I’ve been living in this community for about three months now, and I really like it a lot. It’s a very nice and comfortable place. I did have an issue with the washing machine once, but the maintenance team stepped in quickly and fixed it right away. They’re very friendly and helpful, and I’m really happy with them overall. And in general, I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place with great service.”

Ever since touring the complex in September to move-in, Dylan has been absolutely wonderful. He has made everything so easy and is very easy-going and kind! I knew from talking to him during my tour that I would have a great experience living here. I didn't get to meet Dana until I moved in. She is absolutely wonderful as well and so sweet! There were some things that needed fixing in the apartment after move-in and she got to them with a quickness. Dana and Dylan deserve raises for how well they treat residents and try to work with Cortland as a whole to make sure that we're taken care of.

I moved here from another state and I automatically felt welcomed by the staff here. The application process was well explained and the apartment was in very clean condition. The pool temperature is so nice and the gym is very clean and has great equipment. Dylan and Dana and the other staff members work hard to make the community at Cortland safe and clean and the community events are fun as well. I also appreciate that it is a smoke free community!

I toured this apartment complex and Dylan, the manager, was very helpful and even showed me the apartment at 1pm when my scheduled tour wasn't until 2:30pm. That was very kind of him. This apartment complex is very nice and has great amenities and I hope that my mom and I will be able to move in here soon! I will update my review if or when we do! It is a nice apartment. Being close to everything makes it more nicer. Would recommend it to our friends and family. Only one thing bothering us are the people in the pool area. They are so loud. We wanted to go and enjoy the pool but this people are so loud and just taking all the space. Hope that can be resolved.

Being One of the first tenants to move In I was actually blown away by the wonderful staff they have here very very friendly and helpful!!! The heated outdoor pool was something that I’ve never seen in a apartment complex. The units are very spacious and with the entire community being brand new there’s absolutely nothing I could possibly complain about they hit it out if the park.........

My AC unit went out at the worst possible time. It quickly reached 90 degrees within my apartment. I submitted a service request to the front office and within an hour Danna, their maintenance technician, was at my apartment trouble shooting the problem and had it fixed. Cortland Hilliard is one of the best places I’ve ever lived. I greatly appreciate their consideration and timely service during this hot weather.

She deserves a big ole raise haha along with Dylan haha! Our dogs love the dog park here, they always have to pull me because they know exactly where to go. As a resident since the beginning, we have been thru several property management companies, staff changes and even a name change! I have to say that the current staff has far exceeded all previous. In addition to the property location and amenities, having an office and maintenance staff that truly goes above and beyond to address any issues, even before they become issues, makes a big difference in enjoying where you call home. The only thing that could be improved is the dog litter - but that’s the dog owners’ responsibility, not the complex - there are TONS of poop bag/trash stations all over the place that I really appreciate. I love it here. Everything is great. Love my apartment after a long day at work. The technical staff is quick to respond. Love the team in the office (they have been incredibly accomodating). Move in is super smooth, you dont have to worry about setting up your electric supply company, getting wifi is super smooth, you can call the spectrum team that supplies the apartment complex and they will set everything up the very next day (its a self install system so you can do it yourself) I would recommend this apartment to anyone!

I've lived in a lot of places, and this is by far my favorite. The community is very well kept and clean. Management is responsive to questions and gets ahead of any issues. They are on top of routine maintenance in units. The community is very dog friendly, but the units are also very sound resistant. I know dogs lived around me and I never hear barking. Management is also very reasonable to work with. I wanted to transfer into a different unit before my lease was up and they made it a simple process without any extra costs or fees. They communicated every step of the process with me.

Since the Day I moved into Destinations Alexander, I have been living in Peace, because of several reasons. Initially, it was my first impression of the Community, it is so Lovely, such a 5 Star Picturesque postcard. Palm trees, plants everywhere, very refreshing. Then, I met the staff who welcomed me whole heartedly and eagerly showed me various models. My husband and I wanted to experiment with apartment living after 50 years in the same home in Illinois. We also wanted to be near family in Kennewick, Washington. Our stay at Affinity at Southridge was fantastic. The staff was wonderful at helping us adjust. Maintenance was taken care of in a timely manner. There were many amenities to choose from and I think we ended up using them all. Many of the residents became friends/family in a short time. I just moved to Ohio and am very happy to have ended up in this community, which I had found online and never visited before renting. My unit is very nice, with a pretty view overlooking the lake. I really appreciate the professional staff that work at this community. They are always very helpful and responsive. There are activities to connect with neighbors and everyone I've met so far has been friendly, but for the most part people just keep to themselves and it is quiet.

I toured multiple apartments in the Glendale area, and Summerly has the best floor plans/layouts than any other apartment community including some brand new ones being built. They are so spacious! Destinations Alexander is a neighborhood type Community with single level apartments. The community’s landscaping is well kept and the building’s exterior is well maintained. It’s a peaceful environment, parking’s available, beautiful clubhouse, pool, exercise room, billiards room, and sewing room. The initial move in process was extremely easy, the management makes it so smooth especially when you've never rented your own apartment before. Any questions or concerns are addressed within a couple of hours and they send maintenance out as soon as they can. The maintenance staff is super kind, knowledgeable and they take the time to explain what they're doing. The complex is beautiful as well as the pool and gym and the management staff work diligently to maintain it. The complex is also extremely pet friendly, while still enforcing leash laws and there is a small dog park which is a big bonus. The best part is the plethora of bunnies that live in the complex, which are absolutely adorable

If your in the front of the complex all is taken care of. But us that live in the back part just get a quick once over. I LOVE The Allure, it’s safe, quiet, there’s awesome parking, amazing amenities, but the only thing I’d like next time would be for The Allure management to show us the space they have open before we sign the lease. We saw the space on move-in day, but it is a little small for us and that’s why we have to throw and/or donate so much of our furniture right now which is a hassle. Otherwise, it’s amazing!

Peyton Park by Cortland has been a wonderful place to live! I’ve enjoyed the new management and they have made many improvements within a short period of time! Peyton Park is a wonderful place to call home. First off the apartments are very nice and spacious. They come fully furnished with Samsung appliances and that includes a washer and dryer. Also, I love having a fitness center that I can access 24/7 it makes going to the gym so much more convenient and they have a Starbucks machine in the clubhouse. The pool and grill area is a nice spot to hang out on a nice summer day. Lastly, but not least the office staff especially Macy is extremely outgoing and they will make you feel right at home. Since Cortland took over Macy has went above and beyond to build a relationship with myself and other tenants living at Peyton Park.
