This community is amazing, is located in a great area close to everything. The staff in the office is just wonderful, they really are like family. Also the maintenance is very quick as well. We just love it here.

My family and I has been here at Cortland HC for almost five (5) years. I have nothing put POSITIVENESS to say about the community. Customer service is 5 🌟s, Amenities are SUPER (5 stars), the list can go on and on but my favorite of them all is the apartment space and living environment. Quiet, spacious, very adopting, peaceful and AHHH-MAZING‼️ My family & I, LOVE it at Cortland HC. I recommend this Living Community to anyone: if you're looking for an upscale & classy place to call HOME!

We recently moved into our new apartment, and we are delighted by how beautiful and well-maintained the property is. The landscaping is attractive, and the common areas are clean and inviting. The staff has been exceptionally friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, making the transition feel smooth and enjoyable. Upon moving in, I did come across a few minor issues, such as a garbage disposal not working, hot water not working and a few scuff marks on the walls. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how promptly these concerns were addressed; I submitted my request in the morning, and by the afternoon, maintenance had already come by to fix everything. This level of responsiveness has truly exceeded my expectations and made our move-in experience quite positive.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cortland Cove has been an incredible community to move into. relocating with my two young boys, the staff here truly went above and beyond to make us feel supported and welcomed from day one. Every interaction has been met with kindness, patience, and genuine care. The team was responsive, understanding, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, which made what could have been a stressful move feel much smoother and reassuring. It’s rare to find a community where the staff treats residents with such respect and compassion. Cortland Cove already feels like home for me and my boys, and I’m very grateful to be part of this community. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for not just a place to live, but a place where people truly care.

I am usually not a person to leave many reviews unless, I have felt that I tumbled upon a great person, group of individuals or place that merits a review that can highlight the person’s capabilities, and or a place or community that, can serve other’s who are in the market seeking this type of service and shelter. I must say that, both Mr. Joseph (Senior Property Manager), at Cortland’s Harbour Cove Apartments in Pembroke Pines, Fl., are beyond one if the most outstanding, professional, caring and compassionate people that I have ever came across when seeking a residential unit, to addressing any concerns or needs within my existing apartment. Although, Mr. Joseph became the Property Manager (approx a year to a yr 1/2 ago), he has always demonstrated kindness and solutions to make it fair for both the residents and the Management Company. We love the property and the beautiful upgrades. Steven took us on an incredible tour. We had so many questions and he was able to answer all of them even before we asked them. We guess that's what experiemce shows. He showed us both floor plans and we just fell in love with the property and his absolute attention to us and our family that he just made us feel at home like long time friends. Steven, we don't know if you will see this review, but from my whole family, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your time, kindness and helping us thru the applicatiin. We can't wait to start our new life at Harbour Cove.
