I was a walk in to Cortland Gateway , upon arrival, the staff was friendly they let me know that they have some upcoming available units. This was the first time ever in life. I applied and held her unit before seeing it after getting approved and seeing the unit I love it it was a good choice,Ms Danielle is awesome, she is very patient a hard worker, and she knows how to do her job. I gave all the thanks to her and glory to the Lord. . we are now new residents, moving in soon.

I’m extremely surprised to see all the negative reviews that I’ve seen about this complex because it is NOTHING Like they’ve been described. I visited the complex in search of an apartment for my sister who has decided to give Texas a break and to my pleasure I was greeted by a representative named Danielle (as we talked I discovered she was from Texas as well)!!! She was super pleasant and very patient with the breakdowns of prices and answering all the questions I had about the property (this definitely helped me make the decision to place this complex in her “options”). We took a quick tour and the complex was quiet and kept. Although the decision is up to my sister I’d give this location a 10 if I could. Keep up the great work and great customer service!

I live in building 6! I came home to my bathroom sink leaking which lead to water everywhere on my bathroom floor. I called maintenance and Mr. Taviare came immediately and fixed the problem also after seeing how upset I was he also helped me clean up the water off my floor!

My family and I have lived here for 2 years and are very happy here. Maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner and the maintenance staff here is pretty darn good. Hats off to David who did an awesome job on our bathroom. Thank you David. The office staff is always polite and courteous and attentive to our needs especially our lovely ladies Melissa & Alondra. Many of my calls to other apartments either went unanswered. or unassisted. Leaving me very frustrated However, Danielle spoke to me directly and showed great care and concern that I needed. She qualified my needs and went behind my expectations. She even apologized for all that I’d been through concerning my exhaustive search. I needed that! I've lived here for almost 4 years and just renewed for another 15 months. I've seen a lot of changes along the way, some good and some not so good, but as with any property this size there are going to be ups and downs along the way. I'm pretty happy with this property overall and i love my apartment! And I feel they are making improvements where they are needed and that's a big part of what has kept me here. That, and the exceptional level of customer service I receive from the office staff. Although I am happy with all of the ladies, I want to mention one in particular, Justine Cheeks! She goes out of her way to provide great service in a professional manner. I can count on her always doing her best to resolve any issues that come up. I hope she is here for the long haul because she is certainly an asset to this community!

Danielle at the property was magnificent. She gave me the white glove tour, showing me a newly renovated unit overlooking a lake. It was nice. The property was kept up nicely. I had came into do a tour of a 2 bedroom and Justine was incredible! She was a delight! She was very informative and helpful. She knew exactly what questions to ask to gain an understanding of what we were looking for. Unfortunately there were no apartments in our very small time frame but if there was I would DEFINITELY have rented at Cortland! She asked to keep my information just incase something had come up after we left and I am keeping my fingers crossed! Overall pleased with the look of the property and the amenities.

I spoke with a lady named Danielle about a possible lease due to relocation because of my husband's job. Danielle was very knowledgeable about the area as she made several recommendations about local restaurants and other leisure activities that we would enjoy. Since we are not completely sure as to where we will live, Danielle understood that and was not pushy about us signing a lease. We've lived here for 9.5 yrs in 3 different units at this point and like 4 different ownership groups. You live at a place long enough and there are 5 star times and there are 1 star times depending on a lot of variables. Wine nights, trunk or treat, game nights are positives. Sometimes the pool is down for maintenance, sometimes the gate is broken, sometimes stuff breaks down. Those are negatives. But what makes the difference is how its handled. Cortland came through when the reno on our unit wasn't up to snuff. But most importantly Cortland came through recently when we needed to move due to a neighbor issue. They were very accomodating and helpful throughout the entire situation and process and management actually helped propel us into our next venture of home ownership. Companies are companies and property ownership is property ownership. But the people behind it have made the difference and we leave with nothing but positive vibes. So thank you for being our home for the last decade!

