Great location and very nice team! This is my second time living at this apartment because moved out of the country in 2023. I live in building 1, and they have construction going on, I was so worried because I work from home 3 days out of the week and it's not as bad as I expected. I always see the cleaning lady and that's a great thing because you can tell the hallways get cleaned regularly.

This has been an amazing apartment complex since the moment I’ve arrived. When I moved in last year I was looking for a place to call home closer to my job. I toured countless apartments and was always left with uncertainty’s and refused to settle for something I may not want or enjoy. After doing two tours here I was already sold after my first. From move in to renewing my lease this year this apartment has been nothing short but amazing and I don’t plan on moving out anytime soon. The pool is always nice and clean and the neighbors are always friendly whenever they have get togethers. They are very understanding when it comes to paying rent which has always been something i appreciated. The community is clean and well kept and the love and care the team takes with cleaning daily shows as they are always sweeping mopping and cleaning the hallways and elevators to ensure us residents have a clean walkway and environment to be surrounded by! I lived here for 15 months and here are the pros and cons. Pros: 1. Victor the maintenance man is amazing, can’t speak for others 2. The front office always has free breakfast, cool events, and food trucks come to the complex. 3. My unit was very clean never experienced any bug issues (despite the major nastiness with the trash at times) 4. They were fair upon move out. I actually am getting my deposit back. 5. Gate worked 97% of my time living here. Cons: 1. There is no call box on the other floors except for the first, so if a food delivery person/guest goes on the elevator to any other floor, they will be locked at the door and you will have leave your home to let them in essentially defeating the purpose. 2. They have valet trash five days a week, but they need it for seven. The residents do not maintain their trash tray and it gets smelly and disgusting. 3. The hall cleaning lady does OK. She rarely cleans the apartment hallways. She only cleans the primary hallways where they have to show potential resi

I've lived in this apartment for 13 months now, and the experience was amazing! It's my first time living in an apartment where the property management (PM) team is very involved. They consistently sent out emails reminding tenants of the rules when some tenants broke them. I don't mind the reminders as they improve the quality of living. This is a specific example, I know they cared. During windy days, the branch of a tree closest to my window scratches. It's a loud screeching sound. I brought it up to the PM team. After a couple of days, they hired a team to hedge the tree!!!! Enough said! I highly recommend this property just for the team alone!

I have lived in Cortlandt Galleria for the past year and a half after looking at several other complexes to live in. I am so glad I chose Cortlandt Galleria! I recently had the pleasure of touring this apartment complex and I was very impressed! The property is beautiful and very well-maintained, everything was clean and inviting. The staff really made my tour fun and enjoyable. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful, especially the community manager, Rondy, who went above and beyond to answer all my questions. I will say this because of all the bad reviews about car break ins: I’ve lived here for 2 years, and the gate ALWAYS works. However, the amount of residents that let family or significant others move in without properly informing the office, is a real issue. I know because I have worked for leasing, and the only reason for people to tailgate other cars is because the live there is without being on the lease (therefore they don’t have a gate clicker). We all have gotten used so much to have random cars tailgating us, that we can’t even find that suspicious. When some card got broken into a year ago, my car was among them, and although the office can’t take responsibility for something that is out of their control, they did everything they could to advise on the right direction, as well as investigate what really happened. Guess how the burglars got inside the gate?? By tailgating another car. So, if you are a resident who does not follow the rent contract rules, you have no right to complain about issues you a

Update: I’ve been with Cortland at two different communities and both communities have been great. Galleria has the best maintenance staff, they are very friendly and prompt. The facilities including the gym and the pool are top notch. I would recommend Cortland to anyone looking for a quality apartment community. They even have creative communtity events which allow you to meet your neighbors. It’s a real community. Two of my closest friends are my neighbors! Thank you so much Julia for you happily helping me out on a Friday evening! You convinced me to make a quick decision about a major move. As a medical provider I really appreciate the convenience of this location to my office and I am very excited to be transferring to this community. I have been a Cortland resident for 2 years (Fossil Creek) and the consistency of customer service and amenities are unparalleled.

