Not only is it a nice, clean place to live, but the staff is amazing! Special shoutout to Tiffany—she’s become my go-to whenever I have questions or need help with anything. She’s super detail-oriented and always makes sure everything is clear and accurate. Tiffany stays on top of things, keeps me in the loop, and never misses a beat! I can always count on her to handle the important stuff the right way, and as an adult, I really appreciate that. Thank you always, Tiffany! 😊

Huge shoutout to Dylan on the maintenance team of Cortland Glenwood South! I have recently moved in and put in work orders to fix a few things in my apartment and he was extremely well-prepared and quick with all the tasks. I had such a great experience touring Cortland Glenwood South, and a huge part of that was thanks to Trevon. From the moment I arrived, he was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about the property and surrounding area. He answered every one of my (many!) questions with patience and detail, and he made the whole process feel stress-free. It’s clear he really cares about helping people find a place that feels like home. If you’re checking out Glenwood South, I highly recommend asking for Trevon—he’s the real deal!

Joshua Whichard and the Cortland Glenwood South team has been a pleasure to do business with. My job requires me to move around a lot and the Cortland Glenwood South has the best staff I’ve encountered with apartment complex’s. Since day one, Joshua has been extremely accommodating while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Joshua’s worth ethic and willingness to solve any problems that arose with my move-in made the transition easy. The other members of the staff here also did an excellent job of answering any questions I had. I hope the efforts of the staff here does not go unrecognized.