Ive been living here since 2016 when it comes to security i don't feel unsafe. Friendly neighbors, the team is very helpful when you need assistance in the business center. The maintenance team is a very hard working team, one time i asked the team to install my mirror for me and they helped me out. The pool is always clean and look very good. The gym is always clean and open. I love that they offer free yoga classes on Tuesdays. Justine always comes to my parties and i feel like she is my friend! She is always helpful with my issues and i lover her!

I’ve been living in Cortland for nearly two years and I don’t have anything wrong to say about this place. I have been fully satisfied with my stay here; the leasing staff is amazing, I have to specifically point out a young lady with long black hair -super sweet and always has an answer to my questions. She knows what she’s doing and ensures that you’re well taken care of. To put a cherry on the top maintenance team is always on point, the location is safe and clean and I have a great balcony view facing Denver’s famous Gaylord Rockies resort and Denver international Airport.

Cortland is very responsive to any questions or issues we have. My washer stopped washing lol and I requested maintenance via the company's portal. Justine was extremely and has a positive impact on the experience at Cortland. Within a few days, a technician came and was ready to fix the problem. He was in and out and problem was solved. This is the first building I've lived in where management has been so quick to help. The building is also extremely clean. I've seen people picking up trash almost every day, thoroughly cleaning the halls, stairwells.

Since I have moved into Cortland Gateway Park I have felt nothing but welcomed and loved! The sense of community is amazing and I love the long walks around the lake with my dog and girlfriend. The amenities are top notch and I absolutely love both gyms and the pool! They will handle each situation in order received. And the follow -up for me ..has been excellent. Both Justine & Cassie have been incredibly helpful and each of these women have absolutely wonderful, kind personalities!! Took care of everything promptly!! Plus, a shout out to the maintenance team who took care of 3 work orders super quickly!! Thank you all!!!

Cortlands maintenance service is wonderful! Dustin just got done fixing a few things in my apartment, was very nice. I always set my requests to call for entry and they have always been completed within a week at least! Overall, great service!

Rikki made the leasing and move-in process so easy! We’ve been here for about 8 months so far and any maintenance request has been attended to within 48 hours or less. The staff at Cortland Gateway Park are always friendly and attentive when approached with any questions or concerns.

The property is well kept. My issues in apartment are always taken cared of right away, unless parts need to be ordered. Staff in office are always polite even though they can get busy at times they hold their composure. Maintenance are always working hard from what I can see.

The office staff has always been welcoming and accommodating. When moving across states unable to fly in to tour due to the pandemic, we had our hesitations. Justine took amazing care from start to finish and helped with us getting into our unit even when arriving at midnight. Both her and Rikki have been our go-to’s for any general requests, maintenance requests, or just to go and visit to chat because they genuinely care about their tenants. It is a beautiful property with plenty of things to do with just a 10 minute drive down the highway. Definitely the best bang for you buck when it comes to floor size and rent prices in the area. Living in any apartment comes with its quirks like potential neighbor noise, dogs barking, or the occasional car alarm but nothing too crazy has happened here. we have just renewed for our second year and are looking forward to another year at this property.

We are very happy and satisfy with our visit to Cortland Gates property. Ms. Madison Swisher took her time to help with our application, walk through and everything. With our family and 3 apartments, she pushed and helped us out so bad that we got answers within a time frame of 3 days only. Hats off to Ms. Madison Swisher and everything that she has done for us. Madison Swisher is awesome. She was very helpful and Fast. We put in an app. And got approved next day. Came to see her to tour the apartments and was very welcomed.