I'll leave this true story and I'll let you decide how good they are: I live in the 3rd floor and the trees are in line with my bedroom window. On windy days, the branches slam on my window and it can get quite loud. I brought it up to management as a minor recommendation. After a couple of weeks later, they sent a team to chop off the branches that were on the side of the building. They were able to fix that issue. Imagine the kind of care they put into the building and taking care of the residents. Great job Cortland team!!!

Just renewed my lease today after being here for 3 years and I have to say that it took longer than expected when I came to the leasing office. I had a great conversation with the staff and they were super friendly and gave me a great deal on my renewal. I had a great experience living in this community. In the 13 months I stayed here, I had virtually no issues. My apartment was on the fourth floor. Moving in was easy because they have a decent sized elevator and there was never any issues with it. I always had a peaceful living experience, never had any noise issues. The apartment I got was very clean and free of pest issues. They have great amenities like gym, swimming pool, business center, free coffee at the leasing office, courtyard, etc. The vallet trash pickup comes every weekday which is super convenient. Maintenance has always arrived on time and taken care of everything. I also like that they hold regular celebrations for special occasions and holidays. They also have free weekly yoga and kickboxing classes. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. I'm leaving only because I want lower rent. The apartment and rooms are great. The pool and gym are convenient. Location is great. Right off major highways, right next to the galleria mall. Easy access to Addison beltline and legacy west. There’s also a bus stop directly in front of the complex that can take you to uptown and downtown Dallas.

I have lived here for a year and love it! Maintenance comes within 24 hours, broken elevators have been fixed quickly and random messes in the hallway have been cleaned up quickly. I also feel very safe here, even walking alone at night. Only negative I have experienced here is doors being broken for a while but it didn’t concern me since the area is so safe.

AirBNB review: It was a lovely 5 day stay here. The apartments were spacious enough for the 4 of us, the pool was pretty. Only 4 stars instead of 5 because the hallways stink so bad. Thankfully it doesn’t linger into the apartment rooms themselves.

I have been a resident of Cortland for almost a year in one of its communities. Still, looking to relocate closer to where I could facilitate access to the most central areas where I operate, I found this community, Cortland Galleria. Without basically having time to do so many moving procedures, I was assisted by a highly professional, friendly, and extremely diligent staff who, knowing how quickly I needed to move, were at the top of their capabilities and even making space to assist me, my first tour of the property was given to me by Walter Gonzalez who he proudly took me to all the common areas where I could appreciate the order, cleanliness and everything that has to do with the maintenance of a complex of that magnitude. In the office, I was assisted by Kai Uayan, who without wasting time processed everything I needed, took me to several units, and remained in constant contact throughout the process. From the beginning to the end , I was met with nothing but professionalism and genuine kindness from the ladies in the office. Every step in the process was with ease and they are very quick to respond to emails/communication which is huge for me. The property meets and exceeds my expectations by far. Was a little skeptical about the enclosed hallways and they do such a great job of keeping the property clean and functional. They also stay on top of service requests which is obviously a huge plus. Things they won't tell you but I was disappointed to see after moving in: 1. There is no trash can provided when you move in. You have to buy your own. All they give you is a metal tray outside your apartment where you put the trash bags for valet pickup. It's pretty standard practice for apartments to provide every resident with a trash can so it was surprising to hear they don't give us trash cans after $1600+ rent. 2. In the Emerson 1b floor plan, the bedroom door into the bathroom has no lock. The photo I have posted of the double door is the door into the bathroom and it looks like a closet door, which means there's less privacy in the bathroom if I have visitors come over (you can peek through those doors). Nobody told me about this when I was touring the property. The sample apartment they showed me was a different layout and that one had no doors in the bathroom. Lived here 6 months. The property was upkept very well and the common areas (pool, gym, coffee area) were always clean. Close vicinity to the Galleria Mall is a huge plus for mall shoppers. My only issue was traffic noise from the nearby highway. If you are sensitive to noise pollution be aware.

