We’ve been working with the Cortland Highcroft team over the last few days while deciding on a home, and I wanted to share my experience. Everyone we spoke with has been very professional and kind. Joshua and Gil at the leasing office were great during our visits. They answered all of our questions, took their time with us, and made the whole tour process very comfortable. I really appreciated that. Adam and Cortney also followed up with us and were very attentive. Their clear communication and the way they handled all the details made things a lot easier while we were trying to make a decision. Since I work in the renovation field, I tend to notice small things, and I can say the team here has shown real care in the way they communicate and support prospects. It definitely left a positive impression. Overall, it has been a very smooth and pleasant experience. A helpful, polite, and professional team.

We have lived here for two years. Taylor and front office have been cordial and quickly resolved all our maintenance issues. We never had an issue that was not addressed by them. Schools - Highcroft and mills park middle are fantastic. Mr kids miss these two!! Gym, Zumba on Thursdays and pool are great treat

5 stars for Taylor W in the office. I believe she is one of the managers onsite. She is always willing to help and reminds you she’s happy to do so. Very knowledgeable and reliable. We’ve enjoyed living here at Cortland Highcroft so far!

I've lived at Cortland for nearly two years. Overall, the community, apartments, and management are quality, and the pros outweigh the few cons. Pros: The surrounding trees, ponds, gazebo, wildlife, and generally well-maintained grounds create a welcoming and peaceful aesthetic; Community members are generally friendly and courteous; The community is walkable and located near multiple Greenways; Apartment floor plans are modern and attractive; It's a great location near shopping centers and other nice neighborhood communities; Maintenance issues have been resolved reasonably quickly and effectively; Office staff has been helpful and courteous in all interactions; Community regularly hosts voluntary events and activities; Management communicates regularly with community news and updates; Gym, Amazon Lockers, dog parks, and pool areas are standard and well-maintained. Cons: Some issues are outside of the control of management but worth noting; Congestion on HWY 55 makes exiting the community to the north a mild

We recently moved into Cortland Highcroft (about a week ago), and staff has been nothing but friendly ever since. Our apartment's minor flukes (bathroom fan noise, missing screen in window) were addressed within the same day we turned in our move-in inspection form. Maintenance (Gary and Rick) came to speak with us and walked around the apartment to take notes and returned the following day ready to fix things! They were extremely friendly and professional. Cortland is a very peaceful community. Cannot hear my neighbors, enjoy the birds chirping, etc. Amenities are lovely, too. Can't wait for the pool to open!

We have been touring some properties around the area and this place felt like home. Taylor the agent was AWESOME & helped so much with our decision. She was friendly & fun. I toured several apartment complexes in the Triangle - including another Cortland location - and nobody treated me better than Karry Allen. Even after I mentioned I wouldn't be moving for a year, Karry remained respectful and engaged, unlike other agents who lost interest when they learned of my timeline. Karry went above and beyond by answering questions I didn’t even realize I had. She explained how to evaluate unit prices, choose a move-in date, and balance my wants and needs. Her transparency and detailed information cleared up my confusion and made me excited about moving. As a college student searching for my first apartment, I deeply appreciated Karry's charisma, transparency, and supportive approach, even though my move is a year away. When the time comes, I will choose Cortland Highcroft because Karry made me feel safe, welcome, and at home. I look forward to visiting her office as a resident.
