I have lived here a long time and ahile I was hesitant to transfer during the renovations, I am so glad I did, I love my new home and look forward to many more years at Highcroft! The renovations on the fitness center were nice too and we can't wait to try out the new pool area in the spring!

Marquis is INCREDIBLE. I’ve submitted quite a few service requests, and Marquis has always been so prompt in helping, quick and efficient in doing the job, and so friendly and supportive throughout it. If there’s any delay and he sees me around the community, he always keeps me updated on the status of things. I recently thought I lost my ring down the sink (I’ve since found it of course), and Marquis had the misfortune of coming to help fix it on a day following a particularly tough weekend for me. He not only took the time to take that sink completely apart, he updated the plug of it and even helped me as a friend and support on a tough day. He looks after this community in a way that helps build the beautiful community we have here. He’s the best!

If I could give this place 30 stars I most definitely would, the staff is absolutely top notch, Sheana and Stephanie are great, they both are attentive to my needs when needed, and are both very very professional and friendly, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay, my stay here has been nothing but great! 👍🏾 ☺️

Overall, I enjoy staying at the Cortland Highcroft community. The leasing office, both Sheana and Cherish, is very responsive and helpful. Additionally, the maintenance crew, specifically Marquis, is very quick to complete my maintenance request and in a very professional manner. I know I can count on this team if anything ever comes up. The community is quiet for the most part and the landscape is well taken care of. If I could change one thing it would be the garbage disposal near my building. There are times when the garbage is overflowing and it doesn’t look good. Aside from that one flaw I love the community and would highly recommend it.

Sheana is a wonderful person and did an amazing job with my tour. The maintenance of the property is very well kept. Also, I spoke with the manager Stephanie as well after my tour and she was very informative. I look forward to making this property my future home.