Victor helped me with a clogged shower drain and took the initiative to change a fire alarm battery that he noticed was dead. He also took photos of cracks in the wall and scheduled repairs for those. He provided excellent and quick service and was very kind as well.

I lived at the Cortland Galleria for one year and highly recommend!! I have never lived anywhere with better staff - Maintenance is prompt and called me immediately with updates on my requests. The leasing office always picked up the phone or called me back within the day whenever I had questions. Dealing with the office can be a daunting part of living in an apartment and Cortland Galleria took all those stresses away. My unit was great also - the space was efficiently designed so that there was a lot of great storage and it had the modern look I desired while apartment hunting. Very few maintenance issues that were taken care of quickly (as I said above). In terms of the community, great location walking distance to the Galleria, eateries all through Addison, and easy access to really anywhere I wanted to go in DFW. There were community events ~2x/month and I frequently used the amenities (especially the gym). Lived there as a solo female and never felt unsafe. TLDR I highly recommend this apartment wand it

I visited the Cortland Galleria today with my Wife and Daughter. We met with Julie and we wanted to complement her on her professionalism and knowledge making our visit very enjoyable. Our tour was great showing all the amenities of the property. Julie was able to help our Daughter find the right unit to meet her needs and before we left provided all the information we need to help make an informed decision including availability and quotes for all the units we were interested in. If anyone is planning on visiting the Cortland Galleria property please ask for Julie!!

I’ve been here for a week and I’m highly impressed. The move in process was seamless, the leasing staff goes above and beyond for you. The residents are so friendly and nice. It’s a quiet, peaceful property. Maintenance is on it, easy to file requests. I do wish they would go around fixing all the doors around the property that go to the garages. Some of the handles are barely hanging on. The trash situation isn’t my favorite but they do go around cleaning each floor of the property so it smells nice. (You just leave your trash bags outside your door until valet gets them) Otherwise, location is fantastic and this will probably be a property that I’ll stay in for a while.

The entire staff over at Cortland Galleria is amazing but Nada is an absolute GEM! She went above and beyond for me during my apartment search (including numerous and very sporadic tours, a million questions and so many emails) and you can really tell she cares about this community. She sets a great standard. It ended up not working out, but PLEASE if you are looking to rent here, ask for Nada and she will lead you to the promise land.

I lived here from March 2020 through December 2022. I loved it! The only reason I left was to downsize and they don't have studio apartments. I transferred to another Cortland complex before my lease was over! I did have some problems with water leaking through the floors when it rained, but maintenence was responsive and fixed it for the most part. I believe it's because it's an older building. Other than that I rarely had issues. The gate to the garage does break often, even still when I go visit friends. I met people through the yoga classes there that I'm still friends with!

Lived here for 15 months and if it weren’t for my job relocating further away, I definitely would have stayed. From day one on my tour, I have received exceptional client service. Nada, Marco and the rest of the staff have always been extremely kind and are very responsive. The apartments are very quiet, almost sound proof. My neighbor had a little baby and I never knew until I saw him. The location is 10/10 because you have easy access to the toll and 75 so going downtown, further north Dallas and even Arlington is convenient. And the rent was the lowest that I could find for what you get compared to other apartments in the area. Totally recommend!

Julie, Nada, Ainsley, Marco and several others go above and beyond to make you feel at home. If there's one thing I'll say to people looking at this place, it's that the customer service is top notch! Nada has been so professional in helping me understand my options of leasing and worked incredibly hard to provide me the best options. Since I was leasing from Utah and hadn't seen the place, I was concerned what it'd really be like. Well no worries! Nada took the time to FaceTime through the unit and amenities, and even kept me up to date when the specific unit type I wanted was available. Furthermore, she understood what I was looking for, and when a unit popped up that better fit what I was looking for, she pounced on it right away! There's more to the leasing than just the unit, and I'm very happy I got a unit that fits what I was looking for. If you're looking, you might as well check this place out. Worst case scenario, you get to experience some amazing customer service haha.

