Ever since touring the complex in September to move-in, Dylan has been absolutely wonderful. He has made everything so easy and is very easy-going and kind! I knew from talking to him during my tour that I would have a great experience living here. I didn't get to meet Dana until I moved in. She is absolutely wonderful as well and so sweet! There were some things that needed fixing in the apartment after move-in and she got to them with a quickness. Dana and Dylan deserve raises for how well they treat residents and try to work with Cortland as a whole to make sure that we're taken care of.

I moved here from another state and I automatically felt welcomed by the staff here. The application process was well explained and the apartment was in very clean condition. The pool temperature is so nice and the gym is very clean and has great equipment. Dylan and Dana and the other staff members work hard to make the community at Cortland safe and clean and the community events are fun as well. I also appreciate that it is a smoke free community!

I toured this apartment complex and Dylan, the manager, was very helpful and even showed me the apartment at 1pm when my scheduled tour wasn't until 2:30pm. That was very kind of him. This apartment complex is very nice and has great amenities and I hope that my mom and I will be able to move in here soon! I will update my review if or when we do! Tour the property if you're even contemplating moving to Hilliard!

It is a nice apartment. Being close to everything makes it more nicer. Would recommend it to our friends and family. Only one thing bothering us are the people in the pool area. They are so loud. We wanted to go and enjoy the pool but this people are so loud and just taking all the space. Hope that can be resolved.

Being One of the first tenants to move In I was actually blown away by the wonderful staff they have here very very friendly and helpful!!! The heated outdoor pool was something that I’ve never seen in a apartment complex. The units are very spacious and with the entire community being brand new there’s absolutely nothing I could possibly complain about they hit it out if the park.........

Dylan is the best leasing agent/manager ever!!! My boyfriend and I really appreciate it everything he has done for us and our pups! My AC unit went out at the worst possible time. It quickly reached 90 degrees within my apartment. I submitted a service request to the front office and within an hour Danna, their maintenance technician, was at my apartment trouble shooting the problem and had it fixed. Cortland Hilliard is one of the best places I’ve ever lived. I greatly appreciate their consideration and timely service during this hot weather.

My boyfriend and I absolutely love it hereee. The manager Dylan is fantastic and will solve anything for you. The maintenance lady Diana is the best person you’ll ever meet. She deserves a big ole raise haha along with Dylan haha! Our dogs love the dog park here, they always have to pull me because they know exactly where to go. When an issue comes up he takes it serious and gets it taken care of. As a resident since the beginning, we have been thru several property management companies, staff changes and even a name change! I have to say that the current staff has far exceeded all previous. In addition to the property location and amenities, having an office and maintenance staff that truly goes above and beyond to address any issues, even before they become issues, makes a big difference in enjoying where you call home. The only thing that could be improved is the dog litter - but that’s the dog owners’ responsibility, not the complex - there are TONS of poop bag/trash stations all over the place that I really appreciate. I love it here. Everything is great. Love my apartment after a long day at work. The technical staff is quick to respond. Love the team in the office (they have been incredibly accomodating). Move in is super smooth, you dont have to worry about setting up your electric supply company, getting wifi is super smooth, you can call the spectrum team that supplies the apartment complex and they will set everything up the very next day (its a self install system so you can do it yourself) I would recommend this apartment to anyone!

I've lived in a lot of places, and this is by far my favorite. The community is very well kept and clean. Management is responsive to questions and gets ahead of any issues. They are on top of routine maintenance in units. The community is very dog friendly, but the units are also very sound resistant. I know dogs lived around me and I never hear barking. Management is also very reasonable to work with. I wanted to transfer into a different unit before my lease was up and they made it a simple process without any extra costs or fees. They communicated every step of the process with me.

Since the Day I moved into Destinations Alexander, I have been living in Peace, because of several reasons. Initially, it was my first impression of the Community, it is so Lovely, such a 5 Star Picturesque postcard. Palm trees, plants everywhere, very refreshing. Then, I met the staff who welcomed me whole heartedly and eagerly showed me various models. Once I found the perfect match I was delighted to find out the unit was affordable and moved in within 2 weeks, because it was in perfect condition. Since I have lived here for going on 4 years, enjoying the myself. There are many amenities, more then I can remember. There is a Bulletin, circulated each month to each resident informing us of the many events and reminding us of the amenities. It is comforting to have I will never get bored. I always feel safe walking my dog anytime of the day or night, and when open going to the dog park. Destinations at Alexander is a great community for the elderly. We have been here since February 21, 2019, and we couldn't be any happier! Destinations Alexander was one of the properties we looked at on line prior to moving to Nevada and an over 55 community. A current resident (and family member) recommended this location to us, and we are glad we moved here. From what we saw on line, this was the best over 55 community as far as location, upkeep, staffing, and amenities. We are very pleased we chose Destinations Alexander!

