I have lived here for a few years now. Valerie is great and whenever there is something that needs to be fixed, a concern (rarely) maintence is on it asap. The property is kept clean and the neighborhood is vert safe! Great management and property!

Hi,my name is Jeferson Vallim and I have been living at Cortland Holcomb Bridge for at least 3/5 years,and it’s amazing experience,all apartments are renovated and everything one in the office and management are out of this world,best manager,best employees and wonderful place that always feels like home. Maintenance personnel are absolutely amazing, super nice and always respond immediately for maintenance issues. We are sad to leave such an amazing place but needed more space.

Generally I like the community, stuff and amenities, everything is clean and the landscape is beautiful. But things I don’t like is the noise inside apartments, you can hear upstairs neighbors, soundproofing is very poor. And the renovation quality is poor as well.

Great experience being a part of the Cortland family here at Holcomb Bridge. The leasing staff is always willing to help whenever needed and the amenities are great. The gym is always clean when I go in for my morning cardio and I love the pool. I cant wait to grill out there this summer!

Had to leave a review because this place has really kept it together these past few years. Great place with calm neighbors. I've been here for almost 3 years. Management is nice and treats you like a person. Great location for families and business people. Lots of food delivery options are nearby. Good distance from other major atlanta suburbs. Good maintenance. Gets fast Amazon delivery. The roomate floor plan is such a great layout. I have the cedarwood and its perfect for a feeling of privacy. There is a mail theft issue for the assigned post office, but post office is assigned by the government so...there's not much the complex can do about that. Got many things stolen until i started using a P.O box the next town over. Even had huge credit card fraud because of the local post office theft. Long story. But anyway. It's a good place. Just don't send anything that looks cute for women or girls or that looks valuable through the USPS. If you're a real city person, it will take a long time to adjust out here.

Cortland Holcomb Bridge has been a definite improvement over our last apartment. The apartments themselves are nice and the trees and landscaping making spending time outdoors walking our dog very pleasant. In the last year things have improved further especially with a new maintenance manager and staff in the leasing office. They are actually responsive to issues and punctual when setting appointments to meet at the apartment to perform work orders.

We toured this community in April and were moved in by the beginning of May. Kyle helped us throughout the application and move-in process which made things super easy, with quick communication all around. Upon moving in, our apartment was very visibly and thoroughly cleaned and everything worked in running order. We are loving our new home and can’t wait to see what more Cortland has to offer us!

This is a great place to live! It’s well-maintained, quiet, and good value. Another good feature is that the surrounding area has just about everything you need within 5 minutes. We just extended our 15 month lease by an additional 17 months - that should say it all.

I’m retired Air Force and I’ve Totally Enjoyed my Residency here in the Cortland Holcomb Bridge Apartment community, since June 2020! The apartment’s grounds are well maintained and kept clean of trash and debris! The overall Vibe of the community is pleasant and stress free! The apartments units are amazing, offering several modern and unique floor plans! You immediately feel comfortable and relaxed when you get home! The Maintenance Service is Great, always quick to respond, respectful of property in your unit, friendly and Proficient!! I truly cannot Praise the Leasing/ Management office enough, they are simply Outstanding!!! They are Professional, Courteous, Responsive!! Catherine, Haley and Gabriela( no longer there) through their Awesome Customer Service and Planned Residents activities totally Enhances the Living Experience here at Cortland Holcomb Bridge Apartments!!!

Office staff is great, the new manager is really helpful in getting any issues that arise (which are few and far between, but let's be honest, it happens), and her staff is always super friendly and understanding.

Cortland Holcomb Bridge is a very nice community so far. Very close to several schools and a good location for the Atlanta suburban area. The staff is very friendly and timely and the residents are family oriented and nice. Its a good place for anybody who is working and needs lots of quiet time for meetings or relaxing, or people looking to raise children in the suburbs. Maintenance is very friendly and fast and the team leader is extremely knowledgable. Rennovations are good quality in the newer builds.

I wanted to update my overall experience while living at Cortland. Maintenance is top notch. I have typically received a response within 24 hrs. They have also recently replaced appliances without stalling. The community is small, beautiful, serene and safe. It has also been nice getting to know neighbors as well. You will enjoy living here. Recently moved in about a month ago. The apartments have been renovated and the grounds are kept nice. The biggest issue I have is the amount of noise from upstairs. Just simple walking around and the ceiling creaks the walls vibrate and you can hear every footstep. Unfortunately it doesnt seem like there has been any sound proofing between floors. I have made a couple of complaints with the office and asked to speak with the mgr who never returned my calls. I have lived in apts before and have never experienced this amount of annoyance. Best advice. Move into the top floor and you will be happy.

Beautiful apartment home, inside and out! The floors are old and creak badly but if you can live with that, it truly is the only downside. The staff is wonderful! I've lived here a few years now and I can honestly say that I've been happy for the most part. Neighbors can be trying at times but that is the nature of apartments in general. Overall, I would recommend Cortland Holcomb Bridge for anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful home with an extraordinary staff.

One of the issues I have with this place is the insect issue. They have like really bad surges of roaches every time that they replace the mulch. The amount of mosquitoes is insane, I’d definitely suggest putting up a screen on your balcony. Besides the insect issue, the office is helpful and the maintenance is quick. I do think that we are adults and placing time limits on the amenities we pay for is absurd.

I’ve lived here 3+ years and just renewed my lease. Rental rates are reasonable and the service from management, sales staff and maintenance are incredible. There are good schools nearby, several grocery stores and easy access to 400. Can’t go wrong with living here. It is a wonderfully diverse community and the grounds are beautiful. The pool and fitness center are also great. I made a the best choice for me.

I'm very pleased with my apartment! Beautiful, spacious and fully renovated. It's in the perfect area, only minutes away from a bunch of shopping centers and restaurants. I needed a place to live and when I knocked on the front door, Jacob was there to greet me. I explained what I was looking for and he made it happen. He explained the process on applying on line and the rest happened very quickly. I met with the rest of the leasing staff and you just knew that they were there for you. I just moved in and absolutely love my new home. Had a little issue in operating the washer/dryer, but Jacob arranged for me to meet with one of the staff who walked me through the steps on how to use them properly. I rate Cortland Holcomb Bridge an A+ and am happy I chose to live here. The beautiful upgrades throughout the apartment and the overall aesthetics of the property make you feel happy to be a part of this community.