I have been staying at Cortland Galleria for a year. I will say this community is AMAZING! The staff is so kind hearted and very helpful. The maintenance team is Wonderful, knowledgeable and prompt when it comes to resolving issues in my home and maintaining the property. The whole staff is a true delight to be around, just passing someone in the hallway or come down just to get coffee. Yes we have a coffee machine with a variety of drinks. The office staff hosts events and show the residents how much they actually appreciate us! We have several events (game nights, fitness classes, we even had an Easter egg hunt). Don’t just take my word for it, if you’re on the search for a new place to call home, stop by and meet the office staff and let them take you on a tour of the property. FYI you will love the pool and palm trees, just in time for summertime bbq’s. 😊

I've been living here for one year now, and I would say this community has taken a huge turn in a positive direction. The staff, especially the maintenance put in a lot of work to keep the property clean and residents happy. I love it here! They've upgraded their amenities, cleaned the garage, and always stay kind and responsive. Ansley, Nada, Marco, Julie, Jesus, Vic- Highlighted all the names I could remember, but everyone who works there is the best.

We've faced some unforseen challenges since being apart of this location. After one of those appts ended early, I stumbled across Cortland Galleria(no locator I worked with had it listed). Nada was phenomenal from the moment I walked in. It was by far the best customer service I've received throughout my entire weekend of being in Dallas looking at apartments. The apartments looked very modern, were in a good median location for me to go to work and visit friends in downtown area, and the price point for the area was very reasonable. I decided to make Cortland Galleria my new home in a couple months.

I have been living in these apartments for over a year. It’s quiet and safe. The parking garage is convenient. The staff is very helpful. I really appreciate Marco helping me renew my lease. My apartment is nice just wish it was a little bit bigger for the price. On the plus side you can transfer to a bigger apartment or a different cortland location with no extra fees after being here for a year.

Had the pleasure of touring with Nada today. Let me start off by saying she was so kind and knowledgeable/was able to answer all the questions we had. The complex was very clean she showed us around the pool, gym, hallways and we got to see the Emerson floor plan which was really nice as well. This property is perfect if you have a doggy since they have a bark park that was a bonus for us well as them having elevators! We can’t wait to move in

Cartland Galleria has changed for the better in the small bit of time I’ve lived here. Palm trees placed around the pool area, a huge upgrade to the Zen garden and other things that make the community better. The Office and Maintenance team are amazing, you can’t walk pass without being greeted by any member of the team. Neighbors are friendly as well. I enjoy living here.

I've been living here since April2022 & I wish I could live here forever! Foreal I dont want my lease to end. Maintenance i s quick & they are super friendly, both maintenance and leasing office! Social events they host are a plus. There is unfortunately little in the walking area, no cafes or restaurants which is a bummer. Leasing and management staff are extremely friendly, approachable and caring, and primary reason for 5 stars (living-wise more like 4). There are some issues here and there (ex. broken AC in the gym, key fob doors not locked, garage doors get broken, sometimes dirty floors in the hallway…).

I recently moved from another state. The reason why I chose Cortland was because the staff demonstrated the best customer service out of all of the other apartments that I contacted. Nada provided a virtual tour and I worked with her consistently throughout the process. Customer service and communication has been excellent. Though I have only been here a week, I will say that the apartment was exactly as expected. A few minor updates could be applied for the price and I have noticed some residents are not as clean as it relates to pets and/or trash but overall, no major concerns. Very safe environment. I would give the apartment condition overall 4/5 stars but if you are looking for excellent service, I would rate 5/5. I am very impressed with the entire team at Cortland.