My husband and I wanted to experiment with apartment living after 50 years in the same home in Illinois. We also wanted to be near family in Kennewick, Washington. Our stay at Affinity at Southridge was fantastic. The staff was wonderful at helping us adjust. Maintenance was taken care of in a timely manner. There were many amenities to choose from and I think we ended up using them all. Many of the residents became friends/family in a short time. The hospital, shopping, restaurants, and church were minutes away. It was a beautiful setting and we hope to return for a longer period of time. Bonnie and David

Cortland Craig Ranch is as excellent location with easy access to shopping and 121. The pool is huge and well maintained. On-site gym is adequate and convenient. Residents are generally respectful of one another

I just moved to Ohio and am very happy to have ended up in this community, which I had found online and never visited before renting. My unit is very nice, with a pretty view overlooking the lake. I really appreciate the professional staff that work at this community. They are always very helpful and responsive. There are activities to connect with neighbors and everyone I've met so far has been friendly, but for the most part people just keep to themselves and it is quiet.

I have a few friends who live here, and I have always enjoyed how quiet and well-kept everything is. My lease will be expiring in November, and I can't wait to give my notice so I can also live at Summerly. Amenities are great, friendly staff, and a huge gym!!

I toured multiple apartments in the Glendale area, and Summerly has the best floor plans/layouts than any other apartment community including some brand new ones being built. They are so spacious! Plus the office staff was so kind and helpful and gave me all the information I needed. I’ve only been in my current apartment for a few months, but so far it has been a great experience here.

Destinations Alexander is a neighborhood type Community with single level apartments. The community’s landscaping is well kept and the building’s exterior is well maintained. It’s a peaceful environment, parking’s available, beautiful clubhouse, pool, exercise room, billiards room, and sewing room. There’s a shuttle service and lots of monthly activities/events for residents. We have been here for over two years and enjoy living our retirement years in this neighborhood.

The initial move in process was extremely easy, the management makes it so smooth especially when you've never rented your own apartment before. Any questions or concerns are addressed within a couple of hours and they send maintenance out as soon as they can. The maintenance staff is super kind, knowledgeable and they take the time to explain what they're doing. The complex is beautiful as well as the pool and gym and the management staff work diligently to maintain it. The complex is also extremely pet friendly, while still enforcing leash laws and there is a small dog park which is a big bonus. The best part is the plethora of bunnies that live in the complex, which are absolutely adorable

Good floor plans in a quiet area. The location is close to almost everything: Interstate 35 going North or South, only a few miles from Highway 77/Cedar Avenue, all kinds of shopping, dining (multiple fast food and sit in restaurants), movie theaters, convenience stores, grocery stores, drug stores, and so on!

I'm very happy moving into Cortland Craig Ranch. My move in process was super smooth and the office staff guided me through the process. The community is well maintained and the staff here are always helpful. The community events are quite regular and help form the sense of a "community". I'd happily recommend this community to anyone!

It’s a great place to live. It’s quiet, safe and I have had no problems at all in the 2 years I have been here. If I need maintenance they are here that day or the next. Everyone from the office to the maintenance are all very nice and help with anything you need. The grounds are always taken care of and beautiful. They always have fun things for the residents to do and fun places they can go to. I love living here…

I really like it here. I have never felt afraid. Everyone in the office and maintenance are friendly and take care of any issues promptly. The only negative is with the landscapers. If your in the front of the complex all is taken care of. But us that live in the back part just get a quick once over. It’s looking a little shabby back here with trash around and the plants and grounds in need of extra care.

I LOVE The Allure, it’s safe, quiet, there’s awesome parking, amazing amenities, but the only thing I’d like next time would be for The Allure management to show us the space they have open before we sign the lease. We saw the space on move-in day, but it is a little small for us and that’s why we have to throw and/or donate so much of our furniture right now which is a hassle. Otherwise, it’s amazing!

Peyton Park by Cortland has been a wonderful place to live! I’ve enjoyed the new management and they have made many improvements within a short period of time! Macey in the leasing office is always pleasant and super welcoming every time I come in, with a treat waiting for my pup! Maintenance is always prompt and courteous. The grounds are kept nice and clean. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time living at Peyton Park!

Peyton Park is very clean, well maintained, and at a great location. The apartments are updated with functional layouts. The community is located within Hilliard City Schools, which is a great bonus!! The office staff, Macey and Jim, are very welcoming and professional. Since, even before my family and I arrived to this community, we couldn’t have asked for better people to assist us in our move from out-of-state. Jim Armpriester, Macey Jackson, and Tyler Hart all did well to prepare everything from the lease agreement, to getting a beautiful home ready for us, and even reserving a spot for us to park after a very long day of traveling. They were each very welcoming, polite, professional, and extremely helpful. They each made what could’ve easily been a very unbearable and stressful time very fluid and easy. Peyton Park is a wonderful place to call home. First off the apartments are very nice and spacious. They come fully furnished with Samsung appliances and that includes a washer and dryer. Also, I love having a fitness center that I can access 24/7 it makes going to the gym so much more convenient and they have a Starbucks machine in the clubhouse. The pool and grill area is a nice spot to hang out on a nice summer day. Lastly, but not least the office staff especially Macy is extremely outgoing and they will make you feel right at home. Since Cortland took over Macy has went above and beyond to build a relationship with myself and other tenants living at Peyton Park.