So I was told by another lady that we would have early access the day of move in to move our stuff in. Due to leaving our current place early in the AM. Today after turning in money orders for prorated rent and following months rent. I am told I can't access the apartment till 1 pm due to cleaners not being available to do their scheduled cleaning today. 😑 to top it off we won't have access to the garage to load our stuff in temporarily (which we were also told we could have early access to, to load our stuff into) until 10 am as well, while we wait for the apartment to be available at 1pm. This is so frustrating and annoying. Also the office does not open till 10 am. If you give a tenant info about move in. Pls stick to your words. As we have to change our schedules to fit your now late update, so we can move in. M

About to be a new resident here! So far, great community around, well maintained and have style in the apartment. Lots of options for activities to do here are 🙏🏻 Walk- in one day and Madison S. was the one who help me and is wonderful at making sure you are getting what you need and want!

We had a horrible experience at me and my girlfriends old apartment so we rushed to find a new place and move in as quick as possible, Madison Swisher was our leasing agent and she was nothing but helpful and kind, she also helped us out to get into the perfect apartment as soon as possible, couldn’t have done it with out her!

Just as beautiful as the pictures! Loved touring this gorgeous apartment. Justine & Ricky were fabulous and went above & beyond to make me feel welcome. I toured the model layout I was interested in and they were kind enough to show me the outside of the room I'd be renting (currently occupied) so I could see where it would be situated in the complex. Justine greeted other tenants by first name and was so polite! I toured another neighboring apartment complex and had a terrible customer service experience, so much so that afterwards I swung by Cortland again to tell the girls I'd made my decision. I signed the lease tonight & can't wait to live at Cortland!

Signed my lease August 4th! It's about to be my 3rd month here. Crazy! I was accompanied by Justine when I got me keys and welcome folder. She was very nice in assisting me and proffessional. Keith did my walk in tour. He's very bubbly and nice guy! I signed my lease before viewing the unit so I was a bit nervous when I entered my unit. But to my surprise it was absolutley stunning and I'm in love with it. Loving my stay here so far!

No regrets! After living in 5 different apt complexes, I never thought I'd say this but I am soooo happy we live here. I tried to give a detailed review for those of you like me who like a lot of facts. Our apt is 800 sq ft 1/1 on the top floor. 1.) Sunsets are gorgeous here. I can seen the mountains and the sun behind them. 2.) I seldom hear my neighbors. I can't hear any noise while I'm in my apartment (I never thought this was possible at an apt complex). My neighbors can be using pressure cleaners or doing loud projects on their patio, and I can't hear it at all. 3.) I cannot say enough good things about the staff here. Everyone is so friendly, down-to-earth and they really do care about our happiness. I have been here a month and every time I needed assistance, they were willing to help. I love it here!

OMG where do I start? Just moving here from out of state and when I first entered the community and seen the ducks and the lake, I WAS AMAZED!!! I didn't expect an great view like that. Also, the office staff made me feel so welcoming, which meant so much to me. Lastly, my apartment was in the best location and I have a great view looking at the mountains every morning. I LOVE IT HERE SOOOO MUCH AND I APPRECIATE EVERYONE WHO MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS HOME!!!!

I have lived at Cortland Gateway Park since 2013 and my experience has been a positive one. The grounds, clubhouse and pool area are clean. The building I live in is quiet for the most part. The leasing agents are helpful and knowledgeable. There is one in particular who is a jewel and that is Keith. He returns calls promptly, and is very diligent in taking care of any issues you might have. Keith is an asset to Cortland Gateway Park.

Me and my partner have just moved in, but I wanted to leave a review so quickly because the leasing team has been awesome since our first time inquiring about an available apartment. Julia is who we dealt with the most, but Justine was also super informative and helpful. They were detailed about all fees and requirements needed for move in. We were coming from California and couldn't move in on the actual available date, but Julia made the whole process easy by letting us know what was needed and leaving our keys in a lockbox for when we did arrive. And even after moving in, we reached out to learn more about a garage and they were quick to respond and set it up for us. The apartment itself is updated and very nice. The washer and dryer work great and our building is right next to the lake they have running behind the complex, so it's like we're living at a beautiful park.