I have entered my second year living here at Elan City Center and I couldn't be happier! I adore so many things about living at ECC, to name just a few: -- the location, which is close to downtown Moore Square, the Museums, the local Publix grocery store, wonderful dining, beautiful parks and Oakwood Historical District among many more attractions! -- The first-rate appliances, amenities such as the gym (which has a water bottle refilling station), billiards, clubhouse facility where frequent events are hosted, complimentary printer access, pool and grill area, Luxor lockers for Amazon deliveries, a dog park and more that I know I've forgotten! -- Best of all is the staff - Ashley, Brianna, Jacob, Justin and Devin all go out of their way to ensure that living at ECC is seamless and worry free. At the heart of living here are the "hearts" of this wonderful staff. This is by far the best apartment living I have ever experienced and I plan to stay here as long as I can! :-)

The Courthouse Square Management and Maintenance staff are excellent! We receive prompt responses to our questions and concerns. Our maintenance requests are very few but are taken care of extremely timely! The grounds are beautifully manicured. In the winter, the snow removal is extremely timely. I have lived here for almost two years now, and to say I love it is an understatement. I have told my friends about this place and the great amenities and how wonderful the staff is. If I ever have a question about anything, and I do mean anything, even the smallest thing. I get a response with that same day or the day after. If you're looking for a new place to live or if you're new to the area, I hardly advise you to come look at Cortland. You won't regret it!

Clean community and quiet community. Noise only heard when people are at the pool. Enough parking space. Problem is false secured community sales. The doors are broken. Anyone can literally get in. You don't even need an acces key. One of the major reasons why I got this apartment was how secured it was. All the access doors need to be fixed. That's false advertising

I recently moved in to Cortland Galleria. I have enjoyed my time here so far and that’s due to Mercedes in the leasing office! She is always so kind and goes above and beyond to help however she can. She even went to measure my door before I moved in to make sure the furniture I ordered would fit inside the door. Cortland is lucky to have Mercedes! Overall the apartment is nice and has a great location.

Mercedes and Ansley were the nicest people I met while looking for an apartment and made me feel right at home! I love this community, it's in such a good spot right off the tollway and 635 near the Galleria mall and has a lot of great places so close. The amenities are super nice and I love the modern feel of the apartments. The dog park is HUGE and perfect for my dog. Definitely recommend Cortland Galleria!

I've lived here for 8 months now and I have absolutely LOVED it! The office staff is great, maintenance is always on top of it, amenities are great, and the location is always so convenient from where I need to be in my day to day. Definitely not going to be moving anytime soon.

My husband and I have lived here for over 6 months, and we absolutely love living here. We initially looked at more than 20 apartments, but Cortland Galleria was the best decision by far. Shoutout to Nada! She was so knowledgeable and caring with our tour and application process. The staff and maintenance team is so friendly and very responsive. You will always feel appreciated as a resident. 10/10 highly recommend!

Moved here in December 2021 and have loved it. Move in was very easy and application process was quick. The location is amazing and the area is very quiet considering proximity to the tollway. Management is extremely nice and accommodating. Major selling point for me was the dog park. My dogs love to play with other pups out there and it’s great for them to roam around on nice days. I do wish more people cleaned up after their pets but that happens everywhere. If I’m able to stay in Dallas, I will definitely be renewing my lease.

Excellent location and great modern apartments in a prime location. Enjoying my stay here, the apartment is spacious and they keep organizing events and weekly yoga classes even during Covid times. Love their coffee machine 😄. Some recurring maintenance issues - elevator, trash / smell around parking, gym sanitizing wipes etc but nothing major as such. One suggestion would be for the clubroom - there's no way to charge a laptop if working from there. The office staff is amazing, courteous and very responsive!

I am only moving once my lease is up due to me having a fully remote role and relocating closer to downtown. If you are looking for a quiet, reasonably priced community, I'd highly recommend Cortland Galleria

Excellent location and great modern apartments in a prime location. Enjoying my stay here, and the free 24 hr coffee. Maintenance could use some improvement - elevator issues, trash / smell around parking, gym sanitizing wipes etc. Also, the clubroom isn't that useful - If I want to work there's no charger. The printer has no paper; no scanner.

As a previous resident here at Cortland Galleria, my only regret about living there was leaving (moved for work). Beautiful property and the maintenance/ upkeep of the building is very well taken care of. The service team is really caring and efficient with service requests which was a big plus. The leasing office is quick to help and always nice. Do yourself a favor and choose Cortland Galleria!

