I've lived here 6 months and love it! Office, cleaning and maintenance staff are all wonderful. Lots of activities are planned, and people really go out of their way for the tenants here.

I toured this apartment community recently and had a really good experience. Kevin, the leasing agent, was very personable, professional, and easy to talk to. He took his time walking me through the property, answered all of my questions clearly, and made the whole tour feel comfortable and straightforward. The complex itself was well kept, and overall the experience left a great impression.

I toured the building back in October with Aziya, she is so amazing and was a great help with answering the million questions I had. She is truly a pleasure and a big reason why I decided to choose the Cortland. Aziya even remembered how much I loved reading and included a book in my welcome basket, she made the move in experience truly personalized and special. Truly a 1 of 1 experience!

I recently had a live tour of Cortland Glenwood South, and I cannot say enough great things about the experience. From the moment I arrived, Trevon provided a level of professionalism and knowledge that truly set this community apart. Recently toured this property with KJ and was blown away. Not only by the amenities and the property but by the service of the staff. Kj although one of the newest employees to my understanding was very knowledgeable, friendly and inviting and the other staff that were present seemed to be just as pleasant. I am strongly considering this property being next place of residence!
