My unit has a stunning view of the pond and gazebo and the newly renovated interiors feature high-end finishes and modern appliances. The team has been fantastic and welcomed me with open arms. They host fun resident events like weekly yoga classes, food truck nights, and they just threw an awesome pool party with a DJ and a snow cone truck! The complex is also in an amazing, convenient location, close to many stores, restaurants, and offices. Plus, the apartments are in the district for Highcroft Elementary and Mills Park Middle School, two of the top schools in the state! I love calling this place home and would recommend Cortland Highcroft to anyone looking for a place in the Triangle.

The maintenance team at Cortland Highcroft works so hard for the community. Both Gary and Marcus have been working diligently to try and resolve all questions and concerns. I've heard Gary go above and beyond for a neighbor to try and get their troubles resolved.