You won't be treated as nicely anywhere else! Cortland Galleria truly cares about everyone. I've gotten to experience that firsthand while apartment shopping- I didn't get the same attention and genuine feel anywhere else. Serena, Nada, and Brett truly brighten up the office! Not only do I feel appreciated as a customer, but as a person.

I have lived here for 6 years and I absolutely love it and would highly recommend it to anyone looking. The location is perfect, my apartment has all the amenities I wanted such as tall ceilings, wooden floors, spacious layout and all new appliances. The maintenance team is amazing and Ive been so impressed at how quickly they resolve any issues and their professionalism. Most importantly the leasing staff and management are amazing as well and especially Brett who is wonderful and goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. I’ve lived at apartments all across the metroplex and this is by far the best experience I’ve ever had!

I've just moved here from Seattle and finding a place to live was my biggest worries. But when I reached out to Corland Galleria, Serena helped me find a right apartment and made the process as painless as possible. She was very kind and patient with me to resolve any uncertainties I had from Seattle. When I finally arrived here and saw the place, I was surprised how clean everything is and how great all of the amenities are. Plus, this apartment is conveniently located close to a mall(Couple blocks away),a Costco(10mins), and H-Mart(16mins). I am looking forward to spending more time here and experience the amazing community.

I really don’t know the words to express the gratitude I have for the Cortland Galleria team, specifically Brett, the manager. He is always calm, kind and willing to help and leads by example. Hands down, easily the best apartment complex we have lived at. I don’t usually write reviews but our experience here deserves a merit. Customer service is great, the front desk staff especially Brett for example, has always taken care of our requests in a timely manner. We are only moving out due to a closer commute but even then, we are staying at yet another cortland property. Also, shout out to the amazing maintenance crew!!! Keep up the good work everyone because your hard work does not go unnoticed :)

Cortland Galleria has been a pretty great living experience. From the amenities, services and constant communication from the office staff. I'd also like to acknowledge the service team, specifically Jesus the service manager and George the service tech. I've had quite a few things that have needed repair over the last few weeks and they've done a great job communicating and getting the job done in a timely manner. I'd honestly say this has been the best service team I've encountered while living at an apartment complex. For this reason alone I decided to renew my lease for another 15 months. Thank you Cortland team for the living experience and a special thanks to Jesus and George for continually providing great service!

It's not very often you meet a team that you want to brag about. I mean really, really brag about. I just moved in and this team has IT! They are by FAR the most professional, friendly, helpful, caring team that I have met to date. Their attention to detail and compassion for the residents is rare. Always respectful, considerate and they go above and beyond. There are always crazy days, I have witnessed their ability to deal with situations quickly , effectively and compassionately. I can't say enough great things about this team! Itati, Brett, Julia, Martin, Jose, Victor, Julio, Veronica and Tony. This is the FIRST time in my life, I know everyone's name, because they all have introduced themselves to me. I am amazed at the level of customer service and care this team displays on the daily. I love this property! Leasing team is awesome(Julia and Shelby, [sorry if I spelled wrong] were super helpful in my leasing process), the service team takes care of request within a proper time frame, and the location is just heavenly. I am transferring to another apartment within the complex(bigger space), and the process was a BREEZE. I love calling Cortland Galleria home :) Definitely recommend this property to everyone!

Great experience! I was looking at apartments in the Cortland community and I found Cortland Galleria online. I fell in love with the location and high ceilings, so I scheduled a tour. I met with Julia and she was fantastic, she helped me find the best apartment and floorplan within my budget and she was so responsive and friendly. It definitely helped to break the ice and build a relationship with her and the others in the leasing office. I would definitely recommend her and the Cortland Galleria property.

Love this property! My friend has lived here for several years now. And let me just shout out to the maintenance staff! Without them this property wouldn’t be in the shape they are in. Special kuddos to their most recent addition Jesus! My friend is super happy that he’s joined their team. She’s mentioned how professional he is and is very helpful and truly cares about the property but most importantly the residents. The property has gone through several managements and she’s never been as happy as she is now. I would recommend this place and once my lease is up and I’m ready to make a far move.. this property will definitely be the first place I will come to.
