makes the residents stop in and have a chat with each other. Management throws family-friendly themed events that leave my nephew making friends with smiles on his face. Maintenance is quick, friendly, and helpful. I visited my friend who lives at Cortland Hollywood. Iβm moving from from Boston in a few weeks, I spoke with Lauren and the other staff in the leasing office and they were very professional and friendly. This complex is at the top of my list. We sold out house and are now empty nesters with 2 dogs. If you like waking up and having water views and awesome sunsets this is the place. Besides the indoor gym, common area, rooftop deck and outdoor pool and BBQ, the staff and support we get from the team here is great. The bldg Mgr. Joseph goes out of his way to solve any issues and make sure you are happy. Usually people act like it is an inconvenience if you come to them with a problem but Joseph knows my name and follows up that the problem has been solved. He and his team make the place even better.

I really enjoy living here. Everything about the apartment feels new, clean, and very comfortable. The neighbors and property staff are all very nice. It's a very nice place the 2/2 is lacking in storage and charges for support pets. 2nd bedroom closet is very small definitely not for an adult, no bathtub is available in second bathroom. It's good for a single person mostly.

Me and my husband toured Cortland Hollywood, formally Parc Station about 5 years ago and loved it. I ended up going away for dental school and now I am returning to the Hollywood area. Our first thought looking for our rental home was to go back to what we loved. In Gainesville my current apartment manager recommended I look into a Cortland property. I was beyond excited that the one we loved years ago was now a Cortland property! We didn't have an appointment and took our chances walking in on a Saturday. We were able to tour the property with Tenacia who was wonderful. The property was beautiful! The pool was perfect and the pool team was cleaning it to get it ready for the weekend. The apartment model was beautiful and everything we wanted. We went to a few other properties and nothing compared to Cortland Hollywood. The monthly cost was a couple hundred over the budget which sadly may prevent our moving in but I did want this property to know the great service we received and that their property was impre

Our dryer stopped working on a Friday and Marcos was able to come out on the same day to be able to fix it. What a lifesaver, we had so much laundry to do and he was able to do minor little fixes here and there while he was here. He even allowed me to clean behind the dryer with all of that lint which made a huge difference in our allergies I appreciate him so much for allowing me to do that. He was very professional and polite. He had to leave a couple of times to get a few tools but every time he returned he knocked on the door and announced himself. He even gave my dog a little bit of attention by petting him. Marcos was great.

I came in to inquire about moving in and Tenacia (I hope I spelled it right) and Tasha were a big help. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. Before coming in I called about 3 times and they answered every question I had to the full extent. I've been to many complexes while in the journey of looking for a place to call home and this place topped the charts. It is my second return to this community. I lived here in 2017 until 2019 I left for a year and in 2020 I came back and I am still here. the truth is that everything is very good but best of all the maintenance people the same guy Roger continues here from the first time even when they changed management. So far super diligent, collaborative and solves everything quickly. I had an issue with the air and in less than 3 hours it was resolved. the other tall green-eyed man very kind and respectful. The girl at the front desk Tasha is amazing. in general it is a quiet community and very safe to live. I recommend 100%

Living here is incredible, the property is always clean, the pool is beautiful, the gym is open 24 hours, the girls in the office are nice but the maintenance guys are the best of this property, Roger and Julio always solve any problem and sΓΊper fast ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»

I have more than a year living in this property and I love living here, I consider it my home, the maintenance guys are super efficient, friendly and they solve problems quickly, the girls in the office are super nice and are always smiling, the spaces for share how the pool and the gym are incredible (five stars) πππππ
